We cannot recommend Castletroy Park Hotel enough. The hotel is so clean and the staff are exceptional, especially Melissa. Melissa is so kind and helpful. There was nothing she couldn't do for us, but all of the staff are just so amazing. Booking this hotel was the best decision we made for our wedding. We had the most amazing time. The food at the Castletroy Park Hotel is so delicious and has great portions. Thank you to all the staff for making it the day of our dreams.

We could not recommend the Casteltroy Park Hotel enough, we genuinely believe they don’t know the word no! Everything from start to finish was perfect and nothing was ever a problem. We opted for an intimate wedding and the staff set it up in such a way that we didn’t look lost. A big shout out to the incredible Eddie, what a true gentleman, he made the day and the days leading up so incredibly stress-free. Our guests couldn’t compliment the setup and the food more. We had a beautiful ceremony outside and Eddie, Nicole and staff had it set up like something from a movie. Stunning. We would like to just say a massive thanks to the Castletroy Park Hotel for everything they did for us. From start to finish, from the first day we went in to look at the venue to the day of the wedding, no stone went unturned and there was no problem with anything we wanted to change or do. From our very first viewing right up to to our wedding day the Castletroy Park Hotel staff team were amazing. They handled all our questions and requests with such ease and were so accommodating. In particular Ed, Shannon and Kevin. They massively helped reduce the stress that inevitably comes with a wedding. The day itself was everything we hoped for. The set up and attention to detail for our autumnal theme was as close to perfect as you can get. The food was plentiful as was the processco. All our guests had great things to say about the day and night (and early hours of the following morning). From the second we stepped foot into the Castletroy Park Hotel, we were met with so much kindness. We had decided to stay local with our wedding venue, Myself and my partner Christy are both from Limerick, and picking this hotel was the easiest decision. The Castletroy Park hotel was amazing, The staff, the food, Everything! We couldn’t have asked for better. We dealt with Margaret, She was so approachable, friendly and professional. By the time our wedding day had come around, I felt like we’d known each other years and I was so comfortable around her. Edward was the man that was there on the day, He was so kind and professional too! Really made us feel like a King and Queen for the day, He really went above and beyond for us. Melissa went through our Menu with us when we called out for our tasting, she was so lovely. She was also there to drive me around to the back of the hotel the day we got married. I was so nervous and she made me feel at ease with everything that was going on around me. I was so worried about the weather but she continued to reassure me that everything would be ok! I really needed that! We have a little family pet called Ollie who I really wanted to have there for pictures, the staff at the hotel were so accommodating by letting him in too, it meant the world to us. There were many more staff involved in making our day so special and memorable, but I didn’t get all of their names unfortunately. Basically, the staff were amazing, the hotel was absolutely gorgeous and we had the best day of our lives. We will be forever grateful to everyone who gave us the most beautiful wedding day. We finally had our big day on Friday, 19th July 2024. We could not recommend the Castletroy Park Hotel enough. The best decision we made was to have our wedding venue here. Nicola, Melissa, Margaret, Eddie, and all the rest of the staff were so lovely and easy to deal with; there was never an issue with anything we asked. Our friends and family said they had never been to a wedding with so much food and drink. The food was delicious, the cocktails were unreal, and the ballroom looked amazing. Thank you all so much. Our wedding @ Castletroy Park Hotel From the very moment we met with the hotel to view the venue, we received 5 Star treatment; we fell in love with the place and staff and booked our date there and then, during the planning process, we dealt with Margaret, Eddie, Melissa, Kevin and so many more they really and truly looked after us, even calmed a very stressed/ nervous bride, they were with us every step of the way, they took care of both our families for the weekend, on the day of the wedding, we were wowed by the ceremony/reception the room was beautifully decorated for our big day, I felt like a queen walking down the aisle, we were so happy with the results, the food was amazing not just on the day but all weekend, Would we recommend Castletroy Park Hotel for a wedding? From start to finish it was everything we wanted and more. Eddie, Nicola and the team were just fantastic and couldn’t do enough for our big day. Any requests were carried out to perfection. They really looked after us so well. I can’t compliment them enough for their attention to detail and their customer service. I highly recommend the Castletroy Park for a wedding. It truly was the best day of our lives!!

