We recently had our wedding at the Reigate Manor & I can honestly say that it was perfect!! Holly & the events team have supported us from day one with planning & advice, they went above & beyond to ensure that our day was exactly how we planned down to the very last detail. They worked alongside our vendors ensuring that everything dropped into place. All of our guests have commented on what a wonderful day they had, everyone enjoyed the food & those that had dietary requirements were well catered for! A wedding day is a long day, it's a day you plan for well in advance, with the hope that all goes as planned. We didn't have one thing to worry or stress about, absolutely everything was taken care of by the team at Reigate Manor! Throughout the day, the managers changed shifts three times & on each occasion the manager leaving personally came to us with the next manager on shift to introduce & pass responsibility to the next. This was a fantastic help as yet again we didn't need to look for anyone or worry about anything! I could honestly write on here all day to express how wonderful our day was thanks to the team at Reigate Manor . If you are looking for a venue either for your whole day ( as we did) or for any part we highly recommend the Reigate Manor !!

We had our wedding reception at Reigate Manor, and I can't fault it one bit! Georgie was absolutely wonderful throughout the whole process, from enquiring all the way through to the wedding day itself. Nothing was too much trouble, and all requests were able to be fulfilled. We had the Garden room, and it was decorated beautifully! The buffet we had was incredible, super tasty and there was plenty for everyone. I can't recommend them highly enough. We had the best wedding day ever!

Married - 24th September 2016 From the initial viewing to the wedding day itself the staff at Reigate manor made our decisions easy. Nothing was too much to ask and every detail was thought of. From our first meeting with Rebecca we knew this was the place for our wedding day. We both have large families and this was not a problem. Our relatives even commented that it's the best food they'd ever had at a wedding! When I arrived the night before Reigate Manor staff helped us unpack the favours, the table decorations and all of the boxes that come along with the wedding day! That was such a nice touch! Married - 9th June 2017 Reigate manor means so much to us now and always will. You all couldn't do anymore for us. You made our day more magical. Throughout my wedding planning nothing was too much. I would make requests and I always had a reply saying no problem. The day before the wedding I was asked if I wanted or needed anything and felt really looked after. The staff on the day let us know what was happening and what will happen next etc which was lovely. Many venues don't offer table centre pieces, name cards etc but reigate do which gave us less to worry about and you matched everything to our theme. The day went off perfectly, without a hitch and the organization was second to none especially the transformation of the music room to a disco with a dance floor. As mother of the bride I can thoroughly recommend Reigate Manor for efficiency, attention to detail, friendliness, great food with good wine list. The wedding package was very good value in what can be an expensive area and with discount for wedding guests we could afford to have a lot of faraway guests stay one or two nights in the hotel. We stayed in the hotel ourselves and had a very nice room and an excellent breakfast. So glad we made this choice.

I will be personally writing a letter to Reigate Manor thanking them for arranging such an amazing wedding day for myself and my now husband. I could not fault one bit of our day, the staff throughout were truly professional friendly and just so accommodating. Especially the bar gents and evening ladies. ‘We had our wedding ceremony and reception here. The hotel was clean and well kept. Stayed for 2 nights, the night before the wedding and then the wedding night in the bridal suite. I was informed immediately as soon as the bridal suite was ready so I could change rooms and finish getting ready in the bigger room. The breakfast was great with many options to choose from. I wanted a wedding with a difference being Pagan. The personal touches that I wanted to give the wedding the pagan touch were set up lovely by the staff. This meant that my wedding was a dream come true. A big thank you to Giles, Rebecca, Toby, Chris and anyone else I haven't mentioned that made the day go smoothly. Luckily for us the manager went home so the planned room raid by mischievous guests didn't go exactly to plan as the rice couldn't be found. Well done and thank you everyone. Mr & Mrs Salter

From the very start and first contact we have had with Reigate Manor staff we have had a wonderful experience. We have been handled at all times in a professional, understanding and considerate way. Giles and his team very much have a can do attitude that has made our experience and wedding planning much more manageable. Its as if a majority of our workload was lifted instantly after our first meeting with Giles. I am just so happy that this level of customer service is still out there and feel good service should always be recognised and appreciated.
