We travelled from Glasgow to hold our wedding breakfast and reception at Kingsmills Hotel. The compliments we have received about our wedding day are endless, our guests were blown away by Kingsmills Hotel with special mentions to all staff for their care and personal touch. Our wedding coordinator Aileen was superb from our first viewing of the venue, to our meal tasting, to the big day itself, the planning was made so easy and enjoyable because of her manner. Our day was truly spectacular and that was largely down to the KM team, and we can’t thank them enough. The meal was out of this world, which is unusual for a wedding as it's usually bog standard to serve quickly (in my experience at other weddings anyway). We’ve had family members mention that they are very keen to return to the hotel for a weekend break next year which just shows how lovely an experience they had at Kingsmills.

We had the best day for our wedding, it was everything we imagined and more! The staff could not have been more accommodating and helpful throughout the whole day and in the lead-up to it. Joanna was absolutely amazing from the day we first enquired right up until after the wedding, she was there through every stage of planning and was always on hand with my countless queries, the continuity made such a massive difference in the lead-up to the day also. The only negative comment I have towards the wedding was that the day went by in a flash, but myself and Neil were blown away by how smoothly everything went on the day without us having to worry about a single thing as everything was managed and run perfectly by the hotel staff. Thank you so much again, we are so glad we chose the Kingsmills for our wedding venue as we loved every minute of it!
