What can we say, from the minute we booked our wedding right up until the wedding day, Jayni and the hotel were absolutely fantastic. They could not have done any more than they did for us. Jayni was an angel to deal with nothing was ever too much trouble for her and any request we had she went above and beyond to complete it. In the build-up to the wedding, the staff were very nice and helpful to deal with. Any of our guests that phoned them for room bookings or had special booking requests, were well taken care of and all requests were looked after. Our guests were well taken care of and full of praise. On our wedding day, everything was perfect. From the ceremony to the food to the set-up the team did for us, the staff were amazing and they were on hand with everything. The weather on our wedding day was incredible and we were able to have an outdoor ceremony, the set-up was absolutely amazing and more than we could ever ask for. The food was delicious everyone kept saying how lovely the food was and how unbelievable the whole wedding was. Jayni surprised us with extra Disney signs which were divine and a really nice touch to our wedding. We can’t thank Jayni enough for all her hard work and dedication and the team for all the work they did to make our day special. To the Wonderful Jayni, Joanne & all the amazing staff at the Radisson Hotel, We can't thank you enough for everything you have done for us on our special day from the minute we walked in the door to the minute we left. Back in Oct 2021, we started looking for our dream venue to get married in and that's when we met the wonderful Joanne. She made us feel like we were the only people in the hotel. The staff and Joanne really went above and beyond for us! We came back a few weeks later to book our dream wedding as they had left such a good impression on us that we kept comparing every venue to them. Throughout the whole experience of the wedding planning, the staff have been so helpful and amazing through it all. A few months out to our wedding we met the wonderful Jayni, she was one of a kind who would do everything she possibly could to make our dream wedding day come true! She made us feel so relaxed and calm about the whole event and we knew our wedding was in good hands with her! She held onto her promise, we had an amazing day from start to finish and she was there to help out with any problem big or small if they occurred. Every meeting we had with Jayni was always a dream, we would leave even more relaxed as we knew she had everything under control. We are just gutted we didn't get to spend more time with her planning our big day. Our wedding day was on 14th June 2024. Everyone spoke highly of the food, the service and the hotel. We cannot fault one thing about our Wedding at the Radisson and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for their dream venue this is the place, the grounds are amazing for the photos, the food is out of this world, the staff are very friendly and the wedding team are truly one of the best. Joanne, Jayni, Ben, Amy and staff I cannot thank you enough for all you have done for us. You gave us the most incredible day and memories and for that, we will be forever grateful. The lead-up to the wedding was so easy and stress-free. Any issues that arose were quickly dealt with by the team who were always so professional and helpful. The day itself went off without a hitch and we were blown away with how amazing everything looked. The outdoor ceremony was a great shout by Jayni and our guests said they felt like they were transported to a foreign country for the ceremony and we felt the same. The food was outstanding and we could not fault a single thing about it. The attention to detail that Jayni has is incredible. From the decor to the little things like matching menus fonts and themes up to our table plan and wedding invitations. From our first visit to the hotel when we fell in love with Ditchley House, we couldn't fault anything. The lead up to our wedding day was an amazing experience from start to finish. We thoroughly enjoyed the planning phase & the day itself was so relaxed and enjoyable. The hotel staff were extremely helpful and understanding of all our needs. Our families and our wedding guests were all complimentary of the food, the service and the beautiful surroundings. We would do it all again in the Radisson Blu Hotel Little Island in a heartbeat without any hesitation.

We had our wedding in the Radisson Blu little Island in September! It was the nicest day of the year. We had our drinks reception out in their lovely garden, it was fantastic, all the guests really loved it. (They think of everything even the table of sun cream for our guests as we managed to get married on one of the hottest days of the year). The Radisson also had a lovely jazz band playing outside to entertain our guests which gave a lovely atmosphere. We loved the Ditchly House where we entered when arriving at our wedding where some people have drinks reception depending on weather so gives you an option. The staff are very nice at hotel and go above and beyond to make the day very special for wedding party and guests especially Zoe our wedding coordinator, she couldn’t do enough for us. We had a big wedding an the room was perfect for it, the lighting and decor was amazing. Overall would recommend this hotel for wedding.

