We had our incredible wedding day at Whirlowbrook Hall, it was amazing from start to finish. It was the second venue we visited and loved it straight away, we particularly felt at ease with all the lively staff ,we had more contact with Jacqueline and Emma who on all occasions were knowledgeable, easy to work with and give clear expectations. The venue itself was rustic really beautiful and really charmed us and met the brief for the type of wedding we wanted and the beautiful grounds was definitely a bonus. Our wedding day was seamless,the Whirlowbrook Hall staff are all incredible, everything went to schedule with such grace and ease in the background ,the food was delicious, both our three course meal and buffet was so good. The sticky toffee pudding was exceptional! Thank you to this incredible team for making our wedding fabulous and unforgettable ❤️

Amazing venue and setting, with great support from the Whirlow team from initial contact until the last of us had left after midnight. The support and coordination throughout the day was exceptional, all our needs were met, any questions answered, and really positive messages given from our guests for all of the staff working that day and evening. The park, though public, was amazing and still worth mentioning as a perfect place for guests to roam and for the required photographs. The venue itself lent itself perfectly to our requirements. The preparation rooms were sizable and comfortable, and provided a great escape for people to grab a few minutes' rest throughout the evening. The meals were amazing and all our requirements were catered for there. Everything had clearly had a lot of thought put into it, the coordinators knew exactly when and where people and things should be. Thank you!

We had such a great wedding here in September. The venue itself is so lovely and kept in such good condition. The gardens are beautiful, and thankfully the weather allowed us to have photos outside which was exactly as we hoped! All the staff were super helpful both on the day and leading up to the wedding. They went above and beyond to help us and provide what we asked for. The day couldn't have gone any better, and all our guests also commented on what a lovely venue it was!

Our wedding day at Whirlow Brook Hall was amazing. It’s such a beautiful setting and building , we picked the first venue we looked at! The team are attentive and knowledgeable both in the run up to the event and on the big day. They did a great job of keeping things running smoothly when hiccups unrelated to the venue occurred such as the registrar running late or guests turning up very early! There was never a sense of panic or worry, things kept running smoothly and we got to enjoy every moment with our guests. They answered our questions attentively and helped us shape a day that was truly unique to us. One thing I was shocked by was arriving very early on our wedding day and finding that so much of the set up was already underway, a very pleasant surprise! We had decided to do our own set up as a couple who made our own decorations, and it was so kind that the venue staff had already helped put things in place. Little touches like saving our cake decorations in a separate box to keep safe were much appreciated. We really felt the care from the team. The food was fantastic, lots of guests came to tell us how much they enjoyed it too. There were great options to choose from and our dietary requirements were met with ease, allowing us to feel confident everyone could eat safely and enjoy the day. Parking onsite was much appreciated by guests that had travelled a long distance. The venue is well located for transport links and nearby hotels. Our wedding package was also very reasonable, as well as the optional extras. I would definitely recommend having your wedding at Whirlow Brook Hall!

Thank you so much for making our wedding day so special. From when we first booked the venue back in August 2025, you were so helpful in the planning of our wedding. On the day you made us feel so relaxed, and even looked after some of our f lowers and decorations overnight for us which we were not expecting. All of our guests commented about how lovely a venue Whirlowbrook Hall is. We were very fortunate on the day to have perfect weather, and it gave guests a good opportunity to have a wander around the lovely grounds. The food which was served at our Wedding Breakfast was delicious. The day was very relaxed and the staff were effortless in their attempts to ensure our day was scheduled to plan, as from the start we were delayed due to the registrars being held up in Tramlines festival traffic! We have not received our official photographs yet, but I am sure that when we do they will be complemented by the beautiful venue that Whirlowbrook Hall is. This will always be a special place for us and we thank you for everything, and we would certainly recommend anyone to consider Whirlowbrook Hall for their future special events. Jacquline and Sasha were amazingly helpful on the day and helped the day proceed smoothly. We definately recommend having your wedding at Whirlow - the grounds are also amazing for photos. The tapas as the main wedding food was fantastic, and the canapes we recommend also!

We hosted our wedding at Whirlowbrook Hall in June 2026 and had a great experience. We were lucky with the weather, making the venue the perfect backdrop with its stunning gardens, our wedding photos turned out beautifully. During the planning process, the events team was responsive and reassuring. On the day, the space flowed perfectly for our 55 guests with the catering being a huge highlight for us and our friends/family. Overall, we would recommend Whirlowbrook to any engaged couples looking for a lovely venue and staff for their big day.

