We had our wedding here on the 4th November 2023. It couldn’t possibly have gone any better if we had paid double the price! The venue is absolutely beautiful, the staff are amazing and the venue dressers put 100% into everything they do! Highly recommend if you are looking for a wedding venue in the north west, I don't believe you’ll find better!

From the moment we booked the wedding, Sally the wedding coordinator couldn’t do enough to help us plan our special day. The night before, we all stayed over and used the spa facilities which are lovely and a nice chill before the big day. On the day, we had few little hiccups, not the hotel’s fault and straight away Sally handled it with no fuss making sure we didn’t worry or stress about anything, she had everything in control. After that, the day ran like clock work and was amazing, the staff especially Kennedy and Mark couldn’t do enough for us so a massive thank you to them. The food we chose for our wedding breakfast was gorgeous and we had so many guests comment that it was the best wedding meal they’ve ever had ! The venue was dressed absolutely gorgeous, the team at Joyous Moments did a stunning job, honestly I couldn’t believe how beautiful the room looked. We had the best day ever, it was like a dream and was only made possible by the amazing, hard working staff at this venue. We couldn’t recommend this venue enough to anyone looking at booking a wedding here, a massive thank you again.

Our wedding day was perfect. It was magical from start to finish and we are both still emotional from it all. We couldn’t have asked for it to be any better, it was everything we wanted and more. We were honestly so well looked after throughout the whole process. We stayed all weekend and were so well looked after, we had a meal on the Friday night with both families and they went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect. On our actual wedding day the whole team was incredible, the room looked beautiful and the food was perfect. We wanted a gluten free day and it tasted amazing and we’ve had so much positive feedback about it from our guests. Wish we could do it all again. Mr and Mrs Buckley

Well, what can I say about this hotel! Absolutely outstanding! We had 4 attempts at getting married during the covid pandemic, each time our date fell through it was heartbreaking but the Norton Grange could not do enough for us. The general manager Mr Arimilly and the wedding Co ordinator Jenny looked after us so well throughout our wedding journey and the staff at the hotel are all so lovely, personable and professional. We received the best service from start to finish and our wedding could not have run more smoothly. The day was made so special by their attention to detail and I have lost count how many times they went above and beyond to make our wedding experience so special. Totally professional with an amazing personal touch and we could not have imagined our day being any better. The hotel and staff helped make our wedding absolutely perfect. The wedding planner, Jenny, is fantastic and on top of everything. They were very accommodating to our requests ( we had 2 ceremonies, guests via Zoom, just an evening meal etc.) and really made the day just as we had pictured it. We were focused on the big things throughout wedding planning, but the details of the day were beautifully managed by Jenny and the hotel staff. The day of our wedding, Jenny was there every step of the way, and was first to lend a hand when any small issues arose. The detail and care of the staff was superb. And guests still talk about the food at our reception. The location is beautiful, and the staff were so helpful. The supplied decor team and DJ were also great. The full packages took away so much stress from our wedding planning. Even with changing COVID restrictions around the week of our wedding, the team was on top of everything. If you want a beautiful, reasonably priced venue, and the peace of mind knowing the wedding planner has everything under control, the Norton Grange Hotel is it! We absolutely loved our wedding and could focus on each other, the day, and our guests thanks to all the work done by Jenny and the staff. We can't thank Jenny enough!
