Wow, where do I start? We loved the size of the room from the moment we saw Pinewood and wanted the flexibility of having several hotel rooms with family coming from all over. Our bridal suite was massive and fantastic for getting ready. So spacious and clean! From arriving the night before the staff couldn’t do enough for us. Craig was on hand for everything and was a lifesaver in critical moments like losing a button off my wedding dress moments before!! The hotel even provided a sewing kit to fix it. They brought breakfast to our room the morning of, and throughout the whole day had us as a priority making sure we were ok. The room for the wedding breakfast was beautifully set up, with my full vision coming to life with massive help from all the staff listening and taking so much care and time to put everything exactly how we wanted it. Same again with the evening turnaround. It felt so effortless and seamless and all the staff were truly amazing. The food was incredible and even weeks after people are still saying how good the food was! They even accompanied our fussy teenagers! We had a slight hiccup with something supplied by an external company which had the wrong wedding date on it… Lily stepped in and changed this for us as I was upset. For that, I couldn’t thank her enough. Honestly, all I can say is thank you, everything was perfect and we wouldn’t have changed a thing. If you’re thinking of booking the Pinewood, believe me when I say you won’t regret it.

Had an amazing day at the Pinewood for our wedding everything was well organised and ran like clockwork. It was a perfect day, all the staff were friendly and very helpful. We booked our wedding for this date in Feb 2020 and so glad we did! No cancellations/postponements. We had an excellent service from start to finish thanks to the wedding coordinator Kathryn ❤️ We both had no clue of what to expect or what needed to he done but we didn’t need to worry as Kathryn explained it all. We enjoyed our wedding menu taster session and the food was even better on the actual day, everyone loved the food, even the vegetarian option and childrens meals. Unfortunately Kathryn couldn’t join us on the day as it was her birthday but we were in the more than capable hands of the lovely Monica, who ensured that everything ran smoothly for us - thank you so much! Would definitely recommend Pinewood on Wilmslow for wedding days, amazing gardens for photographs also!

We have just had the most amazing wedding day and evening at the pinewood. The whole team worked so hard to make everything perfect , but especially Kathryn and Monica. They have listened to us and got everything completely how we wanted and nothing was too much trouble. Their attention to detail was brilliant. We had the most amazing day. All of our guests have said how the hotel is lovely and the staff were all so great, and nothing was too much trouble. The food was so nice, the kids portions were huge. We couldn't of asked for anything more, our day was just what we wanted, and made even better by Kathryn, Monica & all the staff.

Kathryn Harding and team were outstanding on our wedding day. From our first contact with them we were shown and explained the full packages along with Covid 19 guidelines. As you can imagine it was a difficult time. We had a meeting with Kathryn, then we went into lockdown. But, throughout lockdown she kept in touch even while working from home. Our final preparations were all dealt with and they had been dealing with all our suppliers which eased our workload. On the day, they were outstanding and because the weather was fantastic they offered to let us have our ceremony outside which was WOW so fantastic. Again nothing was too much trouble for the team. On the day including Kenny and Monica and the rest of the team they went above and beyond to make our wedding day so special. They looked after my 83yr old mum like a queen. Thank you. Our whole experience, from staff to catering and accommodation, was all first class and all we can say is that they go above and beyond and offer a first class service throughout the hotel. Everything was absolutely perfect, the staff couldn’t do enough for us and everything was set up just how we wanted. The food was amazing and many of our guests commented on that too, as well as comments about how well you all did for us. Everything just went so smoothly, even down to Saoirse being on her best behaviour! We couldn’t have wished for any more, especially as we had worked our way through the venues! It was the perfect choice for us in the end. The bedroom was stunning, and we especially enjoyed lazing in there the next day enjoying room service! Thank you so much for all your hard work and brilliant communication throughout the process, you went above and beyond for us and it’s greatly appreciated.

What can we say! Myself and my now husband got married on 1st Feb at the Pinewood Hotel in the Cheshire Suite and we couldn’t have asked for a better wedding venue. Rather unconventionally we booked our wedding without even looking around, and it turned out to be the best thing we ever did. The winter wedding package was amazing and Cathy was fantastic throughout and couldn’t have helped us anymore than she did. No question was too much trouble. Closer to the wedding date itself Karen and Vicky also were an amazing help and on the day they were fantastic and looked after us, the smooth running of the day and all our guests fantastically, even the morning after the wedding. Plus the food was spectacular! We cannot thank you guys enough for everything you did for us and making our day perfect!

We had the most amazing day on Saturday, it was perfect! Thank you so much to everyone at the Pinewood for helping us and just being absolutely amazing! And thanks so so so much to Vicky for running the day so smoothly! She got everyone where they needed to be and made sure everything was how it was supposed to be, I don't know what we would have done without her, she's a star!

We had an amazing day! We can't thank you enough for all your help with our preparations. The compliments for the hotel, staff and food haven't stopped coming in. All of our guests were so impressed with our choice of venue, and the food throughout the day was amazing so please thank the kitchen team on our behalf, they did a fantastic job. If you could please let Vicky and Karen know how much I appreciated all of their help, they couldn't do enough and made sure the day went smoothly and kept me calm when there was hiccups (the cake!!) The kids love Karen and I'll be getting in touch when I need a baby sitter!! We wish we could do it all again!

We held our wedding at The Pinewood Hotel last month. We had an amazing day which ran perfectly from start to finish. We booked this venue as it was reasonably priced, had some good packages available and we loved the setting. The garden is gorgeous with plenty of different areas for taking lots of pictures. Cathy was really welcoming and easy to keep in contact with throughout the wedding planning process. We didn't have too many questions but Cathy was always prompt to reply. We really enjoyed the food tasting. Everything we tried was delicious......just difficult to choose what to have on the day!! The day itself was perfect from start to finish. Everything ran smoothly and we had lots of comments from our guests about how well the day had flowed. Karen and Vicky were super organised and we felt they had everything under control. We really can't fault anything. It really was an amazing venue for our wedding and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend this hotel. Thank you, Karen & Graeme Cull

My Hubsand and I would highly recommend getting married at the pinewood hotel. Cathy organised it excellent with attention to detail . But our biggest thanks goes to the staff who made our day run smoothly especially Karen who went above and beyond nothing was to much trouble for her and always had a smile on her face . The breakfast in our lovely room in the morning we were spoilt for choice . Thank you so much Mr and Mrs C Williams .

Staff at the pinewood hotel were fantastic they couldn’t do more, they all went above and beyond and made our day truly memorable. The food, the venue, the entertainment all ran perfectly. I find it hard to put into words how amazing Cathy and her team were from booking to the big day. The chef made some special dishes for the guests. I had comments about how good the food was along with the staff and hotel. One guest said it was one of the best weddings that they had been to. I started to set rhe room up with the table decorations and was stooped why one of Cathys team and she said 'thats my job go and enjoy your day'. I gave her the biggest hug as it was so unexpected. You wont regret having your wedding here its amazing !!!!

Steve & myself would like to say a massive thank you to all the staff at The Pinewood who all made our wedding on Saturday so special. Cathy & Christine have been amazing helping coordinate it and Karen and Vicky (i hope ive remembered names correctly) and everyone else were amazing on the day organising everything so it all went to plan. It would never have happened if it wasnt for such a great team. And a special thank you to the chef and team who made a fantastic meal for us all which everyone said was beautiful and for making my dad a surprise pudding too
