From the start till the end, New House and their team were phenomenal. The team are very experienced and can help with you with any concerns and questions you may have. The team were always prompt to get back to us. They went above and beyond our expectations. They were willing to cater to our requests, such as dietary concerns for certain guests, and delivering a last minute BBQ on the Friday for our guests. The weekend itself was everything we had wished for and the day went perfectly. We could not recommend them enough, they made planning our wedding a joy.

We cannot thank the team enough for their help with our wedding. We enjoyed the process from the very beginning. The packages were reasonable and very inclusive which meant we could spend less time organising all the small details but there was still plenty of choice to make the day personal and to our taste. Contact was excellent and all my endless queries were answered quickly and comprehensively. The pre-wedding check was very thorough and reassured us everything was in hand and the day was going to be excellent. We were so excited with the improvements to the marquee and although it was lovely before it was 100% better and looked much more modern with the improvements. We stayed in the Countess Suite the night before with the getting-ready room for the morning of the wedding. This was well worth it and made the morning run so smoothly. The day was absolutely brilliant and beautiful and we wish we could do it all again. Finally, all the little touches by the hotel (we won’t want to spoil them for future couples) made us feel so special! Thank you so much.

Newhouse Hotel was amazing from start to finish. Nothing and I mean nothing was too much trouble, when first booking they were honest and clear about what to expect. They kept communication up throughout and were always available to answer the masses of questions we had and were also extremely accommodating with every change we had. We already knew we loved the food before our big day but didn’t expect it to be such a hit as it was with the guests, today 4 months on people still talk about how amazing their meal was! We were extremely lucky to be treated to the beautiful renovation of the marquee which is absolutely stunning! I would recommend this venue to every bride and groom! When booking I was initially sceptical about it also being a functional hotel but on the day the amazing staff make you feel that your the only people in the world, never mind on site. The only thing that’s negative is I wish I could relive this day over and over again!

Not only is the view spectacular, but the staff at New House made our day feel easy. There were no hidden costs. They gave prompt replies to questions and they made you feel like they were happy to give input into your day, even as people who have done this hundreds of times. Being such a small team, you felt you were always talking to the same person, and Emily was a constant throughout our planning. We had relative flexibility to make the day our own and had to do absolutely nothing on the actual day. We both felt we had a great day and didn’t have the high-stress moments that other couples talk about with their days. There were little moments that made us feel special, like the snack box left in the bridal suite and the adorable personalised lovespoon left on our sweetheart table, with handwritten congrats cards. They worked well with our suppliers and our guests all commented on how beautiful the venue was. Guests booking systems were a little confused with the system changing before our date, and all the bookings getting sent to us rather than the guests, but it was all easily rectified by polite reception staff. I’d happily recommend it to other couples.

We are so pleased that we picked your venue—it looked absolutely stunning on our big day! We were lucky enough to have lovely sunshine to fully enjoy the glorious views and the beautiful hotel grounds. So many of our guests commented on how impressed they were by the new Garden Marquee (some commented that the word “marquee” no longer does it justice!). It was a fabulous space for the day and night. The food was delicious, especially the blade of beef served at the reception. The service was also brilliant throughout the day. Thank you to the Events team for all your help leading up to our big day. You responded promptly to all of our queries, big and small. All of our requests for table settings and so on were followed to the letter, and the day flowed seamlessly. Thanks again for making our day truly magical and providing us with wonderful memories of our wedding day that will last a lifetime.

There are not enough words to describe how much we LOVED our wedding at the New House!! The events team at the hotel was amazing, and our wedding day was completely stress-free. Although we had to plan our wedding over email because we're based in Singapore, the hotel was extremely proactive and responsive. They also catered to our needs for a Chinese Tea Ceremony even though they had no experience with how this should be done. They were very accommodating and flexible, which can't be said for other wedding venues that we considered at the start. I also lost a diamond earring while dancing, which the hotel staff later returned in the morning, which certainly speaks to the hotel staff's honesty and integrity. I highly recommend having your wedding here; we will be having many anniversaries at the venue.

