It's been just over a week since our wedding and we are still on a high from how beautiful our day was – with so much thanks to everyone at the Culloden. We got married in church and were looking for a reception venue. We met with Michelle, the Senior Event Manager, and she was so helpful in discussing our ideas and showing us different rooms that could be suitable. We were blown away by how stunning the hotel is, including the grounds and facilities. We knew straight away we wanted our celebration there. Throughout the months of planning, Michelle was supportive, nothing was too much trouble, and she was a pleasure to work with. I stayed over at the hotel the night before, and the night of, our wedding (the Blackwood suite is incredible!) and from the very moment I checked in, I was treated like royalty. I was surprised – but delighted- that every single member of staff I came across seemed to know who I was and that I was getting married. Jonathan, the Head Concierge, is a true gentleman and he and his team could not do enough for me. On the day of our wedding, staff came to wave me off to the church and to wish me luck. When our guests arrived at the hotel, everything went so smoothly thanks to Aaron, the Function Manager, and his team. It seemed like every member of staff in the hotel was celebrating our marriage and I could not have felt more valued and cared for. We had a number of vegan guests and the chef created the most delicious menu. All of the food was incredible, my guests raved about it and there was plenty of it. After dinner we went to the Cultra Inn who reserved a dedicated area for us and provided food later in the evening – again, all arranged by Michelle. Our overall experience of choosing the Culloden for our wedding celebration was pure luxury and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it as a wedding venue. We had a wonderful day at The Culloden, with great support from all the staff who helped us, both before and on the day. The organisation was just perfect, from Michelle in the Events Office from a year in advance to Aaron managing everything on the day and Saskia providing great service behind the bar. Other members of the team did a great job too, we can't thank everyone enough. We had our wedding in the Hollywood Suite, using both the bar/lounge and the main room, which worked really well as we alternated between the two while the main room changed from the ceremony room to the dining room to the evening entertainment venue. We also took some great photos out on the balcony/patio, enjoying some fabulous February sunshine. The Culloden looked fabulous. We got married on the 23rd of December 2024 and had our reception in the Stuart Suite at the Culloden Hotel and we loved every minute of it. From our first visit to view The Culloden we knew it was the perfect setting for our wedding. The staff were attentive to us from the moment we chose to have our wedding reception here and Michelle went above and beyond to make sure any questions we had were answered, personally meeting us on a few occasions as well as inviting us to their wedding showcase. We also had a fantastic evening sampling the wedding menu to choose our meal for the Wedding Day, where we were spoilt for choice options. We felt very at ease leaving our wedding day in the hands of The Culloden's very professional wedding coordinators. Upon arriving at the hotel, the standard of service was phenomenal. Mo was there for every question and query we had on the day and we felt like the highest priority for him - he did a fantastic job as our Master of Ceremonies and accommodating anything we asked for. The timeline of the day ran smoothly with no hiccups. From the call to dinner to the evening buffet, both of which were 5-star, we were relaxed and knew the staff were well organised and would have everything ready for us. The decor was beautiful, we loved the setting of the Culloden, especially at Christmas time and the room was absolutely stunning. We loved everything about our day and are so thankful to everyone at The Culloden for playing a part in our Happily Ever After and would highly recommend this Hotel as a wedding venue.

From ring to wed’ding’ the Culloden were fantastic. The organisers were super helpful and friendly, always willing and able to answer our questions. The grounds and venue lend themselves to a stunning day. The wedding itself was supervised seamlessly. There were no hiccups and everything ran smoothly. We enjoyed the opportunity to step out of the busyness and bathe in the glorious views. The bridal suite was the perfect end to the perfect day. Would go back in a heartbeat!

We cannot recommend the Culloden enough as a wedding venue! We had viewed several and had hangups with all of them. We finally visited the Culloden and met with Michelle and it was a dream! Michelle was so helpful throughout the wedding planning and put our minds at ease, accommodating our every want including llamas on site for guests and our big pup bringing our rings down the aisle!

My wife and I had an amazing experience at the Culloden for our wedding. We were both well attended to both on the wedding day and during the months of preparation beforehand. Chloe went above and beyond in meeting our needs and requests. She put minds at ease with any concerns and questions we had. There was a lot of communication regarding major and minor details which was certainly appreciated by my wife. We were greeted by the hotel manager on arrival at our reception who ensured we got drinks and food. The reception ran seamlessly and feedback from guests was very positive. Mo was very attentive to our needs and made sure all our guests had a pleasant day. The food and service were exceptional and very enjoyable from start to finish. Michelle and the team at the Culloden ensured that we had the most spectacular day at our wedding! We always knew the Culloden was the perfect place for our wedding after having fallen in love with the hotel on previous stays. We had the most amazing wedding reception at the Culloden. I can’t praise the team highly enough. Their attention to detail was superb. They went above and beyond the call of duty to ensure our wedding was memorable for all of the right reasons. All of our guests commented on how beautiful the food was and how attentive the staff were. I would highly recommend having a wedding at the Culloden. Our experience was exceptional. The staff throughout the hotel were friendly, welcoming and incredibly helpful. I would do it all again in a heartbeat!

