We recently got married at Clayton Whites Hotel, and were so happy with how our day turned out. The hotel was the perfect venue for us. The staff were all so accommodating and helpful, from our first meeting right up until the day of the wedding, and even the days after. The decor, attention to detail and professionalism of the staff made our day even more enjoyable. The food was amazing, the presentation and taste was second to none, and extra helpings were offered to anyone who wanted it. The staff checked in with myself and my husband throughout to see if they could be of assistance in any way. We really felt like VIPs for the day, and are so delighted with the day that all the staff at Clayton Whites who helped us to have the best day. We would highly recommend them.

We celebrated our wedding at Clayton Whites Hotel Wexford in August 2019. From the moment we viewed the venue we knew it was perfect. We booked the venue on the day we viewed it, Clayton Whites is a beautiful hotel. With wedding packages suitable for all budgets. you are ensured to get 5 star venue, 5 star food and 5 star service no matter what your budget is. Billy was our wedding coordinator, he is experienced and professional. Billy was so helpful to us, he ensured all of our personal touches were set up (our cake, guest book table, seating plan) and I couldn't have set them up better myself, It was just beautiful. We have had nothing but compliments about our wedding and it is all thanks to Billy and the team at Clayton Whites. The waiting staff were amazing also and lots of our guest commented on this. We had a BBQ the following day, very reasonable packages and again we couldn't fault the food and service. Would love to do it all again and we would definitely choose Clayton Whites. From start to finish, Claytons were exceptional. We first arranged a meeting with Pauline and instantly loved her. We spent a year in total looking for the “right venue”. We had it narrowed down to three hotels. After meeting Pauline, she made our decision very easy. For the year leading up to it, the hotel was very accommodating on any requests we had. No job was too big. The week of the wedding we popped into the hotel to drop off the last few things. Here, we met with the general manager,…… He was equally as polite as Pauline and very helpful. On the day – we were running a bit late however the hotel handled it very well. The food was unbelievable, our guests are still complimenting it. There was loads of extra meat, potato and veg served after the mains which was a really nice touch. Everything I wanted displayed, was. Any requests I had was seen to. On the day the staff were excellent, and I couldn’t fault any of them. Claytons overall were a pleasure to deal with. They made my planning as easy as they could have, they were very accommodating and made our day extra special. I would 100% recommend having your wedding in Claytons. We planned and had our wedding in less than three months. Pauline, our wedding coordinator, was so positive and ensured that all our requests were catered to at a very short notice. She was very organised and helped us throughout the planning and the day went without any hiccups. From start to finish our experience with Clayton Whites Hotel was fantastic. Pauline, our Wedding Coordinator, was outstanding in helping us prepare for the day. Pauline not only helped us with everything with regards to the hotel but also helped us with some of our other preparations for the day. Communication was effortless, she left no stone unturned and really played a huge part in making the day so special for us. Billy was also excellent on the day tending to the bridal party throughout the day and making sure everything was running smoothly. What a beautiful hotel and beautiful staff so welcoming, and friendly. We had our wedding here just before Christmas it was so magical with the help of pauline such a lovely lady, everything was just perfect amazing service, delicious food, fabulous bridal suite over looking the gorgeous wexford town. We had our wedding reception in Clayton whites hotel on the 11th of August, it was fantastic to say the least. Our wedding coordinator Pauline Mulhall was exceptional to every little detail and a pleasure to deal with everything kept so simple and little surprises thrown in here and there which was fantastic. The bridal suite was breathtaking, staff and management were fantastic, as for the food our guests still speak about it. I would highly recommend their BBQ services for the next day fab food and low cost ..we had the pleasure of staying 3 nights and were treated like royalty, management constantly took their time out to sit and speak with us even though it was a very busy weekend for the hotel. Overall we would highly recommend Clayton Whites and would rate it sky high for any wedding ..we only wish we could do it all over again. We had our wedding reception in whites in August and what a fabulous day we had. Thank you Pauline for everything you did for us, all the emails and phone calls to ensure you had our special day perfect for us you did everything you could for us down to the tiniest details. From the minute we arrived, we were treated like royalty. Every girl dreams of being a princess for a day! Music on our arrival was perfect. The courtyard is gorgeous and was really a factor in choosing the venue - a lovely area to mingle. The meal was outstanding and drew comments from all our guests - the service quick and top class. The room itself was perfect for the large crowd and looked fabulous- no long delay in changing over for evening entertainment either!! Many of our guests hadn't been to Wexford or the Clayton before and were all delighted with the quality of the hotel facilities as well as the central location - though it has to be said the courtyard and reception areas are so spacious you would never know you were in the middle of town. Stepping back a few months the idea of planning a wedding was daunting- Pauline made it totally stress-free. My husband and I got married here on the 16th of August 2018 and I have to say hands down it was the best day ever from start to finish. Pauline was at hand to help us with everything all the way through our planning, and was willing to help in anyway she could to make the planning go as smooth as it did. Pauline was quick to reply to any questions we had (trust me there was a lot) and to offer advice. Herself and Pascal made sure everything was sorted just the way we wanted for our special day and we cant thank them enough for that. Each and everyone of both the Clayton whites staff and management involved in our special day really did go out of their way to make sure we had as special a day as we did and we both that thank you all from the bottom of our hearts for making us feel so welcome and looking after us. The food was absolutely amazing, the service was outstanding and overall it was really great value for money for such a fantastic day. Any newly engaged couples should definitely give Pauline a ring and arrange a meeting.

