To say we had an amazing day would be a understatement, the Hampton suite was dressed beautifully, the staff were nothing short of exceptional. We had a stress free day and everything went as planned from beginning to end. I couldn’t recommend The Charlecote Pheasant for a wedding venue enough. Our wedding day was beautiful, everything went as planned, the food was lovely and there was plenty of it, the staff were friendly and very organised and everything went as planned on the day. We thoroughly enjoyed our day and understand our guests who stayed the night were treated well once we left and the following day. We had the most incredible day thanks to the special team at Charlecote. Nothing was too much trouble and they went above and beyond. Amelia and Rebecca made us both feel so special and surprised us with flowers and decorations in the bridal suite, they ensured everything ran so smoothly. The food was amazing and we have received such fabulous feedback from our guests about how delicious it was. Rob and his team ran the event with ease and we didn’t have to worry about a thing, not many brides get to say their wedding day was relaxing!! We will be recommending this hotel to everyone we know and can’t thank the team at Charlecote enough for making our day so brilliant.

Let me start with the venue. What a fantastic place to get married, it is full of character, exceptionally well presented and a delight to be at. The setting for the ceremony itself (albeit indoors due to bad weather) was fabulous, it could not have been any better and your team should be commended for this. The change around from ceremony to reception was swift and very well done without any fuss and looked like a dream when completed. The staff were exceptional with everything they did and could not do enough to make the day a total success, the timing was a little delayed due to us which delayed the food serving yet all of the food was perfectly cooked and hot when served (not had that at a wedding before) and the staff were all prepared and knew how to cater for our guests with allergies. The service was impeccable, no-one had to wait for anything and the serving staff were swift with delivery of anything ordered. We have had several comments from our guests that that was the best wedding they have ever been to and it was down to you and your team, we cannot thank you all enough for giving us one of the best days of our lives. From our point of view we would score you 10/10 for everything. I think it's also important to note that despite COVID and its restrictions you and your team delivered under very difficult circumstances and you should all be very proud of what you achieved on the day, we both recognise how much hard work you and your team put into making our wedding a brilliant event and we will be forever grateful to you. A simple one word description for the day and for you and your team's efforts would be OUTSTANDING.

Dear Samantha We just wanted to say a big thank you for all your help in making our wedding so special. I lost count of the number of people who commented on how lovely the hotel and function room were and everyone who stayed said how amazing their bedrooms were. Our room was absolutely incredible. It was a long but lovely day and all the staff were so helpful and friendly Please pass on our thanks to them, I did speak to a few but I'm sure missed others. I hope we weren't too difficult!! Hi Sam and John Just wanted to email to say a huge thank you to you and your team for all of your help towards our amazing wedding day. We had the most perfect day and everything went so smoothly. All of our guests had a fantastic time and we even had some of them telling us it was the best wedding they had ever been to! All of the staff are brilliant and so helpful at Charlecote both on the wedding day and at our food tasting sessions and just generally any other time we have come in for food! I can’t remember the name of gentleman who was the toast master on the day but he was really brilliant at making sure the door was kept closed at all times so our dog could be off her lead and we were really grateful of that! So thank you all once again we loved every second and would do it all again tomorrow as the whole experience was very stress free! Hi Sam, Honestly, the staff were fantastic, everything went according to plan and everyone was very professional and courteous. We had an issue on the day, one of the guests had a bad fall and an ambulance was required. But the staff at the hotel were completely responsive and took care of her and also continued to take care of the guests at the same time. We expected to have to help with laying out the table decorations, but it was all done for us, we didn’t have to do a thing and were very grateful for that. The food was yummy and service was quite quick. Nobody complained about the meal and everyone loved the starter best! It was a fabulous day, made all the better by the service provided and we would highly recommend the venue for weddings! Hi John Hope you are well and not to tired after us lot invading the venue at the weekend ? I just don’t know where to start with it all John I really don’t ! It was beyond perfect yourself on the day and your team have blew us all away seriously , not one complaint or issues re food , drink etc . Such good feedback about Bar staff and the bar waiting times , we have never had luck with that when we hold big parties , you guys were amazing and everyone has said it the best organised bar they have had at wedding ! They feedback is has been brilliant and really positive and lots of people have said venue was stunning and the rooms were to ! I just wish I could stay another night int he suite as I’ve never seen anything like it ! Only slept a few hours so didn’t really take in getting the use out of the room haha . I’m still on a high and can’t thank you enough for everything you made our day . Kellie

I can not recommend the staff at The Charlecote Pheasant Hotel enough" We had our wedding there yesterday and it really was the most perfect day! The staff were extremely organised, attentive and did things exactly as we wanted them to. Nothing was too much trouble for any of the staff and they went the extra mile to ensure myself, my husband Micheal and all of our guests (including our pet Husky, Tess) had the most amazing day. I recommend this venue 110% for a wedding. Thank you so much to all of the staff for making our beach theme wedding vision become a reality!!

