Our wedding reception at Chilworth Manor was exceptional. Throughout the planning process, our co-ordinator, Hannah was always reachable which was immensely reassuring. Hannah's thorough communication and accommodation of our every request ensured the day ran smoothly, and our face-to-face meetings as the big day approached proved that no detail would be forgotten. On the day, our toastmaster George, the catering staff, and everyone else involved went above and beyond for ourselves and our guests. Having our September wedding on the hottest day of the year was one thing we couldn't have planned for, but the attentiveness of the staff made all the difference, keeping the arrival drinks cold and opening an extra air-conditioned space for our guests to cool down just beside the terrace. George made us feel special throughout the day and enthusiastically helped us include a game and a song performance during the wedding breakfast. An older family member of ours was unable to attend until the evening due to the hot weather, but upon our request his three course meal was served hot when he arrived, which we cannot praise the catering staff enough for. Overall, throughout our entire experience with Chilworth, nothing was too much trouble. Along with the beautiful setting it provided for our wedding day, this made it the perfect venue choice for our reception.

We had Phoebe, the wedding coordinator look after us from the time we were thinking of what date to go with and she had been so patient and kind with all our requests. She is a wonderfully kind and hardworking coordinator we were lucky to have. Chilworth are very accommodating with certain requests and made us feel special on our wedding day. Even when we had questions and concerns about things on the day, they promptly sorted them and allowed us more time despite not being completely on schedule.

Chilworth Manor was the first venue we viewed and from the moment Phoebe gave us a tour of the grounds, we knew we wanted our special day to be within those beautiful grounds. Phoebe became our personal wedding planner and has answered all of our questions, offered advice when we have needed it and helped to perfect the plan for our ceremony and celebration. She has gone out of her way to change things to suit our guests special requests. We met George 3 days before the wedding and immediately felt that the event was in very safe hands with our host. He made sure we were exactly where we needed to be and when. He even took control of the ceremony music for us. George interacted with our guests and had everyone laughing, cheering and applauding, he was fantastic and it would not have been the same without him, what a character! Our wedding breakfast was a real talking point. The food was even more delicious than it was at our tasting session. The portion sizes were very generous and everyone was happy. The kitchen, waiting and bar staff all did an amazing job and everything ran like clockwork. We were extremely lucky to have a gorgeous sunny day so we were able to use the outstandingly beautiful grounds for some amazing photographs, which we will treasure forever. Luckily we live fairly close by and we can visit the grounds whenever we like. We will be sure to make the most of these opportunities and will definitely recommend Chilworth Manor as a wedding venue. Your beautiful hotel will forever hold a special place in all our hearts. Wedding of Kayleigh Eldridge & Stuart Parry When we were planning our wedding and looking venues, Chilworth Manor was a lucky find as neither of us even knew it existed. When we looked through the images online of the venue we fell in love with the Coach House as the decor was absolutely stunning and we knew we had to have it. The planning process was managed by Evie and she was absolutely amazing with ensuring we had what we wanted and was thorough when arranging our requirements. The communication was fantastic and it was reassuring to know we could email her whenever we had any queries. When the big day came, everything was well managed and run smoothly. George was lovely and no ask was too much for him to fulfil. The only negative I can add about our day was that it went way too fast! If I could rewind time I would do it all again as it was an absolutely amazing day and I thank those on the wedding team at Chilworth for that. Our day was so much more than we could have ever imagined and all our guests thoroughly enjoyed themselves too which is an added bonus. We want to give you a massive thank you, we couldn't have asked for a better day!

We had our perfect wedding day at Chilworth Manor! We went to look at the venue in February 2022 and were amazed at how the photographs online didn’t do it justice! The updated reception, bar area & restaurant really had the WOW factor! In the Spring and Summer, the driveway leading up the manor looks pretty spectacular too! And the grounds! That’s what we truly fell in love with! Throughout our wedding planning process, communication with the events team and our wedding planner Phoebe was so easy! They were always on hand and really quick at getting back to us whenever we had any questions or worries! Nothing was ever too much trouble!! In the lead up to the day, we felt extremely reassured and were in constant communication with the hotel! We had final details and handover meetings with our wedding planner and the team and we really felt our day was in safe hands! On the day… it couldn’t have been smoother! Both myself and the groom got ready in the hotel as did many of our friends and family and everything was brilliant! There wasn’t a single fault with the entire day! All of our guests said about how well the day flowed! Alex was in constant contact with us throughout - making sure we knew everything that was happening & we were kept informed at every stage! Anything we asked for was done straight away! And the food was even better than when we went for our menu tasting! There were so many special touches I could go on forever! We had our wedding at Chilworth Manor and it was like a dream come true. The manor and grounds are absolutely stunning and made for brilliant photographs. The rooms were clean and we had all the amenities we needed and more. Every member of staff we interacted with was friendly and incredibly helpful. Breakfast was delicious - I could not fault it at all, and the restaurant area itself is lovely. Phoebe and George ensured our wedding day was perfect and nothing was too much trouble for them. I would happily recommend Chilworth Manor to anybody wishing to get away for a few days or to use as a wedding venue. I’m sure we’ll be back very soon!