When we first went to look at New House Country hotel we knew this was where we wanted our wedding. From the outset, the hotel is so beautiful, the staff are helpful and friendly. On the lead up staff were on hand through the whole process to discuss and help us with any queries, they kept in touch and answered any of our questions. A big thank you to Emily, Cath and Klaudia for answering my many emails so quickly and thoroughly. The staff at the hotel communicated really well with our suppliers like our photographer, videographer, florist and make up artist. All suppliers commented on the great communication and how helpful everyone was. On the day of the wedding, the staff were friendly to our guests and organised. I really appreciate Cath and Emily popping in to see me in the morning to reassure me. The staff prepared the ceremony and wedding breakfast room beautifully. Hannah was amazing at running the day, she was on hand to us making sure we were happy and had everything we needed. The food was amazing, all guest commented on how delicious and plentiful everything was. From start to finish, our experience with the team at New House was amazing. We didn't know what to expect when we arrived for our first viewing, as we'd only come across the venue on Instagram. As soon as we pulled up and saw the view, we were sold! The venue is stunning, and we were shown around every area by Cath, who was fabulous. She patiently talked us through all the options, which were very flexible and helped us decide on a New House for our wedding. The whole process was smooth, thanks to the professionalism of the team. Nothing was too much for them. They were always on hand to answer any questions and were always welcoming when we came in for viewings and over the phone. The marquee renovation was a nice surprise, and it's absolutely stunning! The getting-ready room for the bridal party is certainly worth booking, and the breakfast platter was a nice touch and perfect. The whole wedding day was seamless, and the team set up everything exactly as we envisaged. The food was delicious, and we loved the menu options we had to choose from. Lots of our guests commented on how good the food was and how much they liked the relaxed way it was served. All staff on the day were super helpful, from reception staff to bar staff to wedding coordinators. We are so happy we chose to have our wedding at New House. We'd recommend it to anyone. I honestly couldn’t even put into words how amazing our day was, from the point of booking out wedding, Cath was amazing, any questions I asked or requests I made were done by the end of the day when Cath was off we dealt with Emily who was also on the ball with anything we needed. Myself, my bridesmaids and a few family members stayed the night before to have dinner and relax, it was exactly that. The day itself, was absolutely perfect. Everything went so smoothly and anything needed was never a problem, we had the best MC. The staff were generally just amazing each and every one. Whilst getting ready Cath come up to check in and see if we needed anything and went the extra mile checking how we we were feeling. She was definitely a big help, I got anxious walking down the aisle but Cath was there keeping me calm. I couldn’t recommend the venue enough if I tried. From start to finish, our wedding at the New House Country Hotel was perfect and a truly unforgettable experience. We requested an outdoor ceremony which was put together perfectly and created an enchanting atmosphere for us and our guests, as well as providing a spectacular backdrop for our vows. The food and canapés were exceptional, and a number of our guests approached us to compliment us on this. Furthermore, The staff were incredibly attentive and friendly, ensuring everything ran smoothly and that we and our guests were well taken care of. Their professionalism and warm demeanour made us feel truly special. We also requested a cocktail hour following the wedding breakfast, which was so impressive and kept all the guests happy and mingling. If you're looking for a wedding venue that combines breathtaking scenery, delicious food, and outstanding service, you could not ask for better than the new house country hotel. We wish we could do it all over again!

