Everyone at the hotel made us feel like royalty. Food from chef David was amazing, amazing waitering service from Anna and Shane, the twins, Maggie and Josephine were a great crack, Sherna, Stephanie and Scott looked after everyone at the front desk and the three managers Trish, Mariam and Martina were amazing, all 3 went out of their way to make sure everything was there. We had the best wedding day we could've ever imagined at the Castle Oaks and we would highly recommend to anyone looking for somewhere to get married near Limerick to consider this hotel!

From the day we went in for our first meeting throughout, Martina, Trish and all the staff at the CastleOaks Hotel were amazing and extremely helpful. Any question i needed to ask, i could ask at anytime and it was answered. They elivated any stress and we really got to 4njoy the day without worry. They went above and beyond for us with the decor, food the wedding setting, every little detail about the day was perfect and would do it all over again the same way. Thank you all for making myself and Ricky with our 3 girls and family's special days memorable and amazing. We will be returning with futurr family events and regular outings. We recently celebrated our wedding at Castle Oaks Hotel, and we honestly could not have asked for a more wonderful venue or a better team to help make our day so special. From the very beginning, Castle Oaks exceeded our expectations. The venue itself is beautiful, elegant, and has such a warm and welcoming atmosphere. It provided the perfect setting for our wedding, with gorgeous surroundings, fantastic facilities, and plenty of lovely spaces for the reception. Our guests commented throughout the day on how beautiful the hotel was and how welcoming everyone was. A huge part of our wonderful experience was down to the incredible wedding team, especially Martina and Trish. They were absolutely fantastic from start to finish. Their professionalism, kindness, attention to detail, and genuine care made such a difference throughout the planning process. They were always approachable, reassuring, and happy to help with anything we needed. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and they went above and beyond to make sure everything was exactly as we had hoped. On the wedding day itself, Martina and Trish were exceptional. They kept everything running smoothly behind the scenes while allowing us to simply relax and enjoy every moment of our day. Their organisation and attention to detail meant that we never had to worry about anything. They anticipated what was needed, handled everything so calmly and professionally, and made us feel completely looked after. The food was fantastic, the service was excellent, and the entire day flowed beautifully. Our guests were incredibly complimentary about the meal, the staff, the venue, and breakfast and accomadation. It was clear that the whole team genuinely cared about making our wedding memorable. WOW! What a day. We honestly couldn’t have asked for anything more on our day. From the minute we met Martina, Trish and the team we were blown away by the kindness and willingness to make our day the most special. Everyone has mentioned to us how wonderful the staff here at the CastleOaks. The venue speaks for itself. Absolutely outstanding, breathtaking and amazing. We couldn’t have asked for a better location for our ceremony than the beautiful outside grounds of the hotel. The food…. I think everyone knew what to expect as I spoke about our food tasting for weeks, and when I tell you it was even better on the day, it was! I couldn’t believe it! When we think back on our day it is filled with the most special memories. We cannot thank everyone here enough. From the bottom of our hearts we will be forever grateful for choosing to spend our whole day here. It was PERFECT! We honestly want to do it all over again, I get so emotional thinking about it because we honestly just had the best day ever here! I cannot wait to come back for some food and we’ll definitely be back for our anniversary to celebrate with the best place and team we could have asked to share our day with.

We had the most amazing wedding at the Castle Oaks in April! Everything went so smoothly, from the moment we booked, the planning and the day itself (and the sun came out for the weekend to as an added bonus!). Martina and all the team are absolutely fantastic at what they do, nothing was too much, they made us and our guests feel at home. We didn't have to worry about a single thing on the day, everything was exactly how we had planned, and a last minute decision to move the ceremony outside was catered for without a bother. The food was delicious - we had a lot of vegetarians and coeliacs who were all looked after, including providing GF beer on request! The rooms were beautiful and spacious, and the whole hotel and grounds were gorgeous and provided plenty of great photo opportunities. Thank you for making it such a memorable day for us. Castle Oaks was the most wonderful venue we could have asked for. The minute we saw it online we knew we had to go to view it. It was the only venue we went to view as we knew after being there a short time that it was the place we wanted to get married. From the first visit right up until the wedding day, the staff were absolutely incredible. Martina and Trish were so accommodating and helpful throughout the whole process. We made a few visits between booking and the wedding, and each visit was wonderful. The food is fantastic, the rooms are so comfortable and the grounds are absolutely beautiful. The prices of the wedding packages are unbeatable and you get so much. All of the staff are so friendly and welcoming. I cannot thank Martina and the gang enough for making our day so perfect.

