Our wedding at Luton Hoo was fantastic. The day ran smoothly and the service was excellent. I would like to thank Janet Large for her outstanding support, work and help throughout the whole process. We are delighted with how smoothly our wedding went at Luton Hoo! It was efficiently organised by Janet – who made us feel like all the details were in safe hands. Bobby ran the day smoothly. We loved the spaces offered to us by the hotel – a range of rooms across the day. And we really loved the room we stayed in for two nights. Chris (on the door) and Cornelius were great at making us feel well looked after during our stay once the wedding was over. I have nothing to fault. I would just like to extend my deepest gratitude to you, Anna and EVERY single staff member at the Luton Hoo. Everyone made every visit enjoyable, easy and memorable. Our wedding day was perfect despite the rain, not just for us but for all our guests too. We saw hotel staff enjoying the music, and the love in the room and everyone always had a pleasant smile and was extremely helpful. Janet, I would like to thank you for your warm, kind heart and how you have engaged with us from the start. We appreciate your professionalism as well as your warm caring personality. Everything was excellent, the staff were fantastic and helpful, the hotel is beautiful and we had a magical day, everyone of our guests thought that you all did an amazing job and we don't think we could have had a better wedding day experience anywhere else. Bobby made sure that everything was done on time and any suggestion of a problem was quickly fixed, he did a great job along with all the servers. The function room was perfect for the size of wedding we had and the table setting was just perfect, intimate and just formal enough for the occasion. Janet kept us informed all the way through and made sure that nothing was forgotten or overlooked, she did a five star job.

Everything on the day was absolutely beautiful and there is nothing that my husband and I would have changed. We would have done everything exactly how it was. All our guests were amazed with the beautiful mansion house and the gardens. I would like to highlight that these 3 people did a brilliant job making Shane and I feel that extra bit special from the wedding prep up until the wedding day – Janet Large, Robin Powell & Bobbie.

From the start, our experience with Luton Hoo was truly amazing!! Huge shout out to Janet for her planning and expertise and professionalism through out the whole of our planning. She’s a true gem. Another huge shout out to Bobby who we couldn’t fault in any single way! He excelled on the day and is an absolute asset to your team. He ensured we remained as calm and relaxed as possible throughout our whole day. Nothing was too much trouble and offered a helping hand where ever needed. He really made our day run with absolute ease, to the highest standard and ever so professional. What a gem!

The whole day exceeded our expectations. It was everything we had hoped for and more. Staff were very helpful throughout the whole planning process and on the day, and were always on hand when needed. Food was outstanding, with lots of compliments from our guests. The whole process was made so easy by Janet Large, and Bobby looked after us superbly on the day.

We and all our guests had the most amazing day and all your staff were out of this world in terms of the help and assistance they gave us, especially when I left the rings in the room and Ebony had to leg it down to get them!! Bobby was also great. We hope it’s not too much longer before we visit Luton Hoo again, it really is a special place.

Words cannot explain how thankful we are to the staff at Luton Hoo. It had always been a dream of ours to get married at Luton Hoo, yet we never thought it would be possible. However, with the fantastic packages you offer and the generosity of our parents, we were able to plan our dream wedding. The packages are excellent value for money. Compared to other venues, the price seems high but the amount you get for your money and the quality you get for your money is exceptional. The hotel is absolutely beautiful so you can instantly see what you're paying for. However, within our package, three mansion bedrooms were also included. I was incredibly lucky to stay the night prior and spend the morning getting ready with my bridesmaids in the Lady Zia suite. The room is exquisite and made the lead up to the ceremony even more special. My husband and I also stayed in this room - a perfect end to a perfect day. A toastmaster was also included in our package and this was a great addition. It allowed us to relax during the day, knowing that any direction would be given by Robin - who was lovely! This definitely took the stress away from a member of our bridal party. The wedding breakfast was amazing. The quality of the food was high, including the vegetarian options. A special mention has to go to the sorbet we chose - coconut and rum. It was truly a hit with our guests and particularly with me - I wanted to buy it by the tub! I was even given an extra one on the wedding day. The chefs were very accommodating as a few of our guests had specific dietary requirements. We also had the opportunity to come for a menu tasting previously which was the most enjoyable evening. Overall, we had the most perfect wedding day and we will cherish the memories forever. Luton Hoo will always hold a special place in our hearts and we cannot thank you enough for making our dreams come true.

We were captivated by the venue right from the beginning. The building is magnificent and has the right feel for a special occasion, with high ceilings, opulent furnishings and beautiful gardens. The staff involved in planning the day were excellent. Janet oversaw the arrangements and ensured that everything was thoroughly covered for the big day. We really appreciated her advice on points such as the line up to help make the day as enjoyable as possible and always felt we were in safe hands. We were also treated to an extra upgrade to a stunning hotel room! Bobby and the rest of the staff on the day were also fantastic. They took care of everything and the service we received throughout the day was spot on. We couldn’t have wished for anything more from the day and everyone involved in our wedding from Luton Hoo did a brilliant job. Everything was perfect and we had a time we will remember for the rest of our lives.

