We had booked our wedding July 2019, unfortunately we had to postpone it twice due to the pandemic, Sorrel and her team could not have been more accommodating, nothing was too much trouble even the overnight accommodation for our guests was moved without anyone having to ring up to do this. Everything during this time was done via email, responses were prompt and understanding and helpful. We were kept informed of timelines and what was needed. We were allowed in the night before to set up the room which was a great help and made it easier for me to have a relaxed start to the wedding day. On the day it ran smoothly and everyone in the party had a thoroughly great and fantastic time. Walking down to see our names for the private breakfast was wonderful and very touching. We originally booked our wedding for August 2020 but had to reschedule twice due to covid & all it’s health & travel restrictions, Sorrel & the team were completely understanding of all this & never raised any prices on either rebooking, The venue itself is beautiful both inside & out with its countryside settings and picturesque courtyard perfect for sunset photo opportunities, Our suite for our wedding breakfast was perfect, both in size & practicality with it’s own private bar! The food was absolutely incredible! All of our guests said it was easily the best food they’ve had at a wedding & the service from Sorrel was impeccable, Best Western are lucky to have her! Would wholeheartedly recommend Ullesthorpe Court to anyone

From the day we booked our wedding, we cannot fault Ullesthorpe Court for everything they have done for us. Sorrel was extremely patient with me and all my questions and nothing was ever too much. The wedding day itself was perfect, the venue is perfect and the food was amazing. I definitely highly recommend Ullesthorpe Court as an incredible wedding venue and they made it everything we asked for and more. All the staff are extremely helpful kind.

We had our wedding reception at Ullesthorpe Court Hotel on 22nd May 2021. This was our 3rd attempt to get married due to Covid and our original wedding venue going into administration in February, leaving us without a venue. We spoke with Sorrel and managed to rebook our wedding pretty much straight away. We were married the first weekend. They were allowed 30 guests, and Sorrel and the team were amazing. They made a stressful situation so seamless, and we will always be grateful. The food was amazing, as was the venue. Our guests had an amazing time, and I would highly recommend it. Thank you for giving us the most amazing day!

BEST WESTERN PLUS Ullesthorpe Court Hotel & Golf Club really know how to put on an event! It is great to have everything under one roof. The staff were exceptional, and everything ran like clockwork with all our wishes catered for and those tiny bits we hadn't even thought of. The staff were highly organised. We had so many positive comments from wedding guests about the fabulous food quality. It was delicious. From the DJ to the Wedding Decor, everything the hotel organised was perfect!!

We got married on the 3rd February 2018 and had the most amazing wedding organised by the hotel. The staff were amazing can’t thank Lisa and Helen enough. They made the process of planning the wedding so easy and stress-free. The food was amazing and I couldn’t fault anything about the day. Everyone was so lovely and made the whole experience even more memorable.

I really don't know where to start, we had our wedding on 30/04/17 and everything was just perfect. The hotel was the perfect venue. The day ran so smoothly from start to finish with massive thanks to Claire and the events team. The hotel was amazingly clean and the food was just superb. All of our guests have commented on all of the above at just how great it was. Thanks so much for making our day the best ever.

The hotel is a beautiful setting with some stunning views (Shame we couldn't get outside for some pitcures but we didn't expect sunshine for February) My boys had a great time and enjoyed the pool area. Had a wedding here on the 12th November and I can not stress how amazing the day went for us both. Everyone has commented on how amazing the day was and how delicious the food was too! We had our wedding here on Saturday 8th October and we couldn't have asked for a more perfect day. From day one of booking the venue the wedding cordinators have been first class. Not once have we meet a negative response always a ' can do attitude' . Our main point of contact was Claire and I cannot speak more highly of her. She went above and beyond to make sure the day was perfect....and it was!! Helen again couldn't have done anymore for us, she was professional and always a pleasure to deal with. Thoughout the wedding weekend every member of staff, without exception, was helpful courteous and extremely polite.....all with a smile. The hotel rooms are very comfortable and clean. Our suite was wonderful and as it had a lounge that was perfect for bride and bridesmaids to get ready in before the ceremony. Our guests feedback was that they had thoroughly enjoyed the wedding. They also had very positive comments about the quality of the food and the service during the meal. If you are thinking of holding a wedding here ...do it! What can we say? Ullesthorpe Court were simply fantastic in the run up to and during our wedding day. It is difficult to put into words how pleased we were that we had our wedding there! Throughout the process of planning the wedding, the team were brilliant-extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Planning a wedding can be really challenging but the staff here made us feel like no question or worry was too silly! Our wedding took place on a sunny Friday in July 2016 and, after our marriage ceremony, we headed to Ullesthorpe to enjoy the rest of the day. From the moment we arrived, everything was taken care of in a relaxed and friendly manner. The staff were so well organised and considerate; nothing was too much trouble. The food and service- during the wedding breakfast and evening buffet- were brilliant and the catering staff were very accommodating to the needs of our guests. After the wedding, many of our guests stayed for another day to enjoy the facilities at Ullesthorpe. We had a lovely breakfast with all our guests the day after the wedding and everyone commented on how superb the staff were. As we've already said, we are so pleased we had our wedding at Ullesthorpe and we cannot thank all the staff enough for their hard work. The staff genuinely appear to enjoy their jobs and there is a real sense that the team are one big happy family. We cannot wait to return again soon! Perhaps on our wedding anniversary! We would highly recommend anybody to use this venue. We had an amazing day which could not of been possible if it wasnt for Claire and her team. Everything ran so smoothly and really would not have been the same without them. The food was another huge talking point of the day, from the main meal to the buffet it was brilliant. We have just got married at Ullesthorpe Court Hotel (September 2016) and what a fantastic day we had. Everyone at the hotel made the day so special for us. Nothing was too much trouble and they took all the worry away from us so that we could just enjoy ourselves. Although we had our own professionals preparing the room, Claire and the team were more than happy to contribute to help make the room look spectacular and, like everything else throughout the day, Claire made it her job to make sure we were happy every step of the way. The food at both the wedding breakfast and the evening buffet was delicious and there was plenty for everyone. All our guests commented on what a great day it was and how impressed they were with the hotel and staff. We would definitely recommend the hotel to anyone looking for that special place to hold their wedding.

When my husband and I chose Ullesthorpe court someone said you won't be disappointed and they were right. From the first meeting with Helen and then with Claire it all went along so easily. The food was exceptional, 70 beef wellingtons just perfect and the profiteroles were wonderful. On the day Claire and her wonderful team look after the running of everything. They never needed to bother us with anything, thanks to them the whole day just flowed and we and our guests had an amazing day. I would highly recommend Ullesthorpe Court to anyone
