What can I say! Our wedding was perfect from start to finish, and I could not have asked for anything more. From the venue setting to food, there was nothing wrong with our day. From the beginning, Emmie has been amazing, helping us to get everything sorted and to make our day just how we want it. From the smallest of questions being answered to being extremely well looked after when I announced we were expecting a baby, it has made our experience stress-free and enjoyable. I could not recommend Rutland Hall Hotel and Emmie enough - thank you for everything.

Sorry for the delay, but everything is just starting to settle down after the wedding and honeymoon. We’ve had so much brilliant feedback from everyone that we just had to share! Our wedding was the most incredible day, and you were all absolutely amazing. Grace, we had complete trust in everything you di,d and everything turned out perfect. You made our whole experience so easy and stress-free right from our first meeting 2 years ago! We love that you got to be there on the day, too, to see it all come together and add those finishing touches. Going right back to the start, the venue itself is incredible. Our guests only live 35/40 minutes away from the hotel, but many hadn’t visited it before, and they have all said how stunning it is and want to go back. All the guest bedrooms were perfect, and everyone loved the modern look. The Windsor suite was, of course, on another level

We both just want to say a massive thank you for everything. Where do we even begin? Things happen for a reason, and following you to Rutland Hall as our wedding planner was meant to be. The day was an absolute fairytale and was just perfection. This would not have been possible without you and your team. You are the most generous, kind, supportive wedding planner, and you were with us every step of the way. Nothing was too big an ask for you. You made our dreams become a reality, and you were so flexible, tweaking things here and there to our wishes. You are so organised, adaptable, and just go beyond limits to make visions come to life. A special mention to your team- many positive comments came our way with regards to the day running like clockwork and the fabulous food. The quality was top-notch. Special thanks also to Andrea for continuing to look after us into the evening, and to other members of the team who kindly assisted us throughout the evening. You are amazing and such an asset to Rutland Hall. We feel so lucky to have had you plan our big day and see it off without a hitch. You are truly our fairy godmother. As a bi-cultural couple, we wanted a venue for our destination wedding that could cater for our Indo-Irish wedding from a venue capacity and accommodation point of view. We found Rutland Hall online we instantly fell in love with the views. When we had our first visit, the views from the Lakeview Terrace reminded Margarete of the landscapes of her hometown in Kerry, and we knew in that moment it was our wedding venue and Margarete's family would feel at home over the wedding weekend. Over the weekend, in between the wedding events, our wedding guests were able to enjoy amazing food in the Blossoms Bar and Restaurant, take advantage of some downtime in the pool and walk the beautiful grounds to take in the views and enjoy some healthy competition playing mini golf. On our wedding day, we held our drinks reception at the Lakeview Terrace, where our guests appreciated the magnificent views of Rutland Water. We did our couples' photoshoot on the grounds, and there are so many quiet areas with breathtaking views of Rutland Water to choose from for an intimate photoshoot. Our reception was held in the newly opened Pavilion suite, and our guests were blown away by the beautiful reception area. The venue has minimalist but classic decor, so it is a blank canvas to build into your dream wedding space. Emmie took over as our wedding coordinator 5 months before the wedding, and she quickly got to know us and our wedding plans. She was on hand for any questions and helped facilitate anything she possibly could, and most importantly, put us at ease. She gave advice on venue set-up and coordinated with the setup team to ensure that both areas were set up for planning. We had a truly amazing wedding weekend with our family and friends at Rutland Hall Hotel and made lifetime memories that we'll cherish for a lifetime.

Jason who’s only a week in couldn’t of been any more helpful and facilitated everything really well with support from Cameron & Alice of coarse Shannon from the blossoms restaurant on Friday and Sunday evening was such a delight she was helpful, bubbly and made everything so nice for us. food was delicious, everything we expected and more. Golf buggy worked so well and was efficient. Communication up to the day was great with yourself and others while you were on leave (Molly, Cameron etc). Above and beyond moving all the chairs with the sashes and covers on into the reception room from ceremony room and bedrooms were comfortable and everything we expected. Lots of comments from guests on how nice the place is, the food and the portion sizes!
