We got married at Belle Isle on 2nd November 2024 and stayed in the venue for a total of three nights. We were a party of 50 family members who stayed between the castle and the cottages. We had an absolute ball and we would highly recommend the Belle Isle to any couples who are looking for a unique and intimate venue which is available for private hire. The castle is stunning with many beautiful bedrooms, living areas and a large kitchen which can be shared by all castle residents. Amy was our wedding planner and she was exceptionally helpful and patient with us in the 12 months leading up to the wedding – always responding to our queries in a timely manner and providing us with guidance on vendors as we were not from the local area. We did two planning video calls with Amy in the lead-up to our big day where she talked us through the timeline for the day and ensured we were happy with all details. When we arrived at Belle Isle for our wedding weekend we were so well looked after from the first moment we drove through the gates. Amy kindly showed all of our guests to their accommodation as they arrived and provided them with a tour of the venue. On the day of the wedding, all of the Belle Isle team and the amazing catering team from Horseshoe and Saddlers worked together to ensure everything ran smoothly allowing for us to enjoy every minute without any worries or stress. Many of our wedding guests have commented on how impressed they were with all of the team in the Belle Isle over the weekend. Amy and the team thought of every little detail and the Belle Isle team did a beautiful job of setting up the Grand Hall for the ceremony and later in the day for the meal. We had such a wonderful day and we would have no hesitation in recommending Belle Isle as an excellent wedding venue.

Our wedding was in October 2024 and we booked Belle Isle Castle for the whole weekend. We had an absolutely perfect day thanks to Amy & the Belle Isle team! The staff are so friendly and welcoming, they all went above and beyond for us, our families, and our friends! From the moment we arrived, we were taken care of and we couldn't have been happier with our experience. The venue is just simply stunning and has an amazing home-from-home feeling when you arrive. Amy, our wedding coordinator, has been excellent the whole way through the wedding planning process. She was always on hand to help us plan every detail and accommodate our requests, she is very experienced and an amazing person. Emma is another excellent wedding coordinator at Belle Isle who also helped us in picking the venue and arranging all the cottages for our guests. Mary the Belle Isle housekeeper is another wonderful person who made sure we had everything we needed during our stay! These are just a few of the amazing people who made our big day very special at Belle Isle! I can't thank the Belle Isle team enough for everything they did and we be back in a heartbeat! We would highly recommend Belle Isle Estate!

Belle Isle was a perfect venue for us. We had an easy time checking in, and organizing entertainment for the few days we were there. The day of the wedding was perfect, and Emma made sure everything ran exactly how we wanted it; even when there was a timing issue due to unforeseen circumstances! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful and we could not have asked for a better experience for our wedding!

Where to begin? Our experiences with Belle Isle Estate and the team could not have been better. Wedding planning is an overwhelming, stressful and time-consuming process. As a stateside couple trying to do this planning across an ocean, we were nothing short of scared & nervous. From the beginning, our interactions with Belle Isle and each person on the team made us feel secure, safe, cared for and more importantly, so incredibly excited for our day! We worked with Amy as our coordinator and if we could recommend her to each and every engaged couple we meet - we would & we have! Planning our day with Amy was a dream. She continuously went above and beyond to ensure that we were calm, and organised, and felt completely sure of each & every detail of our day. Again, planning from afar was a challenge at times but Amy never made us feel that anything was a bother or that we needed to be stressed in the slightest. With any questions that we had about vendors to work with, local spots to visit while there, customs or mailing enquiries, or anything in between, Amy was more than available to help. We never had to wait long to hear from her & with each interaction she was extraordinarily pleasant, patient, informative, & understanding. Moreover and more than anything, in our review, we just would like to convey that when we arrived on the grounds at Belle Isle Estate for our day, Amy was overwhelmingly welcoming & kind to us. She stressed that we remained relaxed & present to enjoy our time there and did everything in her power to ensure that this happened. We came to Belle Isle as strangers & truly feel as though we left as friends with Amy. She treated us as we feel, she would have treated family and we will be forever grateful to her for her time ensuring that our day and time spent at Belle Isle was magical. If we were able, we would happily give Belle Isle more than 5 stars. We could not recommend it more & encourage you to consider it a top-tier choice. Best of luck!

We were blown away by the venue and staff at Belle Isle! They helped make wedding planning (especially vendor coordination) a breeze. There were plenty of activities offered on the grounds and many group activities recommended by the venue that could take place right at the castle. (We had the NI School of Falconry and it was one of the guests' favourite parts of the trip!) Our coordinator, Emma, gave us the utmost peace of mind that our wedding day would run smoothly, which allowed us to be present for every moment of our big day. We used vendors suggested by the venue, and Emma had great relationships with all of them. Emma was extremely organised and we fully trusted her to ensure all the details were in place (favours, name cards, flower delivery, programs, vendor set-up locations, etc.) and she did not disappoint. The day couldn’t have gone more smoothly :) The banqueting staff was fantastic and our bartender, Ann, was the sweetest and most fun person! The wedding morning for the ladies was extremely stress-free thanks to the staff bringing and cleaning up breakfast. We couldn’t recommend Belle Isle enough due to the beautiful scenery, stunning castle interior, fantastic staff, and incredible value for what we paid. If we were to do it all again - this would still be our first pick!

