When we got married this year, we dealt with Emma and she is honestly the most amazing person so down to earth and attentive. There was nothing that she couldn’t accommodate us with! I think she did more planning than we did and she kept us on track checking in constantly! She is just hands-down one of the nicest people and truly wants you to have the best day. All the staff on the day were just amazing, they are just the most welcoming and friendly people. You feel at home from the minute you arrive. Our guests spoke so highly of the staff and the hotel and just all agreed it was truly magical. John went out of his way to speak to each table to check in on our guests, which was so lovely. The attention to detail was nothing short of amazing the place looked exactly how I wished it would. If you are considering having your wedding at Clanard Court I can honestly say it will be the best decision you make. We can’t thank them enough for helping us to have the wedding day of our dreams. They have an amazing team each and every one of them!

We were married at the Clanard Court in August of this year and couldn't have asked for a better experience. From the first visit, Emma made planning and organising so easy with her support and communication. We fell in love with the chapel and our guests were equally impressed by the stunning setting it gave us for our ceremony. John and the staff were so good when it came to food and drink for our guests, they couldn't do enough. The service was fantastic! From the first day we walked into the Clanard Court Hotel we just knew this was where we wanted to get married. When we met with Emma the wedding coordinator she was so humble and lovely and we just knew straight away that we were in safe hands for our big day. I am so happy that we can say we had our wedding here as everyone, from all the staff members and everyone involved from the Clanard just made myself, Ray our family and friends feel right at home. They really could not do enough for us and always made sure we were happy and this truly made our day go so perfectly. It is such a beautiful venue with all the special little touches and everything is done to detail with so much care. The reception and the food were out of this world and this was the consensus from all of our guests. The function room was elegant, stunning and what I always dreamed of. Myself and my husband will be forever grateful for the experience we received during the run-up to and on our wedding day. We have nothing but praise for all the staff at the Clanard Court Hotel. There was genuinely nothing more they could have done for us on our big day. They had everything thought out and planned so well. We didn't have one guest out of the 120 that had one bad thing to say. It was nothing but praise all around for food, rooms and staff. The staff including the planners and the general managers who were there on the day spent their time amongst the guests making sure they were happy. They were very quick to act with the ever-changing events that wedding days bring. We can't praise this team of people at The Clanard Hotel enough. A 10 out of 10 expierence.

The Clanard Court was beyond what we expected.. from the first meeting with Emma we were put at ease and everything flowed so smoothly. In the planning, they didn’t take long to reply to emails / phone calls and always were extremely helpful. On the day we met John the other wedding co-ordinator, both he and Emma worked hand in hand and everything just went perfectly. Our guests still talk about the great food, great staff and great venue. Our wedding was a day we will never forget and truly was the best day of our lives. The Clanard Court will forever hold a place in our heart.

We wouldn't change a thing! We had the best wedding day at the Clanard Court last month. With the help of Emma and John, our day ran smoothly, and there was absolutely no stress throughout the planning or on the morning of. The food was absolutely beautiful. A number of guests commented that it was the best wedding meal they had ever tasted! No request was too much, and we would highly recommend anyone researching venues to give the Clanard Court a look! We had a very memorable day for our wedding at the Clanard Court Hotel. Emma was amazing from the start and was always there to help with any questions we had. The day ran so smoothly for us. John was incredible with service, too, throughout the day. We can both honestly say we had a Ball and felt so at ease. They looked after everything. We knew the Clanard Court Hotel was our perfect wedding venue as soon as we stepped through the doors to the beautiful lobby and were greeted by the super friendly wedding co-ordinator Emma. Everything about the hotel, the atmosphere, the staff, the food, and how we were made to feel didn't compare to any other venue we viewed. Every single member of staff is invested in their jobs and even more so their customers. Emma couldn't have done enough for us from the get-go. I always stayed in contact and had some great suggestions in the build-up to the big day, and what a day it was. We had such an amazing day. Our guests are still talking about it. From the setting, the beautiful function room, gardens and accommodation to the delicious food but, most of all, the staff. I know the Clanard Court Hotel hosts numerous weddings throughout the year, but they made our guests, and we feel like it was the only wedding of the year. They were all so pleasant and seemed to enjoy the day themselves. It's great to see so many people passionate about their jobs. Our guests want to return for dinner, overnight, or a special occasion. We can't thank Emma and all the staff enough for the most incredible day and hospitality we have yet to experience anywhere else in Ireland. Looking forward to our next visit. We had an amazing day from start to finish at the Clanard Court Hotel. I literally could not recommend this hotel highly enough. From the very moment we booked the hotel the wedding planner Emma was really engaged and so invested to make sure every detail of the big day was right. The little white chapel on site is simply beautiful, elegantly decorated and perfectly sized for around 100 -150 guests. It’s a wonderful feature of the hotel, and all our guests were in awe of it. The food in the hotel is delicious, they do beautiful warm canapés and the food for the main event was absolutely fabulous from start to finish. The hotel itself is beautifully decorated. The honeymoon suite is lovely and very spacious, with a beautiful four-poster bed, and all the guest rooms are lovely. The main ballroom/suite for the wedding is lovely and bright, with one side looking out on beautifully manicured gardens. The service was impeccable. This is a family-owned hotel, and all the staff are extremely warm, friendly, and accommodating. They were also incredibly attentive and will absolutely ensure every detail of your big day goes perfectly. Finally, the hotel has a range of very reasonably priced packages to cater for all budgets, making it very possible to have a very high-quality wedding at an affordable cost to meet your budget. It’s hard to put into words how much we enjoyed our wedding and how perfect the venue is, but I would 100% recommend this hotel if you are planning a wedding, you won’t be disappointed! Amazing venue for our wedding. I can't fault this place at all. Emma is an amazing coordinator and cared for everything during our wonderful reception. Our guests complimented this venue and are still talking about their great day. The food was delicious and plentiful. There is great choice available in all packages for menu and drinks reception, people are still raving about the cocktails, we highly recommend these. The accommodation is one of the best we've ever seen in a hotel. The bridal party and I also stayed the night before, and we had the best time getting ready in the wonderful suites for the big day. The Moposa app was a lifesaver in keeping track of invitations/budgets and doing our seating plan. All the Clanard Court Hotel staff are so welcoming to all guests and couldn't do enough for us and our wedding party on the day. I feel it's important to add that this venue is extremely child-friendly. The kids were treated as mini VIPs for the whole day; they loved all the fuss that was made about them. The Clanard Court Hotel is one of the best wedding venues for your special day, and I highly recommend it.