Well, where do I start? Firstly I need to express our appreciation to everybody at Charlecote Pheasant for their perseverance, assistance and efforts they made making our wedding day with them simply perfect in every way. From start to finish nothing was to much trouble for them despite my bridezilla moments. You were simply outstanding and we would certainly recommend this venue for your special day. Food, rooms, service but most of all the staff were sensational. I work in hospitality so expect a certain level of service and you did not disappoint in any way. Dale and the team were fantastic on the day ,everything went smoothly and nothing was too much trouble. The room change arounds were seamless and our room decorations were professionally positioned which added to the overall ambience. All your staff were professional, polite and caring, nothing was too much trouble. Any request we made was dealt with quickly without any fuss. The tables and room were just how we wanted them to look. You have always been helpful from the first time we met you when we came to look at the Charlecote Pheasant as a potential wedding venue. We valued your help when we arrived on the Friday and also on the morning of the wedding. The Charlecote Pheasant will always be a special place for us and I'm sure we will visit on many times to come.

Dear Debbie Reception 29th June - Peter and I want you to know that our wedding reception with you was just perfect. We had no plans for the usual 'wedding format', just a relaxed informal affair. We gathered in the restaurant and chatted over drinks where we weren't rushed to be seated at our table. We would therefore like you to convey our thanks please to the restaurant manager and his staff because they were superb. They were polite and unobtrusive and the service was excellent. The food was wonderful and enjoyed by all, but rather a lot of it! We retired to the lounge and the cake was brought through for us. The bar staff were equally good and managed our bar tab with ease. We couldn't fault the service we received and the room we had was gorgeous. Some of our party had to come and have 'a tour' of it after we told them how fabulous it was. James and Fiona Trainor – Wedding 17th June 2017 We would just like to say a huge thank you to all the staff at Charlecote Pheasant Hotel for making our wedding day so very special. A dedicated thank you especially to Debbie who was the Wedding Co-ordinator (Events Manager) at the Charlecote who spent endless time to make sure our needs were met for our big day. Every detail and vision that we had from decorating the room - to guests catered for uniquely and not to mention the many children that were there, were met and great care to ensure that the day went smoothly, with their expert knowledge of how such an important day in our lives meant to us. We chose a buffet and hog roast for our Wedding Breakfast, and we can fully recommend and guest feedback to us and the staff was equally positive. The bridal suite and further accommodation which were fully booked out with our guests was second to none. Thank you Charlecote Pheasant – we will remember this day for the rest of our lives, not only because it was the start of our married life together but also how Charlecote made it wonderful for us in every way possible. Dear Debbie We hope your summer has gone well and that any other weddings you’ve held at Charlecote have been as happy days as ours was. We are so grateful for all your support in the build up to our wedding day and for taking such a genuine interest in how we wanted our day to look and feel. Having worked in events management myself I was wary of meeting the person who would ‘sell the venue’ as all too often you never see this person after you’ve signed the contract and it gets handed over to the operations team who have no clue. This was the complete opposite at the Charlecote. From having you and Matt and John there on the day we knew that we were in safe hands as you’d made it your mission to ensure we had a great day to the best of your ability, you’d listened to what we wanted and ensured that the team knew as well. We were really looked after from coming to see you for the first time, to showing various family members around, the menu tasting where we ate like royalty! Thank you for all of the bizarre requests we made of you...like brass bands on the lawn, garden games...moving gazebos etc. And for the ones we didn’t know about like keeping Father Christmas in July a surprise! We loved staying in the Bridal suite and it was a lovely place to get ready. The food was incredible and the evening buffet was great. We’re only sorry that as the bride and groom we didn’t get to eat much of it as we were busy chatting with our guests and dancing. Thank you also for ensuring that we had a drink as soon as we arrived back to our drinks reception. On the hottest day of the year we were really grateful. Finally, thanks to your staff who tracked down a lost veil, and packaged up the wedding cake for us. Many thanks again and we hope it won’t be too long before we head back for a meal in Charlecote, Alice and Andrew
