Washingborough Hall is AMAZING! We booked Washingborough Hall for our wedding just over 2 years ahead of the date after viewing it and 3 other venues. It was the first venue we saw and we fell in love with it straight away, the other 3 venues didn't come close. We were allocated Amy as our wedding coordinator and we couldn't have been happier. Amy is an amazing person and was an absolute pleasure to deal with. She made us feel at ease and understood us as a couple and what we wanted. We started our wedding weekend on the Friday with a big family meal and it was the best start to an amazing weekend. The venue is perfect and the staff are so attentive and friendly. Special thanks to Andrea for all your help the morning of the wedding and for sorting out the cake on the Sunday for us to take home. Rob Stubbs did our flowers and we were amazed with these, they were more than we could have imagined and again he understood what we wanted perfectly. Rob also acted as MC on our wedding day and we were so pleased, he is the perfect person for this. The food was amazing and all our guest commented on how good it was. We cannot thank Washingborough Hall enough for making our wedding day the best and a day we will never forget. We cannot recommend them enough. We had our wedding weekend at Washingborough Hall, with a family meal on the Friday and wedding on the Saturday - everything was perfect. From the minute we booked Washingborough 2 years prior, Amy was on hand to help with anything, calming my nerves and guiding us through every step - Amy is an absolute star and made the wedding planning as smooth as possible. The staff at Washingborough are so welcoming & polite and were absolutely amazing on the day. The attention to detail at Washingborough is perfect and no ask is too big for the staff. The food was fantastic and all our guests were commenting about the food, staff & exclusivity of the venue. If you are currently considering Washingborough Hall as a venue, just book it - you honestly wont regret it. It was the most perfect day & we cant wait to visit for our anniversaries. Washingborough Hall was our dream wedding venue, and everyone went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect! We had full exclusivity of the venue meaning we got the top standard service from start to finish and Amy is outstanding at her job, she is an absolute credit to the hotel. We had the best days of our life and i would pay it all again to experience the same day. All of our guests were commenting on how amazing the food was too, we will be back for a meal just to relive the culinary experience. We cannot thank the staff enough for the care and love they all put into their jobs, even mopping the floor multiple times during our rather zealous disco dancing, they looked happy to be there! If anyone is looking to book their wedding here, just do it, dont ask questions its by far the best venue for the job, trust us! Overall Washy Hall is just outstanding!

She offered advice on suppliers, got back to our endless emails and hundreds of questions! Everyone commented on how wonderful the food was and the staff were extremely attentive. We had exclusive use of the venue and all our guests commented on the rooms and how gorgeous the grounds were. We can't wait to visit again x

Wow what an amazing day, everything was perfect. Washingborough Hall went above and beyond to make sure we had the most memorable day. Amy the director of romance, was so supportive and helpful. On the run up to the wedding day she made sure she was able to meet us to answer any questions or queries we had. Amy made us feel very special every time we saw her, which made us feel like we we're the only couple getting married there. Amy on the wedding day was brilliant making sure everything was set up correctly and even little details like helping my husband and the groomsmen putting the button holes on their suits. All staff were very welcoming and friendly, aiding and allowing us to have a fantastic day! The venue it's self was simply stunning and we could not have imagined getting married anywhere else. The only negative moment that left a little bit of a sour taste was the front of house receptionist on the day after the wedding as we were leaving in the euphoria of the whole occasion, we were asked quite abruptly to pay for our drinks, we weren't aware that we would be charged for from a year previous during our taster meal. We felt this was unprofessional, poorly timed and cheeky after we had spent an awful amount of money over the past 18 months with Washingborough Hall. This however did not spoil our wedding day and other than that we could not recommend Washingborough Hall enough, it is no surprise they have been given so many awards especially with Amy's customer service skills at the helm.

