Hello Frankie, Chris and I just wanted to say thank you so much for all your help in ensuring everything went to plan last Sunday; from replying to our many questions via email over the last three years, always being at the end of the phone, to ensuring the numerous dietary requirements our guests had would be catered for. We can’t thank you and the villa team enough, our meal was beautiful and lots of people commented and said it was the best roast they’d ever had and that the dessert exceeded their expectations. We couldn’t have wished for a better day and we are so grateful to yourself and the team who always went the extra mile to ensure everything was perfect on the day.

Hi Frankie, Thank you for your lovely email, it’s all been a bit of a whirlwind since the wedding, it all happens so quickly. We were so please we picked the Italian Villa, it lived up to all expectations and we had a wonderful day. The whole day went perfectly and everyone enjoyed themselves. Hello Hannah and all of the team at The Italian Villa, Thank you! Thank you for looking after us all so diligently on the 29th September. We had an amazing day and all of our guests have commented on how much they loved the venue, the food and the service. We couldn't have asked you guys for anything more. :) Thank you to you personally for all of your support and enthusiasm through the preparations. It was lovely to always get your upbeat and positive responses during any conversation. We were really impressed with how organised everyone was and how easy it was to deliver and collect everything. Apologies for the late thank you message, we’ve just got back from our honeymoon and wanted to say a very big Thank You to all the staff at the Italian Villa! Our day was beyond perfect! From the day we booked the Italian Villa to our big day, the communication and organisation has been amazing! Thank you for helping us plan such a magical day. Special thanks to Frankie, who always replied to our long lists of questions so efficiently and in great detail! Also, a special thanks to Stephanie our events coordinator on the day. Stephanie ensured our day was ran as smooth as possible, guiding and helping us with the speech announcements and our chinese tea ceremony preparations. We’ve received endless comments on how beautiful the garden was, and how amazing the food and service was. Our guests felt cared for and we all had a fantastic day! We couldn't thank you all enough for creating our magical perfect day, it felt like a dream!

Hi Frankie, We absolutely cannot thank you enough for everything you did with the lead up to the day. It has been an absolute pleasure from the moment we met Cait to view the Italian Villa until the end of our big day. The venue looked stunning and I can’t believe how lucky we were with the weather! All the staff were friendly and helpful, the food was amazing and everything was so well organised. Stephanie was fantastic on the day too! Also, I must thank Lily as I also spoke with her several times leading up to the day and she was always so friendly and was always nice to have a little chat when I called to arrange payments. It has been a real pleasure and I just couldn’t have wished for a better setting but most importantly we appreciate all the help and efforts of those involved, that is really what makes the day run smoothly and ultimately a day we won’t forget!

The day was absolutely fantastic and everything went exactly as we wanted; you were so accommodating to all of our needs in the build up and Stephanie was fantastic on the day. As you can probably remember we were worried about whether there would be enough food and I am happy to say that this aspect was a resounding success - the food was plentiful, delicious and beautifully presented. In short, you and the team listened to all of our requests and quirks and delivered it perfectly. Thanks again for your work, you're a credit to the company.

