What can I say, from the first interaction with the Castletroy park hotel to our departing the day after the wedding was nothing but 5 star treatment from the staff. Nicola, our main contact was the most helpful kind and very professional manager I have ever came across. Our whole time planning our wedding was so seamless and she did everything to make our time planning so effortless. Every query, question and ask of us was catered too no matter how big or small. She is by far the best at what she does and so professional with how she deals with everything. On our build up to the wedding we also dealt with a lovely gentleman called Vincent, Vincent was by far the most attentive considerate and was so on the ball with absolutely everything that needed to be done. He was the main point of call on our wedding day and I cannot fault him in anyway , he listened to everything I requested and made sure it all ran as I asked. He could not have did a better job if he tried. On the day he was there for every beck and call, anything I requested or needed Vincent had it under control. Our day was so seamless no stress and not one hiccup. It ran like a fine oiled train. Every member of staff along with Nicola and Vincent were so so attentive and so pleasant to deal with, all our guest still talk about how nice the staff were and how they treated everyone so kindly and how unbelievable the food was. The Castletroy park hotel has such a good reputation for a reason, I would recommend them highly, I would give them more than 5 stars if I could you will not find better to cater your wedding day hands down. We got married on 6th December 2025 at Castletroy Park Hotel, from the very first day we went to a wedding showcase at the hotel to our wedding itself, the hotel was excellent to work with. Communication was easy and attention to detail was excellent, all the staff were so friendly and attentive. They made our dreams come true. We had our wedding ceremony at the hotel and it was just perfect, the room looked so pretty. All our guests were so happy with the hotel and they couldn’t praise the delicious food enough. Every staff member was so nice, they made us feel really relaxed and they made us feel so special. The hotel made everything so easy, we didn’t have to worry about a thing, if we had any questions they were very quick to answer and it really was a pleasure from start to finish. We felt so calm on our wedding day because they looked after us so well . The food was outstanding. The bridal suite was beautiful.

From the moment we stepped into Castletroy Park hotel, so many things stood out compared to other venues we had visited. I'll begin with the staff. We dealt with Mags in Sales, who was so professional, a pleasure to speak to anytime we had to pick up the phone and a wealth of experience in her advice and she always had advice for us. Nothing ever felt too big of an ask, her approach is one of the best I have ever seen. The staff, Melissa and Amy, were all so passionate and made things effortless in the lead up to the wedding and on the day. They were so calm, wonderful with not just us but all the guests and in control of every aspect of the day. The chefs during the tasting and on the day who were serving food were so passionately driven, a credit to their titles. You could tell the care and love they put into their work. The floor staff, reception staff and bar staff, not to forget Kevin the concierge all couldn't do enough to excel on the day. The venue is so well kept, well run, spotless clean and endless photo and video backdrops around the picturesque grounds. The food and service on the day were what all guests (and I mean ALL) haven't stopped commenting on. The food was incredible. From presentation to portion size and quality, we were blown away. The service on the day was ran so well, the staff timings in serving food and being attentive to guests was a pleasure to watch our guests enjoy. We viewed three venues before stepping into Castletroy Park Hotel and so glad we did step in for a finish. From someone who worked in the industry myself for a long time, I didn't expect to be so blown away by the whole experience but I am. Credit to all the staff that make this venue the best on offer. Couldn’t fault the place – absolutely brilliant We honestly couldn’t recommend the Castletroy Park Hotel enough. From the very first meeting right through to the wedding day itself, everything was just so easy and well organised. The wedding team were unreal to deal with – so friendly, helpful and genuinely sound. Nothing was ever a hassle, and any question we had was sorted straight away, which took so much stress out of the whole thing. The hotel itself is gorgeous, and the ballroom on the day looked amazing. Our guests were looked after from the minute they arrived, and everything ran like clockwork without us ever having to worry about a thing. The food was top-class. We’re still hearing people say it was some of the best food they’ve had at a wedding – every course was spot on, and there was plenty of it too. We had our wedding here on Friday 29th, from start to finish it was the day of our dreams. from our initial meeting with Mags to meeting Eddie, everything was so planned to perfection. Nothing was too much trouble. This hotel probably does 100 weddings a year but Mags and Eddie make you feel like YOUR WEDDING is the only one that year. Some newly engaged guests were so impressed that they are now enquiring about getting married in this hotel instead of others nearby. We had a food critic on our guest list (a former head chef) and they were blown away by the quality of the food. All the accommodation staff we met in the corridor were polite and smiley.