We got married at Chilworth Manor in July 2023. From day one the experience was amazing, and it was a no brainier which venue we wanted to choose for our special day. We met with one of the wedding coordinators Phoebe, who talked us through the various packages, which were reasonably priced, and we were shown around the gorgeous venue which has so many beautiful photo spots. Phoebe has been so friendly and approachable, and guided us every step of the way in our planning. The day went by perfectly, with the help of George, the event manager and Alex, the operations manager. The staff went above and beyond to make our day very special. Those little extra touches really made for a memorable day. Really happy with our experience and would highly recommend to anyone looking for a wedding venue.

We recently had our wedding reception at Chilworth Manor Hotel and what an amazing day we had. Our wedding coordinator Phoebe was incredibly helpful in the months leading up to the wedding. She was very organised and helped us to think about things we hadn't yet considered. When I had questions she always got back to me quickly. A few days before, we had a handover meeting with Phoebe and Emily, who was part of the team running things on the day. From ours and our guests perspective everything went smoothly on the day and the team working were friendly and professional. We were very lucky to have a warm sunny day and the grounds of the hotel were amazing for our drinks reception and photographs. The Wedding Breakfast was complimented by many and we very much enjoyed our menu tasting earlier this year. I would thoroughly recommend Chilworth Manor for your special day, a big thank you to the whole team.

We had an absolutely incredible experience having our wedding at Chilworth Manor! We chose it in part because of the grounds and they did not disappoint- our photos were beautiful and it gave us somewhere lovely to escape to for half an hour on the day. The food was fantastic, and the attention to detail by all the staff and the efforts they went to for accommodating everything. Shout out to Hannah, who helped us organise the event, and was absolutely brilliant, she was so responsive and accommodating and I really felt that she went out of her way to help us have the day we wanted. Things went so smoothly on the day as well- Alex, who was looking after us during the day, ran things incredibly smooth and always seemed to appear right when we needed him! We also cannot neglect to mention Kevin and Dom, who helped tremendously and were so enthusiastic- they even stayed late just so they could film part of the celebration, and we really felt like they were invested in the event and in having a good time with us. We can't recommend Chilworth enough, a lot of our friends have had a lot of stress trying to get things organised but we honestly can't say that the guys at Chilworth didn't do everything we needed them to do. They were so professional and even had suggestions and advice for things we hadn't thought of yet, they were great. 100% recommended and we can't wait to go back to celebrate our first anniversary!

Chilworth Manor was an amazing setting for our venue. There are so many places for photos to be taken rain or sunshine. The staff were incredibly friendly and nothing felt like it was a hassle or too much. Hannah was incredible in the lead up to the ceremony and every time I emailed she would get back to me in a quick manner. Alex and everyone on the day really made me feel relaxed and calm and didn't bother me with anything and that really helped us to enjoy our day. The hand over before the day meant that this could happen and they helped me think of things I would not have thought of previously. They also left us champagne and rose petals on the evening when we went back to our room which was a really lovely special touch. They communicated with all the retailers we used. The food was absolutely delicious and they were really flexible with us so that all needs were met and we could have what we wanted to eat. Chilworth Manor staff made our day so easy and stress free and I cannot thank them enough. The venue is absolutely beautiful and it is incredibly affordable. Cannot recommend them enough.

