We booked BMG sound for our wedding and we had the most amazing night. The dance floor was full from start to finish. Billy personalised our whole night and made sure to squeeze in all our requests. From the very first phone call, we instantly knew we made the right decision. His communication throughout was so clear and he was very responsive to any of our needs. We had BMG for our wedding and I could not recommend Billy enough. After a few quick calls and a zoom call to discuss a playlist, Billy had done the rest and absolutely blew the room off in Adare manor. There wasn’t a single dip throughout the entire set and almost every guest commented on the music and lively buzz on the dance floor. Billy was brilliant! We had 3 reschedules before we managed to get our day and anytime I reached out, he was super helpful getting new dates sorted! The night went off without a hitch despite the absolute cheese of a playlist and the fact that I gave him a 5-hour long playlist to fit into 2 hours. We would 10/10 recommend to a friend!

BMG Sound was amazing from start to finish! Billy was in constant contact in the run-up to the wedding and during the ever-changing covid world. He was obliging and flexible when it came to changing times and many more. More importantly, if you like your music, Billy is the DJ for you. He listened to what we liked and got it completely right! We were lucky to have Billy DJ our wedding for a post-band set. He did an absolutely amazing job and it was a pleasure to work with him (even though we were coordinating from the US). Billy DJ'd for our wedding in Jacobs on the Mall in August 2018. We knew we were looking for a DJ that would be open to providing a different kind of set than is usual for a wedding. He was open to all our ideas and gave great suggestions. On the night he was brill all the guests loved the music and the set up was great. Would highly recommend Billy, he gave us plenty of time in the run up to the wedding and was very professional.

Just a quick note to say how fantastic our wedding was and how everyone raved about the sax player for the drinks reception. At first all the guests thought we were having a DJ set for the reception which was getting the crowd going but then when then sax started playing the atmosphere was electric! Not to mention your set after the band- the songs were exactly what we wanted a complete throw back to the 80s& 90's and the guests loved the songs. Billy is the bomb! My wife and I are mad into our tunes so we were pretty demanding in terms of songs to be played and the equipment being used. We did a lot of research and Billy was recommended to us by another Irish DJ and we're very glad we went with him. Very generous with his time in the lead up to the wedding and happily found all of the (many) songs we requested, many of them quite obscure. He brought enough speakers for a small stage at a festival and did a cracking job on the night. Excellent mixing and great with the crowd. Lovely bloke to boot. Perfect wedding DJ. Can’t thank Billy enough! What an amazing night. He was incredible - everyone was raving about his set. We’re a bit fussy about our music and he really went to huge efforts to play what we, and the crowd wanted - ranging from 80’s hits through to more modern classics like Hot Chip. We’d hired him from 11:30 to 1:30 but the band ran over a bit then the midnight food came out. He ended up playing till gone 3 and left everyone begging for more! Billy, you’re a star, thanks so much again! We’re delighted to wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone!

Having known Billy for many years within the entertainment business in Cork, I knew he would be the perfect addition to our wedding entertainment, and oh boy were we not disappointed. From initial contact about doing the gig to the bitter end of a late night dj set, he was nothing but friendly, helpful and professional. The minute we made the call to Billy we knew he would be the best fit for our wedding. We wanted something a bit different for our drinks reception. DJ and saxophone player with lounge house and bit of disco/funk to set the tone for the day! Billy let us have plenty input into the set but also made sure he had his own style coming through. All the guests were commenting on how fantastic they were. Billy also did a set in the evening for us and this was just as amazing. We had our wedding in Ballybunion county Kerry last year, Billy was amazing from the very start, he kept in contact well in advance of the wedding to make sure that the wide variety of music we were looking for was catered for, from the ceremony, drinks reception, right through to the afters. He supplied the whole sound system and even set up for the band before we had arrived at the hotel. My wife and I got Billy (from BMG sound) to DJ our wedding last December. I can highly recommend him. We had an initial meeting with him several months before our wedding and he was very easy to collaborate with in terms of organizing playlists and can offer advice in terms of which music will work in different venues and wedding sizes. On the day itself, he was a pleasure to work with. He arrived well before he was due to go on, didn't bat an eyelid when we had to change where he was due to setup at the last minute and kept the dance floor hopping all night. What I wanted was someone who would play a pumping DJ set and with Billy I wasn't disappointed. In the run up to the wedding I found a bit if time to email Billy a few of my favourite dance tunes from over the years. I didn't want the usual list of wedding songs that drive people round the bend because it sounds 'just like all the other weddings'. Billy had these songs ready to go as well as other old school dance tunes. What I experienced was a first for me: the dance floor was jam packed solid from start to finish of the DJ set. Spot-on professional. Billy's the man!

Billy (Big Day DJ) played for our wedding on June 26th 2015. He was UNREAL. Best DJ ever. He asked me to give him an idea of what music we liked before the big day and he took it from there. He nailed it! The floor was full all night long! For days after, guests were asking who the DJ was and commenting on how brilliant the music was!