We had our wedding just over three weeks ago at Washingborough hall. It was just perfect nothing was too much for them, the whole day ran smoothly start to finish! I couldn’t have asked for a better team to assist with our wedding, they were amazing :) Amy was especially amazing, she helped with all my weird and wonderful questions no matter what day it wasn’t or what time it was. My Husband and I had our wedding reception at Washingborough Hall Hotel on the 6th April 2019. We booked the venue in November 2018 whilst we were attending their Wedding Fayre. From our initial booking Amy was our point of contact and she provided a first class service in response to any of our requests and was on hand to offer support and advice. On the day Amy and all the staff gave not only us but all of our guests exceptional service and nothing was too much trouble. Where do we start with reviewing the experience we had with Washingborough Hall. We first fell in love with Washingborough Hall back in October 2016 when we came to a wedding open evening. We had a look at a couple of other venues but nothing came close to the feeling we got when we first walked in. Even though we booked the venue years in advance we still had regular contact with Amy who guided us through every step of the process and reassured us when we had any queries about our wedding. As our wedding date got closer we began to visit the venue, every time we went we were welcomed by the reception staff and instantly helped us feel relaxed and welcome. The day of the wedding itself it went smoothly, nothing could have been any trouble for Amy and the staff. Amy guided us through the day and helped keep my nerves at bay. Our guests echo our comments about the food and the experience on the day, they all said it was perfect and nothing could have made it better. Our wedding day was such a magical day and I can honestly say Washingborough Hall and the staff made our dreams come true. Thank you so much, Amy and the team.

Many many thanks to Lucy and her team at the Hall for making our wedding day the most perfect and enjoyable day that we could have had !! Having attended the Hall’s wedding fair in January 17 and having an idea we would like a winter wedding. Lucy suggested New Years Eve 18, which we both agreed was a great idea, we then immediately booked ! The planning process that followed with Lucy was very well organised and efficient, right up to the Sunday the 30th December where the team set our table up in advance so we could decorate the night before. Throughout our time at the Hall from the 30th December through to the 1st Jan – we and our guests were looked after exceptionally well. From Lucy and Rob making sure button holes were fastened to offering me a glass of water after I had spoken to the Registrar just before the ceremony. Just a couple of examples of the many occasions that the Halls team went the extra mile for us. Nothing at all was too much trouble. Many thanks for this – these are the things that we will remember for many years to come, that made our day run very smoothly and very special to us. Thank you to the Chef’s and their team – the food was exceptional from the Full English Breakfast on the morning of our wedding, the canapes after our ceremony, through to our wedding breakfast that afternoon. Absolutely amazing food !! Thanks also to the rest of the Hall’s team – always pleasant, cheerful and helpful. Available to help when needed – nothing was ever too much trouble. Lucy you have an amazing team and should be very proud of them all – which I am sure you are !! Thank you seems not quite enough, as we cannot fault the Hall, Lucy and her team. Our day went like a dream and has created many happy memories for us, our family and friends. Rest assured we will be back for Sunday lunch and no doubt afternoon tea. We had the most amazing experience getting married at Washingborough Hall and there is absolutely not a thing we would fault. All of the staff are so welcoming and friendly and they will go out of their way to ensure you are happy and everything is running smoothly. Amy is fabulous; her attention to detail is impeccable and she was extremely flexible and accommodating with both pre-wedding meetings and the overall wedding plans. We felt extremely relaxed on the day; everything ran like clockwork leaving us to enjoy the day and celebrate with our friends and family! The food was delicious and I am still thinking about how tasty the cheese souffle was! I would 100% recommend Washingborough Hall as a wedding venue and cannot describe how happy we are that we found this place! I hope I get to go back again as a guest!

Request a meeting with Amy, book in your date and then congratulate yourself on making one of the best decisions you'll ever make. We were married on 24th November and it was exceptional! Every single part of both the planning and the day was amazing. The venue, Amy, Rob, the bar team...and the chefs - just WOW! Our guests absolutely loved it. "Best wedding ever attended" was the general feedback. They all felt how we did when we first visited; at home (albeit a more impeccably stylish and elegant home) genuinely welcome, relaxed, comfortable and calm on not just our wedding day but every visit in the run up too. Throughout the whole process, there has not been one jot of stress, Amy has been just delightful, supportive, calm and patient offering advice helping us create a truly perfect day. From the wonderful cosy family meal they created for us on the Friday to the impeccable wedding breakfast the team at The Washingborough truly know what works and nothing is too much trouble. The lovely Rob, (Robert Stubbs) a member of the Washingborough team and incredible florist almost had me in tears with his beautiful flower creations. The place just looked stunning. The Team here just know what they are doing and they looked after myself, my husband our children and every single one of our guests beautifully. Book in your day, trust their advice and the suppliers they work with and you'll have not just an amazing day but a perfect memory for life. Everything exceeded our expectations, Amy was incredible from our first meeting right through until after the wedding, putting us at ease constantly with nothing ever too big or small and always quick to respond any time day or night! The amount of compliments we had on the venue, staff and food (food being the best people had ever had at a wedding, EVER) was so pleasing! It was everything we could have ever wanted and it was down to everyone at Washingborough Hall Hotel, we couldn’t recommend you enough, thank you!