The interior of the hotel is equally impressive One of the standout aspects of Chilworth Manor Hotel is the exceptional service provided by the staff to name a few, Hannah, Kevin aka Steve, Evie, Keegan and Harry. Special mention to Claire and Alex for overseeing our day and ensuring everything went perfectly. From the initial planning stages to the actual day of the wedding, the staff members were attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure that everything ran smoothly. The wedding ceremony was held in the GK Chesterton and reception was held in the beautiful Coach House . The space was elegantly decorated. The staff did an excellent job of setting up the room according to our preferences, and they took care of all the little touches that made the atmosphere feel warm and inviting. The catering at Chilworth Manor Hotel was outstanding. The food served during the wedding reception was absolutely delicious. The menu had a variety of options to suit different tastes, and the quality of the ingredients was top-notch. Especially for food intolerances and allergies. Our wedding day was fantastic, all I wish was that we could do it all over again just in slow motion as it went so fast and it was all a bit of a blur! The weather was ok just a bit chilly so not many pictures outside sadly, but still got some lovely ones inside. Dan and I had a great time though, the food was outstanding and so many people commented on not only how much of a lovely day it was but that the food was so good! Everyone in the team was so helpful and the support was great. They were helpful and friendly.

We had our wedding reception at Best Western Chilworth Manor and it was absolutely perfect! Everything on the day was fantastic, thanks to the amazing staff and the events manager Juan. We were a bit worried about timings and making sure we didn't over run too much on the meal, but we really didn't need to worry at all as the staff were so attentive and professional with serving the wedding breakfast and drinks, it all ran so smoothly! Our guests all commented on how much they enjoyed the reception and how good the meal was and also the evening buffet food which was very popular! Hannah, our wedding planner was so helpful on the lead up to our wedding day and answered all our questions so quickly, nothing was too much trouble for any of the staff at Chilworth, we were truly in very safe hands!

All our guests were complimentary on the venue, staff and food, and we are so glad we chose to have our wedding with you. Juan certainly had a positive impact on our guests and we had so many lovely comments about him. I added a thank you in my speech for Amanda, Juan and all the staff and got a big cheer! We had a couple of bumps (that were on our part) along the way as you know Amanda and were sure it wasn’t the easiest of situations. But everything was marvellous in the end!

We just want to say thank you. The team were amazing and everything went smoothly. The weather held out for us so we were able to get some pictures outside. Amanda was lovely and very helpful with our requests and sorting things on the day. The food was spot on and everyone commented on how much they had enjoyed it. The barman in the herb garden , Kevin was brilliant and had good banter with all of us. Even took over the main bar for people that wanted to stay on drinking. Also....Juan!! Simply brilliant. This October myself and my wife had our wedding at the Chilworth Manor, we had booked this 2 years ago after viewing the venue and falling in love with it, through the whole process of meeting everyone in the venue who would be involved with our big day we were reassured that everything would be just as we would want and our wedding coordinator Hannah made this incredibly easy for us. She was fantastic through the whole planning and all the way up to the finishing of the wedding, she made sure that any questions we had would be answered and if we had any requests she did everything she could to make sure these were catered for and for that we could not be any happier with her attitude towards everything and her professional presence. As well as Hannah being fantastic so were the rest of the team in the hotel, we were fully catered for and were extremely pleased with the positive attitude everyone had. Our wedding day went perfectly with everything running smoothly thanks to the hotel staff, the food was absolutely delicious and we have made it clear we will definitely be back again for more meals because of this. We had been detailed a man from the venue called Juan as our master of ceremonies who done a fantastic job, we were also told he spent 2 days learning how to pronounce our last name just to make sure he got it spot on for the day and let me say he did absolutely brilliantly. I had my wedding at Chilworth Manor hotel, I cannot express how wonderful the day was. The team there is amazing and we're able to ensure everything ran smoothly so my husband and I didn't have to worry about a thing. I liaised with Hannah regularly she was amazing, always able to answer all my questions and concerns. The day before we had a meeting with Hannah and Jaun who took over from Hannah, he was there on the day ensuring everything went to plan. This included; making sure we and guests were at the right place at the right time, ensure dining service was carried out efficiently, answering any questions we had on the day and even helping out the bar staff. I would highly recommend Chilworth Manor and their staff for anyone planning their special day! It was a beautiful, stress free experience.

We had the most amazing wedding at Chilworth Manor on 17th September 2022. Everything from start to finish was perfect. All my meetings beforehand with Phoebe were thorough and no details were missed. The staff on the day of our wedding were perfect, everything ran smoothly, guests were greeted with big smiles, food was delicious and arrived to each table very quickly which meant everyone was eating together. The grounds are beautiful, the perfect backdrop for photographs. The children had plenty of space to run around and get rid of energy safely. A huge thank you to Phoebe & Clare from the operations team, you both made our day perfect. Highly recommend Chilworth Manor for weddings. Chilworth Manor was my 3rd venue we visited and we just knew as soon as I drove down the stunning driveway & saw the building & grounds that is where we wanted our special day. Thank you again.
