We had such a special day, and absolutely everything went so well at the hotel, thanks to you and all of the staff. We were incredibly impressed with all the little details: the French flag flying, being greeted with champagne, and the addition of the photo to the wedding menu was really gorgeous. We also wanted to thank you for helping our families with the surprise videos, which were played after the speeches. All our guests commented on how great the food and service were, so please pass on our thanks to the catering team. We also got great feedback on the prosecco at the reception, which apparently tasted better than champagne!

We held our wedding celebration and reception at Clontarf Castle for our stay. Clontarf Castle was absolutely the perfect choice for our celebration. We liaised with Monica from the beginning of our booking process, and at every step of the way, she and her team were wonderful. Every request, big or small, was taken on, and Monica made sure we were well-informed and prepared every step of the way. We couldn't have done it without her. Monica and the team were also our guides during the wedding open day, helping us get additional resources. Our stay at the hotel was fantastic, everything ran like clockwork on our big day, and we couldn't be happier. The bridal suite was excellently furnished, spotless, and well stocked with all the amenities we would need. All the staff made us feel welcome and at home, and I can't wait to stay at the hotel again. I highly recommend the hotel as a wedding venue; the staff and facilities are top-notch. We had the most amazing day from start to finish. The staff at Clontarf Castle went above and beyond for us. Everyone commented on how lovely the servers were. One older family member had an accident and needed some special assistance - someone from the hotel even went to Tesco to buy her things. This was just so kind and generous. Thank you for all your help throughout our wedding planning, for setting up and arranging everything perfectly for us and for giving us such a truly special day. The photo in the dinner menus was such a special touch- nobody could believe that you had done that and thought it was just so lovely.

We got married in Clontarf Castle over a year ago at Christmas time. The Castle always looks beautiful at Christmas. Our wedding coordinator, Monica, was absolutely amazing. She went above and beyond in every way possible, even helping me clean my dress in the room before we went in for dinner!! Thank you again! The overall service was fantastic, nothing was a problem, they were so helpful…in fact, people still tell us it was one of the best weddings they have been to, and that was definitely down to staff, excellent service, delicious food & venue!

We held our wedding here in March 2025. Our coordinator, Monica, was very responsive, attentive to detail, and flexible from the very beginning of our enquiry through the planning process. She is highly professional, organised, and always a pleasure to deal with, as are all the staff. The venue speaks for itself and is made for beautiful wedding photos that we treasure. Our wedding was absolutely fantastic. We are still talking about it and so are all our guests. The venue, the food, the staff, the service was amazing We could not fault one thing. Monica, our wedding organiser, was fantastic, she made life so easy for us for the few months prior to the wedding and took all the stress off our shoulders. I would recommend Clontarf Castle every day to anybody who asks and I would love to relive the day again because it was made so magical.

Couldn’t speak highly enough of Clontarf Castle as our wedding venue. Our wedding coordinator was Ms Monica Lopez, who was a pleasure to deal with throughout the planning of our wedding. Nothing was too much trouble and everything was dealt with in the most efficient and professional manner. Her good humour, kindness and ability to deal with any issues with the utmost humanity were evident at every stage, including the wedding day. We would also like to thank all the other staff who helped to make our wedding day run smoothly and also the staff in the Indigo lounge for the Day 2 celebrations. The food was wonderful, the service staff at the wedding were also great and nothing was too much trouble for them. Wedding guests were impressed with the food and service and remarked on the warmth and professionalism of all the staff. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Clontarf Castle as a wedding venue with its lovely food and staff who bring a very personal touch to something that nowadays can feel too corporate in some venues.

We had our wedding at Clontarf Castle on New Year's Eve 2025 and we felt so lucky we did! We cannot say enough good things about Clontarf Castle. The place itself is so homely and felt like the perfect place for us. Monica Lopez, their wedding co-ordinator is outstanding at what she does. We spent 3 days of our wedding there, having a pre-evening dinner as well, and from the second we arrived, her attention to detail was incredible. It felt like our wedding was the most important thing to them, given it was NYE and there were other events on, that was really something special. The team created everything we asked for and more, it just looked so beautiful. The morning of the wedding was so relaxed, they looked after us all so well. The food was incredible, our guests have mentioned it many times since our big day. Nothing was too much for the team, they were just so helpful. All of the rooms as well, were so lovely. It made all the difference to our guests to all be able to stay in one place. It was a short taxi ride into the city for those who wanted to venture in and our guests who travelled also found it so easy getting from the airport, it was the perfect location. Clontarf Castle is so well ran and you can tell they really care about what they do. We were delighted we chose to have our big day there and we cannot wait to go back for our anniversary meal :)

We were lucky enough to get married in Clontarf Castle on New Years Eve 2025. From the day we went to look at it and met with Monica Lopez, the wedding co-ordinator/ Angel, we knew we were in the right place. Everything felt so homely there, it just had a lovely feel about it. We were organising it from the UK and coming home just before NYE, and it was all made pretty easy for us through email and calls. When we arrived, we felt so welcome by all the staff. We had a meal and drinks the night before in the bar, the staff were fantastic and looked after us so well. The morning of the wedding was so relaxing, we had gone through everything with Monica, and to say she brought our vision to life, is an understatement. It was all so beautiful, from the ceremony set up, then to the banquet set up for dinner, it was magical. All the serving staff were fabulous and great fun too; they looked after us so well. The food is still being talked about, with people requesting the recipes because they've had such cravings for it. The rooms were gorgeous; people are also still raving about the beds there! We can't wait to go back for our anniversary dinner already :)

Our experience with the Clontarf Castle Hotel, their team and especially Monica was very positive. Their professional and friendly support from the early planning stages to the actual event was important for the atmosphere and ease of our celebration. The rooms were an unexpected highlight and our only complaint is that we didn't get to spend more time in them! Overall, value, quality and attention to detail were outstanding. We got married at Clontarf Castle in July 2024. Such an amazing venue, so stunning! We knew from the first second walking through the doors that the castle was where we wanted to celebrate our day. We recently had our wedding in Clontarf Castle, and we had the most wonderful and beautiful day. Every single guest enjoyed their stay so much and mentioned how friendly, helpful, and professional all the staff were. Our wedding coordinator Monica was amazing, and she made us feel so at ease and had every single detail under control. Everything about the day was perfect, there was nothing we could fault. And the food in particular was amazing! I don’t think we’ve ever eaten such amazing food. We cannot wait to return to the hotel for our anniversary next year. We want to say a huge thank you to every single staff member at Clontarf Castle. You made us feel so special on the day and gave us one of the best days ever. We are so grateful that we had such a beautiful wedding day and that all our guests had such an amazing time.

We had an amazing date at Clontarf Castle. The staff looked after every detail. We used the Viking suite as it was just a small group. I have no complaints, it was brilliant! They even went out of their way to accommodate my Dad who is in a wheelchair and he had a great day. The food was fabulous. I'd love to do it all again!

Well, what can I say.....words aren't enough to express how AMAZING this venue is. Myself and my husband got married here at the end of November and just want to give a special shout-out to Monica, Sarah, Leo, and Matti. They were the absolute A-Team and couldn't have looked after us better. From our first meeting with the wedding team right up to our big day Clontarf Castle could not have done enough for us. You all played a major part in making our special day the success it was, so thank you! I think every single guest has commented on the dinner, I've heard the steaks were to die for and cooked to perfection. Hats off to the chef for the food. It was fabulous. Even our day 2 finger food was next level as was the service. If you're thinking of having your wedding at Clontarf Castle, we couldn't recommend more.
