The winter wedding of our dreams! My husband and I wanted a relaxed informal wedding and Mala and her team provided just that. The venue was perfect, the location brilliant for all our guests to stay over and everyone commented on how lovely the venue and rooms were. Having a wedding coordinator on hand to manage all the little details was a blessing in disguise, especially being so close to Christmas. Nothing was too much trouble and we honestly couldn't have asked for anything more. All in all a magical day with many happy memories we will cherish. Thank you again for the most perfect day!

Oh what a wonderful experience! The setting was just perfect, we couldn't have asked for a better location. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff from the start, we felt in safe hands and had just the best day imaginable. If you are looking for a picturesque setting then Frensham Pond is just wonderful. All our needs were catered for, from the guest rooms to the menu and all the dietary requirements. It was lovely for us all to wake up together the following day and have breakfast together, a really fabulous way to end the most perfect day. We couldn't recommend it highly enough.

Ever since going to a friends wedding here back in 2015 i had always dreamed of having my wedding here, my dream came true on 4th August 2019. I had my wedding booked for 2 years, through out the run up to the wedding there was regular contact and the odd meeting as and when i needed one. On the day before the wedding i met with Mala and Sam and they gave me a great run through of the day with what would happen when etc which was fantastic as i could explain exactly how i wanted things to be presented etc! On the day everything run like clock work, Sam and the team worked so hard to make sure myself and my new husband had a great day, and it was fantastic! The wedding breakfast came out at a reasonable time and the small gap in-between courses made it a great time for us to get up and walk around to see everyone making sure they were happy, as i walked around i could see a-lot of clean plates so clearly our choice in food was a hit! All of our guests said they had a lovely day and mentioned to me how great the venue was with the setting and how friendly the staff were and how i had chosen such a beautiful place for our wedding! I very much look forward to seeing our wedding photos to i can relive the memories of that day! Once again i want to say a massive thank you to Mala, Annie, Sam and the team for giving us such a fantastic rememberable day!!

Booked in for 2 nights we were joined by family and friends for our wedding on sat 13th April, a lovely hotel set in the heart of the Surrey countryside, a massive thank you to our wedding coordinator Natalie and manager Sam with all there staff for making the day run as smooth as clockwork. From the front of the hotel stunning views overlooking the great pond. The garden suite was very comfortable indeed.

The wedding was the best day of our lives, all due to the first class professionalism, seriously hard work and hospitality shown by Sam, Annie and their top class staff. Everything ran smoothly and it was no doubt a faultless performance by Frensham Ponds Hotel,from Start to Finish. Nothing was too much trouble, even the smallest detail and everyone in our party,was made to feel so welcome by their staff over the two days. The 3 course meal for the wedding breakfast for our 90 guests was very well prepared,fresh, served hot, very well presented and absolutely delicious. One of the best, so compliments must go to the top chef, kitchen staff and waiting staff.The number of positive comments received from our guests, was endless. All the 20 plus rooms booked were brilliantly presented,spotless and ready on time, including the two room reserved for the bride and her bridesmaids to get ready in, on the morning of the wedding. We wish we could do it all over again at Frensham Ponds as we were totally spoilt by them and the facilities are so wonderful, as is the idyillic location. Well done indeed, Frensham Ponds, a 5 star Wedding and Event location. We will be back very soon, no doubt whatsoever.

We had a fantastic wedding reception at Frensham Pond Hotel on 1st June 2019. It was a very sunny day which meant we made full use of the terrace area overlooking the pond - the setting of the hotel and surrounding location is beautiful. The food in the wedding breakfast was delicious and served in very timely manner - as was the hog roast we had as evening food. Mala was great at helping to finalise the arrangements and pull everything together in the run up to the wedding - and we were able to set up our decorations the day before which was handy. Most of our guests stayed at the hotel which made we could really enjoy the evening without having to worry about a taxi, and everyone could meet for breakfast the next day. We could even keep our cat next door at the Frensham Pond cattery which was also very convenient!!!! Thank you Mala & Frensham Pond Hotel for a wedding day not to forget!

We recently had our wedding reception at Frensham Pond Hotel and had the most magical day. The staff, service, food, rooms and location were all outstanding! The venue looked amazing with our chosen decorations and flowers and all our guests were blown away with the location right on the waters edge, the pictures with that backdrop were just beautiful! I want to say a huge thank you to all the staff who nothing was too much trouble for and made the day run without a hitch. We were so happy with how the day went and we loved staying and waking up with all our family and friends for a wonderful post wedding breakfast, it was just brilliant. I highly recommend a visit, we looked at a lot of venues prior to this one nothing came close in terms of location and value for the area.

