Our experience of Harvey’s Point and the wedding team were fantastic from start to finish. No words are enough to thank them. Nothing was a bother to Samantha & her team (Molly, Lily). All arrangements for the day were dealt with efficiently and with clarity. The wedding day was amazing. We stayed at the hotel the night before and from reception to the wedding, the team did everything we asked for, and everything was sorted for us. It made the experience calm and enjoyable. We had our wedding reception in Harvey's Point on the 25th of Sept 2021, and it was the most amazing day. From the first meeting, right up to the day after, Samantha and the team could not have been more helpful, personable and professional. Every guest raved about the food, the accommodation and the customer service. I cannot tell you how great a job Samantha did as our wedding coordinator. Her attention to detail and to us and our guests on the day was second to none. We are so grateful to all of the staff at Harvey's Point, and we cannot wait to come and celebrate our first anniversary.

We recently got married at Harvey's Point and had a wondeful day! Samantha and the team at Harvey's Point were so helpful in the run up to the wedding, answering any questions and worries we had with the ever changing covid rules. We were also blessed to have had great weather on our wedding day. This allowed us to have the drinks reception outside on the terrace overlooking the lake. This was an added bonus which all our guests loved. We would highly recommend Harvey's Point as a wedding venue!

We had our wedding here on the 3rd of September and everything was amazing! From the first meeting with Samantha, I knew we were in good hands!! She is simply amazing at her job and takes all the stress and worry away from you for your big day! On the day, the food and service were fantastic. All of our guests have since commented on the food, staff and location, saying how perfect and professional it all was! Thanks again for everything Samantha and team!!

We could not have asked for a better day. The staff at Harvey's Point are brilliant. We had to re-plan our wedding multiple times due to covid and Samantha, and all the team could not have been more helpful. Nothing was a problem. The day itself flowed so well with again the staff being so helpful. The new ballroom and garden suite for the drinks reception were all fantastic. We were also fortunate to enjoy the terrace outside the ballroom all evening, given the good weather. The setting is brilliant for photos too. The food was exceptional, all our guests were really impressed, and the special routine of serving the top table adds a nice additional touch. We were a little unsure how the day would pan out with the current covid restrictions, but it honestly could not have been better. The two of us were delighted. We would highly recommend Harvey's Point to anyone looking to plan their wedding day, and thanks again to everyone at Harvey's Point.

We had an amazing time at Harvey's Point for our Wedding Day. The service on the day was second to none. Our guests and the bride were treated like royalty. The accommodation was also amazing, and our bridal Suite was fabulous. Our Wedding Coordinator Samantha was absolutely fantastic. Nothing was ever a problem despite having to postpone our wedding twice. She ensured that everything was perfect on the day. Harvey's Point Is certainly the perfect Wedding Venue.

What can I say from start to finish Harvey's point cannot be commended enough! From we first met Michael & Samantha they couldn't do enough for us. On our wedding day the service we received was just phenomenal. The food & drinks were delicious. I cannot speak highly enough of this hotel! If i could give more than 10*’s I would!

We celebrated our special day in the beautiful setting of Harvey's Point, and it was nothing short of amazing. Samantha and Mícheál provided a 5-star service from when we first met, to the actual wedding day. They went above and beyond to make our day perfect and made sure that no stone was left unturned. They are brilliant at what they do and helped ease the stress of planning a wedding. We were extremely lucky to squeeze in our day right before the first lockdown in March in which Mícheál and Samantha kept us reassured and calm during the uncertainty leading up to the day. They, and all the staff pulled out all the stops to make us and our guests feel extremely safe and relaxed. The accommodation, the food, the fabulous staff and the stunning views-everything was perfect, and our guests continue to rave about it all. We cannot thank Samantha and Mícheál enough for their professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail they provided us throughout the planning process. We recently got married in the stunning Harvey’s Point on 17th September 2020, after having to postpone from 29th May 2020 due to the Covid-19 pandemic. To begin, the wedding coordinators (Samantha & Michéal) at Harvey’s Point are fantastic, extremely professional, helpful, friendly and a good laugh. The wedding coordinators are supported by a fantastic team, each of the team know their role and do it without fault. Both Samantha & Michéal were excellent in helping rearrange the wedding and keeping us informed of all the government guidelines, which were constantly changing at that time. Nothing was an issue for them to find out or sort out. On the wedding day itself, it was perfect. The sun was shining (the only thing Samantha & Michéal can’t control) and both the ceremony room and ballroom were beautifully set up and decorated. Michéal was in charge for the day and he did a fantastic job, he looked after both of us so well, helped us keep any nerves limited and everything went off without a problem. Noel Also called in throughout the day to help out and have a chat. The atmosphere was relaxed, the food and wine were amazing, with all the guests complimenting it. We also had the gin bar for the reception after the ceremony, which the guests loved. The surroundings of Harvey’s Point are beautiful and perfect location for unforgettable photographs. The hotel bedrooms are stunning and a real treat. Although it wasn’t the wedding we had originally planned, we believe it was much better and highly recommend Harvey’s Point as the perfect wedding venue. All couples and their Guests will be well looked after by the Harvey’s Point team.