I don’t even know where to start. The day we got shown around washingborogh hall by Lucy, We instantly fell in love with the venue and just knew this is where we wanted to get married. Whilst looking around washingborogh hall, we noticed straight away just how friendly and welcoming all of the staff were. We then met with Amy the director of romance, from the moment we met her she was just so helpful and full of good advice. We honestly don’t know how we would of planned our wedding day without her. I emailed her all the time with millions of questions but she never failed to get back to me and give helpful answers and advice. My flowers were done by Robert Stubbs who also works at the venue and they were just incredible, I keep looking at pictures of my flowers and I just can’t get over them. Just overall a perfect day, everything ran so smoothly. The food was stunning, all of our guests kept telling us how much they loved their roast beef. The only thing I would say is the day went far too quick and I just wish I could do the day all over again.

Amy and her team were completely fabulous from start to finish. They took care of every little detail and nothing was deemed a problem in any way. The service before during and after was built on attention to detail and everything ran perfectly. The food was incredible and the atmosphere was even better. Washingborough Hall was the perfect wedding venue for us from start to finish. The first time we visited, we knew that we wanted our reception at Washingborough. The cosy feeling of the bar but modern feel of the Churchill room was a lovely balance and felt welcoming and comfortable straight away. Amy was fantastic from our first meeting to the day itself. Nothing was too much trouble and every detail we had mentioned to her was executed perfectly. The day ran without a hitch thanks to Amy, Luke and their wonderful team. Fantastic organisation and perfect customer service. Each time we visited for a meeting, the staff knew exactly who we were and welcomed us warmly. Everyone has mentioned how amazing the food was for the wedding breakfast and how attentive the staff were to anybody's needs. The flowers that Rob Stubbs did were beautiful, he put together some stunning centre pieces and my bouquet was wonderful as well. The rooms were amazing and the breakfast is absolutely delicious, freshly cooked for each meal. We had the most perfect wedding.

Well what to say about Washingborough Hall for weddings..... Absolutely amazing, Amy was brilliant from when we booked to the end of the day. The venue was perfect and even though our wedding day was the only day in August it rained, due to the sheer beauty of the Hall this did not detract in the slightest. The day ran perfectly from start to finish and the team at Washingborough Hall were fantastic. The whole day was amazing and something we'll never forget whether it was the gorgeous afternoon tea or spacehoppers on the dance floor. Washingborough Hall we thank you, and if you are thinking of getting married you will struggle to find a better venue.

We recently had our wedding at this stunning hotel, as well as being regular guests for afternoon tea and evening meals. Lucy and her staff are fantastic so helpful and accommodating. Right from booking our wedding to the actual day they were all on hand to answer any queries and offer advice. The food is incredible and all our guests commented on what a beautiful hotel it was. The rooms are comfortable and finished to a high standard. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone whether wanting to book for a wedding, weekend break or simply for a meal!

As soon as we saw Washingborough Hall and met with the staff and Amy, Director of Romance, we knew our wedding day was in safe and competent hands. We also found the wedding open day really informative and discovered our photographers Ed and Maggie Sewell, our wedding stationery designer Nicola Fish, and Rob Stubbs our florist there. Amy was always available to answer any queries and guided us through the wedding planning process, always mindful of our wishes. The day itself was perfect, our guests and ourselves were so well looked after from the minute we arrived until the next day. The day was seamless and exceeded our expectations. The welcome, the food and drink, the flowers, the lovely professional staff, the setting in the Sibthorpe room for our ceremony and the turn around for our wedding meal was amazing, as was all our accommodation. Washingborough Hall and the owners and staff deserve every accolade they have achieved and hope to in the future. My husband and I decided to view Washingborough Hall as it was local to where I grew up and we knew it was a beautiful venue. We both fell in love with it and got introduced to the director of romance, Amy. It was an extremely relaxed meeting with absolutely no pressure put on us at all. During the planning of the wedding Amy was absolutely incredible, I would often email her late at night when something cropped into my mind and she would nearly always reply that evening. Amy is clearly extremely passionate about what she does and always made time for us, whether to meet or just discuss fine details. If you are looking for a stress-free venue, this is your place as Amy has a fabulous eye for detail and we never had to worry as she was so organised we knew that she would make sure everything was perfect, and she did. The venue is absolutely beautiful and on the day it was immaculate, with the staff all presented extremely well. It was even better than I imagined it. The lawns were freshly cut and everywhere was clean. Luke, the food and beverage manager was on hand throughout the day and ensured that everything ran smoothly and on several occasions came and asked if we were okay or needed anything which I thought was a lovely personal touch. We would definitely recommend Washingborough Hall to anyone that is looking for a venue. Our day was perfect in every way and we cannot thank all of the staff enough.