We got married at the Clanard Court Hotel on 23rd March 2024. We worked with Emma throughout the process, and she was fantastic to deal with; she went above and beyond to make our day special. The venue, staff and food are fabulous, and our guests are still talking about their great day. John looked after our guests, even the night after, and was great to work with. The most amazing day of our lives and honestly the hotel went above and beyond. Owen, Emma, and John were amazing to deal with. We viewed a few venues and from the moment we landed in the clanard and met with Emma and the staff. We knew there and then that’s where we wanted to have our day. They were so helpful with every single step of the way. And can I just say how incredibly sound they are like honestly we can’t thank them all enough. Even for the menu tasting, Owen gave us his tips and advice. Emma was fantastic any single time I needed advice she was there and never made a single issue of anything, she is fantastic to deal with. John on the day reassured us and kept us in the loop all the time and was so friendly honestly highly recommend this hotel it’s stunning but it was the staff that made us make our decision and we are so happy we did.

We had the most perfect day at the Clanard Court Hotel. From the time I booked I had Emma on hand to help me with everything. Emma was absolutely exactly what we needed to help us get our wedding the way we wanted it. Every detail was perfect. Meal tasting was great to help decide what we wanted to eat, and the food was truly lovely. The chefs produced detailed food of the highest standard for the wedding, everybody was talking about how good it was! The venue, function room and the accommodation were also perfect, exactly what anyone would want for their wedding. Comfortable, clean and with the most helpful and kind staff! The grounds were ideal for photos, the little White Chapel was decorated with beautiful flowers and it was beautiful! I really would recommend the Clanard Court Hotel to anyone looking for a venue to get married, I promise you will not be disappointed!

We had our day at Clanard Court Hotel on 14th October 2023 and it was AMAZING! From the moment we stepped foot in the hotel to view it and meet with Emma we knew straight away this was the place we wanted to get married. As well as the hotel being beautiful, every member of staff were so friendly and helpful. Service on the day was out of this world nobody could do enough for us and our guests and everyone commented on how brilliant the staff were. A special mention must be given to Emma our wedding coordinator she is unreal at her job! She was always there with quick replies and advice even when I was asking questions about silly things she was there from day dot helping any way she could. Emma is a true asset to the hotel! Another special mention needs to be given to John who went above and beyond looking after us and our guests. He was on the ball all day and night and really looked after everyone. Everything ran so smoothly, like a dream thanks to John. His wealth of knowledge and experience reflects in his work and we're so grateful to have had him oversee our day. The food was absolutely gorgeous everyone was raving about it. Nobody went hungry either as there was plenty of food all day/night. My mother in law and sister in law are coeliac and the chef made sure there was always something suitable available for them. My mother in law also said it was the nicest coeliac meals she's ever had! If we had to do our day over again we would chose Clanard Court Hotel every time, 100 times over, everything was perfect. Exceptional service from the moment we agreed to have our wedding at the Clanard. We had terrific support in the lead-up with Emma and her staff helping us at every turn through the organising process. The warm and professional staff made it the perfect day for us, everything went according to plan and we could not be more grateful. We were also accommodated for our day two celebrations and had another perfect experience.

