We celebrated our wedding at Killyhevlin Lakeside Hotel and Lodges on 7th June 2024, and it was truly the best day of our lives! From the moment we first visited, we knew it was the perfect venue. The stunning lakeside setting made for a breathtaking backdrop, and the hotel’s charm set the tone for an unforgettable celebration. The staff went above and beyond to ensure every detail was perfect. They were incredibly attentive, warm, and professional, making us and our guests feel so special throughout the entire day. The wedding coordinators were fantastic, handling everything seamlessly and keeping us stress-free. The food was exceptional! Our guests couldn't stop talking about the delicious meal—from the canapés to the main courses, every dish was presented beautifully and tasted amazing. The chef catered to all dietary needs, ensuring everyone was well taken care of. The lodges and hotel rooms provided the perfect accommodation for our guests, offering comfort and luxury right on the lakeside. We loved the peaceful atmosphere in the morning as we woke up to stunning views of the lake. We cannot recommend Killyhevlin Lakeside Hotel and Lodges highly enough for anyone considering it as a wedding venue. They made our special day a dream come true, and we will cherish the memories forever! Thank you to everyone at Killyhevlin for making our day so magical!

Carol, Gregory and all the staff at the Killyhevlin where amazing. They went above and beyond my expectations. Nothing was ever to much right down to helping me plan seating strategies for families. They made sure I didn't run behind and they where just always at my beck and call throughout the whole day. We can't thank them enough for everything they did to help us celebrate our special day—a day that will forever be our favorite memory. We had around 172 guests, and there wasn’t a single complaint. The food was served hot, on time, and was absolutely beautifully presented. The ballroom was stunning, and with the lake in the background for our photos and the guests' photos, it all felt truly magical. A perfect 100 out of 100 for everything!

Maurice and I married at the Killyhevlin Lakeside Hotel on Thursday, December 14th, 2023, and it was an amazing day overall. The staff could not have been more accommodating from start to finish. Aidan was our wedding coordinator on the day and perfectly sorted everything. Regarding the staff on the day, everyone was amazing and so helpful. In particular, Carol made sure the room was sitting perfectly and ensured everything was organised as we requested. We had our ceremony in the hotel, and as it was a Christmas wedding, we wanted trees in front of us for the ceremony. We supplied the trees the day before the wedding but couldn't put all the final touches to the room as the room was in use that evening, so we never saw it finished and had to trust the staff to sort it the morning of the wedding. When I walked in, everything was as I imagined it—magical. We can’t thank the staff enough for all their help and for going the extra mile. The guests were all highly impressed with the meal and still say today it was the best wedding meal they ever had! Everything was cooked and served to perfection and went according to time! The bridal suite is fabulous and so spacious; we just wished we had stayed more than one night! We couldn’t recommend the Killyhevlin Lakeside Hotel enough for your wedding venue. We had our big day on 16th February 2024. From our first meeting with Aidan until the day after our wedding, the Killyhevlin staff were extremely easy to deal with, friendly, attentive and accommodating. On our wedding day, everything went perfectly. So many of our guests have since spoken very highly about the hotel: how welcome they were made feel when they arrived at the drinks reception, the service during the meal, how the food seemed to appear on every table at once!; the excellent food; the beautiful surroundings; the superb accommodation; the friendly, helpful and accommodating staff; the seamlessness of the transition after the meal when the room was being prepared for the dancing as they didn’t have to leave their tables. They say organising a wedding is a very stressful time…not in our experience with the Killyhevlin!