There are a lot of elements that go into a wedding and take an enormous amount of planning. The wedding team and Luton Hoo have been marvellous. Utterly professional and organised as well as being understanding and full of honour, which helps to make the whole process a more human and personal experience. Our event manager for the day, Ebony was fantastic and made sure that everything ran smoothly to plan.

We booked our wedding around 14 months before the day as we had both fallen in love with the Warren Weir. Everything about it was perfect especially the beautiful grounds. Janet was our wedding coordinator and we hit it off from the start. Janet kept us up to date with what was going on and was happy to meet up whenever we needed to go through details as it can become quite overwhelming. Nothing was too much trouble. I can honestly say at no point did I feel stressed out as everything was taken care of. When the wedding came we had organised a buffet type meal the night before for our family members and we were in a private room to ourselves which was a blessing when we had 8 very excited children for the coming day!! The food was excellent, too good to be fair as I had to be good knowing I had my dress to get in the next day!! We were all able to catch up and get excited together and no one had the worry of getting to the venue the next day. I was lucky enough to be staying in the Lady Zia suite in the mansion house which is absolutely breathtaking. This was where I was able to get ready for the big day and I felt like a princess. Despite running a little over time there was no rush or chaos, the day just flowed and we have no complaints on anything!! The food was amazing, the service of the waiters, bar staff was exceptional and nothing was too much trouble. A gentleman called Bobby was overseeing the running of the wedding and he was brilliant too, he is there in the background making sure everyone is doing exactly what they should be, the day was simply perfect!! A lot of our guests stayed the night of the wedding and all of them commented on how lovely the accommodation is and we had four family members in their 90’s attend our wedding and they were particularly looked after which we are extremely grateful for. We can honestly say we had the best day ever and can’t thank Luton Hoo enough x

Our wedding at Luton Hoo and Warren Weir was absolutely perfect! The setting is beautiful but the service was faultless. The events planned did an amazing job with organising everything in the run up to the wedding (we were not the most organised couple and she made sure everything ran smoothly and nothing was forgotten). Her help, calmness and advice was invaluable and our day would not have been so amazing without her! The team on the day was exceptional and did an amazing job of ensuring everything ran smoothly and that everyone was happy. All our guests loved the setting which is beautiful and provided a stunning location for photos. The room was beautifully decorated and felt so comfortable and welcoming. The food was delicious and very professional served. I would recommend Luton Hoo without a doubt for a perfect and stress free wedding!

Our wedding at The Warren Weir was everything and more then we had hoped for. The organisational skills and personal service from all the staff but especially our wedding coordinator Janet large and on the day Bobby was exceptional and went far an beyond any expectations. In what can be a nervous, stressful time it was lovely to know that they were there to support and that we did not have to worry about anything, all was taken care of with dedication and a lot of care and love. We highly recommend this venue for your wedding day as it is not only in stunning surroundings/grounds but offers peace of mind with the exceptional organisational skills, care and personal touches offered by the staff involved.

We visit this venue fairly often and decided to hold our wedding here because of the spectacular grounds, excellent service and attention to detail. From our initial consultation with Janet, our wedding co-ordinator, we were made to feel perfectly at home. No job or alteration was too big or too small right from the beginning. Janet kept us informed throughout the planning stages, coming up with ideas that we had not even considered. We had several meetings prior to our wedding and an excellent running order created by Janet and the team. On our final consultation we were introduced to our events manager Bobby, who was a delight to work with and made our special day run so smoothly with the trademark attention to detail. Whilst in the planning stages of our wedding Janet was keen to keep in touch and happy to offer helpful suggestions, many of which we implemented into our day. Janet was keen to assist us throughout the journey of planning our wedding it was refreshing each time we met with Janet how keen she was to hear of our ideas and how they would and could be brought into the day. On the day itself there are no other words to describe it other than purely magical, we were greeted by the excellent reception team and taken to our suite to prepare for the day ahead with a glass of champagne. Bobby came up and once again with attention to detail assisted us with our pin hole flowers, the wedding party found this funny. Bobby was dedicated right from the start to ensure that the careful planning shone through on the day. Walking down the grand stairs of the mansion in preparation of the ceremony with Janet and Bobby was very exciting and a perfect start to our day. Bobby ensured perfect timing was kept even ensuring that the right music was playing for our guests to be seated to. We entered the ceremony room and were blown away by the creativity of Liz who Janet suggested. Her design for the flowers and chairs was flawless and in keeping of what we wanted four our special day. The ceremony was followed by a flawless reception for our guests. The staff were so attentive and ensured that everyone was able to enjoy the venue and food without running short of refreshments. Giving us time to escape for some photos and enjoy the first moments of married life together! The wedding breakfast overlooking the spectacular grounds with the fireplace in the background was flawless. Our guests loved the food, service and attention to detail that was provided and we appreciated how Bobby ensured the breakfast stayed to time and managed the speeches. Our evening reception was held in the Faberge suite. Once again Liz excelled and ensured that the room looked magical. As our guests arrived they quickly found the dedicated bar and made themselves at home. As the evening progressed the food was brought through much to our guests delight. The evening food was delightful and enjoyed by all, as was the bar. As the evening drew to a close both Janet and Bobby came through to wish us well and ensure that the day had met, if not exceeded our expectations. This was a lovely touch that was warmly received by both of us. As we reached the end of our special day it was evermore clear that we had chosen the perfect venue for us but also that Janet and Bobby had worked so hard to ensure our day went smoothly. The little extra things they did throughout the day really meant the world to us both, it is clear that they both take great pride in what they do and work to ensure that when planning and orchestrating a wedding they really care. We cannot than you enough for making our day so magical. Mr and Mr B