Thank you so much! We’ve just been in our little post-wedding/honeymoon bubble since the day and it’s been amazing! Back to work & reality today though! The day was absolutely incredible & we cannot thank you & the team enough for making everything so perfect for us and our guests. Stephanie was fantastic on the day & made us all feel at ease. She listened to everything on the handover day & everything was exactly how we wanted (if not better!) It was so nice to enjoy the day with each other and our guests as everything was just sorted for us. Hi Frankie, We just wanted to say a HUGE thankyou to you and the team at the Villa for helping us achieve our dream wedding! From day one you have been on hand for every query no matter how big or small - and we've had plenty of queries! You've been so helpful and reassuring, and always responded efficiently. We feel we've in good hands every step of the way! Our day event manager Stephanie was also super helpful and made sure to talk us through every detail. She took on board every single note I gave her during our handover meeting, and the items I left her were all laid out exactly as I'd hoped. She was on hand throughout the day for any questions or extra bits of help - and made sure that we took 10 quiet minutes to eat a few canapes and have a drink between the ceremony and breakfast - and this was definitely something that we needed! She never once got flustered and her relaxed and efficient demeanour helped to keep us calm too. Amanda, our night event manager, was equally as cool calm and collected. Not without a smile throughout the evening, she was on hand at any given point for support. She also did the most outstanding job, alongside her colleague (his name escapes me I do apologise!), at packing up all of our items, gifts, cards, and flowers to take with us at the end of the night. Everything was packaged neatly and carefully and this was a godsend after a long (and boozy) day! Our guests were blown away by the venue, but we have also received numerous feedback that the food provided by Beales was the best wedding food they have ever had. The vegan guests were in shock at the quality of the vegan dishes - my aunt said it was the best vegan meal she has ever had and even sent her thanks to the chef on the day. The wine was also particularly well received! Our thanks go out to every single member of staff who was involved in the day. We can't thank you all enough for helping us to have the most incredible day!

Good morning Frankie! We have just returned from honeymoon and wanted to say a huge thank you to everyone at The Italian Villa. I know everyone says their wedding day was the best day, but ours truly was the most perfect day, and a lot of that is down to you guys! From the planning, up until the very last moments of the day, we were blown away with how organised, helpful and friendly the team at the Villa were. We wanted to thank you Frankie for being so helpful during the planning. Every question I had, no matter how small, was answered quickly & always full of enthusiasm! It really helped make the wedding planning stress free & enjoyable. On the day, Stephanie ensured everything ran smoothly. Everyone commented on how friendly & helpful Stephanie was. During our photos she made sure Rory & I were never without a drink & had canapés brought over to us so that we didn’t miss out! The small details like this really make a difference! All our guests commented on how beautiful the villa is, and how amazing the food was...From the canapés & wedding breakfast, to the evening BBQ, it was all delicious! Hi Hannah I just wanted to drop you an email to say thank you, from the bottom of our hearts, to you and all the staff at the Italian Villa. We had the most perfect day on Saturday, and we were overwhelmed by how many people said to us it was the best wedding they had ever been to! The whole day went so smoothly and we’d like to thank Stephenie who was absolutely incredible as our event manager, nothing was ever too much trouble for her. Our guests also highly complimented the food on the day, from the canapés to the wedding breakfast, it really was delicious so a big thank you to the waiters/waitresses and all the kitchen staff. And finally, we would like to thank you Hannah for all the help you have given us in the lead up to the wedding. Any questions we had were always answered so quickly and clearly and we always felt in good hands with you. Hi Frankie I wanted to write this while it is all still fresh in my mind. I can only describe yesterday as absolutely perfect, 10/10, 100% !! It was a wonderful day. We were blessed with the weather and blessed with a beautiful venue and fantastic staff. Everyone was so polite, kind and just so nice. Nothing seemed too much trouble and I was treated and allowed myself to act like a princess!! Steph did a fabulous job of looking after us (big thank you Steph) and there was a young barman who just took amazing care of me, running around and making sure I had the drink I wanted. If you are able to track him down please give him big thank you from me (dark hair and glasses). Frankie, you and all other staff I liaised with in the planning of the day were brilliant and made it so much easier for me. I never felt awkward asking you a question or changing my mind on something. I can see why the venue and its staff win awards! Thank you again Michelle and Richard xx