We had our wedding at Castle Oaks House Hotel and couldn’t have asked for a better venue. Trish and her team made the entire day run so smoothly and were incredibly accommodating from start to finish. Their calm professionalism meant we could truly relax and enjoy every moment. We’re still being told by our guests how lovely the food was, which says a lot about the quality and care the team put into the day. Castle Oaks is a fantastic venue if you’re looking for a relaxed, fun wedding atmosphere while still feeling really well looked after. We’d highly recommend it to any couple planning their special day.

We got married on the 27th of December at The Castle Oaks House Hotel and we couldn't recommend it more. From our initial meetings with Martina, she was so helpful, putting us at ease and very accommodating with her time. Everything about the day itself went to plan. So many of our guests commented on the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. The food was top class and people are still raving about Supermacs as the late night snack, it was a huge hit. The hotel was decorated beautifully for Christmas and the staff engaged very well with our florist to ensure the venue looked incredible. We had 275 guests but the venue was comfortably able to take such a big number. A huge thank you to all the team at the Castle Oaks. We will definitely be visiting again.

From our very first meeting with Martina in the Castle Oaks House Hotel, to the last minute of our wedding day, everything was relaxed and calm. It was a really sunny day, so we had the option to get married in the new marquee outside, and it was absolutely stunning! The gardens are gorgeous. The reception food was absolutely delicious, from the starter to dessert, I can't describe how good it was. (The options are numerous, and I truly believe that there is something for every palate.) We couldn’t have asked for a better place to celebrate our wedding, and we are beyond grateful for Martina and the amazing team at Castle Oaks House Hotel.

Our wedding at Castle Oaks House was perfect; gorgeous natural grounds with an Irish charm. The lush green gardens with the new canopy for our outdoor wedding ceremony set the most beautiful backdrop for our special day. The staff at Castle Oaks were also extremely attentive and catered to our every request. Our guests were also delighted with the service and hospitality shown by the staff, and everyone commented on how delicious the food was. Given how stressful a wedding can be (especially as we had to plan our wedding from abroad), our special day was in good hands from the moment we locked in Castle Oaks as our wedding venue to the moment we bid the grounds goodbye on the day after our wedding. We're looking forward to staying here again for a future anniversary, which is a testament to the wonderful experience we had.

We can't recommend the Castle Oaks enough! The venue was beautiful and every accommodation was made for us. My father was undergoing chemo at the time, and no matter where he was, someone always had a 0% beer ready for him! All of the staff were so friendly, caring and attentive, you are truly blessed with the team you have. Anna, in particular, was amazing, from our menu tasting to the day itself; she took such good care of us. To the duty manager, Martina and everyone at Castle Oaks, we are so grateful to you all for facilitating our special day!

I cannot put into words how amazing our day was. The Castle Oaks exceeded our expectations. Everything was stunning, the decor, the atmosphere and the staff could not do enough for us. Martina, the wedding coordinator, is an absolute gem, any questions we had, she was straight back to us and just an all-around lovely person. The meal was something else, and our guests are still talking about it. The grounds are fab and we had all our photos taken there, no need to go elsewhere. What an amazing experience myself and my husband had at the Castleoaks House Hotel. We got married on Friday 14th of March and could not have asked for better. Martina and the wedding are outstanding they are a credit to their work. Anything we asked for they made it possible. So quick at responding to phone calls and emails. The staff are unreal and so friendly, welcoming and helpful. The food was amazing our guests were thrilled and are still talking about it. The grounds of the hotel are absolutely fabulous beautiful for photos. We would highly recommend the Castleoaks House hotel for whatever the occasion.
