Exceptional service from the moment we agreed to have our wedding at the Clanard. We had terrific support in the lead-up with Emma and her staff helping us at every turn through the organising process. The warm and professional staff made it the perfect day for us, everything went according to plan and we could not be more grateful. We were also accommodated for our day two celebrations and had another perfect experience.

I don’t even know where to start on the amazing service, attention to detail and kindness of the staff of the Clanard Court. On the day, Emma and John stand out a mile, I didn’t have a single thing to think of. I was so confident in the pair, I knew once I got to the hotel it was time to relax and enjoy the day. And that I did. Emma from the get go was easy to deal with, friendly and nothing was a problem. Kept in touch and helped throughout the year of planning and left my job very easy in regards planning. Her friendly, bubbly personality was alway there at the other end of the phone if I needed anything. The day of, she had everything running smoothly and I owe her a huge thanks for that. John on the other hand again so helpful, he copped something small on the wedding day that he wasn’t happy with from a supplier, he asked me could he change it. There wasn’t a second where I thought about it, I knew he knew best and he was right. It can’t go unsaid about the food, everything was amazing. The portions, the quality, the service. In particular, the braised beef cheek, weeks on people are still commenting on how amazing it was. I’d also like to rate the waiting staff, they were so fun and helpful and are often overlooked. The hotel in general is so beautiful. The private garden sold it for me, the kids hut in the private garden, the amazing lobby and of course the beautifully decorated function room. The attention to detail in this hotel is second to none. This is proved by how busy and popular the hotel is in the area. I can’t thank everyone at the Clanard enough for making our day so special for us.

My new husband and I had our wedding here on 18th August and it truly was the best day ever! The Clanard Court met every expectation and the whole day went off without a hitch. They are like a well oiled machine and I couldn’t fault a thing! Emma was absolutely fantastic, she answered every single question (and there were a lot) and dealt with every single request without a bother and always so promptly responding to emails. Our wedding was also postponed from 2021 and the way they handled everything through Covid with the changing numbers and restrictions was with such sensitivity and grace for a really stressful situation. They were prepared for everything. John was amazing on the day! All of our guests had nothing but the best to say about him. Our guests from the UK and America were especially impressed particularly with the dinner service (no spoilers)!! Everyone raved about the rooms and staff. I was lucky enough to stay in the bridal suite for two nights and it was just dreamy. It felt like every need was catered for, a direct quote from a guest was they wanted for nothing and were looked after all day! A long review I know but it is warranted. I can’t say enough great things about them, can’t recommend them enough for your wedding day or even just a weekend getaway! Beautiful hotel with lovely surrounds and incredible staff!

Everything on our wedding day went perfectly. Emma is a absolute gem and John a master of ceremonies in every way. Our only wish is that we could do it all over again! Food and service were high on our list of priorities and the Clanard Court excels in these areas! The ballroom is stunning and with the backdrop of their wonderful gardens it just elevates the whole setting. Our guests (most of whom had never been in the hotel before) are still raving about our wedding day, complimenting on everything from the beauty of the hotel, the fabulous food, the friendly staff, and immaculate rooms. We had a Fantastic Wedding Day at the Clanard Court Hotel and cannot recommend it highly enough to any brides and grooms out there that are looking for an amazing venue with fabulous staff and service! From our first viewing, we knew it was going to be our reception venue. It was everything that we were looking for and more. Emma was a dream to work with. I was so relaxed coming up to the Wedding Day and I can honestly put that all down to her.. every query I had was answered asap & her attention to detail was amazing. All I can say is she is a pure genius at what she does. John, we met coming closer to the day for our menu tasting and apart from being a pure gent and a great laugh, he could not do enough for us. We had a few very fussy eaters on the day which had me a bit worried and, to be honest, I don't know how he did it but he catered for everyone and they are still raving about the food!! From Management to Staff, you know you're going to be in great hands. Thank you all for making our day so seamless and special & the best day of our lives!

Clanard Court Hotel is an excellent venue for a family wedding. It was a pleasure having Emma as our co-ordinator and friend from start to finish, as she left no stone unturned. The team, along with Emma, John & Eoin had a warm welcome for us on each occasion that we visited and the same was said by our guests. The food is delicious with a wide variety of options to suite all tastes, food presentation was delightful, prompt and friendly service, all our dietary requirements were catered for. Due to the weather, we didn't get to use all of the garden facilities but they are everything that you need. Private, enclosed, picturesque garden with a children's play room suitable for all ages, it went down a treat. Also the fact you can view the garden from the function room is a bonus. The accommodation is fresh and comfortable, can't wait to return.

