She was so generous with her time and accommodating of anything we wanted. It was so reassuring having her available in the run up to the wedding and especially on the day itself. We started planning our wedding at the start of 2023 and from start to finish we had the most amazing experience. That was all down to Dhriti. She did such a good job and is so accommodating. She met with us regularly and was always willing to answer any questions. We were supposed to be married in 2025 and then after a few months of planning, we moved the wedding up by 10 months. The hotel and Dhriti were so happy to accommodate us and gave us a list of available dates to choose from. We honestly couldn’t have asked for a better team to help us plan our big day, a day we will never forget. It was truly amazing and we would recommend the venue to anyone who was getting married it was truly a magical day!

The best day of our life at the best venue with the best service. We got married in May this year and choosing The Royal Marine was the best decision for us. We had a multi-cultural wedding and from the start, we were quite stressed about bringing out both cultures but Dhriti made it all seem so easy. The Royal Marine was so accommodating and supportive throughout the entire process. We have heard so many nightmarish stories about venues or wedding coordinators not responding to couples but Dhriti was so on top of everything. We would get responses within a day. She was so professional, super detail-oriented, and just lovely to work with. We were a bit clueless about what to expect, but she held our hand through the whole process. Overlooking the Irish Sea, the views are simply gorgeous. The location really added that romantic touch to our big day. Everyone went out of their way to make sure our day was perfect. Their warmth and hospitality made us and our guests feel so welcome. The service was spot on, and they took care of everything with a smile. And the little extras? They were just the icing on the cake! We got a 6-month gym membership with pool and spa access, and they even gave us a free night on our one-year anniversary. Plus, the pamper package with a massage and mud bath each was such a treat. Not to mention the coffee and biscuits at every meeting – it’s the little things that make the difference! In the end, our wedding was a dream come true, thanks to the beautiful location, the wonderful staff, and the fantastic support from Dhriti. We had our wedding reception at the Royal Marine Hotel after having our service at the Maritime Museum. From the start of the planning right through to the last days of collecting decorations, the staff helped us with the utmost respect and kindness. Dhriti was our wedding planner, and she was always very communicative and helpful with every question we had, giving us sound advice and making sure the day went off without any issues. On the day, she was so great at getting guests to where they needed to be, as well as calming me and my husband after all the emotions of the service. Additionally, Hayley at reservations helped immensely with room organisation. We had a few overseas guests, and she was more than accommodating to those who needed rooms on the night of the wedding. She went above and beyond, and we were so grateful. Finally, Malcolm was an exceptional host during the evening of the wedding, helping us with every request our hearts desired. He was so kind and generous with his time, and we could not be more thankful. All the staff, from the planning to reservations, security to management, we and our guests really felt welcomed and part of the Royal Marine family. The food was also delightful and plentiful, and guests never felt that they were underfed. The treats were very tasty, and presented very neatly so thank you to the kitchen staff. The night catered by the Royal Marine made me and my husband feel like we were royalty, and it is sure to be one of our best memories ever, thanks to the kindness, support and generosity of the hotel.

Thanks for your help with everything leading up and for your patience from the beginning as we were making up our mind. It all went great on the day, I know I at least was trusting that some of the details will go fine on the day and it really did, Dhriti really was a super help all the way through the day, she radiates calmness and kept us on track. And Malcolm too in the evening - we had met him at the tasting and he is an absolute pleasure to deal with. We had the most wonderful wedding experience at the Royal Marine Hotel. We are based in London and had family and friends traveling over from the U.S., UK and Ireland so we really wanted somewhere that highlighted Irish charm and hospitality. We cannot believe how many guests have commented to us that we absolutely chose the best venue for our wedding. The hotel itself is so beautiful and we loved being able to have a view of the seafront during our reception. The staff at the Royal Marine Hotel were incredibly helpful in making sure everything went to plan and every detail was considered beforehand, especially as we were not local to the area. All of our wedding stress disappeared when we arrived because we were in such good hands and my husband and I were able to truly enjoy our wedding day without worrying about a thing! Myself and my wife celebrated our wedding in the Royal Marine hotel. It was a magnificent and magical day that we will both remember always. The staff and management and our wedding co-ordinator Dhriti were absolutely magnificent. They made sure that everything ran smoothly on the day and could not have been more helpful. They were extremely professional but also warm and welcoming. The layout of both the ceremony room and the wedding reception area was perfect. Catering for our guests who had specific dietary needs was no problem at all. We always knew that we would be in good hands with the Royal Marine but they far exceeded our expectations. We live abroad and organised the wedding remotely but this posed no difficulty due to the fact that the team were available for phone calls or video calls any time we needed guidance. Hayley and the reservation team were very efficient. The Royal Marine Hotel is a beautiful venue and our guests from abroad and Ireland were very impressed with both the hotel and its surroundings. The food and service on the night were excellent thanks to Jeff, the floor manager, Alicia, and the rest of the staff. Everything went very smoothly on the day but we had two stressful moments regarding the flowers and the dress (due to our own negligence) which Dhriti and the team solved immediately. We were extremely grateful for their help. We would have no hesitation in recommending the Royal Marine Hotel to any couple looking for a venue for their celebration. We are completely blown away by how amazing everyone has been here - You, Istvan and teams, the chef, Hayley for giving everyone such great rooms, the ladies cleaning our room (especially the blonde girl, I didn't catch her name), the reception team, Liga and the breakfast team, everyone in Hardy's bar and bar staff on the night of the wedding, I could go on... Our day and week has been just so perfect. Everyone was so incredibly friendly, flexible, smiley, patient, professional, helpful and detail-oriented which we really appreciated... We could write a book about all the little things on the day and during the week that we loved and it was all down to you and the staff in the hotel... Our families had the most amazing amazing time - they too were blown away by how well organised the day was and how much they enjoyed themselves. Everyone has been so brilliant and we are so incredibly grateful.

I personally set my expectations a lil bit low and was ready for anything to happen only because I was overwhelmed with the wedding preparations and I find it so stressful. Long story short it was the opposite of what happened on our wedding day. We both felt that our wedding day was perfect, magical and definitely magnificent in every possible way.