Anyone who has visited Luton Hoo will know what a spectacular place it is. Having our Wedding Day here has been a dream come true. We are over the moon with our special day and how everything came together. The planning process was made much easier by the reassurance Janet gave us and she was always contactable whenever we needed her. We love Luton Hoo and we were so proud to show it off to our friends and family. When we met Bobby for the first time, we knew that we wanted him to run the day, and he and the team did not disappoint. He was attentive and filled us with confidence that everything was in hand. Our guests spent the day telling us what a wonderful time they were having - what more could we want. We will be coming to Luton Hoo for many more years to come. It has always been a special place for us - even more so now. It was the happiest day of our lives (so far!) and we are still on cloud 9. We want to thank everyone for what they did to make our wedding day such a wonderful experience.

Having contacted several other "unhelpful" venues for our wedding, we spoke to Luton Hoo and arraged a meeting with Janet for a show around. As soon as we drove up the long drive to the Mansion House, we had a good feeling this was going to be perfect for us, and after the show around we had decided not to look anywhere else, and we booked for our wedding venue. From then on, Janet guided us through everything we needed to think about, arrange & book ready for our big day. On the day itself, Ebony & staff looked after both of us, and the day could not have gone any better, we didnt have to worry about anything, nothing was to much trouble, and we wernt made to feel like we were rushing to fit a time schedule, it was a calm relaxed day. Now looking back, we are so pleased we booked Luton Hoo for our venue, it has given us some great pictures in both the gardens, and the old Mansion House, and many happy memories. We cant wait to go back!

We had the best day ever at Luton Hoo on our wedding day. Janet was amazing at helping us sort everything out and answering our questions, and Bobby on the day put me at ease by making me laugh. Our room was amazing, the food was some of the best I have ever tasted. All our guests commented on how grand Luton Hoo is which made us so proud to have chosen it. I would get married there again tomorrow if I could!! Overall - best ever :-)

When Andy and myself went to visit Luton Hoo for the fist time, we knew straight away we didn't need to look anywhere else for our wedding venue. Both the inside of the house and the grounds are incredible, offering great variety and versatility come rain or shine. We loved the idea of making the most of all the beautiful different rooms in the Mansion House for the various parts of our day to give the guests variety and keep the day fresh and full of energy without the need for convoys to change locations. It was also great that day and evening guests could stay at Luton Hoo and have their own enjoyment and space around the ceremony and party. In short, Luton Hoo offered the wow factor and brought style and glamour to the wedding while being convenient for guests from the UK and overseas. The staff were great and took excellent care of us throughout the day making it stress-free. That allowed us to enjoy a perfect day with family and friends. With so many beautiful features perfect for photographs, and excellent staff, Luton Hoo was the ultimate dreamy wedding venue for us.

A massive thanks goes to April and the team were so accommodating throughout the two days and ensured it went so smoothly we could just focus on the fun! A special thank you to Adam Lapwood and the team in the Golf club who ensured the mini Ryder cup was thoughtfully run. Everyone enjoyed themselves even those who lost :) We couldn't compliment the service and venue any more. We look forward to coming back soon.

We had such an amazing day in Luton Hoo for our wedding day. The staff are very professional and caring, which makes the whole day run as smoothly as it can be! I would recommend this venue to all the future brides. Firstly, it is a very beautiful estate, even without much decorations, all the rooms look beautiful. There is an amazing garden as well. Secondly, being a five star hotel, the service is spot-on. The event manager leading up to the wedding and the coordinator on the day are both excellent. You seriously don't need to worry anything! The last but not least reason we chose Luton Hoo is because we can have everything hosted in the same venue and there are so many things guests can do, so they will never get bored. We had a relatively small wedding with around 70 guests. The majority of the guests arrived the day before the wedding, check-in to the hotel, had a lovely summer BBQ dinner as a pre-celebration! In the morning on the wedding day, they had a lovely breakfast, then went to walk around the estate (1000 acres!), some got spa done, we even host a golf tournament in the morning. The guests loved it! They said it is more like a weekend getaway, which is exactly what we wanted! Luton Hoo will always be the place we would like to come back every year. Thank you for everyone in the hotel who helped us making the day perfect!!!!