We had such an amazing day at the Clanard Court Hotel. The weather wasn't great on the day and we were so grateful for the chapel. Emma, the co-ordinator is simply amazing. She went above and beyond for us, answering a million questions and meeting our requests for the day. The staff accommodated our last minute request for a function room on Day 2 and even called some bar staff back in who had gone home. We would love to return for some anniversaries in the future as you are always looked after at the hotel.

We can’t rate Clanard Court Hotel highly enough. We were so happy with how everything went on the day from the food, excellent service, to the venue itself. All our guests were really happy and are still complimenting the hotel especially the food and service. Emma, John and the whole team were so easy to deal with. A special thanks to Emma for how helpful she was to us throughout the whole process and answered any queries we had straight away no matter how complicated they were! From our first meeting last year to view the venue we knew we were in good hands. We will most definitely be recommending the hotel to our friends as a wedding venue.

Can I just say the Clanard staff are one big dream team. Our day was fantastic from start to finish. The food was amazing. The grounds at the hotel are beautiful, they have a secret garden and a bonus new white chapel, where we had the pleasure of having our ceremony in. All the staff, were so welcoming and helpful and go out of their way to make your day amazing. Nothing was ever too small or big. I wouldn’t fault this hotel in any way. From the minute you set foot in this hotel, you will want to book it. Emma and John are fantastic and will ensure the day goes smoothly and the way you want. All I can say is we had the best wedding day and can’t thank the Clanard team enough.

We got married in the Clanard Court Hotel on the 24/06/23. Booking the hotel was the best thing we ever did. Emma Ferris is an amazing wedding coordinator, you just tell her what you want and she makes it happen. Our ceremony was in the Little White Chapel, a truly unique setting. Our photos were taken in the gardens so there was no need to move from the venue meaning we actually got to enjoy some time at the drinks reception. The food was exceptional, piping hot and the service provided by John Kelly and his team was outstanding. Everything about the hotel is 5 Star. By the end we felt like part of the family.

From the moment we arrived at the Clanard Court, Emma made us feel so welcome. She showed us all around the grounds, the kids playroom was such a huge plus for us and the private grounds just sealed it for us. The whole process was so easy and ran so smoothly all thanks to Emma. The day of the wedding was a dream. Every single staff member went above and beyond to help myself and Jesse and all our guests, the drinks reception was incredible, no guest was left without a drink in hand. Dinner service was incredible and the food was hands down the best wedding dinner I've ever tasted. The Clanard Court were an absolute pleasure to deal with and we cannot thank them enough for making our day perfect.

Everything about this hotel is amazing. Emma and staff went over and beyond for us from the first day we met about having our wedding here. Our wedding day was amazing. The best decision we made when planning our wedding, was booking the Clanard Court as our venue, and here’s why: 1. Emma Ferris, our award winning wedding coordinator, supported us with her expertise, energy and positivity throughout the process. She made it all so easy for us. 2. John Kelly the operations manger, who never let a glass go dry, was on the ball with everything, on the day, and exuded calm, even when my speech may have run on a bit too long. 3. The rooms are spacious, beautifully decorated and comfortable. They look and feel expensive, even though they’re not! 4. The food was delicious and plentiful. 5. The genuine hospitality and attentiveness offered to us by all the staff was beyond compare. I’ve never stayed anywhere before where the staff were so happy and efficient in their work, as well as being genuinely friendly towards all the guests. 6. The lobby, with high ceilings and large windows, was the perfect setting for the drinks reception. It’s so bright and airy. The guests were delighted with the drinks selection, especially the beer on tap and The Pimm’s. 7. The kids were made to feel welcome and at home: special kids plates at the drinks reception, friendly staff, the kids’ cabin out the back, yummy kids’ menu at dinner. 8. The Chapel. It didn’t exist when we booked the venue but, oh my, what a wonderful surprise it was. It’s so beautiful and romantic. The setting is perfect. We couldn’t have found a better location for our ceremony had we trawled all the exclusive, boutique venues in Ireland. We got a unique setting and the ease of a hotel wedding, all in one! I don’t think there’s anywhere else you’ll find that! 9. Last but not least: our guests! They were singing the praises of the Clanard throughout their stay there and continue to reflect on what a great venue it is. Compliments have gone to the rooms, the food and the attentiveness of staff, in particular. some have mentioned wanting to go back to the hotel again. I know we'll be back.