The venue is wonderful, all of our guests (half of them from abroad) noted how lovely the hotel was. The food was amazing, as vegans we were catered for extremely well and the non vegans raved about their food. The quantity of food was more than enough too. The staff were nothing short of excellent! Between Pauline and Billy they made sure we didn't have anything to worry about or experience a moment of stress either leading up to the big day or on the day itself. We will never regret having our wedding here.

Clayton Whites hotel ticked all the boxes for us for our Ideal wedding venue. Pauline, our wedding coordinator and Billy, the conference and banquet manager are wedding experts. From the moment we set our date they looked after us with such care and detail, always available to answer an email or to take a call and gave us so many great tips to a point where I feel I'd have been lost without them. Even though they deal with tons of bride's and grooms day in and day out I always felt like we were special, like we were important, all the staff were so genuinely thrilled for us and it was so lovely. The run up to the day and the day itself went off without a hitch. We were married in the civil ceremony room which was beautifully decorated, it took my breath away how the room looked on the day. So much time and effort was clearly put into it. The hotel supplied so much of the decor that we barely even needed to bring anything to add. You just have to show up on the day and they do the rest. The food was to die for, every single one of my guests complimented the food, it's so important to have good food at a wedding and Clayton Whites did not disappoint. I felt like royalty the moment I walked through the door the day before my wedding we couldn't have asked for a better day and I truly believe that is down to the hard work and dedication from all the staff at this hotel. I would highly recommend anyone to get married here it was the best day of my life. From the start of the wedding planning up until the big day, the team at the hotel went above and beyond to help us. The food was fantastic, the staff were fantastic - so warm and friendly. From the moment we went to view Clayton White's Hotel for our Wedding day we were made feel so special and that nothing was an issue by their wedding coordinator Pauline. It was very easy & stress free to deal with Pauline & the hotel through our two years of planning. Any requests we had- ideas/decorations were always well supported and advice tips were also given to us on how to decorate/do things certain ways that worked best by Pauline which was fantastic! On our wedding day- the hotel staff couldn't have done enough for us and joined in on the fun of our wedding day with us. They looked after our guests exceptionally well & who are all still raving about the food in which they received. The function room looked amazing on the day which everyone commented on & also any decorations in which I had brought myself to the hotel were in the exact places I had envisaged them to be! We had the most fantastic, magical wedding day from start to finish. Ever since meeting with Pauline a year ago, we have had a positive experience and we were so glad we chose whites hotel as our wedding venue. The staff at Clayton whites were excellent. In the run-up to the big day we had our check-ins with Pauline to put us at ease, and then we were in excellent hands with Billy and Michael on the day. They kept everything running like clockwork and even in the moments where they probably were getting impatient with us, the bride and groom, for yapping away to people and not coming back to the dinner table, they still ensured that we felt completely comfortable! They kept a nervous jittery bride relaxed with their calm but efficient manner! Everyone from the bar staff to waiting staff were very professional, the food was excellent and the decoration and venue presentation was also fabulous. Being from Wexford, the bride had attended weddings and functions in lots of other local hotels over the years but never whites. So we had no other weddings to compare ours to, but our expectations and hopes of the wedding were high. It ended up being everything we'd hoped for and more. The day itself and the service we received from this beautiful hotel surpassed all of those expectations. Also, our family were all looked after so well in the days before and after the wedding and the simple extra details and attention went a long way. We would highly recommend this hotel as a perfect choice for your special day. We would do it all over again in a heartbeat!

