We viewed lots of hotels for our wedding, and from the moment we visited the Oriel we absolutely fell in love, we had met with Aoife as we originally hadn't booked an appointment with the wedding coordinator. Aoife couldn't have done enough for us that day, so welcoming and friendly, we left immediately knowing that was our hotel. We then scheduled an appointment with Kirsty, who went out of her way to help us in any way she possibly could. I was a very relaxed bride knowing that Kirsty would steer me in the right direction! We met Michael at our food tasting & again on the wedding day, again nothing was ever too much trouble, he had everything under control and made us feel so relaxed. On the day of the wedding, everything went to plan, everything was on schedule, the food was amazing and everyone had such a great time. So many people have said back to us, how good the service and food was. Thank you so much to Kirsty, Michael, Aoife & The Oriel staff for making our day so special!

Myself and my husband got married in the Oriel House in August, we had the most amazing day. Everything went absolutely perfectly, there isn’t one fault we could find. Beatrice was helping us along the way with all the planning and she made it very easy for us to get things organised, on the day we had both Beatrice and Kirsty on hand making sure everything ran smoothly. Our day was absolutely amazing . If you're planning a wedding I couldn’t recommend the Oriel House more they were fantastic.

We had our wedding on the 30th of December in the Oriel House Hotel . We couldn't recommend Elaine and the team enough! They were absolutely amazing! From the first time we met Elaine we knew we were in good hands. She was a pleasure to deal with. So professional and nothing was too much! The food and service was fantastic. The Oriel House Hotel was just beyond what we could have asked for, every little detail no matter how big or small the request, they were so happy to oblige! We worked closely with Elaine and James who helped and guided us through the whole process. We had a wedding party of 220 and they promised the meal would be served at 6:30/6:45 with music starting at 9:15 and they delivered this promise! The bar was fully staffed like we requested and all drink we wanted was catered for, I just can’t thank them enough, we heard horror stories from so many of our friends that have gotten married over the years and we are just so lucky to have absolutely and honestly zero complaints! We had our wedding day Saturday 23rd July 2022, 3rd time lucky. We had to postpone due to covid and 2 beautiful babies beforehand which was a bit stressful organising a wedding but throughout everything Elaine was fantastic, so helpful and understanding with everything. She made it so easy for myself and Richard, everything we asked for Elaine made it possible. The wedding day itself was perfect, all positive feedback we received back from all our guests, thanks to Elaine for everything wish we could do it all over again.

We couldn't have asked any better from the Oriel House Hotel, and the wedding coordinator Elaine Gantly. From the very beginning, we received the best quality of service from the team - from changing our initial wedding date (due to COVID) to helping us plan every step of the way. Any questions that we ever had were answered quickly, regardless of whether it was over email, phone, or face-to-face. Elaine also helped massively in contacting one of the vendors on our behalf as we had misplaced their contact details from a previous wedding expo we attended. We were afraid that we were going to lose the deposit to this, but Elaine looked into it and sorted everything. She really went above and beyond for us. When the big day arrived, Elaine and the team welcomed us to the hotel with all the guests in the Drinks Reception area. The day went so smoothly from start-to-finish, and our guests also found the day to be amazing and 'one of the best weddings they've ever been to'. This is a massive credit to the Oriel House Hotel, their function room can cater for large numbers, their drinks reception area is spacious, the food is always top quality and the bridal suite is comfortable, clean and for us, the best we've seen. I'd highly recommend the team and staff at the Oriel House Hotel, as we feel we've made good friends anytime we go back for a stay, or even for lunch / dinner. On a side note, they have a wide range of wedding packages to suit everyone - which is obviously a massive benefit! Thanks again for everything guys!