When we were viewing venues for our big day, we thought it would be a difficult decision until we went to the Radisson Blu Hotel. The minute we stepped foot in the door, we knew this was it for us. Our wedding coordinators, Joanne and Zoe went above and beyond for us, met with us regularly and even added some personal touches to our menus without us asking. They were so thoughtful and put us at ease throughout the planning process. The ballroom is magnificent, lovely and spacious and the ambience is incomparable. Due to the size of the ballroom, we didn't have to worry about tables moving for the entertainment and our band were able to set up the morning of the wedding so we could kick off the festivities as soon as dinner was finished. The food was absolutely delicious and our guests still rave about it. The service from all staff on the night was excellent and we felt like royalty all day. The drinks reception was gorgeous and we were lucky enough to have a sunny day, so our guests enjoyed sitting outside in the sun, listening to the very talented jazz band provided by the Radisson and having drinks in the outside bar. Ditchley House was a fabulous alternative to those wishing to stay indoors and the kids were even provided with a separate playroom with toys, games and puzzles which we know they loved. I wish we could go back and do it all again, it was the most wonderful day and we have to thank the Radisson so much for all the time, effort and thoughtfulness put into our special day.

We truly can't say enough about the staff at the Radisson. They were amazing from the initial meeting to our special day. Nothing was too much for them on our day . Zoe took all my concerns about having an intimate wedding and made it better than I could have imagined. The bar staff were helpful, professional and have to say up for the craic once the guests got a few in them. Our guests ages ranged from 87 to 8 months and every guest said exactly the same, the staff were amazing. The food was sublime the atmosphere was fabulous made even better by Zoe , Ruth and the rest of the staff. The following day we had a small gathering of 27, it was like a continuation of our wedding. Once again the staff, the food, the care that our guests were given. The wedding suite is luxurious , spacious and very private. We would recommend the Radisson to anyone that is thinking of getting married.

We had an amazing wedding here at Radisson Blu and there were so many things that made our wedding as we wanted. I will just list few of them: - The ballroom was very beautiful and modern. - The people who organised our wedding did it really profesional and also to mention they were the nicest people we met - The prices were so affordable for us if to put in the consideration the location. And also so many other advantages that made our wedding an unforgettable day.

From the moment we viewed the Radisson Blu in Little Island, Cork, we knew it was the perfect location for our wedding! And nearly four months after our wedding, it is safe to say we are absolutely delighted with our decision. From the first day we came in contact with Zoe, we were filled with her warm and friendly personality. She couldn't have been more helpful and listened attentively to all of our questions and requests. Our meal tasting was an experience made so special for us by the most amazing staff! Zoe catered for us by arranging zoom meetings when we couldn't make it to the hotel and always ensured we left each meeting calm and comfortable. She made the entire experience of planning our wedding so easy which for me was so important as the process of planning a wedding is a big undertaking. Zoe is an absolute lady, extremely professional and a pleasure to work with. We felt like she was our friend by the time our wedding came around. The day of our wedding blew us away! We felt like royalty from the moment we arrived in our wedding car. We knew that the service was exceptional, but when all of our guests commented on the kindness and professionalism from all staff, and are still speaking so highly about everything, from the accommodation, to the food, to the amazing attention to detail shown by staff at the Radisson Blu, it makes us so proud and happy to know that the overall experience from both ourselves, our families and all of our guests, was truly incredible. We really couldn't recommend the Radisson Blu, Little Island any more. It was everything we dreamed of and more! 10/10 always!

Above and beyond, the PERFECT weekend. Zoe, Nathan and all of the staff went above and beyond for us when celebrating our wedding in July. We also had our day 2 down in the hotel and they pulled out all of the stops on both days. Guests and family have been raving about the wedding since and for us, everything was just so perfect. We wish we could do it all over again and again. We are so grateful to all of the staff and particularly to Zoe & Nathan for the care and attention to detail they gave!