We got married in Harvey's Point last December and had the best day of our lives! Samantha and Micheal the Wedding Co-ordinators are a dream to deal with and they looked after us so well with meticulous detail. Nothing was a problem and they dealt with everything in such a relaxed but efficient manner that we also felt very relaxed and confident that everything would go well on the day - which it did. The food was absolutely outstanding on the day as well and we received numerous compliments from our guests who loved it all. The service was second to none on the day and the whole day went without a hitch!! We would highly recommend Harvey's Point to anyone. We can't imagine that it can get much better or you can have a better team to plan your special day with.

Unbelievable Wedding Venue! We had our wedding here on the 21st February and I can not praise Samantha, Michael, Noel and his staff enough. All staff in every area of the hotel are so welcoming, friendly and so accommodating. Nothing is a problem. From the very start, everything in the planning was exceptional and made so easy and I really didn't think about the reception side of this too much during the wedding planning as I felt it was being completely taken care of and I was right to think so. The ballroom is beautiful and all our guests are still raving about the food which was both tasty and plentiful. Everything about the day was perfect and the staff couldn't do enough for us or our guests. With the recent refurbishment of the ballroom too, made all of our guests and our day even more special. Thank you so much to Samantha, Michael & Noel and his team for looking after us in February. You will not regret your decision to book your wedding in the beautiful setting of Harvey’s Point Hotel. They gave us the best day ever!!