The staff at the Clanard couldn't do enough for us on our wedding, it's an excellent venue and you can telling all the staff really love what they do. The pure excitement at reception when I arrived at the hotel to check in the night before was so infectious! Myself and my partner really clicked with Emma, the wedding coordinator straight away, she is so dedicated and organised but also down to earth and gave us great advice. We had the believe package which included so many extras, like a candy cart and bar extension. There was beautiful displays for the table plan and wedding cake, things I didn't have to give any thought to! The food was delicious, everyone commented on the tender blade of beef for main course. The room for reception is excellent with a big long bar space, doors that open straight into a beautiful private garden. I'd recommend this wedding venue to all future brides!

We had the best day for our wedding at the Clanard Court Hotel. Everything from the service to the food to the decor was incredible. Emma (the wedding coordinator) pulled out all the stops to make myself, the groom and all the wedding guests have the most fabulous and memorable day. Emma is always welcoming, helpful and in great form anytime we dealt with her. She is truly great at her job. The attention to detail and little touches meant the world to us. John and the team who looked after the dinner were great as well. A number of the guests said it was the best wedding/hotel they were at which we were delighted to hear. The hotel itself, rooms and grounds are beautiful . We were so happy with the venue and will be regulars in the future.

We couldn’t have picked a better wedding venue for our special day. The Clanard Court Hotel is not only a stunning venue, but the staff are amazing. We dealt with Emma throughout our planning process and she is incredible at what she does. She really made the whole process as easy and enjoyable as possible for us. From start to finish, Emma was an absolute dream to work with. She was very responsive to all email queries that we sent over the planning stages. Emma was very knowledgeable about anything we asked in relation to the hotel, the packages and the services that can be provided. I loved that everything was clear and organised. We knew exactly how the day would flow and didn't need to make any last minute decisions on the day, which in turn made for a truly enjoyable day knowing everything was in place. On the day of the wedding, John was fantastic. Our guests were looked after to a level that many never experienced before. Our guests could not get over the venue, the food and the overall service. A number of guests have said that the attention to detail around food service was phenomenal, staff picked up on the small things but it didn't go unnoticed to your guests. The night before, we stayed in interconnecting rooms. On the morning of, we had hair in one room, make up in the other and could leave the dresses in the bridal suite until we were ready for them. We had hoped to go to the forest for photographs but because of the rain the days before the wedding, it was too mucky. The day of the wedding we were very lucky to get a lovely mild sunny day, we got all of our photographs at the front of the hotel, the lobby and the secret garden and have absolutely stunning photographs. We fell in love with the hotel from the first moment we visited and having the hotel to ourselves on the day felt very special. I was anxious about accommodation and ensuring that all our guests got back to their accommodation okay. Emma contacted the local taxi services to let them know they would be needed and it all worked out perfectly. All in all, we could not be happier with how the planning process and the day itself went.

This 4 star hotel offers a 5 star wedding experience, the staff go above and beyond to make your day so special. All of the hotel staff are super friendly, the food was gorgeous, the hotel is newly decorated and it has a beautiful garden and grounds to take your photos. It also has a lot of hidden extras that saves you money as it comes as part of your package. I cannot recommend this hotel enough .

From the first day we spoke and met Emma, we knew that the Clanard Court was the venue for us. Emma and John bent over backwards to make our day so special, all our guests are still talking about how much they enjoyed our wedding from start to finish, and the food was out of this world. From the moment we stepped in to the Clanard Court Hotel, we fell in love. We met Emma and just knew we were going to get married here, we went home cancelled all our booked viewings for other hotels and booked with Emma immediately. Throughout our planning Emma was absolutely amazing, always checking in with us and anything we ran by her was no problem. The Clanard Court Hotel is such a beautiful hotel with beautiful staff throughout the hotel to accompany it, so friendly and welcoming. The lovely girls in Revive Spa did our makeup applications on the morning of the wedding, they were so bubbly and chatty and made us feel so relaxed and made us feel and look beautiful for the day ahead. The best day of our lives. The hotel could not do enough for us. From the day we booked the venue until we checked out the morning after the big day, nothing was too much for them. Emma is an absolute star and I don't know how I would have gotten everything done without her. John was brilliant on the day and everyone couldn't say enough positives about the food and service. The ladies in the Revive Spa did my makeup on the day and bridal parties and they made us all feel so beautiful. I haven't one negative thing to say about the hotel or staff and can't wait to get back for a trip soon.