Whirlow Brook Hall is the perfect venue to celebrate love. It’s beautiful, inside and out, and we’re so happy that we chose to get married here. Our wedding was perfect! We hired Whirlow Brook Hall for the entirety of our wedding and we loved having the venue to ourselves. Our ceremony was in the Oak Room, which is breathtakingly beautiful, with its wood panelling and fairy lights. The neutral décor also allowed our orange colour scheme to truly pop. Our day and evening receptions were in the Garden Room, which is equally beautiful, flooded with natural light from the floor-to-ceiling windows and overlooking the gardens. In between, we had drinks on the terrace and photos in the gardens, which are immaculately kept and photograph so well. The wedding breakfast and evening buffet were also delicious. The entire day was stress-free and ran seamlessly, which we credit to the amazing staff working at Whirlow Brook Hall. We met with Annah a month before the wedding to confirm our itinerary. Annah captured all the details, and our order of service for the day ran perfectly. On the day, everybody was so warm, organised and willing to help. The transitions between different parts of the day were so smooth, and nothing was forgotten. Jacqueline, Sasha and Chantelle were incredible, as were the two guys working in the bar whose names we did not catch. Jacqueline was a calming presence, incredibly organised, helped with my dress many times and provided ample coffee! Sasha is such a vibe, was so friendly, and helped the day run seamlessly. Chantelle was lovely and made such an effort to chat to and get to know our wedding guests. Lastly, we had a Pitbull tribute act perform at our evening reception. Not only did Sasha, Chantelle, and the bar staff help him get set up, but they also had a great time doing so, and we could see and feel how happy they were for us when he was performing! We loved the whole vibe of our wedding and can’t recommend Whirlow Brook Hall enough.

We got married at Whirlow Brook Hall last August, it was such a wonderful day. Right from the crack of dawn the staff at Whirlow Brook Hall were there to help support me and my bridesmaids have a lovely breakfast and have time to get ready. We returned later in the day, post-ceremony, and the reception was incredible. Everything from the music and lawn games to the drinks and decorations were exactly as we had asked for. The staff went above and beyond to make sure that I was happy and comfortable, and that all of our guests were enjoying themselves. The food service was so smooth (both the 3-course meal and buffet dinner later on). We cherish our memories at Whirlow Brook Hall and would recommend it to anyone in a heart beat.

Thanks to Whirlow Brook Hall wedding organisers and all the staff on the day too, everyone was really friendly and helpful and helped make our day so special. A truly magical wedding day at Whirlow Brook Hall! From the moment we first visited Whirlow Brook Hall, we knew it was the perfect place for our wedding. The beautiful grounds, the intimate feel of the ceremony room with its traditional fireplace, and the light and neutral reception room- that suited any decor and colour theme. The friendly, professional staff all made us feel so welcome. Annah was so wonderful on the build-up to our day, replying to emails and meeting with us to make arrangements. On the day itself, everything was absolutely perfect. The team at Whirlow Brook Hall went above and beyond to ensure every detail was taken care of, from the way Claire expertly managed the seamless flow of the day's events to the food, which was incredible. So many of our guests commented on the deliciousness of the meal and the evening buffet. We were made to feel like nothing was too much trouble. We are so grateful to the entire team for making our wedding day a dream come true. The most perfect day ever! We cannot recommend Whirlow Brook Hall highly enough – it has a truly special place in our hearts.

Wow! Thank you so much to the amazing team at Whirlowbrook Hall. It is difficult to put into words how brilliant it has been. They made our planning very easy and were always available should we have questions or need advice, from the day we first enquired to 1 and a half years later when we got married. Each staff member we interacted with (either by email, phone, or in person) was delightful and seemed genuinely interested in making our day special. For me (bride), it was fantastic to have staff around who were calm and able to listen to queries and help with things to ensure a smooth running of the day. They kept me informed of what was going on and the next things to happen without being overbearing and taking up any of my time or thoughts, so I could enjoy my day and feel relaxed, but still have oversight. I still can't believe how at ease and comfortable I felt on the day. The venue itself was ideal for our day, allowing us to escape into the gardens for our photos without going too far. The food was delicious, and we had a LOT of feedback from our guests echoing this. WBH also made a point of accommodating dietary requirements, which meant that everyone was able to enjoy it! Having grown up together in Sheffield, Dan and I quickly made up our minds about getting married here. To us, Whirlow Brook Hall is a legendary Sheffield wedding venue, and this really became clear in the planning as WBH and our vendors were able to work seamlessly together. Also, it was a super lovely touch to be able to have our dog with us on the day!!!

