Cannot thank Krystyna, and the team at The Talbot for helping make our day so incredible and memorable. Anything we wanted or needed was done; including our 2 dogs being part of the ceremony, and our wish to have both the hog roast AND theBBQ for our wedding breakfast! I would 100% recommend this place, and wish we could do it all over again!

When my husband and I made a list of venues to visit, The Talbot was at the top and after our first walk through the courtyard, we both knew this was the only place we wanted to get married! Luckily for us, it ticked all our other boxes too;- style, location, budget, exclusive use, accommodation for guests, amazing food and incredible staff. We had such a fantastic wedding day at The Talbot, we wanted to do it all again! The whole day just flew by. Being a bit of a control freak it was very hard to let go of the reins on the day and trust that everything would run smoothly, but because of the amazing Krystyna and her team, that is exactly what I did! I didn’t have one stressful moment because she was there every step of the way making sure it all ran like clockwork. Krystyna was wonderful to work with and instilled such faith and confidence throughout the planning. We felt so supported and that our wedding was as important to The Talbot as it was to us. All our guests raved about the venue, staff service and food. A special mention to Nicholas as well. He helped me with my dress as I was walking across the courtyard to the ceremony and was wonderful at calming the wedding party’s nerves before walking down the aisle. From start to finish it was a magical day at a wonderful venue. Thank you.

Krystyna the wedding coordinator and the team at the Talbot were amazing from day one. As soon as we saw the venue and met her we knew this is where we wanted to get married, all the way through the planning process she helped with suppliers and organisation and even when covid laws meant we had to shrink our day, Krystyna was always at the end of the phone to answer our questions and made sure everything was perfect and we all had a good day!

The Talbot, and more importantly Krystyna, were amazing to work with. From our very first meeting with Krystyna, she was incredibly understanding and helpful and ensured we could have exactly the wedding that we wanted. And then COVID happened... But still, throughout the entire lockdown, Krystyna provided regular updates on the situation and how The Talbot were making changes in order to be compliant. We were adamant that our wedding date and getting married was the most important thing, so Krystyna helped us to adjust our plans for the day to ensure we could still go ahead. We ended up just having the ceremony at The Talbot and again, we were given amazing support to ensure that - although different - our day still went off without a hitch! In short, they went above and beyond to help us salvage our day and make sure it was the best it could possibly be. Although we have no intention of getting married again - when we next have a big celebration, and indeed if we decide to redo our reception next year, we will keep The Talbot in mind - it's a beautiful venue with a wonderful and supportive team. Thank you so much for making our dream day a reality - even within these strange times!

We recently got married at the Talbot and had the most amazing day. From initially meeting Krystyna we knew we would be looked after, her professionalism, organisational skill and attention to detail made us feel really at ease throughout the planning. The venue itself is beautiful and they recommended some fantastic suppliers for decorating, flowers and DJ. We had a number of family travelling to our wedding and Krystyna kindly organised us to have a rehearsal dinner the night before. Throughout our stay all of the staff were really attentive and could not have done more. Thank you for helping make our day so special!

I can’t recommend the Talbot more highly. Everything about our day was magical, the superb organisation by Krystyna ahead of the day, the attention to detail of the team on the day - no request was too big, the food was delicious, the suppliers who work with the team, and the venue itself received so many amazing comments from our guests. We have so many special memories of our day, we would do it all again in a heartbeat. A wedding at The Talbot will not disappoint!

We had an amazing wedding day at the Talbot, Krystyna is so helpful, and she liaised with other suppliers (vintage ice cream trike) on our behalf. She made the organisation of our wedding day so simple and easy, no question was a silly one and no request was too much. The menu tasting was a great evening out - so much food! and the honeymoon suite is a classic, just beautiful. The courtyard in the evening with the twinkling lights is so pretty and the rose garden is a beautiful backdrop to our family photo shots. We couldn't of had a more perfect day!

We got married at the Talbot on the 9th November and our wedding was perfect. From the beginning we were confident it would run smoothly and Krystyna was great with helping us make sure everything we needed for the day was sorted. The staff on the day were great and kept everything running smoothly. All of our guests commented on how beautiful the venue look and how great the food was. I would recommend this venue to any engaged couples.

We had the most relaxed and lovely wedding day at the Talbot. The preparation and planning was made easy by Krystyna, no question was too silly! The actual day was run very smoothly by Francesco and the staff were very professional and friendly. The food was amazing, even when catering for 80 adults and children in the day, and 50 more in the evening. Guests loved the setting and the buildings. The venue allowed for flexibility in outdoor, indoor, quiet and noisy spaces. Great value for money also!

The team at the Talbot should be very proud of themselves - The venue is perfect for an intimate wedding with up to 60 guests. From the day we first visited the venue up to our wonderful wedding day the staff were attentive and very professional. They all made every possible effort to ensure we had a perfect wedding. I honestly can’t thank you and the team enough for all the effort and arrangements for our wedding day. It was truly the most perfect and magical day. We couldn’t have wished or asked for anything more. Arvind was fantastic, so helpful and efficient with any requests we had throughout the day. He was always there in the background so we never had to go looking for him. Also, I have to make a special comment for Connor. He was also fantastic and definitely deserves recognition for his hard work along with Arvind - a big gold star ⭐️ or what ever you may do to recognise it for them! All of our guests loved the Talbot and thought it was a beautiful venue. There is honestly not one thing I would have changed. Your team are amazing and it’s all thanks to you for organising it all so well with such attention to detail. Thank you sooo much! Dean was a massive hit with everyone! The decorations team were just fabulous - both rooms looked absolutely stunning. Jody our photographer was brilliant and we were so happy we chose her. Our DJ was spot on and we loved dancing the night away! It was a very hot hot day but we all sucked it up and sweated it out. God knows how I kept going from 4am Sunday morning until 1am Monday morning but I loved every single second and would do anything to re live it all. Louise has already said to us - “can we do it again one day .... maybe you can re-new your vows sometime”. Thank you from both of us for all your hard work!