I knew when we got engaged that The Oriel House Hotel would be the perfect hotel to host our wedding. I have attending weddings in the past at this hotel so I was delighted when our date was available. Elaine Gantley was our wedding coordinator at the Oriel and what can I say. From the moment we met Elaine she was so professional and her expertise was impeccable throughout the planning process. We told her what we would like and no matter the request she had no problem assisting us. Elaine kept in contact throughout and helped us so much ! It was so stress free ! The set up at the hotel for our wedding was out of this world ! We also held our ceremony at the hotel as well as our reception and both rooms were so beautifully decorated and kept within our colour scheme. The food was so delicious and the hotel accommodated those with dietary requirements and also had a teenage/kids menu ! All our guests raved about how much they enjoyed the food and how beautiful the hotel was on the day. The staff at the hotel on the day were fantastic ! They were so helpful and friendly and made sure everyone was looked after. The bridal suite was gorgeous and so comfortable, spacious and luxurious. It had a real wow factor ! We didn’t want to leave the following morning .,,,,, I would highly recommend anyone who is getting married to talk to Elaine and the team at the hotel. The attention to detail I don’t think we would have found elsewhere…. From the first time we stayed in the Oriel House Hotel we fell in love with it and decided that was where we wanted to be married. Fast forward a few months and we attended our first wedding fayre in the hotel and met with Elaine. She made us feel so welcome and at ease that even before we left the room we had decided it was definitely the hotel for us. We booked our date soon after and had regular contact with Elaine and her team and no question or request was ever too much. We travelled to and stayed in the hotel a number of times before the wedding day and each time the staff were such a pleasure to deal with, from the reception staff to bar staff and even the breakfast staff (who all remembered us every time we arrived). On the day of the wedding the hotel could not do enough for us. Elaine had everyone where they were supposed to be exactly when they should of been there and even when we were a little late back from getting our photographs taken she arranged for us to still spend some time with our guests before the meal started. When the meal finished the dining staff came to meet us after the tables were cleared to congratulate us and wished us an enjoyable night which we thought was so nice of them as they were finished their shift and on their way home. This is just an example of the fantastic staff the hotel has and why having a wedding, or any celebration in the Oriel House Hotel is a must! Thank you again for everything you did for us! We had our wedding in the Oriel House Hotel in April. I cannot fault one thing. From start to finish, everything was amazing. The staff couldn't have been more helpful. When we first met our wedding planner Elaine Gantly, she really put us at ease and from that moment, she was able to work with us, taking all the heavy lifting from us and ensuring our day was exactly what we wanted. It was and actually was even better than we could have imagined. James the manager on duty on the day of the wedding also took the time out to meet us beforehand and ensured everything went to plan. I cannot thank Elaine, James and all the staff enough. We had the wedding of our dreams and it's all thanks to the staff at Oriel House Hotel. The food was amazing, the venue was beautiful and the staff were perfect. I would highly recommend anyone seeking a wedding venue to consider the Oriel House Hotel. We had our wedding in the Oriel House Hotel last Thursday. It's an amazing hotel. The staff are just a pleasure to deal with. Elaine, the wedding coordinator, was a dream to deal with. She took care of everything and made it all stress-free for us. She was so hands on. Killian was an absolute dote. He kept coming to everyone's tables to make sure everyone was alright. If we needed anything, there was no issue, like extra food etc. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone. It has excellent service, and it's a spotless hotel. We cant wait to go back x

Elaine and Ciara were always there to answer any questions we had, and they were the most helpful throughout. The staff on the day of our wedding were amazing, always asking to make sure that we were okay. They were always helping us with any requests. We couldn't have asked for a better and nicer staff to work with on our wedding day. The whole experience was amazing, and we would highly recommend Oriel House Hotel to any wedding couple. The food is second to none, not to mind the staff. Everything was outstanding. So much so, that my brother in law is getting married there next year because they loved the experience from our wedding. We recommended then highly. We would highly recommend booking your wedding at Oriel House Hotel. Our wedding coordinator, Elaine, was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. Nothing was a problem, she was only a phone call or email away if we had any questions. She made sure everything was perfect and ran smoothly on the day. The venue itself was perfect, and our reception room was beautifully laid out for both ceremony and reception afterwards. The food was delicious and the overall service was exceptional. We had the wonderful experience of having our wedding ceremony and reception in Oriel House Hotel, in July 2021. We planned our wedding for July 2020, but due to covid we postponed to 2021. Our experience with our wedding coordinator, Elaine Grantley, was second to none. Her attention to detail and her professionalism are outstanding. She made sure on the day that all of our wishes were carried out to the highest standard. Due to restrictions, we had 50 guests, and they all felt safe and secure as a result of the great lengths Oriel House Hotel went to. Everything was of an exceptional standard, from the ceremony room, to the drinks reception, to the function room, to the high quality food and accommodation, and to the breakfast the next morning and everything else in between. We really appreciate the hospitality shown by James and all the staff, and for making our day so special. Myself and Anthony got married in the Oriel House Hotel on Sunday 13th of June, and we cannot thank the hotel and staff enough for the best day of our lives. They were amazing.