My husband and I had a truly magical experience at our wedding in the Killyhevlin Hotel. It was a small family wedding, but we were treated like royalty from our first meeting with Aidan, the Manager until we left the hotel the morning after our wedding. Aidan, Mandy, and the whole team made everything seamless and removed any stress from the day. They have a wealth of expertise and were able to not only make suggestions for the day itself but also help us with some of the wedding suppliers. On the wedding day, the backdrop was stunning on the shore of Lough Erne, and the room was beautifully decorated. The team was superb, from the management to the restaurant, bar, and reception staff, who made our whole party feel very well-groomed. Food was served quickly and presented perfectly. There were excellent portions and, as always, at the Killyhevlin, the standard was impeccable with attention to detail extending to personalised dessert plates for my husband and I. The rooms were beautifully decorated, and the bridal suite was really out of this world. I would highly recommend the Killyhevlin Hotel for your special day. Me and my husband knew we wanted to get married at the killy and we went and booked a year and a half in advance with all staff being more than helpful even though we were an hour late arriving as our wedding car broke down. All staff looked after our wedding guests with flowing drinks, the weather was amazing which made the views even better. The food was amazing as I knew I would be allowed to do my own sweets table and I got in on Wednesday to sort it all out. The day before the party went on to the wee hours, it was epic. We had two children who stayed in the room with their Grannie and Grandpa. Really loved the pancake-making machine for breakfast the next morning, they still talk about it. Now, it would be lovely to win the romantic break and celebrate our 1st year anniversary there.

What can I say… Aiden and his team at the Killyhevlin went over and above for us throughout our journey from booking our wedding right through to even the day after our wedding. Aiden had a great attitude and was so easy to deal with, he was honest and kept us on the right path throughout. In the days running up to our wedding, he was always at the end of the phone for any last-minute changes and tweaks to seating arrangements. On our arrival to the Killyhevlin on our wedding day Aiden was outside ready to welcome us in and his team already had everyone catered for and the drinks reception well underway. Honestly one of the best things was when Aiden gave us the nod and brought us up to our room to freshen up before our first dance as it’s one of those things that you don’t really think about and at that stage we were well ready for a few minutes away on our own. Having that level of service is simply amazing. Almost a year later people are still talking about the great day they had, how amazing the food was and the venue and views were stunning. We can’t thank you all enough.

Would just like to say a massive thank you to everyone at the Killyhevlin for making our day special. Also a special thanks to Gregory and Mandy for answering all my questions, having everything organised so well and taking the hassle out of planning our reception. The meal was excellent and have had so many of our guests comment on how good both the food and service was. Without a shadow of a doubt, I would recommend the Killyhevlin to anyone.

We could not have asked for a better venue. After looking at a few venues, we were blown away with the packages on offer at the Killyhevlin. Definitely the best value for money, so much included within the price. We were extra convinced due to the lovely staff and stunning location of the hotel. Leading up to the day, staff were very accommodating, always answering emails very quickly, answering questions and settling nerves. On our wedding day, everything was first class. Staff were fantastic and food was perfect. Time keeping was excellent on the day - Aiden made sure details like speeches, dinner, cutting the cake and the first dance ran exactly on time. Lots of our guests had traveled from a far, never having been to the hotel, and could give nothing only compliments for how they were looked after, their rooms and the quality of the food. Thank you so much for making our wedding day as perfect as it was. If in doubt, book the Killyhevlin!

