We both cannot recommend this hotel enough for all they done for us not only on our wedding day but from the time we came DOWN to the hotel in a panic during a global pandemic not knowing where would we would be having our wedding. just 3 weeks before our wedding, carina and Philip took it into their own hands and reassured us that they could give us what we wanted. We cannot thank them enough for all they have done for us. Nothing was a problem and the hotel staff couldn't do enough for us. We will always remember the special memories, craic we had in the hotel on our wedding day with our guests and even the hotel staff. We can't wait to revisit the hotel when the restrictions lift. Absolutely unbelievable hotel couldn’t rate it anymore if I tried. We booked our wedding within one week of the wedding itself and decided due to lockdown we would pull our wedding forward.. Jackson’s Manager Philip and wedding coordinator Carina, Along with all the amazing staff pulled our wedding off in five days which sounds near impossible.. everything went so smoothly from start to finish, the décor , the meal which was the nicest I've ever had, the brilliant staff whom nothing was too much to ask along with everything else they put in place behind the scenes. We highly recommend Jackson's Hotel to all couples looking for that perfect venue for their wedding day. Have a look at the surroundings and that beautiful staircase, which sold it for us, before we even got to the dining room. Then it was a bigger wow! Due to Covid-19 there were restrictions put in place, but not once did we and our quests feel restricted - we felt safe and had a wonderful day and night. The staff are outstanding and went beyond our expectations. The food was so delicious and there was plenty of it. The chef really did an amazing job catering for all our dietary requirements. We'd like to thank all those who worked with us and made our day really enjoyable, memorable and special. If we have left anyone out, I'm sorry. Our thanks to all. But Carina, you are amazing and put everything in to your job. We felt as if you were a forever friend to us and nothing was a bother. We could not have hoped for a better service than what we got in Jackson's Hotel. We were treated with exceptional compassion, sensitivity, professionalism and kindness through serious disruption to our plans due to covid-19. Jackson's staff went above and beyond to accommodate us with necessary changes and kept in touch with us right the way through the pandemic. We felt confident about the wedding day running smoothly due to the standard of service we had received in advance, and they did not disappoint. Their attention to detail and personal touches made our wedding day run perfectly, allowing us to enjoy every minute. The guests are still talking about the beautiful food now and have planned a family reunion there again at Christmas!

we had both our ceremony and reception in the Finn suite. Form the day we booked we just knew that it was going to be an amazing day. When we booked and up until the day of the wedding we had Rhonda helping us organise everything and nothing was to much trouble. If I had any questions or requests, I could just send an email and it was always answered very quickly. On the day of the wedding we had Antoinette there making sure our day ran smoothly and she was just brilliant, so good throughout the day. The food on the day was beautiful all our guests commented on it. I can't Thank all the staff at Jackson's for making our day so special

From we booked our wedding back in March 2017, Jackson's had only started being renovated and at that time the hotel was beautiful & we knew as soon as we went to look at the finn suite that it was the perfect venue for our winter wedding! WE HAD QUITE A LARGE GUEST LIST SO IT WAS DIFFICULT TRYING TO FIND A VENUE LARGE ENOUGH, JACKSONS WAS PERFECT WITH PLENTY OF ROOM & PLENTY OF GUEST ROOMS ALSO WHICH WAS A BONUS! IN THE RUN UP TO OUR WEDDING WE MADE MANY TRIPS TO THE HOTEL TO STAY OVER, HAVE LUNCH, FOR OUR MENU TASTING OR MEET WITH ANTOINETTE AND EACH TIME WAS A TREAT AND HAD US MORE EXCITED FOR OUR BIG DAY! THE STAFF IN THE HOTEL ARE SECOND TO NONE, NOTHING IS A PROBLEM (ESPECIALLY WHEN YOU'RE A BRIDE-TO-BE TRYING TO ORGANISE ROOMS FOR EVERYONE TO STAY OVER, I'M SURE I HAD THEIR HEADS TORTURED BUT NOTHING WAS EVER AN ISSUE!) The sweeping staircase creates an amazing photo opportunity for your wedding day and was loved by all our guests too. The food on our wedding day was gorgeous, everybody is still talking about how delicious it was! OUR WEDDING COORDINATOR ANTOINETTE MADE SURE EVERYTHING RAN SMOOTHLY AND WAS ALWAYS ONLY AN EMAIL/PHONECALL AWAY AT ANY TIME IN THE MONTHS AND WEEKS LEADING UP TO OUR BIG DAY WHICH DEFINITELY PUTS COUPLES MINDS AT EASE! WE HAD PROVIDED OUR OWN TABLE CENTRES AND SOME ROOM DECOR AND ANTOINETTE DISPLAYED THESE EXACTLY HOW WE WANTED AND THE ROOM HAD BEEN SO BEAUTIFULLY DRESSED BY ANTOINETTE AND THE STAFF AT JACKSON'S. THE BRIDAL SUITE IS REALLY SOMETHING ELSE, WE HAD GOT OUR PHOTOGRAPHER TO TAKE SNAPS OF US IN IT TOO AS IT IS SO BEAUTIFUL. WE STAYED THE NIGHT AFTER OUR WEDDING WITH SOME FAMILY AND FRIENDS AND WE ARRANGED FOR A FAMILY FRIEND TO PROVIDE MUSIC IN 'THE THIRSTY TROUT' FOR A FEW HOURS, THIS WAS PERFECT TO CONTINUE OUR WEDDING CELEBRATIONS AND EVERYONE HAD A REALLY GOOD TIME! I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND JACKSON'S TO ANY ENGAGED COUPLE LOOKING FOR THEIR DREAM WEDDING VENUE, WE CAN'T WAIT TO GO BACK FOR OUR ANNIVERSARY!

We had an amazing experience with Jacksons hotel for our big day. As it was a December wedding, the hotel and reception room were decorated beautifully for Christmas. The planning and run up to the wedding went very smoothly with Jacksons' wedding team taking care of any queries we had as well as the menu tasting and rooms for our guests. The day itself went perfectly and exactly how we hoped! A lot of our guests had travelled up from Dublin for the day and so had never visited the hotel before, they were very impressed with the facilities and hospitality on offer. I would not hesitate to recommend Jacksons for any couple planning their big day.

I just want to thank you for making our wedding day so special and perfect. Everything from the food to the staff and the bbq the next day was amazing. All the guests were so impressed with Jacksons.