Amy (Director of Romance) helped us plan our wedding from the moment we booked the venue right up to the day and made sure the whole day ran smoothly. She is extremely professional and I couldn't have done it without her! The staff at the hall were just amazing on the day, with Luke making sure the wedding breakfast was served to our guests and followed any dietary requests to the correct people. The menu we chose was incredible! I cannot finish the review without mentioning Rob, who did the flowers for the day. Words cannot describe how beautiful the arrangements and bouquets were.... just stunning!! Everything was just stunning.

Well what can I say.. Washingborough Hall was the most beautiful venue we could have ever dreamed of having our wedding day at. We knew immediately when searching for a venue that Washingborough Hall was the one, it was the first one we viewed, and we knew it didn’t get any better. The friendly staff, the cleanliness and the warm atmosphere it held was amazing and captured us straight away! We booked for Spring 2018, as it’s our favourite time of year. Amy, our director of Romance was absolutely incredible throughout the whole year lead up. Regular communication, meetings & phonecalls ensured the day went absolutely perfectly. We had so many compliments from our guests about the Hall, and how amazingly organised it was, again, all down to Amy. We would also like to mention Rob, the florist at Washingborough Hall, although he didn’t make our main flowers, he made a beautiful piece for the fireplace, and it was such a special touch. The food was incredible, the rooms beautiful and to have the whole hall exclusively to our wedding party made us feel even more special. We will recommend Washingborough Hall every single time, and we have said we will be returning every anniversary we have ???? there are so so many reasons Washingborough Hall won venue of the year! Amy is definitely one of them. Our day was a breeze because of Amy, and I really have made a lovely friend in her too. As we live locally to the fabulous Washingborough Hall, we had previously enjoyed many meals/ friends celebrations held here. From the minute we booked our wedding date we were placed in the very capable hands of Amy Thorne (Director of Romance). Amy listened to our dreams and ideas and made these into reality and what was the most fabulous 3 day wedding event that totally exceeded our original visions. Amy worked closely with me to create our perfect wedding (face to face/e mail & phone), quick to respond to any questions or queries I had, i really cannot praise her enough. Amy arranged/recommended everything for us from our exquisite flowers (Robert Stubbs) to cake makers (Fiona Milnes), Lantern hire (Lincolnshire Lanterns), Bespoke stationery (In The Details) and a String Ensemble (Blue Topaz). All of our friends and family commented on how relaxed they were made to feel, and nothing was too much trouble. Amy certainly ensured that every member of staff was well briefed, and the whole wedding weekend was seamless and perfect. The food was outstanding (we had previous meetings with Mark who again created our own unique menu. We can only take this opportunity again to thank Amy - Director of Romance for making our dreams a reality and capturing everything we wanted out of our special day. Our special thanks again to the amazing Robert Stubbs who created THE most exquisite flowers throughout the Hall and also for all of the bridal party. I have never seen flowers so so perfect before. Robert certainly worked tirelessly to create a perfect fairy-tale vision for us. From the very first we met Amy and visited Washy Hall we knew she was the wedding planner for us and the venue was perfect for our wedding. The day was planned to perfection with every detail carefully considered and executed by Amy and the rest of the staff. The hotel itself is simply stunning, the rooms are beautiful and very comfortable. I now know why they have won so many awards the food was sublime , simply delicious. But the truly impressive part were the staff from Amy who kept Colin and myself calm and did a fabulous job making sure things ran smoothly, she injected her wicked sense of humour into our day also which helped to make us feel at home. Rob who did the flowers was just perfect he showed so much passion about our day and many of out guests commented on how beautiful the arrangements were. Luke was also fantastic he handled some situations that arose with some guests without drama but quietly and professionally. A massive thank you for making our day truly memorable.

Finding Washingborough Hall was the very best thing we did to make our daughter and fiancee's wedding the perfect wedding day. All the staff are amazing and have such an eye for detail. During the day before during preparation and during the whole wedding day, wherever we were, the staff led by Lucy Herring ensured the bridal party had everything they wanted. They supported and helped with the arrangements with cars and music, and the food and service is exceptional. We had the most amazing 2 days, stayed over at the Hall and from start to finish they made it special for us all. We'll never forget it.