I don’t even know where to start on the amazing service, attention to detail and kindness of the staff of the Clanard Court. On the day, Emma and John stand out a mile, I didn’t have a single thing to think of. I was so confident in the pair, I knew once I got to the hotel it was time to relax and enjoy the day. And that I did. Emma from the get go was easy to deal with, friendly and nothing was a problem. Kept in touch and helped throughout the year of planning and left my job very easy in regards planning. Her friendly, bubbly personality was alway there at the other end of the phone if I needed anything. The day of, she had everything running smoothly and I owe her a huge thanks for that. John on the other hand again so helpful, he copped something small on the wedding day that he wasn’t happy with from a supplier, he asked me could he change it. There wasn’t a second where I thought about it, I knew he knew best and he was right. It can’t go unsaid about the food, everything was amazing. The portions, the quality, the service. In particular, the braised beef cheek, weeks on people are still commenting on how amazing it was. I’d also like to rate the waiting staff, they were so fun and helpful and are often overlooked. The hotel in general is so beautiful. The private garden sold it for me, the kids hut in the private garden, the amazing lobby and of course the beautifully decorated function room. The attention to detail in this hotel is second to none. This is proved by how busy and popular the hotel is in the area. I can’t thank everyone at the Clanard enough for making our day so special for us.

My new husband and I had our wedding here on 18th August and it truly was the best day ever! The Clanard Court met every expectation and the whole day went off without a hitch. They are like a well oiled machine and I couldn’t fault a thing! Emma was absolutely fantastic, she answered every single question (and there were a lot) and dealt with every single request without a bother and always so promptly responding to emails. Our wedding was also postponed from 2021 and the way they handled everything through Covid with the changing numbers and restrictions was with such sensitivity and grace for a really stressful situation. They were prepared for everything. John was amazing on the day! All of our guests had nothing but the best to say about him. Our guests from the UK and America were especially impressed particularly with the dinner service (no spoilers)!! Everyone raved about the rooms and staff. I was lucky enough to stay in the bridal suite for two nights and it was just dreamy. It felt like every need was catered for, a direct quote from a guest was they wanted for nothing and were looked after all day! A long review I know but it is warranted. I can’t say enough great things about them, can’t recommend them enough for your wedding day or even just a weekend getaway! Beautiful hotel with lovely surrounds and incredible staff!

Everything on our wedding day went perfectly. Emma is a absolute gem and John a master of ceremonies in every way. Our only wish is that we could do it all over again! Food and service were high on our list of priorities and the Clanard Court excels in these areas! The ballroom is stunning and with the backdrop of their wonderful gardens it just elevates the whole setting. From our first viewing, we knew it was going to be our reception venue. It was everything that we were looking for and more. Emma was a dream to work with. I was so relaxed coming up to the Wedding Day and I can honestly put that all down to her.. every query I had was answered asap & her attention to detail was amazing. All I can say is she is a pure genius at what she does. John, we met coming closer to the day for our menu tasting and apart from being a pure gent and a great laugh, he could not do enough for us. We had a few very fussy eaters on the day which had me a bit worried and, to be honest, I don't know how he did it but he catered for everyone and they are still raving about the food!! Clanard Court Hotel is an excellent venue for a family wedding. It was a pleasure having Emma as our co-ordinator and friend from start to finish, as she left no stone unturned. The team, along with Emma, John & Eoin had a warm welcome for us on each occasion that we visited and the same was said by our guests. The food is delicious with a wide variety of options to suite all tastes, food presentation was delightful, prompt and friendly service, all our dietary requirements were catered for. Due to the weather, we didn't get to use all of the garden facilities but they are everything that you need. Private, enclosed, picturesque garden with a children's play room suitable for all ages, it went down a treat. Also the fact you can view the garden from the function room is a bonus. The accommodation is fresh and comfortable, can't wait to return.

We had such an amazing day at the Clanard Court Hotel. The weather wasn't great on the day and we were so grateful for the chapel. Emma, the co-ordinator is simply amazing. She went above and beyond for us, answering a million questions and meeting our requests for the day. The staff accommodated our last minute request for a function room on Day 2 and even called some bar staff back in who had gone home. We would love to return for some anniversaries in the future as you are always looked after at the hotel.

We can’t rate Clanard Court Hotel highly enough. We were so happy with how everything went on the day from the food, excellent service, to the venue itself. All our guests were really happy and are still complimenting the hotel especially the food and service. Emma, John and the whole team were so easy to deal with. The grounds at the hotel are beautiful, they have a secret garden and a bonus new white chapel, where we had the pleasure of having our ceremony in. All the staff, were so welcoming and helpful and go out of their way to make your day amazing. Nothing was ever too small or big. I wouldn’t fault this hotel in any way.
