We had the best wedding we ever could have wished for. Paige and Ross looked after us throughout the whole process and made sure our day ran smoothly. Everything from order of service to food and drinks was perfection. We actually had guests coming to us on the day saying it was the best wedding they’d ever been to. We would absolutely recommend Mount Pleasant to anyone looking for a wedding venue. The team are absolutely fantastic and leave no stones unturned when it comes to finer details. We attended the wedding fayres that the hotel put on and these can definitely be beneficial as it is all local suppliers that attend. In attending these we booked our photographer and dry spark fountains. Overall we couldn’t recommend Mount Pleasant more, there is no wonder they win awards. Thank you for making our wedding so special, we will never forget it.

Really loved having our wedding here. The venue is brilliant & easy, really took the stress having it all in 1 day and the wedding coordinator was great before and then the coordinator on the day was brilliant too. Guests had the best time and the pics were fantastic. The only thing I would say is the closer i got to the wedding date the more I had to find small details outmyself like what time I could dress the room & time i had to have all my things out by. Overall the experience was great.

We had our wedding reception at Mount Pleasant, and we could not have asked for a better day. It was planned, and executed so very well, with friendly and helpful staff. We had nothing to worry about on our day, and all our guests continue to comment on how relaxing our wedding was. I stayed in a suite the night before with my bridesmaids, and had a lovely family suite where we all got the best nights sleep. The morning of the wedding, we were provided with a lovely breakfast to our room, and the staff helped our hairdresser and photographer locate our room so we didnt have to. We had our service at a local church, and the staff were ready and prepared for our depature, notifying us when the car arrived to take us. They were ready to greet us on arrival from the church and had moved all our belongings to our bridal suit for us, and provided us with our room key in case we needed to access this throughout the evening (which was unbelievavly helpful as we needed to access this a few times for one forgotten thing or another on our part). Ross was on hand the entire time and ensured that our wedding went without issue or delay. Our guests were catered to without issue, and enabled us to relax and enjoy our day without any issues. We loved our wedding at Mount Pleasant, and even though we experienced heatwaves we could have never predicted, and the grass had died all over Doncaster, Mount pleasant grounds were immaculate, and still flourishing. We cannot wait to see the photos as the day was unbelieveable. All the staff were very professional, and kept our guests very happy. Ross approached us a number of times to check to see if we needed anything, and we didnt, as he had everything in hand, and we wanted for nothing. The wedding dresser who was a part of our package at Mount Pleasant was unbelievable, and made the room look fantastic! I would recommend anyone who wants a stress free, fun, and incredible wedding go to Mount Pleasant. We will remember this day foreve

The whole experience was just amazing. The staff wore so helpful. Paige was always there to answer any questions and to sort my many changes along the way. On the day Ross was an absolute star. The food was beautiful the grounds are just stunning. What a magical day Only one complaint, the DJ needs to update his playlist, at one point he was playing Jason Donovan! He played our requests but most of the time he wasn’t around so couldn’t ask him for what we wanted. Not sure if he was overseeing two events?? I was quite upset as the music makes the night.

We can’t recommend the Best Western Premier Mount Pleasant highly enough. From our very first visit until the day after our Big Day the staff were fabulous. A special thank you goes to Paige for all her help and expertise in the planning prior to our Wedding Day and also to Ross on the day, who seemed to be everywhere making sure everything was as it should be. It was a truly magical day and was pure perfection. All our guests were all so impressed with the hotel and had nothing but praise. We will remember 21.06.26 for the rest of our lives. What an absolute amazing wedding planners we had, Ross and Paige were a dream, both did an amazing job.. Paige was amazing at organising our wedding and reassuring us about our special day, adding every detail we wished for. Ross was incredible on our day, he made sure we were okay and that we had everything we needed. He reassured us throughout the day and was an all-round amazing guy! We are so so grateful to have such an amazing staff organise and run our wedding, we are still on a very massive high, and we are so very happy with how everything went perfectly on our day. Wow, where do I start? From us booking our wedding nearly 3 years ago, right up until the day, we are amazed by the service received by all staff at Mount Pleasant. Our main communication was with Paige, and she was wonderful at updating us, very quick to respond, and so reassuring about any worries we had on the build-up to the day. When the day arrived, it exceeded all our expectations to the point where all our friends and family were saying it was one of the best weddings they had attended! Staff on the day were incredible, and Linda, our master of ceremonies, was so lovely and made sure we were happy with everything happening on the day. We couldn’t have asked for anything better, even though the weather held out for us and was beautiful. We cannot recommend this venue enough and are even booking to come back for our anniversary! We want to do it all again, so on behalf of my new husband and our family, we want to thank every single person involved in the weddings here. It wouldn’t have been the same without you ❤️

A special mention has to go to Linda for looking after us all day & night, making sure I was hydrated and fed! Linda was absolutely amazing, she went above and beyond and made our day so special. All of my guests commented on how attentive she was! Another special mention has to go to Paige, Paige was always quick to reply to all of my questions, her support, organisation, and attention to detail made the whole process so much less stressful and helped everything come together perfectly. The food was incredible and received so many compliments from our guests. The room itself was unbelievable and looked even better than we could have imagined. Thank you so much for making our memory table look so special! We cannot thank everyone at Mount Pleasant enough for making our wedding day so special. We would highly recommend this venue to anyone looking for somewhere truly exceptional for their big day.