I couldn't recommend Clayton whites hotel enough for a wedding, they really ensured I had the best day possible. Our wedding coordinator Pauline met with us various times on the lead up to the big day and always kept in contact to make sure we had the wedding we wanted, she went above and beyond in the planning with us and of course on the day and couldn't have done more, she was absolutely fantastic and a lovely lady to deal with. I had a civil ceremony in the hotel, it was magical, the room was stunning and beautifully decorated. Following my ceremony, we had arrivals in the courtyard and all I can say is wow! My candy cart looked amazing as did the chocolate dipped strawberries, summer fruit punch was gorgeous and I was just blown away by how amazing it all looked. The meal itself was divine and I couldn't fault any part of it, my guests are still raving about how tasty everything was! I only had one disaster on the day, my cakemaker had an accident delivering my wedding cake and also my daughter's birthday cake and they were ruined, thankfully I was none the wiser on the day as the fantastic pastry chef repaired all damage and cakes looked fab which I am so grateful for, they really saved the day. The management and staff overall were brilliant and the day was better than I could have ever imagined, we didn't stress once about anything and enjoyed every part of it, I would do it all over again if I could. Waking up in the beautiful bridal suite and looking out at the stunning view over Wexford bridge was the perfect end to such a fabulous day. I would 100% recommend anyone planning a wedding to pick Clayton whites hotel as you definitely won't regret it.

We had our Special Day on June 29th 2018 in Clayton Whites Hotel. We cannot thank Pauline and the rest of the Staff at Clayton Whites enough for everything they did for us on the day and on the run-up. We had our wedding reception in Clayton Whites Hotel on the 2nd June this year but our planning began in 2016. From our initial contact with the hotel where we dealt with the lovely Jenny by email and phone, we knew this hotel would be shortlisted as a potential venue. Michael met us for a showround and the minute we met him we had our minds made up. Over the 2 years, we then dealt with Pauline on a regular basis and she was great at getting back to my many many emails. Honestly, if you can dream it for your day Clayton Whites Hotel can make it a reality and do so with a smile! Billy was on hand on the day itself to ensure everything was perfect – and it was. We had Jason for the arrival music and his dulcet tones really added to the atmosphere. The food both for the arrival reception and the meal itself was perfect and there was plenty of it. We’ve had lots of feedback from guests saying how impressed they were with the food and wine. Every staff member we encountered over the 2 years went above and beyond for us. The bridal suite has just been renovated and has stunning views of Wexford harbour and town. My only regret was not getting to spend more time here! Thanks again for everything Aoife and Luke!

I just wanted to say how much we loved our wedding day at Clayton whites hotel, from the ceremony to the very end of the night, everything was fantastic. The food, staff, decor were all fantastic. Pauline was so helpful and professional, nothing was a problem and she did everything we asked for. We loved every minute of our day. We had a brilliant day at Clayton Whites hotel, the whole day was amazing. I had a warm welcome from both Pauline and Michael and I was also greeted by Billy. I had the pleasure to have my wedding in Clayton whites in Wexford. The day ran so smooth, food was fantastic and the staff were amazing. We had Pauline to help guide us through our whole wedding organization and was always on hand to guide us, Nothing was too big or small of an ask for her. Guests are still raving to me about the staff and the food and the way the whole room was decorated for our special day. They have an amazing courtyard that is fantastic for photos and any outside entertainment you may want to have. I would highly recommend Clayton Whites of Wexford and their staff for anyone getting married.

I had treatments in the spa and afternoon tea in the beautiful lobby coffee dock 2 weeks before the wedding with my bridal party and again the whole experience was fantastic. We were treated like royalty. I can't recommend Clayton Whites Hotel enough as a wedding venue.