Everything we wanted and then some Our host for our special day was brilliant he made sure everything was perfect and all our guests were well catered for. We live in the U.S. and traveled to England to have our wedding with our family and we couldn’t have been more happy or amazed at how our whole experience turned out at the Talbot! From the very beginning, Krystyna was super helpful, very responsive and informative about everything we needed answered and done! I can’t believe how easy it was planning a wedding in a whole other country was because of Krystyna and her team. We stayed at the Talbot Inn the night before and night of the wedding and everyone was raving about how adorable the whole place was and how friendly the staff were, and they were so right! From the moment we arrived and were greeted by Krystyna and our host Arvind, our experience was already better than we expected. Our rehearsal dinner that we thought would be more casual turned into a whole event thanks to Arvind and his amazing staff for their amazing planning! Our wedding was magical, and everything went perfectly to plan. The venue was gorgeous, the food was delicious, the dessert was even more delicious and our whole day was as perfect as could be. Even more so than we planned. We are pretty much saying thank you to Talbot Inn and their amazing people for making our wedding truly one of the most special days of our lives. We can’t wait to go back and visit!

The team at The Talbot are absolutely amazing! From the very first visit until the big day, Krystyna and her team were always there to help and support us with planning our perfect wedding and happy to answer all my random questions! The day itself went so smoothly thanks to all of their planning and organising and the food was absolutely fabulous! The bridal suite was stunning and spacious for me and my four bridesmaids to get ready in and spent a very comfortable night in the beautiful four-poster bed. I also had friends and family staying in the hotel and it was a lovely experience to have another great meal in the morning with all of our closest friends and family. Both days they catered to all sorts of dietary requirements (Me and Mum are Ceoliac and about half our friends are Vegetarian or Vegan) and they were always checking that everyone was happy and had enough food and drinks. Overall, the best day of my life- no regrets and cannot wait to come back and spend our anniversary here next year!

⭐️Over the moon with The Talbot!!⭐️ We had our wedding here on Easter Saturday and it was genuinely the happiest weekend of our lives! We can not fault a thing. First off Krystyna was such a pleasure helping us organise over the last year. Nothing was too much trouble and she said yes to everything I asked for, I swear that was all I heard her say ‘No problem!’ The venue was literally perfect, heaps of our guests got rooms both on the wedding night and on the wedding eve, the rooms were lovely, the staff are adorable, food was delicious, everything looked and felt wonderful! Francesco took care of us on our big day and he couldn’t have been more helpful and was real fun to be around too. Bar staff were lovely, the hotel reception staff were fab and Lea was pricelessly funny too! I hope not forgetting anything. I think it’s obvious that I really can’t praise this place enough. So many guests have commented on how brilliant it was. Thank you so much for helping us create such wonderful memories.

We found The Talbot the perfect size to seat 67 at the Wedding Breakfast and for a total of 100 guests in the evening (although I do believe they can accommodate more). Krystyna was extremely helpful from start to finish and we were immediately put at ease by her expertise. We'd set our date last October and our April wedding could be accommodated. We met with Krystyna 3 or 4 times; nothing was too much trouble for her and we put our complete confidence in her. Their checklists, to finalise details, are extremely good and were also an aide-memoire to ourselves. When the day arrived, everything was perfect! We arrived after our church ceremony (but one can have ceremonies there), and received our guests in the lovely Garden Room where delicious canapes were served with the arrival beverages. There was ample time for photos in the garden prior to being seated for the Wedding Breakfast - the food was absolutely delicious and we would certainly recommend booking a Taster Evening - this was a huge factor and, we actually found it very helpful to take my two adult sons so that there was more of an informed choice and it was actually an evening of fun too! We decided on different wines for the actual day and this was easily accommodated. The waiting staff were swift and professional and the quality of food on the day was equally as good as our Taster Session. What we found most beneficial was having the accommodation in the same location; this made such a difference to the guests who'd travelled further to be able to check in and settle without the worry of driving back later that evening. As said, a perfect day from start to finish! Thank you to everyone at The Talbot, we would highly recommend them!

After a couple of initial bouts of miscommunication in the early wedding prep, we have to say that we had a wonderful wedding day at The Talbot. Russell was an absolute gem on the day - nothing was a problem or issue at all. He knew his job inside out and went out of his way to make sure that we and our guests had everything that was needed, and were where we needed to be. He even brought me a bucket of ice for my feet as my wedding shoes were aching on a particularly hot day, and put aside a plate of dinner for my toddler that didn't want to eat. The venue was decorated perfectly by Ether Events , and the staff were happy and helpful. It was a little frustrating having a sound limiter on the dancefloor, and not being able to open the door to get the room cool in the heat. But the gorgeous, lit courtyard was a beautiful alternative, and another way to mingle with our guests in the evening. We are so grateful for all the help received from Russell and Krystyna, and highly recommend the venue.

We had the most amazing day Saturday, we want to do it all over again! The team were great and Russell was absolutely amazing, I can not thank him enough he really went out of his way and then some and made us all giggle about Michael! It will be something to remember. All my family said how fantastic he was and how attentive he was. I have to say I felt very special, I didn't have to worry about anything either which was great. After forgetting things on Friday and suddenly realizing I didn't bring the bridesmaid dresses!! And my father in law being late, Russell was great and made sure I didnt worry about anything and we had fun trying to build a fort which we then left to the big kids in my family to deal with. So a huge thank you to all of you for everything and making our day one of the best days of our lives.