The perfect venue for our special day, and the weather held out, which topped it off. Nothing was too much trouble for the Whirlow Brook Hall staff, and they made sure everything ran smoothly throughout the day and evening. It just so happened that the England final was on our wedding day, the staff set up the projector and screen for us… which made our wedding day. The only slight negative I would say is that throughout our wedding process (a year), we dealt with a number of different people every time we contacted them about something. It would’ve been nice if it were just one person to make communication easier. Annah, however, was fantastic, and it felt like she really cared. We had Sasha and Emma on the day of our wedding, and they were fantastic, too. Nothing was too much trouble for Sasha, and she was constantly talking to us, asking if everything was ok. Emma was nothing but reassuring prior to our ceremony, which settled both of our nerves. Again, a small negative was that we were told 10 taxis would be pre-booked for us at the end of the evening, but when it came to the end of the evening, only one taxi arrived for me and my wife. Sasha then had to call for more taxis at 12:45 am. Not ideal, but she sorted it for us. We wouldn’t have changed a thing and loved our special day.

We honestly couldn’t have asked for a better venue or a more supportive team for our wedding. From start to finish, everyone at Whirlowbrook Hall was incredibly accommodating. We had a lot of personal touches and unique ideas we wanted to include on the day, and the response was always yes! They made us feel so important and completely supported every decision we made, it genuinely felt like our day, not just another wedding on their calendar. On the day itself, Tom was our wedding coordinator, and he was absolutely amazing. He was always there when we needed him, keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes without ever making us feel rushed or stressed. His calm presence and attention to detail meant we could fully enjoy every moment, knowing everything was in great hands. We’re so grateful to the entire team at Whirlowbrook Hall. They helped make our day completely unforgettable, and we would definitely recommend them.

What a fabulous venue for the smoothest wedding! The staff and coordinators were absolutely fabulous. Everything was handled professionally, friendly, and efficiently. Even things that we felt a bit unsure/stressed about were advised so helpfully and resolved. As the bride and groom, we had not one stress or pressure. The venue was beautiful both inside and outside. It received many compliments from our guests. The wedding breakfast/meal was absolutely delicious, again receiving many compliments from our guests. We used our bridesmaids' flower bouquets as the centrepieces for our tables, which meant that the coordinator had to whip these up and ready between our “I do” and meal… Jacqueline did a great job! It looked perfect. Thank you so much to the team for all their help and for making sure we had the most perfect day. Annah was so helpful through the run-up to the wedding, which we really appreciated. Could not recommend a better place!

We couldn't have been happier having our wedding at Whirlow Brook Hall! In the lead up to our wedding, they did everything to accommodate what we wanted and left us feeling so confident that everything on the day would go well. The day itself ran so smoothly. We got to completely relax and enjoy our day and didn't have to worry about any of the logistics - everything happened so smoothly around us! A grandparent also fell ill on the day and the staff were so helpful and caring. The food was also great - we catered fully vegetarian and so many of our picky meat-eating friends and family commented on how lovely to food was! We had the best day and so much of that was down to the staff at Whirlow Brook!

From first viewing all the way to the big day the staff could not have been more helpful, answering all our emails with queries and ensuring everything was perfect for the day. Whirlow Brook Hall was everything and more that we could of wished for. From start to finish it has been the best experience with their whole team and we are so thrilled we chose this venue for our big day. The team went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed from the very first walkround, all of the meetings and communication whilst planning, to the wedding and even the communication post-wedding. The venue itself is absolutely beautiful, and the grounds are gorgeous. My best friends and I especially loved the bridal getting ready room on the morning too. The food on the day was incredible, we had so many compliments from our guests on how much they enjoyed all the food and the wine. We would recommend Whirlow Brook to any couple getting married, we couldn't have loved our day more and the team helped ensure our day went so smoothly.