What can we say but a massive thank you to Harvey's Point and all the team, especially Samantha our wedding co-ordinator. From the first day we were shown around the beautiful hotel and ballroom, we knew this was the venue for us. what we didn't know was how much could change in a couple of months. After a stressful year of planning with COVID-19 and being unsure what to do, with having to cut our guest list from 150 to under 50, the stress was on another level. However, Samantha and the team were amazing. Any worries went away when you spoke to them. My main concern was how a wedding of 50 would look in such a big and beautiful ballroom. What would the atmosphere be like and what would it be like to finish an Irish wedding at 11:30pm? All these worries and more didn't matter on the day. The day was no different to any other wedding we've attended. The 50 guests number was a blessing, we had the most important people with us on our day. We live streamed it for family and friends who could not make it from England. As my husband is from Liverpool, I organised special messages from his family and friends on video and the hotel team helped play the video on their projector in the ballroom - such a lovely touch - it was a very emotional part of the day. The ballroom was well planned out and didn't look empty with only 50 people. It was the complete opposite to what i was worried about. It showed off its beauty more with the views. The atmosphere was amazing - all our guests enjoyed themselves. Not forgetting the food - it was unbelievable and we still got our evening/night time food served before 11pm. We had such an amazing day. We didn't want it to end, but, secretly it was nice to finish at 11:30pm as we had the feet well danced off us! If anyone is in doubt, don't be. I would recommend Harvey's Point Hotel for the exceptional service they offer. Everything was above and beyond for us the bride and groom and also for our guests. We had our wedding in Harvey's Point on the 28th February. We knew from our initial look around with MicheáL that we wouldn't find better - the location is stunning, the new ballroom is beautiful and very classic, but what really stood out was the service, there's a real comforting and homely feel to the venue and the staff were excellent- nothing was too big of an ask. Micheál and Samantha were a pleasure to deal with, their experience in arranging weddings was clear to see, they almost knew what we were looking for before we did ourselves! The food and accommodation at Harvey's are second to none, guests are still talking to us about the luxurious rooms and the dessert buffet went down a treat on the day! It's clear to see why Harvey's is so well rated when it comes to weddings - they have every aspect covered to a tee and truly made our day so special and stress-free. WE VISITED HARVEY'S POINT FOR LUNCH ONE SUNDAY AFTERNOON A COUPLE OF YEARS AGO. wE WERE NEWLY ENGAGED BUT WERE IN NO RUSH TO MAKE ANY WEDDING PLANS. HOWEVER, SHORTLY AFTER ARRIVING AT HARVEY'S POINT WE BOTH KNEW WE WANTED TO HAVE OUR WEDDING THERE. IT WAS THE FIRST AND ONLY VENUE WE CONSIDERED. WE THOUGHT IF OUR GUESTS WERE TO EXPERIENCE EVEN A FRACTION OF THE WONDERFUL HOSPITALITY AND EXCELLENT FOOD WE RECEIVED THAT DAY, WE WOULD BE HAPPY. OUR WEDDING DAY FAR EXCEEDED THAT EXPECTATION. IT'S HARD TO DESCRIBE, BUT HARVEY'S POINT IS JUST A VERY SPECIAL PLACE. WHEN WE MET SOME OF OUR GUESTS 6 MONTHS LATER, THEY STILL REMARKED WHAT A FABULOUS TIME THEY'D HAD. WE RECEIVED EMAILS AND TEXTS IN THE WEEKS AFTER FROM OTHER GUESTS THANKING US FOR INVITING THEM AS THEY'D HAD SUCH A FANTASTIC TIME. hARVEY'S POINT DOES THAT, IT LEAVES A LASTING IMPRESSION. THE TEAM ARE WORLD CLASS AT WHAT THEY DO AND I WOULD NOT ONLY RECOMMEND IT TO COUPLES FOR THEIR WEDDING, I WOULD GO AS FAR AS SAYING WE FEEL EXTREMELY FORTUNATE TO HAVE HAD OUR WEDDING THERE. WE PLANNED OUR ENTIRE WEDDING DAY (CEREMONY AND RECEPTION) WITH MICHEAL OVER EMAIL, FROM ANOTHER COUNTRY, AND IT WAS COMPLETELY EFFORTLESS. WE HAD BEEN AWAY FROM HOME MANY YEARS AND THE HOSPITALITY YOU EXPERIENCE AT HARVEY'S POINT IS THE EPITOME OF THE "CEAD MILE FAILTE" WHICH MAKES THIS COUNTRY UNIQUE. wE ARE SO GRATEFUL TO MICHEAL, SAMANTHA AND THE ENTIRE TEAM. wHEN WE GOT ENGAGED LAST OCTOBER, WE KNEW THERE WAS ONLY ONE VENUE FOR OUR RECEPTION AND THAT WAS HARVEY'S POINT. wE were originally due to get married on april but had to postpone due to covid-19. micheál and samantha were a dream to deal with throughout the whole process, kept in close contact with us about changes and restrictions, went out of their way to make everthing happen as we had originally planned and never made us feel like we were a burden, even though we felt it ourselves! the day itself was perfect and felt so personal with 50 of our nearest and dearest. we were concerned that the fabulous new ballroom would look empty but the layout showed the ballroom off perfectly and the stunning lake views were all the more visible. our guests have been raving about the service, the personal touch and homely feeling that harvey's point offered, something they have not experienced anywhere else. the wedding hand sanitisers were a lovely touch at every place setting too! again, the guests have commented on the delicious meal, the evening buffet and the crisp sandwiches when the dancing was over! the food was truly amazing. The bedrooms are nothing short of palatial and such a treat for a special ocassion we are delighted that we chose harvey's point for our big day and would highly recommend without hesitation for the service, THE food and overall experience. we are looking forward to our next trip TO HARVEY'S so that we can enjoy it for ourselves all over again! What an amazing wedding day we had in Harvey's point! From the minute samantha showed us around the hotel for the very first time, we knew it was the venue for us! Michael took care of Every detail throughout the planning in such a stress free and relaxed way, nothing was any trouble. On the day of the wedding we couldn't have asked for more. Every tiny detail was catered for. Michael was there to greet us when we arrived and led us every step of the way throughout the day. The reception area for guests was perfect, it's so nice to have a private space for guests to sit and enjoy their DRINKs and canapes. The pier was the perfect place for PHOTOGRAPHS with the beautiful backdrop of lough eske. Its Great not having to travel too far for photos when december daylight is not on your side! The main reception room was decorated beautifully, the meal was first class and the staff were faultless. All rooms in the hotel are stunning but The bridal suite is something else! when we arrived to the room after dancing the night away we were met with a hot pot of tea on the table and our sliced wedding cake. Such a lovely, thoughtful touch. Thank you harveys point for making our dream wedding a reality, you really do think of everything!

