Just to say thank you to all the staff on the Chevin Events Team for organising our wedding day so well. My main contact was Tyran, who dealt with all my queries very efficiently, he was very professional and nothing was too much trouble. Prior to the wedding, we had a taster meal before we placed our food order and it was lovely, the staff were very friendly and there was a personalised menu card printed for us on the table. We both enjoyed our meals. On our wedding day, it was amazing, everything was well organised and it all went smoothly from the ceremony to the wedding breakfast. We had a fantastic day, many of the guests commented on how they enjoyed the ceremony and also how nice the meal was too. Thanks to all the staff involved in making our wedding day 'A day to remember'. Chevin Hotel and Spa is in a lovely location and everything is in one place, which is an ideal location for a wedding. From booking our wedding 4 months before the big day to the wedding day, everything was perfect. Always able to contact and get a reply in regards to any wedding questions. The wedding day was amazing, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure we had the best day possible. I have had so many compliments from all family and friends about how smooth and relaxed the whole day was, and how lovely the food was. We had the best wedding day we could have imagined! The food was amazing, everything ran seamlessly to time, and the service was spot on from start to finish - all surrounded by so much love and laughter. Tyran, our wedding manager, was quick to respond and full of helpful ideas, an absolute wedding expert. He was flexible on meeting times as well, which was extremely helpful for us and our work schedules. Mackenzie, the operations manager, kept the day flowing with such grace and humour, always there when needed but never intrusive, he felt like part of the family by the end of the night. Big thanks also to Ed and Sarah behind the bar, who brought so much fun and energy, and to the housekeeping team, who went above and beyond moving the bridal party’s chaos from our prep lodge into the honeymoon suite so it was all ready for us. The venue itself is perfect for a more intimate wedding - nestled in beautiful woodland with speckled light, reflections across the lake, and just seconds from the breathtaking Yorkshire views of Surprise Point. The photo opportunities are endless, and the setting feels both magical and personal. We’re so glad we chose local, not only for the wonderful service but also so we can come back and relive the memories. The complimentary spa access for wedding couples the month before the day was an amazing bonus, giving us time to relax together in the run-up, which can be a pretty stressful time. We had our wedding on 16th August at Chevin Country Park Hotel. Our wedding planner was Tyran Wong, who patiently guided us through the necessary arrangements. Nothing was too much trouble, and all emails were promptly responded to. The beautifully rustic venue really set the tone for our day, our decorations, etc carefully set out and boxed up ready for collection. There were a couple of things that didn’t happen, but in no way spoiled our day. Tyran and his team were brilliant, and we would definitely recommend them. We have had so many compliments on the venue, especially as we were able to have the evening as indoor/outdoor.

We cannot thank to staff at Chevin enough for how amazing they made our day! Everyone was so attentive and couldn’t do enough for us, despite it being the middle of wedding season. Tyran and his team were so friendly, helpful, accommodating and professional. The day ran so smoothly and we felt so at ease and in such capable hands thoughout the entire planning process and the day itself. The venue is stunning, with the most gorgeous grounds. We recently got married at the Chevin and we had the most perfect time! Special mention to Tyran, who was our wedding co-ordinator, who helped us for just over a year prior with my countless emails and questions, he really is an expert at what he does, and to George, who also helped with our wedding on the day and helped to calm our nerves and helped the day go perfectly! We stayed in the Brontë lodge the night before the wedding, then the Bridal suite, then had an extra night after the wedding in the Dales lodge and all rooms were beautiful, cosy, spotless, and we will be returning very soon as we had such a lovely time! So many guests have also commented on how lovely the food is, and we cannot agree more! We also spent a day in the spa and one of the outdoor hot tubs and it was exactly what we needed for a relaxing unwind. All of the staff from the reception to bar and restaurant were absolutely amazing and so happy to help. Thank you again!!

Our wedding at the Chevin was everything we wished it could be. The setting is beautiful and we've ended up with many photos from around the lake and lake and surrounding woodland. The events team have been great from start to finish, especially Tyran, whose communication over the two years from first booking the venue has been excellent. On the day itself, Henry was great in leading us through the day, making sure we knew what was happening and when. We'd really recommend this venue to any future newlyweds looking for a charming woodland setting.

We looked around the venue in 2024 and met Tyran. From our first meeting right through to the day, Tyran was helpful and informative. We were talked through the options available in detail and were able to ask any questions. When we booked for 2025, we were regularly updated with regards to payments, tasting menus, final arrangement meeting. The venue were very accommodating of any requests. On the day of the wedding the schedule was executed immaculately. We were kept informed of the order of events and what would happen and when. The venue was beautiful, clean and welcoming. Our guests were very impressed with the staff on the day also. We couldn't recommend Chevin country park hotel highly enough!

