Fabulous day! We held our wedding reception at The Feathers on 23rd September 2017. We had a fantastic day, made so easy by all at The Feathers. From start to finish, everyone we encountered was helpful, polite and friendly. We received excellent advice from them regarding times and what to do when, this made our planning so easy and we felt as though they had our best interests at heart at all times. Timeframes were clear and we were in contact regularly to ensure all was ok and going to plan. Nothing was too much trouble for anyone, we were able to drop things off the day before that we required for the day, this included flowers for some of our guests. I had unfortunately forgotten vases, but this was resolved with no complaint from The Feathers – they managed to help me out at very short notice, which was very much appreciated – amazing service, completely exceeding expectations. On the day, our arrangements were run through briefly when we arrived, which helped keep us in check. Everything flowed well, the room looked beautiful and the food was wonderful (as many of our guests commented), with excellent service. Our room was just lovely, as were those of our guest, spotlessly clean and very comfortable. We are unable to thank the guys at the Feathers enough; we had a truly special and amazing day. We would absolutely recommend. Thank you!!