From the first moment of enquiring about having our wedding at Harvey’s we were extremely well looked after. When Micheál showed us what Harvey’s had to offer for our wedding we left the hotel on a high. We saw a number of other venues but this only left us with no doubt that Harvey’s was the venue for us. No other venue gave us the feeling we got at Harvey’s. We maintain that this is down to all the friendly staff at Harvey’s who go out of their way to make you have the best experience possible. Nothing is too much trouble. Kieran particularly enjoyed wheeling & dealing with Micheál to strike a deal. One of the highlights for us was the tasting to choose the wedding menu. Samantha & Micheál made the planning for our wedding effortless. They guided us through organising our big day with ease. They answered all our queries, offered advice, were flexible in catering to our requirements to make our day what we envisaged. They went above & beyond by speaking with the bakery to get instructions on setting up our wedding cake to helping us choose our entrance song. All the staff at Harvey’s have a willingness to give guests a great experience. Marta looked after our every need during our wedding dinner & Noel ensured everyone was happy at breakfast the next morning. As our wedding was on the 30th November Harvey’s went to the effort of putting up the Christmas trees & decorations which added an additional layer of magic to our day. Thank you, Harvey’s our wedding day was perfect. It truly was the best day of our life so far. You are experts in creating magical experiences.

Harvey's Point is an outstanding wedding venue. Upon first viewing the hotel Micheál gave us a friendly welcome and ensured we were aware of all Harvey's had to offer in a clear manner. There were no hidden costs in the process of booking, menu tasting, payments and all the things in between were made easy and straightforward. Micheál and Samantha were responsive to all emails and phone calls throughout the planning process. Our experience on the actual wedding day was exceptional. The drinks reception room was beautiful and we had plenty of refreshments for everyone having pulled the sandwiches from the evening buffet, along with scones, cookies, beer and prosecco. The Ballroom was stunning, and given that our wedding was at Christmas, the festive decorations certainly added to the magic! The food was superb And we have had so many compliments with people particularly enjoying the starter buffer. The quality of the food overall was fantastic - no cheap cuts! The waiting staff were attentive and professional. Samantha, Micheál and the entire team at Harvey’s were exceptional working cohesively to ensure a perfect day. The ballroom is brilliant for the dancing too as it’s on a lower level to the seating and as the bar is in the room it keeps the group together which is essential, while also being big enough to hold a crowd up for a good hooley! You won’t be disappointed when the band packs up and you are escorted to your accommodation for the night! The penthouse feels like a hotel within a hotel - we won’t ruin the surprises that await but it will definitely be one of the nicest suites you will ever stay in! Again, while staging for the two nights after the wedding, the staff couldn’t have been more helpful, including the kind concierge who came with fresh sheets at 3 am on the second night when a stomach bug had gotten the better of the bride. He was so helpful and understanding! Our experience from start to finish with Harvey’s Point was 5 star and we would recommend it to anyone!

Dave & I had our wedding on 7th March this year at Harvey's Point and it was honestly the best day ever! Michael, Samantha & staff were just the nicest to work with and so accommodating with any request! The new ballroom is just fab! Our guests loved everything from the reception drinks, the ballroom setup, to the food & wine! Where else can you enjoy a top class buffet experience for your wedding? We were just so lucky to even get married this year... just a few days before the country went into lock down and to be so lucky to have had our wedding at Harvey's Point, we feel like the luckiest couple on earth! Having stayed at Harvey's Point many times, there was no doubt in our minds that we wanted our small ceremony to take place there because of our warm connection to the hotel and staff, and also our desire to entertain our wedding guests for a couple of nights in order to let them savour the chill-out Harvey's experience. From the outset, Samantha and Micheál listened to our modest requirements and over a period of months took great care to stay in touch with us and deliver exactly what we wanted, and more. We could not have wished for a better Events Team to make useful suggestions at the planning stage, look after the room bookings for guests and to coordinate things on the day itself, adding their very personal and professional touches yet remaining discretely at a distance so as not to intrude. Well done. This review would be lacking if we did not also compliment everyone else including waiting staff and those in the restaurant who made our evening meal so very memorable. In summary, I heartily recommend Harvey's Point as a top-class wedding venue where Samantha, Micheál and absolutely everyone else will make your special day even more special. If I could award more stars than five, I would.

We had originally planned our wedding for 31st March. However due to COVID-19 this had to be postponed. In the lead up to the wedding Samantha and Micheal were very helpful, replying to emails promptly and being very accommodating of our needs. When the original date had to be cancelled they reached out to us immediately and offered new dates. Within one day of having to postpone our wedding the new date was arranged and all accommodation bookings transferred over. This saved a lot of stress through their prompt response. Throughout the entire process they kept us updated of new legislation and how this would impact us, working with us to ensure we had the perfect wedding but still adhering to all guidelines. The renovated ballroom is beautiful and there is so much attention to detail in all aspects. The view over the lake is stunning. The food was brilliant, with everyone commenting how good it was. The bedrooms were also spectacular! Every member of staff was personable but also very professional. We would highly recommend Harvey’s Point to anyone planning a wedding, and also recognise the hard work of Samantha and Micheal who without a doubt are the best in the business. Thanks again!
