I can’t even begin to list all the reasons why someone should hire Carberry Tower as a wedding venue, but I will try. First of all, it is the most beautiful, magical place I’ve ever been/stayed at. We booked this venue from abroad, only seeing it in photos and videos, and it did not disappoint in the slightest. It looks exactly like the pictures except more breathtaking in person. There are unlimited places indoors and outdoors for gorgeous photos. Every corner of this place is insanely photogenic. But the biggest reason why you should book this venue is the staff. From day one, our coordinator Isabella was there for us. She was kind, reassuring, and incredibly organized. She offered advice when we needed it and guided us through every step of the process. With her lead, the staff at Carberry ensured every moment of our day was taken care of. Care and attention were given to every detail and every member of staff was there if ANYONE needed anything, not just the bride and groom. The staff at Carberry feel like a family of people who genuinely enjoy their job and want to make your day better. From the front desk staff to the servers, the coordinators, and the maintenance staff, everyone contributed in some way to our incredible experience at this historic venue. It truly felt like we were living in a fairy tale, and somehow this exquisite castle and the people who ran it, by the end of our stay, felt like a home away from home. I can’t thank the staff of Carberry Tower enough for making us feel so special and taken care of on the most important day of our lives. All of the guests at our wedding are still talking about the Carberry staff that made their experience so magical and we will be talking about them and remembering them for the rest of our lives. Our autumnal wedding at Carberry Tower in November was nothing short of perfection, from start to finish. It was everything we had hoped for and more, and we are so grateful to everyone at Carberry for making that happen! From the moment we got engaged we envisioned our perfect venue as a Scottish Castle or Mansion with gorgeous grounds, plenty of charm, and beautiful accommodation for our guests, and from our very first viewing at Carberry we just knew this was the one! Isabella was the best coordinator, she made us feel so comfortable from day one and after the year of planning we had with her, we just knew that our wedding day would go smoothly with her in charge. All the staff at Carberry were wonderful, so kind, friendly, and attentive, and always willing to do whatever they could to make you comfortable and to make sure you had the best time, whether you were there for a visit, a tasting, or the wedding weekend itself! Arriving on the night before the wedding, Carberry catered a wonderful buffet meal for the wedding party and any additional guests who had already arrived, and come the wedding morning they brought the bridal party a room-service breakfast in the bridal suite, and they checked on us periodically right up until it was time to attend the ceremony. We had suppliers bringing flowers, decor and the wedding cake on the morning of the wedding, all of which Carberry dealt with so we could focus on getting ready which just made the whole experience so relaxed and stress-free. Isabella coordinated the day from start to finish and looked after us so well we truly felt like royalty. The whole day felt like a dream, each room was beautifully decorated, the food was exquisite, and the staff was so professional and attentive to our guest's needs. In short, Carberry Tower is an exceptional venue; with wonderful staff, beautiful rooms, luxurious accommodation and fantastic food, and we cannot recommend it enough!

From the moment we came down the drive and had the tour we knew Carberry Tower was the venue for us. Stunning location, so close to the A1. All the staff, all day were absolutely fantastic. Our whole experience of getting married at Carberry was great! Val and the team could not have been more accommodating and were always around to answer questions and offer advice. The venue and grounds are absolutely beautiful and make for a lovely backdrop for our photos. On the day itself, Val made sure everything ran so smoothly, all the team were extremely helpful and the food delicious! We couldn’t have asked for more.

We had an amazing experience having our wedding at Carberry Tower and would absolutely recommend them! We travelled from Boston to Edinburgh for our big day and it was not challenging at all coordinating with the Carberry Tower team - they were really communicative, fast to respond, and transparent with all aspects of the contract and what was included. They went above and beyond, meeting and emailing with us leading up to the day, and when our time came, the whole staff was super accommodating for ourselves and all of our guests. We had exclusive use for the weekend (Friday noon - Sunday noon) and all of our guests came from the States; they were great at managing our chaos and made everyone feel welcome and comfortable while ushering everyone to the different activities we had planned ( whisky tasting, tea). The wedding itself went perfectly; they coordinated with all of our vendors so everything was set up with plenty of time and looked absolutely beautiful, we stuck to our timeline and everything went extremely well. I can't thank Val, Lyn, Isabella, and the whole Carberry team enough for everything! Thank you all!