We dealt with both Emily & Kath in the wedding planning. They had timing and questions prepared- almost like a wedding planner- no stress for us! They were both absolutely fantastic & answered any questions we had. The wedding menu-tasting evening was fabulous & the waitress was so helpful! On our wedding day, Kath was amazing & calmed my nerves completely in the morning. Everything was done to perfection, and I did not have to do or worry about anything on the day- they dealt with all our suppliers & had everything sorted. The whole team was highly professional and accommodated us & our guests. We had the most magical day! The venue is stunning, & the views wow’ed all our guests. Anthony and I can’t thank each and every member of the staff at the New House Country Hotel enough. From the moment we made enquiries about holding our wedding there to the day itself, everyone went out of their way to make our day so incredible. Nothing was too much trouble and they thought of everything from the small details to the large. We had our ceremony, wedding breakfast and evening party all in the marquee. The transition from one to the other was seamless. The marquee is out of this world, the venue is stunning, and the views are breathtaking. A huge thank you also to the chef and kitchen staff. Every guest couldn’t praise the food enough, from the wedding breakfast to the hog roast we had in the evening. If you have never been to the New House, you must pay them a visit as words just aren’t enough to praise this hotel and its staff enough. The New House Country Hotel has been amazing from start to finish. From the initial meeting with Emily (wedding coordinator), the staff at the venue have made us feel welcome at and ease. As well as the stunning views, the venue offers excellent wedding packages with a variety of food options and room availability. The taster evening allowed us to taste all the fantastic food with staff asking for feedback after each course, showing us that they truly cared that our experience would be everything we dreamt of. In the lead-up to the big day, we met with Cath who chatted to us about the logistics of the day, and no questions were left unanswered, Cath took care of everything relating to suppliers for the day which was a huge help. The venue offers several rooms and buffet options for the evening before which allowed us to have a lovely chilled evening with family. The new boutique room for the bride-to-be is stunning and allows the bridal party to get ready in style at the venue. Bedrooms are very spacious and kept to a high standard. The new marquee is quite simply breathtaking. The updated, modern look alongside its secret positioning wowed everybody. The food, the staff, and everything relating to the venue were amazing. We wish we could do it all over again. Thank you everyone!

Thank you all for your help and hard work since we booked our wedding 2 years ago. You have all been absolutely exceptional and always kept us informed every step of the way and always on hand to answer any questions we had. Rich and I are truly thankful and feel so lucky to have had our wedding reception in the most amazing venue with the most amazing team who helped make that day so special. From the moment the girls and i checked in on 7th Sept, to the moment Rich and I checked out on 9th, every single member of staff that we encountered were absolutely exceptional, from yourselves at the events planning team, to front of house, housekeeping, night porters, bar and waiting staff, Greg (DJ), kitchen staff. I am in awe of all of these amazing staff members who really do go the extra mile to ensure we had the most amazing day (even in the blistering heat we had.) Every single guest member commented on how beautiful the venue was, how amazing the team were and how exceptional the food was. We are looking forward to our first anniversary so we can come back and re-live it all again, if I can stay away that long! Please can you pass our sincere thanks to each staff member that worked for the duration that we were here, even the members we didn't meet as I know they still played a part behind the scenes. Everyone was so friendly and helpful and you all made our day so stress-free and relaxed! We didn’t have to do a thing after dropping all of our stuff off to you and everything just looked amazing! All of our guests said what a fantastic day they had, how wonderful the food was with some guests even commenting that it was the best wedding food they’d ever had! And what a beautiful venue. It was also lovely that we were all able to have our breakfast together the next morning and the food was amazing! Even though you had weddings either side of ours you would never have known, the quick turn around was so smooth everyone was just so impressed. So again, thank you so much for making our day so lovely. We would definitely recommend anyone to have their wedding with yourselves!

My wife and I got married here and our day was absolutely amazing. They let me set up the day before and after just dressing one table how I wanted it, the team kindly took over and did the rest, they were perfect. Nothing was too much for them, you could see that one member of staff that helped organise our day was unwell but she didn’t let us down and she didn’t let it show but most of all she showed up for our big day with a smile on her face and didn’t let us down. When they saw me looking around (for my flat shoes) within seconds they came over and asked if I was ok and knew exactly what I needed and got it, if myself or my wife was standing without a drink they would make sure our hand soon had a drink in it. I wrote a plan of what I wanted to happen on our big day and how I wanted it to happen and they were amazing. On the plan, I had two appointed people for the staff to go to if they where unsure of anything, put it this way if anything didn’t go to plan I didn’t see it as the staff were on it. Our day was so amazing and special, they made sure we had little moments on our own to soak up the day and I couldn’t have picked a better place. At one point I had two flies in the net of my dress when taking our pictures on the green. We couldn’t get them out and out of nowhere a staff member ran across the grass to help lol. The views here, the staff and the beautiful building made it seem like you were a million miles away, worth every single penny, thank you New House Country Hotel xx