We moved in day before wedding and spent whole weekend with our family friends. We love the Dichley House where we got married and move to ball room for reception. We had a ball of a weekend and all staff and food were unreal and met all our needs and couldn't do much more for us as everything was covered. Our family and friends who stayed and came to our wedding were all blown away. I would give Radisson 100% .

Where to begin on how fabulous the Radisson Blu Hotel Little Island were to us. Upon our first meeting at the hotel, Zoe and the staff were just so friendly, welcoming and so accommodating with our wedding ideas and plans. Nothing was a big issue. I cannot explain how accommodating Zoe, Ruth, Julia and all other staff members were on our wedding day. Our day would not have been the same if it wasn't for the hotel staff, we will never get over the kindness. We were never without anything always made sure our guests had enough. Every detail was accommodated for and I was big into personalised pieces for guests upon arrival/check in and on each table setting but Ruth reassured me it would be no hassle. When I walked in and saw the room set up, it was unbelievable. The food was just amazing our guests are still on about it today, the midnight snacks and tayto sandwiches were a big hit also. We cannot recommend the Radisson Blu Hotel Little Island enough to couples getting married. The team are just the best at what they do. The location, decor, friendly staff, food, atmosphere around the hotel, the list goes on. We booked during lockdown and we originally booked it on the back of being guests at another wedding previously because the day was just fabulous from start to finish but our own wedding day outdone our expectations and more. It was just the best day. We have gotten texts from guests to say they have never been at a better wedding and I truly put that down to the staff in the hotel, they set such a good vibe on our wedding day and everyone just had a ball. It was the best day of our lives and we are forever grateful to Zoe, Ruth, Julia and all at the Radisson Blu Hotel Little Island.

We got married in August 2023. Absolutely beautiful venue. Beautifully decorated. The staff are exceptional at what they do. Our wedding manager, Zoe could not be more helpful, she always made us feel so comfortable at our meetings to discuss wedding. The grounds are stunning for wedding photos, we have all our pictures taken on the grounds. Food was suburb. We had the best day.

We had an absolutely AMAZING wedding experience at the Radisson Blu Hotel - from the very minute we booked the hotel through to our wedding day itself. Zoe Hendrick, the hotel's wedding coordinator, and her team were absolutely outstanding - they put our minds at ease throughout the process and no request was too large or too small. On the big day, the staff worked tirelessly behind the scenes to ensure our day went seamlessly. My guests are still talking about the food, it was absolutely delicious. We stayed with the Radisson Blu again recently for our first anniversary and we had a beautiful meal and a suite for the night. We honestly could not recommend this hotel any higher, absolutely faultless.

We had the best wedding day at the Radisson Blu hotel and Spa Cork. The staff went above and beyond for us and nothing was a problem on the lead up to and on the day itself. I cannot fault this hotel. We had the best day for our wedding and we owe this to the Radisson Blu Hotel. The staff, the food, the rooms, all were of a very high quality. I highly recommend booking a wedding here, they really made our day feel so special.

What can I say, it was an absolute pleasure to deal with the Radisson, we met Joanne our wedding coordinator and decided after our tour and speaking with her, we wanted to book this hotel. They could not have been more helpful, we didn’t have to worry about anything. Everything was done for us. Unfortunately a few months before the wedding, Joanne told us she got a new position in the Radisson so someone else was going to be taking over. I was a bit apprehensive as Joanne was really on the ball but it turned out Zoe the new coordinator was just as good, knew exactly what she was doing, so helpful again. Everything went smoothly on the day and the next day as we had our day after there also. Food was gorgeous, there were no complaints.