From the moment we walked into Frensham Ponds we knew this was the perfect location for our big day. Nothing was too much trouble, the whole team were attentive and dedicated to making it the best day of our lives. The grounds are beautiful, the space to party was brilliant and all our guests had an amazing time. We had a lot of guests stay over and they all commented on how great the rooms were and that the breakfast was fabulous! I could not recommend this venue and location highly enough.

So we got married at the beginning of February this year and they could not have been more helpful. From the very beginning they catered to our needs and were more than happy to answer all questions we had. All the staff on the day were amazing, they kept the day lively and were so good with drinks and food. Adriano was our master of ceremonies and he was beyond a life saver, he kept things light and lively in the small moments people were coming down and was very good about keeping things flowing. The food was so good, we couldn't have asked for anything better. Mala was our go to woman and she thought of everything and set us up, even coming in on her day off to see how we were doing, she was so helpful and a total rock in the stressful lead up to our day. The evening was perfectly topped off with the bridal suite (which has an amazing jacuzzi) which was so comfortable and spacious. We want to thank everyone who played a part on the day, it was magical and couldn't have done it without the amazing and wonderful team here.

My self and my new husband had our wedding reception here and it was perfect. mala was fabulous from start to finish upgrading our room to willow which I wanted to take home with me!! and although being on a well desevered holiday over our wedding her team who took care of our wedding did a great job on the day, from table and seating plan drama to people food switching they were so helpful. my day was as perfect as I had imagined and I'm so sad its all over.

When we went to look round the hotel they were right in the middle of refurbishments but we trusted Mala when she described the finished place and our trust was definitely well placed. The hotel looks amazing now really high spec, beautiful rooms, none of our family or friends were disappointed. Mala was incredible sorted everything out for us and the staff on the day could not do enough. I can't remember the guys name but he was kind of a master of ceremony after Mala left and he was equally amazing, really felt like everyone wanted out day to be special which it was, can't wait to come back for the anniversary meal. Thanks again guys.

Where can I start , me and my new husband got married here 3 days ago and it was truly magical from start to finish Mala was amazing she went above and beyond her job to help me The day went so smooth and the staff looked after everyone so well My guests all had a lovely stay and the food they served us was all delicious The new refurbished rooms are delightful lovely shower and modern room It was all the small touches the hotel gave us a cake knife with both our names engraved on it to keep The staff were professional all night and knew what was happening at all times The hotel has stunning views which made excellent photos Me and my husband cannot wait to return They all made our day more than we could ever imagine Thanks to all the staff at the Frensham pond hotel I would recommend any couple to get married here

Dear Mala Andy and I would like to say a huge thank you to you and your team for ensuring we had a wonderful day, it was everything we ever hoped it could be and everyone we’ve spoken to since have said what a lovely time they had. Even the weather cooperated for us! I’ll now go into more specific feedback for you: Planning We have both been very impressed with Mala’s professionalism from the moment we met, from the start we’ve felt a high level of trust and had absolute confidence that our wedding was in the very best hands. At every point along the way Mala has advised me and ensured we were on track with the plan, I especially appreciate the honest conversations we’ve had about what may or may not work and this advice was invaluable. Mala was also very helpful with putting me in touch with preferred suppliers so I didn’t have to spend time hunting around. Service We were both impressed with the high level of service we received from everyone we came into contact with at Frensham Pond, from Mala, to Pawel, to Dan to the waiting staff. Everyone was friendly and really helpful. Something that stood out for both of us was the warm welcome we received every time we visited Frensham before the wedding, Pavol in particular was brilliant and it made a real impact on both of us that he remembered exactly who we were every time and always made time to have a chat with us and look after us. On the day Mala and the team were brilliant and I didn’t have to worry about the table decorations or anything really – it was all perfectly presented. Again – a big thanks to Mala who we think went above and beyond leading up to the day and most especially on the day. Quality of Food The food was brilliant. We were hard pressed to decide on the dishes at the taster session…we loved all we tasted!

hi mala, all went well thank you, the staff were great and james especially found them helpful on the day with setting up everything. they were also a great help with the wiccan blessing and everything turned out as I'd hoped and there was minimal stress for me on the day. thanks again for all your help and staff's help. pav (can't remember how to spell his full name) was esp lovely and helpful and we have been back since for a meal and will be back again I'm sure. A huge thank you to Mala and her team for making our daughter's wedding day so special last Saturday. All the arrangements went according to plan and nothing was too much trouble. We all enjoyed staying in the comfortable rooms on both Friday and Saturday night, with a great breakfast each morning. Friday night for a meal and drinks in the bar was a great opportunity for the extended family to get to know each other better, which all helped things to go so well in the day. Changes to the room layouts throughout the day were seamless, with our guests able to mingle outside and in the bar as the transformations took place. Things really could not have gone any better and I would have no hesitation in recommending this excellent venue.