I don’t even know where to begin, there are no words that are even close to how thankful we are to the New House and all their staff but I’ll give it a go. Our biggest thank you goes to Cath, our wedding coordinator! Without Cath, our wedding would still only be a dream still waiting to come true. From the moment we met Cath on the New House grounds, we knew whole heartedly that she’d sold us on the venue. Everything was perfect on the tour. Cath was so polite, understanding, kind and considerate always towards myself, my husband and family that joined us when visiting. We chose the ultimate package, we wanted it all with some changes made to the package to put our own touch on our day - nothing was ever a problem; nothing was ever too big for Cath to juggle around, from meeting with us multiple times, to our crazy ideas we wanted to add to our wedding. Our day came and went in a flash! Without forgetting, a huge thank you to Ollie who coordinated our wedding day. Everything was absolutely amazing and perfect. You hear all newly weds say their wedding day was perfect, in our case it truly was because we had the best team between Ollie and Cath. We couldn’t have imagined our day any better! The catering staff, the housekeeping staff, waitresses and waiters - everyone who took part in our celebration was absolutely incredible and we truly thank you from the bottom of our hearts for making our dream day come true. It’s coming close to a year since we got married and the day still seems like it was a dream. It was the little things that Cath and Ollie did for us that made our day so perfect like our favourite drinks waiting for us as we left the ceremony as husband and wife. If we’d finished our drinks, there would be another waiting. The smiles, the laughter we shared with Cath and Ollie throughout the planning and the wedding day will never be forgotten. Everything was just perfect. From the first email, first visit right to the end you were all amazing. We started planning with Merghan who was just fantastic she was so friendly and helpful and made us love the venue even more! She was available to us on email or call through the planning months and was always able to help. The food tasting was a very lovely evening, well organised and relaxed so we could take our time to decide. The final details meetings was also great. Unfortunately we found out Merghan had left and we must be honest we were apprehensive as we loved her so much. But we needn't be. The meeting was great and the form Cath went through with us was even more detailed that our lists, which helped us feel at ease. Cath thought of everything that needed to be considered and was happy to suggest options which were very helpful. We had done all the decor and everything ourselves and that was not an issue at all there was a place to store the things and instructions were given and staff reassured us that they will set everything up for us. Which they did brilliantly! Then came the wedding day. Everyone was just fantastic the whole day went so well and couldn't thank the staff enough they honestly were so fantastic. Even during one of the hottest days of the year! Everything we had planned and more happened to perfection which meant we didn't have to think about anything! We loved Steve and he was someone everyone needs on their wedding day!! He was so kind and helpful. The smallest of details were taken in to account and he made sure everything happened as it should. Small but very useful he made sure there was water with a straw for all of the bridal party as we arrived, it was such a hot day and this was perfect for us. All of our guests commented on how brilliant the day was and many mentioned Steve and the team. Just thank you!! So glad we chose you as our venue!! The package we paid for was perfect for us- reasonable with great extras!

Everything was perfect from start to finish. The staff were incredible nothing was ever too much trouble. The venue is breathtaking, the views are incredible. We wouldn't have wanted to get married anywhere else. Everyone who came were blown away by how beautiful this venue was. I loved the fact there was only one wedding per day and it made the whole experience intimate and that little bit more special. We can't thank The New House enough for making our dream wedding exactly how we imagined.

Dear Cath and the Team at the New House Hotel, We just want to say a massive thank you for everything from our wedding last Friday. Throughout the planning process you were so helpful and always on hand to answer any of our questions, we felt so confident in yourselves with our special day! This also included Teigan the reservations team who were so helpful in sorting our accommodation. On the day the team were absolutely incredible, nothing was too much trouble and they helped us both to be so relaxed and enjoy the day. The set up team did an amazing job and it was so lovely to see our vision come together so perfectly. Ollie and Beth (I think that’s her name, she had dark hair and had glasses) were amazing!! They just helped bring the day together and were also complimented by our guests. We even managed to go ahead of scheduled haha The food was also outstanding and just added to the day brilliantly. The venue as a whole was the perfect location for our wedding, every time we arrived we were blown away by the view and so were all of our guests! All of our guests have mentioned to us how much they love the venue and just how amazing the team were on the day and all the staff who helped throughout their whole experience as many were staying a couple of nights :) It was the best day of our lives and again just thank you so much for everything!
