We could not recommend the Castle Oaks enough, they were truly fantastic. No questions were too big or too small. They really got on board with all the ideas we had. Martina was absolutely amazing on the run-up to the wedding with all of the organising and attention to detail. On the day, Trish & her team were just brilliant and really took great care of us & our guests. We had the most incredible day & we are so grateful to the team at the Castle Oaks for making it so special.

From our very first meeting with Martina in the Castle Oaks House Hotel, to the last minute of our wedding day, everything was relaxed and calm. It was a really sunny day, so we had the option to get married in the new marquee outside, and it was absolutely stunning! The gardens are gorgeous. The reception food was absolutely delicious, from the starter to dessert, I can't describe how good it was. (The options are numerous, and I truly believe that there is something for every palate.) We couldn’t have asked for a better place to celebrate our wedding, and we are beyond grateful for Martina and the amazing team at Castle Oaks House Hotel.

Our wedding at Castle Oaks House was perfect; gorgeous natural grounds with an Irish charm. The lush green gardens with the new canopy for our outdoor wedding ceremony set the most beautiful backdrop for our special day. The staff at Castle Oaks were also extremely attentive and catered to our every request. Our guests were also delighted with the service and hospitality shown by the staff, and everyone commented on how delicious the food was. Given how stressful a wedding can be (especially as we had to plan our wedding from abroad), our special day was in good hands from the moment we locked in Castle Oaks as our wedding venue to the moment we bid the grounds goodbye on the day after our wedding. We're looking forward to staying here again for a future anniversary, which is a testament to the wonderful experience we had.

We can't recommend the Castle Oaks enough! The venue was beautiful and every accommodation was made for us. My father was undergoing chemo at the time, and no matter where he was, someone always had a 0% beer ready for him! All of the staff were so friendly, caring and attentive, you are truly blessed with the team you have. Anna, in particular, was amazing, from our menu tasting to the day itself; she took such good care of us. To the duty manager, Martina and everyone at Castle Oaks, we are so grateful to you all for facilitating our special day!

I cannot put into words how amazing our day was. The Castle Oaks exceeded our expectations. Everything was stunning, the decor, the atmosphere and the staff could not do enough for us. Martina, the wedding coordinator, is an absolute gem, any questions we had, she was straight back to us and just an all-around lovely person. The meal was something else, and our guests are still talking about it. The grounds are fab and we had all our photos taken there, no need to go elsewhere. There is not one fault, it’s just perfect there. We can’t wait to go back to stay for a few nights! Huge thank you to all the staff who made our day so perfect!