Our wedding day was very special at Killyhevlin - we are based in Dublin and were looking for an “escape” venue for about 35 guests. We fell in love with the hotel and stunning gardens immediately. The willingness of the staff to support us and guide us through each step (in particular Pascal who was our facilitator) was 1st class. On the day, our guests kept commenting on the venue, the little details we had added and the delicious food. Would highly recommend the Killyhevlin Hotel. We had stayed at the hotel before and always had said to each other that it would be lovely to have our wedding here. This was the only hotel we viewed when deciding where we wanted to have our wedding reception and we knew straight away from our very first appointment that the Killyhevlin was just perfect for the both of us. We would like to give our biggest thanks to Aidan for making our wedding day so special, nothing was an issue and anything that we requested was achieved to the highest of standards. He had everything organised perfectly and exactly how we ever imagined our wedding venue to look. However, all of team at the Killyhevlin are just amazing any issues or queries throughout the whole wedding planning was always responded too quite quickly through an email or phone call. This really made us both feel at ease and able to enjoy every moment of planning our dream lakeside wedding. Even on our wedding day, all the staff exceeded our expectations, from the warm Fermanagh welcome that we received when we arrived, all staff were very friendly and professional. The fantastic meal that was served along with any dietary requirements that were all catered for. Our guests haven’t stopped talking about the amazing staff, beautiful meal, how much food was served and of course the amazing views. The grounds around the Killyhevlin are stunning and perfect for all your wedding photographs. It was some guests first time at the hotel and they can’t wait to get back for a lovely relaxing stay next year. Ourselves and our guests were truly well looked after and we couldn’t thank you all enough. The best choice we made was having our wedding reception with yourselves, we are both still on a high thinking back to the most fabulous day that we will never forget. We couldn’t recommend it enough and any future brides and grooms that are thinking about having their reception at the Killyhevlin, you will not be disappointed. All the Killyhevlin staff but especially the wedding coordinating staff are all lovely, approachable and they will provide you with the best wedding ever.

Our special day was held at the Killyhevlin Hotel in Enniskillen, County Fermanagh. Ever since I was a little girl I always knew I wanted to have my future wedding at the Killhevlin Hotel, as it's my family's favourite due to the amazing food and of course the views!! My husband and I didn't even think to look anywhere else to have our wedding, from start to finish we found all of the hotel staff very accommodating, friendly and helpful! All of our family and friends complimented the Killyhevlin's wedding meal - it was gorgeous!! Also, they all really enjoyed their overnight stay! We had the most amazing day and we can't thank the Killyhevlin enough for making it extra special ! I think one of our favourite moments of the day was the fireworks over the lakes at the Killyhevlin - it was beautiful!! Big thanks to all of the amazing staff at the Killyhevlin !!

We had a really brilliant day and the staff were very helpful in making everything run smoothly. From the beginning, communication was great in the lead up and my mind was at ease knowing everything was under control. I also liked the fact we could leave any amount of decor down the day before and this was no hassle whatsoever. My family in particular mentioned a lady called Libby who looked after guests with allergies/dietary requirements on the day and appreciated every effort she went to.

We had a beautiful August wedding day from start to finish. The Killyhevlin really is the most idyllic setting on Lough Erne’s shores. The scenery was breath-taking and our wedding reception meal was delicious, with guests commenting on the exceptional standard. The venue, service & views were amazing, we had our ceremony and reception all at the hotel, communication with Mandy and the management team were so good, they kept us right for timings and set up, just everything, they worked with our photographer and videographer making their job easier too. Our day ran so smoothly, food was delicious, hot and plenty of it, We were very lucky to have good weather so our guests could enjoy the outside seating area to have some drinks and a chat. With the beautiful gardens we had all our photographs taken at the hotel. I would highly and definitely recommend the Killyhevlin for a wedding reception.

I cannot tell you how much I loved our wedding at the Killyhevlin. The venue was beautiful- inside and out. The rooms where our guests stayed were spacious, clean and comfortable and out bridal suite was stunning. The food was delicious and plentiful and our guests had lots of choice for each course. The staff were very calm and made the process relaxing for us. They were also flexible about a lot of things which meant my partner and I didn’t have much to worry about. The view of Lough Erne was second to none and as the weather was nice on the day we got married, our guests got to enjoy the outdoors. The backdrop of the lake for guests eating dinner was also wonderful and so many people commented on this. I cannot recommend the Killyhevlin enough for couples planning to get married!