Belle Isle was the wedding venue of our dreams. Emma and her team were incredible and so sweet throughout the entire experience. The property is gorgeous and we were awestruck upon arrival. All of our guests loved walking the grounds throughout the weekend and exploring. The vendors that Belle Isle recommended were all phenomenal to work with, especially our caterer, Norman, at Horseshoe & Saddlers. We feel so lucky to have had our day at Belle Isle and cannot wait to return one day to the cottages on-site to celebrate anniversaries. We cannot thank Emma, Lana, and their team enough for such an incredible, warm, and fun experience.

It's been over four months since our wedding at Belle Isle Castle, and we're still on cloud nine! Our big day felt like something straight out of a fairytale, and we couldn't have picked a more magical venue for our destination wedding. The castle itself is stunning; there is so much charm! Plus, having all our guests stay on the property made the whole experience feel even more intimate. The real MVP of our wedding was Emma, our fabulous coordinator. She was on top of everything, making sure every detail was perfect. When we started planning from the United States, she made the entire process smooth and stress-free. It was like having a best friend on the ground, taking care of all the nitty-gritty so we could just enjoy the ride. Honestly, there's nothing we'd change about our wedding. Belle Isle Castle and its incredible team left us with memories we'll treasure forever. It's a dream come true and then some! There isn't a single thing we would change about our wedding. Belle Isle Castle has left an unforgettable mark on us; it truly feels like we've gained family there. Belle Isle truly takes your breathe away! From the exterior, the bedrooms and the views! Also, the staff were amazing!!! Words cannot even describe the incredible experience we had planning our wedding at Belle Isle Estate. Through the incredible distance between Colorado and Northern Ireland we always felt in complete control and on schedule with all things wedding related. The staff was absolutely amazing in making us feel prioritized and keeping us organized throughout the entire process. They truly made our wildest dreams come true. Planning a wedding is no easy task, especially when you are in a different country, but Belle Isle made it seem completely ordinary. They took extra measures and crafted a three day experience to make it uniquely ours, sharing suggestions when we were in need of ideas and adapting itineraries to meet all of our wishes. It was truly such a seamless process, and made so much stress and anxiety simply melt away with each call. We and our guests felt completely at home when arriving at the estate. The rooms were something out of a dream, and all of our guests felt like actual royalty. The staff was so flexible and adjusted timelines as needed to ensure the perfect weekend was underway. We thoroughly enjoyed our time within the charming castle walls dancing, having family dinners, playing games and preparing for our big day - but the surrounding estate was such an added bonus. The vendor list provided is extensive, and we felt that no matter the decision we made, it would be the perfect choice. Again, they would provide suggestions as needed to ensure we were making the right decisions. We would like to give a major shoutout to Amy, who made this experience what it was. She went above and beyond for us and truly became a close friend. Leaving her was one of the hardest moments of the entire trip! She was not just our point of contact for the wedding, but she connected with all vendors and outside parties to truly let us be hands-off once we boarded our plane to Dublin. She was there for every moment we needed her to be, and we are forever grateful.

Our wedding was everything we had dreamed it would be. The team at Belle Isle was amazing and could not have been more accommodating to us and our guests. The castle is such a special place to stay, and each room is unique. Our guests loved the relaxed feel of the cottages and being able to join us for breakfast in the castle. Breakfast was delicious, and the staff was so helpful with providing anything we needed. Our wedding coordinator, Emma, was fantastic from the very beginning and, in the lead-up to the big day, really went out of her way to alleviate any stresses we might have had. We had a very large wedding, but everything went so smoothly on the day, and this was all thanks to Emma, John, and their team, as well as the team from Saddlers Catering, who provided incredible food! We will forever have the best memories of our wedding at Belle Isle and really recommend it as a perfect wedding venue!

We had our wedding at the gorgeous Belle Isle Castle and it was a dream from beginning to end. Amy , our coordinator was there for us every step of the way and everyone commented on how amazing she is at her job, nothing was too much trouble. Not only was she there for me and my husband, it felt like she was there for every single guest too. Saddlers provided amazing food and drinks and the rooms were all spectacular. The breakfast on the morning after was brilliant and again the staff were just fantastic. Everything about our wedding was just perfect and I would choose Belle Isle 100 times over. Highly recommend. Our guests also loved the cottages and I can't to go back and visit for an anniversary!

We could not have asked for a better experience for our wedding. All of the staff were absolutely incredible. Amy was our wedding coordinator and she did such an amazing job of coordinating everything so that we had nothing to worry about on the day of our ceremony. The estate is absolutely gorgeous. Overall, we truly loved every second of it and are so grateful that we could have our wedding at such an amazing place. Would highly highly highly recommend!

From start to finish, Belle Isle Castle and its staff exceeded our expectations! Planning our wedding from another continent was a breeze! Emma is such a thoughtful and beautiful person; she made sure everything was perfect for us and our guests throughout our entire stay (4x nights castle and cottages). They are true professionals, and it was a magical experience that we and our guests will remember forever. The property itself is such a dream; it has so much charm and character. I could not recommend Belle Isle enough for your wedding! (Or as an accommodation and getaway) You get the whole castle for the day, what more could you want! Our niece felt like a princess being able to sleep in a castle, and truthfully, that's how you felt with the treatment you got from the whole team at Belle Isle! Amy is a delight to work with and puts you at ease before and during the day. The catering by Saddlers was delicious, and we really couldn't have wanted more. Having fireworks over the lake was the icing on top of the cake!! Thank you, Belle Isle, for our perfect day!!