Michael and I had our wedding at the Radisson Blu, Little Island on New Year's Eve. We are still on a high! From our initial meeting right through to the day of our wedding, Joanne was fantastic to deal with. She was great at communicating with us, very helpful with any queries we had and she was also extremely organised. The food tasting was one of the most enjoyable aspects of planning the wedding. We already knew the food was nice but we were blown away by the different options and it made it difficult to settle on a final menu! Not to mention the lovely wine! Joanne was very calm when it came to last minute government restrictions imposed on our wedding and last minute guest drop-outs due to Covid. We appreciated how she never put us under any pressure and was so understanding when it came to these issues - this really put us at ease. The day itself went off without a hitch. The food was gorgeous - everybody was raving about it. Joanne constantly checked in with us and other members of the bridal party. On more than one occasion she noted we were "ahead of schedule" - this didn't happen by accident, it was purely due to Joanne's hard work all day. We opted to take all of our professional photos at the venue as it is gorgeous and it also saved time on the day - the gardens, Ditchley House and the ballroom all looked great. On Joanne's advice, we chose black seat coverings with gold bows at the meal (given it was NYE) and the room looked amazing on the day! Joanne co-ordinated all of the other suppliers on the day which ensured everything ran smoothly. Our wedding cake was set up beautifully in the ballroom and in line with the NYE theme. Overall, having our wedding at the Radisson was the best decision and we cannot wait to visit again. We wouldn't hesitate in recommending this hotel to any couple - in Joanne's capable hands, you are guaranteed that it will be the best day of your life! We had an unforgettable wedding all thanks to the amazing team at Radisson Blu Hotel. Joanne was so helpful all the way through planning our day. Any queries we had she was so quick to respond. She really put us at ease with her friendly nature, and nothing was any trouble to her. On the day itself, Dori and her amazing team looked after everything you could think of and others that you wouldn't. We could switch off and enjoy every minute with our guests. Gabby and his team in the kitchen did an outstanding job. People are still talking about the meal to this day. It was the ideal venue for us to celebrate our wedding day. We would highly recommend Radisson Blu Hotel and their team.

I don't have the words to describe how happy we are that we had our wedding reception in Radisson Blu Hotel. Within five minutes of walking in for our first meeting, (genuinely!) we knew we were going to book there! Joanne, in particular, is an absolute dream to deal with. At no point did she make us feel like we were "just another wedding", or a cash cow the way some other hotels did. Instead, we consistently felt that she was genuinely interested in us having the best possible day. And we did! The food was absolutely outstanding. Our guests are still taking about it! Not only were the portions of the main mean very generous, but the food we arranged for both the drinks reception and later in the evening was very high quality. Everything was fresh and delicious. They also catered for all dietary restrictions any guests had with no issues, and with proper food. Their menu options are hugely varied, and I couldn't see how there wouldn't be something for everyone on there. Dori and Dora and the rest of the team there on the day were absolute pros. They run the day like a well oiled machine, and again, make you feel like you are the only wedding happening in the world. In fact, every staff member we met was nicer than the last! The options for customising the room for your reception also make it feel like your day is your day, not the hotels idea of your day. Joanne was in constant communication with us in the run up to our wedding, and was a brilliant communicator. She told us exactly what they needed from us, and by when. She is absolutely amazing at her job, and the hotel is lucky to have her. Overall, one of the best decisions we made was to book Radisson Blu. We can't recommend it enough! -Dee & Phil

Our wedding at the Radisson Blu Hotel & Spa Cork was magical. We had an intimate ceremony in the front room of Ditchley house. It was beautifully decorated for Christmas. We also had lunch in the backroom and wonderful wedding reception for approx. 240 people later in the evening. The hotel catered to our requests for a buffet meal that people raved about afterwards, especially the vegetarian curry. The grounds are perfect for photos, and being in the Radisson is a holiday in itself as it is nice and secluded. The breakfast was also a highlight for guests, particularly the children's buffet area. The kids were also whisked away to the children's club on the night of the wedding, which was a bonus. We can't thank Joanne and the team enough for making our wedding weekend so memorable.

We choose the Radisson Blu Hotel & Spa Cork after meeting Joanne. She was so friendly and warm. She made the whole process a breeze! Nothing was too much trouble. I loved the fact that any time we emailed, she would write back straight away. She was always there for us and was so helpful. Dori looked after us on the wedding day and she was just fantastic. The whole day ran without a hitch and this is due to the dedication and experienced staff. A huge thank you to everyone who makes the day so special! We have a friend's wedding in the hotel next year, and we are looking forward to going back and experiencing the wedding as a guest.
