Our wedding day at the Heronston Hotel was nothing short of incredible. From the moment we began planning, the team made us feel supported and understood. Their communication was clear, consistent, and reassuring, and every question we had, big or small, was handled with genuine care. On the wedding day itself, everything ran flawlessly. The staff coordinated timing, décor, and setup so seamlessly that we were able to be completely present and enjoy every moment. Following the ceremony, our guests moved directly into the reception, and the transition was smooth and well organised. The room looked stunning, elegant, inviting, and perfectly arranged. Dinner was exceptional, and we received so many compliments on both the atmosphere and the service. The staff were attentive, professional, and warm, making every guest feel well cared for. The entire day felt effortless, and we owe so much of that to the team at the Heronston. They created an environment where we could relax, celebrate, and truly enjoy the day. We are beyond grateful for the dedication, coordination, and heart they put into making our wedding unforgettable. We got married at the hotel August bank holiday. We were blown away by the whole day. Spoilt. Treated like royalty by all the staff. Ensured all our guests were catered for, even the surprise stop overs and the unknown vegetarian on the actually day. Nothing left out. All rooms were immaculate and the wedding suite was superb. The food was stunning. Everybody that came said they had a wonderful time. From our first meeting with Carolyn we knew we were in brilliant and safe hands. Above and beyond. Thank you. And to Mark who guided us through the day, thank you Sir, brilliantly orchestrated. You made our day fantastic. Please thank all the staff for us.

Me and Liam would like to say a massive thank you to you all for our special day! We had an absolute brilliant day and it went in a blink of an eye! Wish we could do it all over again! There is Miskin Manor. There is Canada Lodge. There is Court Colman. Nice venues for a wedding. But...If you wish to be looked after on the best day of your life, for a fraction of the price, get married, at the Heronston. From the moment I checked in on the Friday, to the moment I checked out on the Sunday,I was the most important person there. That is how Mark Burgess (Deputy Manager) and his team made me feel. The bridal suite is wonderful. My HUSBAND and I sank into the jacuzzi bath, after our special day, with gratitude. Mark was with us from the beginning. From when we booked the date in 2013, to when I was making last minute menu changes! He took the panic away and took all the planning onto his shoulders. He made me laugh, calmed me, soothed my anxieties and allowed our dogs to come to the wedding! "It is your day...do what you like!" was his attitude throughout. I had guests from Kent, Scotland and London. All of them commented on the wonderful hotel, the brilliant staff and how amazing Mark was. "That guy is phenomenal!"my brother, who gave me away, whispered to me on the top table. He is. His team are. The hotel is wonderful. Where else can you get married by professional people who know what they are doing but make you feel like you are the first and most wonderful bride they have ever had? Book it!!
