Can’t speak highly enough of Cedar Court Hotel Harrogate. We booked to get married here in 2018 for September 2020 and all throughout Covid they’ve just been incredible. A totally gorgeous hotel in a stunning location that has the friendliest staff, and the yummiest food. Lauren the events co ordinator is just amazing and nothing was too much trouble, she put up with me for months on end and really went above and beyond especially when we were frantic with worry about Covid and with all of the hospitality restrictions. The whole day was amazing, all our guests said how lovely the hotel was and how fab the staff were. Our photographer even emailed us after to say how great the venue and staff were. Ben who took care of us on the day/evening after Lauren finished couldn’t have been more attentive and helpful. Ramune was lovely throughout all of the wedding pre-visits and the day itself, such a friendly face and really put us at ease. The staff are a credit to the hotel and we are so thankful to them for making our special day so amazing even with covid restrictions. It was truly a day we will never forget and we can’t wait to come back to Cedar Court again soon! X

Absolutely fantastic venue, really good sized rooms and the staff went out of their way to make sure everything perfectly. Cannot fault anything apart from my Tux jacket going walkabouts, but I suspect that's my fault! The 3 shift changes were handled very well and no one seemed to even notice when the card machine stopped working, the staff simply worked around it wonderfully. Very reasonably priced for the location and service 10/10 would recommend.

From the moment we stepped into cedar court we knew it was the venue for us. The grounds, rooms everything was what we had imagined for our special day. During the time inbetween booking and the day, myself and my husband sent numerous emails and phone calls asking what we thought were silly questions however Georgina always replied promptly and reassured us. We arrived the day before our wedding as I wanted to set the room up with my chief bridesmaid (like to know it's as I imagined) however we did some bits but the amazing staff helped out also. The whole day of our wedding was FANTASTIC!!! We want to do it all again. From start to finish it was perfect. The food was amazing, staff always available when needed. We cannot thank you all enough at the hotel for doing such an amazing job. Megan & Matthew

Our wedding reception lunch buffet went extremely smoothly and we had a great time.The staff at Cedar Court were fantastic. Nothing was too much trouble and very professional, friendly and accommodating in all areas. We booked a room with breakfast and dinner included for the night before and the night of the wedding and again could not fault anything. Lovely room, clean, comfortable with all the amenities provided. The restaurant food was very acceptable with again very attentive staff. My only negatives - which are not at all moans or groans on our part - Whilst we were able to play our own music at the reception in the Oak Room, it was just a CD player on the window sill, so, you couldn't hear the music unless you were directly in front of the window. The other being the savory tarts served to us must have been forgotten in the oven as they were very overdone. All in all I have no hesitation in recommending the Cedar Court for any event you have planned and am so glad that we chose them for our special day.

Cedar Court was always the chosen destination for our wedding reception as we loved the look of building... we were not disappointed by our experienced. The staff were fantastic on the day and went above and beyond for us and our guests. Our wedding coordinator Georgina was outstanding and made everything so easy for us. Food was lovely and acomadated all tastes and types. Hotel rooms were great too. Only negative was the DJ, very unorganised and cut our wedding song off halfway through. But just organise your own music and you will have the perfect wedding here.

We choose cedar for our wedding venue as it was the only venue me and husband both agreed was beautiful. We was able to view the venue as many times as we like and the staff are so brilliant and friendly. Georgina was our wedding coordinator who was with out a doubt fantastic she was new to cedar but was certainly passionate and excellent knowledge about wedding planning, she always made sure she went through everything with us and was always willing to answer any questions and concerns me and my husband had! The day of our wedding Georgina was very reassuring and prepared and made sure everything ran smoothly. I was absolutely mesmerised by how gorgeous the rooms were decorated it was everything and more I could of ever dreamed off. I had the most perfect day and Georgina and the staff at cedar court made sure of it. I couldn't thank them enough.

My husband and I had a fantastic wedding at Cedar Court. From the moment Georgina showed us round the venue we felt at ease and knew we had made the right choice. Georgina took so much time to meet with us and help us with everything and never seemed phased with our many emails and constant questions. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal taster session and were so well looked after by the restaurant staff, the food was delicious. We were able to decorate the room the day before the wedding which was so helpful. The day itself was wonderful, the staff were always on hand to help out and make sure we were happy with everything. The food was delicious and everyone who attended who had various dietary requirements were very happy with their different meals. The DJ was brilliant and really knew the audience he had very quickly, there was never a moment where the dance floor was empty. It took slightly longer than we had hoped to move from our wedding breakfast room to the disco room but everything else was absolutely perfect. The evening buffet was also delicious, we opted for sausage and bacon rolls - huge hit! The only improvement I can think of was that on the morning after the wedding we had pre-arranged to come down at 9am for breakfast but they did not seem prepared for such a lot of people and it took a long time for everybody to get their breakfasts as they ran out of everything. But that is just a very minor thing, the wedding day itself and the run up was amazing, the staff went above and beyond to make the day special for us and we really appreciate it. Thank you to everyone at Cedar Court, but particularly to Georgina!

Had a fantastic wedding day at Cedar Court Hotel!! From the moment we turned up on the day. Everything was organised and flowed smoothly. Only a couple of blips during wedding breakfast where they played a difderent type of music to what we'd given them to play and the two vegetarian ladies got the wrong meals but didn't say anything at the time. We booked our wedding with cedar Court Harrogate and from the moment we made the inquiry to the day after the wedding the team were superb. The wedding cordinator, Charlotte, was absolutely fantastic, as well as Carla who is the events manager. The on the day team were perfect too and ensured we ran, relatively, on time. Everyone understood what we had asked for and went above and beyond to accommodate us in every way. Charlotte was in regular contact with us, making sure our needs were accounted for and exceptionally organised. We had our wedding meetings with her and we were able to have a friendly conversation about how we planned the day to be. She was professional and personable throughout. We met Louis during our menu tasting and hit it off with him straight away, he is a friendly and approachable member of staff and he requested to work our wedding. I got along with him very well and I think my entire family now really like him too! He was able to keep me sane throughout. The food was stunning and every single guest, even the older ones who always complain were full of compliments. Thank you to all of the kitchen staff who were involved Our on the day duty manager was Baz, he was lovely and really friendly as well, he made sure the day ran smoothly and was able to make last minute changes without causing me to worry in any way at all. Nicole looked after us as the manager for the evening do and again, she ensured everything ran perfectly and we really appreciated her working especially on bonfire night! We could not be happier with our whole day and want to wish everyone a heartfelt thank you for everything they did.