Wow, just wow! We had the most perfect day from start to finish. Tyran was just wonderful from the day we met him. He just could not do enough and made our day absolutely bespoke to us. The setting, the food (Have the BBQ it is out of this world, and the food tasting session is spot on) were just incredible. My husband and I got married at Chevin Hotel and Spa just over a week ago. Our wedding day was amazing from start to finish! The staff were great. We had both day and night guests and they were so friendly and welcoming to me, my husband and all our guests. Anything we needed help with they were more than happy to oblige. They made our experience brilliant. I will always be grateful for this. When we first started making enquiries and looking around Chevin Country Park we were made to feel welcome. Our wedding package included a wedding taster really added to the excitement of our wedding journey. Tyran, our wedding planner, was amazing at keeping us up to date with changes, helping us with our enquiries and ensuring we had the wedding we wanted. Our wedding was even better than we imagined as a result, it was perfect! Using one of the wedding packages meant our needs were met perfectly without a massive price tag. It was worth every penny. The ceremony room at Chevin Country Park lets so much light in and adds to the perfect wedding photos you want for your photo album. It was another one of the winning factors when we picked the Chevin as our venue. The food was fantastic. The butternut squash soup was the best soup my husband and I have ever had. The honeymoon suite was superb. The view of the lake and trees was beautiful. Such a beautiful view to wake up to as a newly wedded couple in the morning. We cannot wait to come back for a date or anniversary meal and hopefully we can book our honeymoon suite again. When we enquired we got the full details of what we could have and were able to hold our chosen date for two weeks before we booked. When we did put the deposit down, we were taken through every option with the food and all the other extras. During the 18 months before the wedding, I received very quick communication to every question I asked, and at the details meeting, we got everything we wanted for the day. Tyran explained all about the ceremony walk-in and all the things we didn't know about that put us more at ease. They were also able to sort out a last-minute issue we had with the numbers which was great. The day itself was amazing, even with a small issue with the room layout this was sorted very quickly before I had even finished decorating and the coordinator was able to help us with what we needed for the day and sort anything we needed. The food was really nice and our guests loved it, it's also such a beautiful venue for photos and the reception room is lovely and several of our guests commented on this. All in all, we had the most beautiful day and I'd reccomend Chevin Country Park Hotel & Spa to anyone. Thank you!

My husband Steve and I celebrated our wedding vow renewal at The Chevin Country Park Hotel & Spa. We received such a warm and friendly welcome from all the staff. Tyran, the wedding events coordinator, was absolutely brilliant, and without him and his colleague Keira, the day would not have been as special as it was. Tyran was so lovely and he was so supportive and kind to Steve and I and so kind to our family and friends. He and Keira knew just what to say and do to help us; nothing was too much trouble for them. They did a very professional job and put everyone at ease, which was so lovely. The venue was perfect, and the room looked beautiful. The food was delicious and was presented superbly. We would thoroughly recommend anyone having a wedding celebration have it at the Chevin Country Park Hotel and Spa.

We had an absolutely perfect day from start to finish. I felt completely stress-free and at ease the whole day, knowing it was in good hands. Tyran was great at communicating and planning everything with us beforehand and getting all the specific details just how we wanted them. Keira was with us all day and made sure everything ran smoothly. From the 6 a.m. start in the Bronte Lodge to midnight when it finished, everyone had the best day, and I didn't want it to be over. There wasn't a dull face in the room; everyone was so happy. I would do it all again if I could; I had an absolutely amazing day.

We had the most amazing wedding at The Chevin Country Park Hotel and Spa. It started on the Friday staying with my bridesmaids at the Bronte Lodge. The lodge was fantastic, clean, well equipped and the beds were very comfortable. The highlight was the lovely hot tub. The day of the wedding was perfect. The hotel is beautiful and many of out guests commented on how scenic and rustic the place was. The staff were amazing, going above and beyond to make sure everything ran as smoothly as possible. Nothing was too much for them, leading up to and on the day of the wedding. They ensured we were both at ease and aware of the running of the day. The food was delicious and enjoyed by everyone and the disco in the evening was great fun!! Thank you so much for such a perfect day.

Cannot recommend the Chevin Country Park Hotel enough! From start to finish they were brilliant. Tyran was available throughout the whole process and was helpful & supportive when making decisions. They were really easy to get in contact with and very professional. On the day itself, Tyran, Vicky, and McKenzie were superb! Thorough and supportive- nothing was ever too much! McKenzie was the best Master of Ceremonies for the wedding breakfast and night do- we couldn’t have asked for more! Would recommend to anyone planning a wedding.

We had our special day here. We can’t fault a single thing, this place is just beautiful. If I could do it all again I would.