A dream come true! We went to view the Culloden in March 2022, the first and only hotel we needed to look at. Michelle was welcoming, accomodating and kind. From this day on, Michelle was available, answering any questions and making sure that we had the day of our dreams. Being a 5* hotel, we got the 5* treatment. Michelle and the team at the Culloden could not have done anything more and if we could do it all again - we wouldn't change a thing. We had the most wonderful day, and our guests still talk about how delicious the food was, and how lovely all the service staff were. We had our wedding at the Culloden Estate and Spa hotel on 27/5/23. During the build up to the wedding, Ainsleigh our events manager, was on hand for any worry or query. She went above and beyond to help make our day run smoothly but also helped add those special touches to make our wedding our own. I was so impressed by her speedy email replies and anytime we met up with her, her enthusiasm and passion for her job was contagious. She made every aspect of planning enjoyable. The grounds at the Culloden are so beautiful and our guests were able to enjoy our drinks reception on the terrace and take a walk around the gardens. We had our string quartet play out of the terrace, the scenery is stunning! Our reception was then in the Stuart suite which has the most incredible views from their floor to ceiling windows behind the top table. The food and service was flawless, Josh our master of ceremonies ensured our guests were taken care of and the speeches went as planned. The following day, we enjoyed a beautiful buffet breakfast followed by relaxation in the spa, with massage treatments, which was perfect after a busy day and build up. This left us ready to enjoy drinks and dinner with family and friends at the Cultra Inn. We couldn’t recommend the Culloden Estate and Spa enough.

Our wedding in the Culloden Estate was nothing short of a dream come true. From the first moment we arrived for our first meeting until the last moment when I was dragged off the dance floor after having one too many, our day, thanks to each and every staff member that took part, was perfect. That is coming from a self certified perfectionist who will find issue with anything. The setting speaks for itself and is nothing short of breathtaking. Nestled among lush gardens and overlooking Belfast Loch to the town where I grew up, made the magic all the more real. Without using a cliche (but in actual fact using a cliche), it was like something from a fairytale. If the venue was something from a fairytale then each and every staff member we spoke to, dealt with, went to with an issue was in their very own way a fairy godmother/father/person. I have genuinely never experienced service like it. Right from the housekeeping staff, all the way to our event manager the perfect, delightful, fun, helpful and infectiously happy Ainsleigh Baxter. What surprised me most in the lead up to the wedding, Ainsleigh and then on the day of the wedding, all of the other staff, seemed to anticipate our needs before we even realised what they were and each and ever one of them executed our day FLAWLESSLY. Their warmth and their attentivness added to what was already a magical day and neither myself nor my husband can ever really thank the team and Ainsleigh enough. There are genuinely no words that I can possible write that will do justice to what Ainsleigh did for us. She took the time to know us, our vision and our story. Each and every time she made us feel like we were the only two in the world that mattered. Her warmth, laugh and happiness is infectious and if ever there was someone in the perfect job for who/what they are, it is Ainsleigh Baxter. Thanks to her (and all of the other staff), our wedding was the most magical and perfect day we will never forget.

What can I say? Simply the most magical, wonderful day was had by everyone. From the very beginning of planning our wedding to the day itself, the attention to detail was second to none and the service simply outstanding. We can’t thank the team (in particular Ainsleigh and Aaron) enough. Nothing was too much trouble and the whole process was so easy from start to finish. Our guests were simply blown away by the food and the surroundings and we both felt so special on what was the most important day of our lives. Thank you to you all! Well where do I start. Two years go we decided to make the move and get married after a long 7 year engagement. The Culloden was the first and last venue we viewed, where we were greeted by Ainsleigh Baxter who was an absolute delight and who explained every detail we needed to know about booking our wedding. I think we spent a good hour looking around and that was our minds set, we were booking The Culloden! We paid the deposit that night and then had a beautiful meal in the restaurant. For two years, I had Ainsleigh at my beck and call with the amount of stress and maybe a bit of aniexty of planning a wedding and there was nothing to big or small that she didn't help us with. Fast forward to the wedding day and Ainsleigh made sure she was working that day to see me off. I honestly can't put into words how amazing our day was, the staff were amazing and made sure to look after us from the moment we got there until we left. After several tries, we finally got the wedding reception we had dreamed of. Thanks to COVID 19,we had a few attempts, and over each disappointment Jenny and Michelle took care to guide us through the next steps. They were attentive and understanding and very patient. Not to mention the opulence of the hotel itself and the beautiful grounds. Barry looked after us on The Big Day and from start to finish he was fantastic. We were confident in his management of our day's events and he was very approachable and happy to help, going out of his way more than once to help with any random requests. From the first to the final contact with Michelle, our experience of The Culloden has been nothing but positive. Every staff member was friendly and professional and together provided us with a truly memorable day. The quality of professionalism in the setting, service and product both in the run up to and on the day itself was outstanding. Amazing is the only word I have for our day! The team at Culloden made everything so easy and effortless, nothing was a hassle or too much to ask.
