A fabulous venue for our wedding. Mary Clarke and staff were just brilliant and we never had to worry about a thing. The food is also outstanding as is the accommodation. I would highly recommend the Diamond Coast Hotel for a wedding. What I liked about it is there is plenty of seating for all guests in the bar before dinner. Many a place I have been there are hardly seats and frankly a woman doesn't want to be left standing with heels! The decor of the hotel is just gorgeous. 10 out of 10 for me.

From entering the foyer of the Diamond Coast Hotel the striking colour scheme and luxurious furnishings created a welcoming, warm atmosphere and we could immediately picture our friends and families in the space. Meeting Mary solidified our decision to go ahead with the hotel for our ceremony and reception. Mary took us through every aspect of their offerings, making recommendations and sharing the wealth of her experience. Mary was always at the end of the phone or email when any queries would arrive. With so many of our guests travelling there was some work to assign rooms which Orla in accommodation did so ease. All of the planning and plotting culminated in a day to remember. Mary and Mladin and the rest of their team walked us through every aspect of the day: assembling guests, even fixing my dress before going up the aisle and rearranging last minute place settings with no fuss. Our wedding day was everything we could have hoped for: excellent food and wine in the company of our favourite people in beautiful surroundings. Having postponed our wedding 2 full years and on our 3rd date we finally got our day in August! And team Diamond pulled out all the stops. Mary Clarke was a pleasure to deal with from the very first day we set the date back in 2018. No request is too much for Mary and her team. To say we were delighted with the service we got is an understatement. Receiving compliments from our guests praising the hotel for days/ weeks after, really speaks for itself. The Diamond Coast was the best place we could have picked for our special day. Mary, the wedding coordinator was absolutely outstanding in her job. Everything went so smooth on the run up to our wedding as Mary had all under control. The day of our wedding all went to plan and everything was on time, the food and the service was second to none.. There was over 300 people seated and not one complaint about the food or the service. I would highly recommend anyone to have their wedding in the Diamond Coast for a stress free day with incredible food, service and staff

We had our wedding at the Diamond Coast, and we cannot compliment Mary (the wedding co ordinator) and all of the staff enough. We booked our wedding during covid and the lockdowns, and despite that, we could tell how special the venue and team were. This was largely thanks to Mary’s professionalism and in general her friendly personality. The food and services could not be flawed, not only on our wedding day but also on the numerous other times we visited the hotel prior to it. All of our guests commented on the spacious bedrooms and beautiful views. The hotel used the time during the lockdowns to modernise decor and it is very elegant. Our experience is that the staff at all levels, from reception and dining, to management, are friendly, approachable and very much accommodating.

From the moment we spoke with Mary we found her so professional, friendly and very knowledgeable. Planning a wedding was overwhelming but Mary made it seamless. She was always only a phone call away and was so willing to help with any worries or questions we had. We had to postpone our original date (due to Covid) and this process was of course no hassle at all and Mary was so accommodating with helping us to schedule another date! On the lead up to the wedding and on the day Mary was there to help and always a smile. We had the best day ever at the Diamond Coast Hotel for our wedding. It will always be a hotel we return to as much as possible.

Where do I start....as this was our 3rd date due to covid, Mary was just amazing from the day we both met her. She made the whole process of rescheduling our dates so easy and with compassion. As we came to our day which was May 1st this year, our day had turned out nothing like we had planned. Unfortunately my gorgeous mum passed away 3 days before, so this was going to be the biggest challenge we were facing. Of course thoughts of cancelling came to my mind, but the day mum passed Mary phoned me and reassured me that everything would be ok. This lady is just simply an angel! The night before the wedding, the bridal party headed to the hotel to stay and just hours after the burial and Mary was there to meet us all and offer nothing but comfort and love. The day of our wedding, was simply just amazing from start to finish. Mary checked on me and my family numerous times before the ceremony and the love and assurance we got was just unreal. Our ceremony and reception was absolutely fantastic, could never have imagined anything better on what was the hardest day of my life to date. Mary is the most amazing lady I have ever met in life and we are forever grateful for all she has done for us. We hold some very special memories from the Diamond Coast and we will never forget this. Mary deserves nothing but the best, and she has a fantastic team behind her also. Everyone who worked that day went over and beyond to make our day special and this was really appreciated.

The Diamond Coast and the wedding team headed by Mary Clarke are hands down the most attentive team we have ever dealt with. Our wedding was pushed out due to Covid. Mary dealt with these added pressures and our worries like a true professional. When the time came when we were able to carry on with the wedding, any queries or worries she was only a phone call away. Mary didn't only put our needs at the forefront of the day she also helped with special requirements our family needed. We could see throughout our wedding day Mary and her team going the extra mile to make sure it was special. We also hosted our day 2 celebrations at the Diamond Coast again Mary and the team pulled out all the stops in terms of food and hospitality. Weddings at the Diamond Coast are special because of Mary Clarke and her incredible team. Mary is hard working and incredibly professional with the right amount of fun.

We had our wedding there in October and all I can say is wow. Mary Clarke is the best in the business and we had the best day. All our guests couldn't get over how amazing the venue was and from the staff and the efficient service we got. The day went off without a hitch. Mary was always there at the end of the phone whenever we needed her and she did so much for us. The Diamond Coast Hotel is definitely one to consider when planning your wedding reception.