We got married here in August 2023 and I cannot give enough credit to the team at the CPH. After choosing our date, we went to meet with Melissa months in advance to taste the options for our guests set menu. Naturally, I thought when sizeable portions of exquisite cuisine were given to us, I presumed there was no way the same care for presentation and flavor could be taken on the day with our 150+ guests, though I couldn't have been more mistaken with attention given to all sorts of dietary requirements on the day, and all guests left satisfied with the meal. From the outset, VIP treatment doesn't do justice to how we were treated by all team members at the Castletroy Park. Whether with Nicola via email, or Bart in the hotel in person, I am struggling to remember all the names of those who are due credit. With all of our requests for the special day, the word "no" was not in their vocabulary, and having working in hotels and restaurants myself for 10 years, this willingness to cater for each whim we had was something very special for my bride and I. While at first glance the packages offered are more expensive than other venues we looked at, they are vastly more inclusive of little extras which other places charge through the nose for. Bottomless Prosecco reception for guests, finger food in the night time, silver-service for top table, Limerick ham being carved in the lobby by a chef for guests arrival - the list goes on and on. Special mention to Kevin who was ever-present though not intrusive, and available to help out with anything. If you are thinking of staying here or having a function, I recommend just go to meet them once, see the place laid out for a wedding, and you'll be blown away. Absolutely stellar team from management to servers, bartenders and receptionists. Man of the Match award from us goes to Eddie - to have someone nearby on such a stressful day with such a calm and pleasant demeanor was a blessing. We were so so happy with how things were.

Amazing, amazing hotel..exceeded beyond our expectations. The food, the staff, the decor was just fab. I would not have changed anything. Every staff member made sure every person was ok. Margaret, Melissa, and Eddie were just amazing on the day. I can't thank them enough for what they did. Everything ran so smoothly, they organised everything for me. If I had any queries, Margaret would respond back in ten minutes. Anything we asked for was no hassle, we had dinner a few days before our wedding, Margaret personalised the menu. It's the small details that were just unbelievable, they were extremely easy to deal with. We first met Melissa at our menu tasting, she made us feel at ease, she is the most nicest girl. We had the pleasure of having Melissa on our wedding day and she made sure everyone was enjoying themselves. She even helped out the photographer and videographer on the day. Eddie was there on the night, he made sure all food was served to top spec. All my guests on the night were commenting how unbelievable the food was, there wasn't enough room for all the food they served. Castletroy Park really know how to put on a show.. top class hotel.

Our wedding was a dream come true ... We had the ceremony outside and the weather was amazing, the staff, the rooms the whole experience was just out of this world. The wedding coordinator, they were just unreal, they couldn't do enough for you and they made sure we were happy with everything for our big day. From the time we were deciding where to have it and the best deal to our special day was the best expense of my life xx What an amazing Hotel and Staff, couldn't thank ye all enough for what ye did for us xx If someone asked would you have changed anything, I would honestly say NO I wouldn't have changed a thing xx

From the minute we met Nicola, we booked the hotel. We had booked a civil ceremony and the hotel decorated this room just amazing, from the lighting to the flower decor. Leading up to the wedding we met Nicola, Margaret and then closer to the wedding we met Eddie after our meal tasting and the food was excellent. On the wedding day, Eddie and his team went above and beyond for myself and Mark, we could not fault one thing. From after the ceremony to the meal, everything went so smooth. Our guests complimented the food and service to us after the day and we were delighted to hear that everyone loved the day as much as we did.

We could not praise Castletroy Park and the staff highly enough, from first booking our date until 'thee day', every vision was taking on board and delivered on the day. Our day was everything we imagined it to be and a lot of that was down to having the best hotel service, the food was outstanding. Our guests had a great time and couldn't fault a single thing.

Nicola took all our thoughts and wishes and converted them into reality, Eddie couldn't have done any more for us - he was so professional and approachable and ensured all details were perfect on our special day. I have no words to describe the Castletroy Park Hotel. As for your wedding team, ye are outstanding in each and every way. A special mention to Edward and Shannon, ye couldn't of done enough for us throughout the whole day from start to finish. Ye looked after Jonathan and I in a way I'll never forget, also all the staff to reception, waiters, bar staff, and absolutely everyone, thank you. We're still hearing about how well everything was.