We had an amazing day at The Mount Pleasant. The team made all the planning very easy and on the day itself everything was perfect!! The room looked amazing, the food was great, the outdoor areas were beautifully kept which was good for photos and the service was quick at the bar so nobody was ever waiting for a drink. So many of our guests who’d never been to The Mount Pleasant have been in touch to say how nice it was so from us and our guests it truly was a 5 star experience and we can’t thank all the staff enough.

The staff and venue was exactly what we were looking for and both made our day perfect. Attention to detail from the events staff was exceptional and nothing was too much trouble for them. Well, what can I say and where do I start? Me and my partner chose the Best Western Premier Mount Pleasant Hotel back in 2013 when we first got engaged, and we are glad we stuck with this decision. From the very first phone call upon booking, we were looked after by the one and only amazing Paige. What can I say about this lady? She is totally amazing and goes above and beyond to help and cater for your every need, down to the very last detail. Wedding planning with this team is so relaxing and easy because, well, let’s face it, they're the experts who have experience. Ross, our master of ceremonies on the day of our wedding, is again totally amazing. He was with me and my bridal party from the eve of our wedding, looking after us and making sure we had everything we needed right up until late on at our wedding Reception. He is a true gentleman who is perfect in every way possible to make sure everything is running smoothly. This hotel and all its staff, from reception to bar staff, waiters & waitresses know what they're doing, and all are polite, warm, friendly, welcoming and professional. The food is absolutely amazing. I can’t fault anything. The rooms are out of this world, absolutely spotless, beds are comfortable. The grounds of the hotel are absolutely stunning and picturesque for your wedding photos. I can’t recommend this place enough, and every single member of staff is amazing, from the very top / management down to the cleaners. Fantastic all round. I wish we could do it all again, and we will be returning each year for our anniversary and other celebrations. I can honestly say hand on my heart it’s a place that holds a special place in our hearts and will never be forgotten. From the beginning to the end of our amazing wedding, I can not thank Best Western Premier Mount Pleasant Hotel enough. And Paige kept in touch and answered every question I needed answered. The hotel is lovely and all my guests have praised how nice the rooms, the staff, the food and everything were. We had the best day and night, and everything ran so smoothly. We celebrated our wedding reception here on the 9.8.25. What a perfect day it was from start to finish. Ross and the team went above and beyond for me, groom and all our guests. Anything we needed, he was on it. Couldn't have tried any better to make sure it was all perfect. Still in shock at how everything ran so smoothly. Our wedding day was perfect from start to finish! The customer service from Paige was second to none, and we couldn't have been happier with her. The venue itself is absolutely beautiful, the rooms are great and a really good size. I had quite a big bridal party, and there was plenty of room for us all to get ready in the one room. The staff were so attentive on the day, they ensured everything ran smoothly and couldn't do enough for us. We had breakfast delivered to the room, which was so nice. The wedding breakfast was perfect; all of our guests commented on how good the meal was. Our wedding photos around the venue are amazing, and the grounds of the hotel are perfect for some really good photos. I would highly recommend the Mount Pleasant Hotel to anyone looking for a wedding venue. I wish we could do it all again!

We got married at Mount Pleasant on the 27th July. The entire day was perfect, everything we wanted and more. Lots of people commented on how lovely the venue was. Absolutely fantastic! From start to finish, it was perfect. Paige was absolutely phenomenal and always kept in contact to ensure everything was running smoothly. We did the PJ party the night before the wedding, and we didn’t have to worry about anything! Everything was already set out for us& was just perfect. The morning of the wedding, I was greeted by Ross, who was lovely& escorted me, my mum& step mum to the bridal suite to carry on getting ready for the big day. The day was more perfect than we could have imagined. We had an outside wedding as the weather was boiling& all the guests said how amazing it was. Throughout the evening, Ross ensured we had everything we needed and made sure that everything was perfect& sorted before he left. Our DJ was our DJ at our engagement party, so it was lovely to have him again. He played a bit of everything, which was amazing& when we asked for specific songs/ artists not to be played, he ensured they weren’t. Mount Pleasant really made our wedding day so special& a day all our family and friends keep talking about. The amount of compliments we had regarding the hotel, staff& location was truly astounding. Nothing was ever too much for Ross& Paige. I could write so much more, but I’m running out of characters, and I would quite frankly be here all day!! Thank you so much, Mount Pleasant.