We had our wedding day on 11.05.23, our wedding reception was in the Killyhevlin Lakeside Hotel and Lodges in Enniskillen. From the moment we first looked at the Killyhevlin for our wedding venue, we were treated like royalty. We were absolutely taken away with the scenery situated around the Killyhevlin and were able to use the entire grounds for our wedding photographs. The wedding event team were brilliant throughout - special shout out to Carol who looked after us in every way possible. We would like to thank all the staff who were on duty that day, who made our day extra special and to a particular waitress (name forgotten) who took time to interact with the children involved with the wedding - this was a special touch. We would definitely recommend to anyone having their wedding reception in the Killyhevlin- all our guests commented on how beautiful everything was from the scenery to the food. We had a perfect winter wedding at the Killyhevlin Hotel. Wedding planning was made easy and stress free with great communication between the team at the Killyhevlin and ourselves, meaning we were able to plan our wedding from Limerick. The food, service and attention to detail on the day was exquisite. We would not hesitate to recommend the Killyhevlin as a 5 star wedding venue to any prospective couple. Catherine & Micheál

From the minute we viewed the Killyhevlin, we knew it would be our wedding venue. It not only had spectacular views but the events staff were very insightful and helped us to imagine how it would look and feel on the day. Our wedding was to be a one-venue ordeal, to cater for the bridal party the day before and morning of the wedding, 80 guests for the ceremony and reception, and 35 guests the following day for a St Patricks Day celebration. The full team rose to the challenge and delivered a celebration beyond our imagination. No task was too big of an ask, and the entire team went above and beyond to ensure that everyone was looked after, in particular, some vulnerable guests with disabilities. For that, we are especially grateful. The room was beautifully decorated and the team worked so quickly to turn it around from ceremony to reception. Our menu was perfect and everyone commented on how amazing the food was, the duck spring rolls were the big winner! Two of our guests were late due to a family emergency and upon hearing this, dinner was plated and served to them on arrival, even though it was after dinner service. It was those extra touches that really set the Killyhevlin apart and why so many guests complimented the venue and the service they received. Considering the wedding celebrations fell over the St Patrick's Day bank holiday and Mother's Day and the hotel was very busy, I really commend the entire team for the attention to detail they gave us over 3 days. We wanted something a little quirky, but formal and personal and we got all of that. One extra point I would add is the hotel is dog friendly, which is another added bonus. We had our little dog at the ceremony to deliver the rings which is just one of those little personal touches that the team helped us with so we could make our wedding unique to us. We had our wedding reception there March 27th, and it was perfect in every way. We are from Canada so it was quite challenging to book a venue without seeing it in person or meeting any of the staff in real life. Aidan and Pascal really made us feel reassured with their professionalism, their knowledge, and their organization. We also wanted a couple of things done during our reception that was unconventional for Northern Irish weddings, such as having a wedding game between appetiser and main, and speeches between main and dessert. We also had lion dancers come in from Belfast to start the night. All of these things were met with flexibility. The Lion Dancers we actually arranged quite last minute, and between them and my wedding planner, my husband + the manager on duty, their entrance was discussed and organized while they were setting up during the canapes! Speaking of the canapes, we really appreciated that our guests had a nice and big area where they could sit down and chat. My husband has a severe food allergy, which was handled with extreme caution and professionalism. Everyone, from the managers to the waiters serving canapes not only knew about the allergy but also provided safe alternatives for him. In fact, they handled the food allergies of our guests so well that they had something for everyone to eat no matter the nature or number of allergies! For one guest with several allergies, they actually sat down with her and discussed several options they had off the menu and which ones she would enjoy. As the night went on, we found out that there were no taxis willing to take my relative to Enniskillen at 5am so he could catch the bus to the airport. It was an extremely awkward situation because we didn't want to ask any of our guests with a car to wake up at 4:30 at night and do the drive! The night manager Greg so graciously offered to do so, even though he was there at 11pm already for our wedding, and will be there again at 7am for work!

Our wedding at the Killyhevlin was perfect. From the moment we viewed the Killyhevlin, we felt that we were in safe hands, they had answers to all of our questions and even answered questions we hadn't even considered. Communication and replies were always quick and no query was a problem. On the actual day of the wedding everything was considered, allowing our guests and ourselves to fully enjoy every moment. The staff, especially Gregory, went above and beyond. We could not recommend this wedding venue more.
