We got married on Saturday 10th July 2021. This was our 3rd wedding date due to having to move due to COVID & all the restrictions. Throughout all of this, the staff at the Cresta Court Hotel kept us informed every step of the way through email, phone calls and meetings. Thanks to Adele, everything on the day ran like clockwork. She was there every step of the way with us & everyone commented on how smooth the day went. Everyone knew where to go & what to do, even with the restrictions in place. We had the most amazing day & one which we won't forget. We have no hesitation in recommending the Cresta Court for your wedding or any other event. We had the most amazing time. It was definitely a day we will not forget. We are still getting videos and photos from others and laughing away with ourselves. We would like to thank the team for making the day go smoothly and continuously checking to make sure we were okay. The rooms were dressed lovely, and everyone had enjoyed themselves also.

We would like to thank all the staff involved with our wedding at the Cresta court hotel on Saturday 16th November. Your professionalism was second to none and we could not fault the day! The food and service was amazing. Not forgetting the run up to the big day. Nicky made all the organising so easy and stress free for us, handing over to Adele for the final arrangements and making sure the day ran so smoothly. We received many compliments from our guests on how relaxed the day was and how much they enjoyed themselves. Thanks again, we would highly recommend this venue for future weddings!

Good Morning Adele, Nicky & Helen Well I am not sure where to start with the thank you to you all but here goes. Nicky right from our initial conversation over a year ago you have been absolutely brilliant – you have always been on hand to answer any questions no matter how little you always made me feel like you were there in helping to plan the big day and it was lovely to finally but a face to the emails on the Friday! Adele – You were absolutely amazing all the way through the last preps and especially on the day – you really went the extra mile to make sure our guests were looked after and I felt like nothing was too much trouble, everyone without exception commented on how brilliant you and your staff on the day were – you truly looked after everyone and the meal and buffet were to die for. You made our special day feel exactly that special – I am truly thankful for all of the little touches you added to make the room look magical. I also have to say the rooms and the breakfasts were all brilliant as were the check in staff. Paul and I can honestly hand on heart say that there wasn’t a single thing we could fault – the day just flowed perfectly without a hitch Please make sure you pass on our thanks to all involved in the preparations and the day itself Mr & Mrs Williamson!

I would like to thank you all on behalf of myself and my Husband Paul. Our wedding day was absolutely fabulous and went without a hitch, it could not have been more perfect. The package we chose meant that I did not need to do anything other than turn up which took out all the stresses that can come with these preparations. The room was set up beautifully on the day and Adele did an amazing job, she really is brilliant at what she does. I even had a comment of my father and stepmother who paid for my wedding that they could not believe everything that was included in the price as it was all so reasonable. We married at the Cresta Court Hotel on 23rd May 2015 and we wanted to express our heartfelt thanks and appreciation for the way all the staff handled our wedding, dealt with our guests and looked after us. The service we received was exceptional. Gemma, Briony and Rhianne from the planning team were available for any queries and issues leading up to our wedding and were able to sort out all our needs without any fuss. They responded to e mails and phone calls promptly, were constantly polite and helpful and seemed genuinely happy to help in any way they could. Gemma was there “on the day” and ensured everything went smoothly and to plan. It was so good to have that personal touch. Adele from the management team was fantastic. She ran through the arrangements for the day on the Friday evening and made sure that everyone knew where to be and at what time. She was so organised and kept us calm! The reception staff, catering staff, DJ and all the back of house staff are also worthy of mention. The food we had throughout the day was fantastic and our guests have commented on how delicious everything was. The chef catered at late notice for our two vegan guests and also our vegetarian guests ensuring that everyone had something lovely to eat. The staff serving the food were unobtrusive and managed to get the food out quickly and to the right people. Mike, our DJ for the evening, got everyone up dancing and played a great variety of music to suit the ages and tastes of all our guests. He also assisted our singer to get set up and sorted. The bridal suite was just lovely, a really spacious room to get ready in prior to the ceremony and very comfortable for the wedding night. We felt that the whole package we received was great value for money but was also made special and individual for our day. The planning was stress free throughout and we would highly recommend the hotel to other people contemplating a wedding at the Cresta Court Hotel.

I had my wedding at the cresta court....it was amazing from the minute I booked it I felt at ease.The staff are wonderful and sooooo helpful nothing was to much trouble for them.My day ran so smoothly and everything went according to plan.Adele was absolutely amazing don't think I could have got through the day without her overseeing everything. All I am going to say is if you want a stress free wedding to the highest standard, this is the place to book.relaxed,friendly, and excellent venue.10 out of 10.