My wedding at the Italian Villa was everything we could ever dream of, from beginning to end! From day one we were made to feel valued and special, and I would like to give special thanks to Frankie, who was of great assistance throughout the whole run up of the wedding. She helped to plan and co-ordinate all the finer details of the day and was patient throughout the many discussions and emails that were needed to make the day magical. Upon arrival we were greeted by the Italian Villa staff, who were very efficient and were responsive to enquires and requests. The building is pleasant but deceiving, as it looks smaller from the outside. Signposting was ample, letting everyone know where to go. On the day we were honoured to be looked after by Drew, what can be said other than OUTSTANDING. Both myself, my husband and our guests felt his attention to detail was noteworthy. He ensured place cards, favours, cake, décor etc were perfect, and he co-ordinated the timing of the event with efficiency and grace. He sought out the master of ceremonies and liaised with him to ensure that everything would run smoothly throughout the day. Knowing the venue well, he advised the photographer on the best places to take group shots and helped rally the family and guest into position. One of the highlights were the little surprises and attention to detail found throughout the day that I know Drew had a hand in. The drinks reception was organised to perfection and all our guests were fed and watered whilst they waited to take photos or to go into the wedding breakfast. A huge thank you to Beales Gourmet, the food was delectable and full of flavour. The creamy celeriac soup with smoked cheddar cheese and truffle oil, which was sumptuous and was food elegance! Followed by thyme chicken with lashing of gravy, sounds simple, tasted sublime! Vegetarian option was Mushroom Wellington, which people are still raving about! Finally, the lemon posset, which finished off an amazing menu!

Thank you to everyone at the Italian Villa for our perfect wedding day. From our first visit and look around at the villa we knew it was the place for us and knew straight away we wanted our special day there. Not living local we dealt with Frankie all over email and managed to plan the best day – no question (even though she had probably been asked it a thousand times before) was too much trouble and she always replied quickly and with help and advice for the day. Our event staff, Steph, Drew and Shannon were all incredibly friendly, helpful and always had our best interests at heart on the day and we really appreciate how much they looked after us, we trusted that everything was running smoothly under their supervision and didn’t have to worry about a thing – thank you!! The gardens (despite the 9 degrees in April) were stunning and to have photos in such a beautiful location was wonderful and we even managed to sneak down to the beach too. All our guests have commented on how great the food was and how they catered to all dietary requirements with no fuss at all. The Italian Villa truly is a magical place to have such a special and memorable day – it will always have a place in our hearts. Thank you SO much again – The McKenzie’s xx

We had our wedding here on 1/1/19 and from the day we viewed it 1st till we said goodbye on the night of our wedding, every single member of staff was nothing short of exceptional. The planning was a joy due to the staff's genuine dedication to ensuring our day ws the best possible and it certainly was. The front of house staff on the day were fabulous, and the food was out of this world. We've lost count of the people who have told us that it's the best wedding they have been to. We couldn't recommend this place highly enough & would like to thank everyone involved for making our day special and perfect.

WOW WOW WOW. We had our wedding at the stunning Italian villa, on March 21st 2019. The service, venue and staff were perfect! We booked an all inclusive package deal and from the get go the team were incredible. I cannot emphasise the standard of service enough! We had support from team members around the clock with the planning. A special thank you to Frankie, her patience and communication skills were fantastic- thank you Frankie for everything! Nothing is too much to ask, and they are extremely experienced and offer their advice on what works best, to ensure you have the best day. The venue is outstanding, not just the beautiful gardens, but the inside venue covering three floors is stylish, classy and classic. The food provided from Beales Gourmet is out of this world! Our guests have nothing but praise for the food and it’s the best around! We added the additional £5pp to offer our guests menu choices, we are pleased we took this package. Our events manager on the day was a lovely, man called Drew. Drew was attentive, fun, organised, and relaxed. He ran the day so smoothly and ensured we were all taken care of with food, drinks and laughing. He was the cherry on the top for our day, another special thank you to Drew. We can not recommend the Italian Villa as a wedding location enough. There’s isn’t anything more you could want in a venue, team and caterer. Our day was magical!! Love the Howgate’s x

Just to say a massive thank you for all your support in the run-up to the wedding you were superb. The day was absolutely fantastic and the staff, especially Drew, were outstanding in the service they provided. I enjoyed every minute of the day and all my guests left extremely happy. It was amazing. The food was also outstanding. I was a little worried that some of my guests would not appreciate a fully vegan menu but so many of them came up to me and commented how amazing and delicious the food was. The vegetable pakoras seemed to be a particular highlight for a lot of people. Thank you again for all your support. From the moment we first enquired the help and support we have been given has been absolutely outstanding and we are now a very happy married couple. :-) Thank you!!!