What an amazing experience myself and my husband had at the Castleoaks House Hotel. We got married on Friday 14th of March and could not have asked for better. Martina and the wedding are outstanding they are a credit to their work. Anything we asked for they made it possible. So quick at responding to phone calls and emails. The staff are unreal and so friendly, welcoming and helpful. The food was amazing our guests were thrilled and are still talking about it. The grounds of the hotel are absolutely fabulous beautiful for photos. We would highly recommend the Castleoaks House hotel for whatever the occasion. Where to start...I guess with my very first phone call to the hotel. I had the pleasure of speaking with Martina and that was it, without even meeting Martina or visiting the hotel, I knew this was the exact place to have our wonderful celebration. Shortly after that Mike and I visited the venue and from the moment we stepped inside the door it was just perfect. We met Martina (Wedding coordinator), then Mariam (Accommodation coordinator). The lovely staff at Reception, the lovely staff in the restaurant, the lovely staff at the bar. One person after another is as lovely as the last person. Martina and Mariam had their work cut out to manage this 64 year old bride who really didn't know what was needed or suitable and from start to finish, they had all the right suggestions and very soon both Mike and I felt totally at ease that our wedding celebration was going to the very best day and it was. Oh my goodness, from the moment we arrived, it was pure magic. The ballroom looked amazing, such a beautiful place to have this wonderful day. The room itself is so pretty, stain glass windows, lighting, seating , everything perfect. The waiting staff under the professional, gentle guidance of Trish, were superb. The attention to detail brought tears to our eyes (happy ones). The food was the best you could possibly ask for, delicious from starter to dessert. The service at the tables was prompt enough but not rushed (with a little surprise). You'll have to have your wedding there to experience this surprise! If you are thinking about where you would like to have your special day, look no further than the Castle Oaks House Hotel. The guests who attended the wedding and especially those who stayed over 1, 2 and some 3 nights were mighty impressed and I certainly hope that they take the time to write a review. Castle Oaks House Hotel helped us have the most amazing wedding day! From the very beginning, once we had met and decided to have our reception there, Martina and Theresa were so accommodating and helpful. The package included so many wonderful extras. Even before the day, the food tasting and any time we had stayed, the venue and staff were so amazing! During every visit, all members of staff were always ready to help and guide us. Arriving on the wedding day, Theresa was there immediately for us with the red carpet and a welcoming drink. The canapés and drinks reception was so comfortable and welcoming to all guests, putting everyone in great form. The venue was beautifully decorated for Christmas and they even organised for us to go in to see Santa at the last minute. The dinner was delicious, with the waiting staff and Trish really ensuring every guest was catered for. The evening went so well, the late-night food was so amazing with guests flocking for it! On the wedding day, every guest had a great time from the start of the day right through the night, as did we. We couldn't have asked for any more or better and we have the most amazing memories from the day because of the team at Castle Oaks House Hotel. On day two, we were all welcomed by Alex and the team who did a great job, providing for us even when last-minute requests had to be added, working with us with complete patience and a smile. So many people have said they really enjoyed the venue and have been so impressed with it. We really loved it. We were given the perfect day and would love to relive the day at Castle Oaks House Hotel again.

From start to finish, Castle Oaks House Hotel could not have been more helpful. Since the day we booked our wedding, Martina was always so quick to get back to us regarding anything or if we wanted to go in and meet her she always accommodated us straight away. From start to finish the whole wedding planning was seamless, there was always great communication and Martina couldn’t have done more for us on our special day. The whole day was so smooth and everyone had a ball. The staff was amazing, helpful, and friendly. We were so glad we picked Castle Oaks for our special day we wouldn’t have changed a thing .

We never felt any pressure and Martina was always willing to listen to our ideas and work with us to pull off the feeling we wanted on the day. The day itself was lovely and we got the exact vibe we wanted, relaxed and fun. We had loads of compliments on the venue and I think my favourite part was how private it felt, the moonlight walk to the Shannon through the trees was an absolute bonus too. Over all a great experience and we're very grateful to all the staff that helped make the day exactly what we hoped for.

From our first visit to Castle Oaks to view the hotel and the warm welcome we received we knew this was the venue we would choose. Martina the wedding coordinator was just fantastic, always available to answer questions and very accommodating to us and she made everything we talked about come to life. Enough good things can't be said about the staff, they are simply amazing. Every time we went out to visit the hotel we were met with a cup of tea and someone was always on hand to offer our little boy some pictures to colour to keep him entertained. They couldn't have done any more for us. We will be forever grateful to everyone at Castle Oaks for giving us the most memorable day of our lives.

We had our ceremony and reception in Castle Oaks. Every detail was perfect on the day and Theresa and her team made everything very easy for us. We were both able to get ready at the hotel, even though there was a wedding the previous day. We used the hotel's own decor for the ceremony and reception which was really beautiful. The food was excellent and in plentiful supply. We also did our photos on site with the hotel grounds providing a spectacular backdrop. We couldn't recommend Castle Oaks more for a wedding. 5 stars!

From the moment we walked in the door on the day of a wedding showcase, we knew we had found the perfect place to celebrate our wedding, even without looking around or meeting staff. The atmosphere upon entry is so comforting it’s like coming home. Throughout the planning process and even on the big day all questions and queries were answered swiftly and no ask was too big. Martina, Theresa and the rest of the staff made our day so special I wish I could do it all over again and would not change a thing. The food was out of this world, the staff so helpful and polite made every one of our guests feel so welcome and at home that we were getting compliments for weeks following the wedding “as the best wedding they had been to in years”.