Carberry Tower was the most beautiful setting imaginable possible for our wedding, and the entire team made it even more so. The grounds are stunning, the rooms are first rate, the staff are friendly and professional, and the entire day went off without a hitch. Where to begin… getting married at Carberry Tower has been the best decision we ever made. As soon as we turned into the drive we were like ‘this is it’. In terms of the venue itself, it is stunning - beautiful and traditional and unique, but also very informal and comfortable (nothing pretentious AT ALL!). It would be beautiful in spring and summer, but we got married on 4 December and it is just as atmospheric and gorgeous at that time of year. Our wedding coordinator was Kirsty, and she has been the BEST. It’s hard to sum up the contribution Kirsty has made to our day in only a paragraph, but we literally couldn’t have done it without her. She met with us at Carberry whenever we were able to visit (which was always fun as well as being productive), she gave great advice and answered all of my questions with endless patience (despite some of them being silly ones!), and she put total commitment and effort into making sure we had the best weekend of our lives. We could not have been luckier than to have her by our side during this time, and she really made the process of organising a wedding fun, rather than terrifying! A huge thank you also to Lyn, Milena, Peter, Kasia and the rest of the team who made our day the best it could be! From the moment we walked into Carberry we couldn’t have felt more welcome or at home there. The food on the day was fantastic and so many guests complimented it. Every single member of the team was just lovely. We absolutely love Carberry Tower, it’s one of our favourite places in the world and I would recommend it to anyone for their wedding. We had the absolute privilege of being able to have our wedding at Carberry Tower. The venue is stunning and speaks for itself and we got so lucky with a lovely autumn day. Everything was perfect, the food, the staff, the setting etc. What I really want to review though is Kirsty, who was the wedding planner for our day. She is a total dream to Carberry Tower, from start to finish the service she provided was, clear, confident, friendly, open, fun and was extremely responsive to all my silly emails. On the day she was calm and experienced and I felt entirely in safe hands. I'm actually sad to not have another big event coming up so I could work with Kirsty again! We had the most amazing day for our wedding at Carberry Tower last weekend! We wish we could do it all again! We would recommend Carberry in a heartbeat to anyone. From the very start all the staff, especially Isabella and Lyn, inspired confidence in their whole team and at no point were we worried about how the day would run as communication was so efficient and clear throughout the process. Our wedding coordinator Isabella was amazing and no question was too small for her to answer. She took away a lot of the stress of wedding planning for which I am very grateful. The venue is stunning and having the whole place to ourselves on the wedding day was incredible. The grounds are beautiful for photos too. The food is incredible and all our guests felt the same! Really high quality. All the reception staff are so friendly and helpful. We had so many compliments from our guests about the venue and all the staff and quite a few people saying it was the best wedding venue they had been to! I don’t have a single negative thing to say about how the day went, we will definitely be back to visit soon.

From start to finish the experience of visiting Carberry Tower as a potential venue, planning and the wedding itself was amazing. We fell in love with both Carberry Tower and the grounds and just knew this was the perfect place to celebrate our special day. The staff are fantastic, Kirsty was our wedding coordinator and she is 'the best', she completely took control and was so professional. Her wedding experience is vast and therefore we put complete trust in all her advice and guidance. Carberry Tower felt like it was our own private home for the weekend and we were all treated like royalty. We dined on the Friday before the wedding and this was like a mini version of the wedding day itself. It was so well planned, as there was a number of guests to cater for and food all round was delicious. Everything was so smoothly done and if anything had went wrong we would never of known, this is due to the care and attention delivered by all staff from the reception staff who are so enthusiastic and welcoming. To Lynn who was ensuring myself and the bridesmaids were kept hydrated with bubbly while getting ready the wedding morning, all the cleaning staff, bar staff, catering staff, waiting staff and Johnathon the master of ceremonies all ensured we had the most 'perfect day'. Carberry as a venue was everything both me and Chris could have wished for and more. Further clarified by the glowing feedback all of our guests gave the facilities but particularly the staff. From the second we have booked with Carberry the staff, particularly Kirsty Bernard, have been supportive, informative and patient through the trials and tribulations of moving dates due to Covid. The planning process was straightforward, well detailed and the planning staff were brilliant at checking in and reminding you of anything upcoming that you had to provide - a God send for anyone who is trying to plan a wedding alongside day to day life, a lot trickier than people make it look! On the day every member of staff shone. Lynne looked after the bridal party as if we were her own family and her care and personal touches made all the difference in making us all feel relaxed before the big day. Kirsty kept the day running like clockwork and coordinated with all of our suppliers without any hiccups, so everything was taken care of and the bride and groom could just concentrate on the important bits - like getting a kilt and wedding dress on for the first time… Throughout the day the staff made sure that everything ran smoothly, very available for everyone but never intrusive. All of the staff were friendly and welcoming and there was a real sense that they were enjoying working on your day, which may or may not have been the case but it made a real difference! Check out was a smooth process for all - and feedback for the facilities was great! I’m so glad every one of our guests were made to feel so welcome at Carberry as this is exactly the sort of experience that we wanted from an exclusive use venue. Overall, I couldn’t speak highly enough of either the venue or the staff. Obviously the venue is breathtaking but combined with the service and facilities - I wouldn’t consider anywhere else if you’re looking for prospective venues! Thank you again Kirsty and Team!

Carberry Tower is a stunning location in beautiful grounds and they have the most incredible team of staff. Most notably, Kirsty Bernard, Head of Sales and Events, who coordinated our wedding perfectly from start to finish. We don’t have enough words to express what an incredible event our wedding was. Kirsty made sure every detail was perfect, she was available whenever we needed her and she listened to everything we said and accommodated it. Due to multiple rearrangements (thanks to COVID), we had several guest list changes and she supported this without hesitation, contacting guests who had queries and changing details without a hint of frustration! We suffered the loss of one of our parents in the run up to the wedding and Kirsty expressed nothing but sympathy, support and respect to the situation. On the day of the wedding Kirsty coordinated it perfectly. People kept checking with me to make sure I was not too stressed and I was telling them I hadn’t been so relaxed for months – all thanks to Kirsty’s perfect organisation. I didn’t think once about the running order of the day or whether a supplier had turned up, we were able to relax and enjoy it and spend time with each other and our guests. I’m so truly grateful to her for allowing us to keep our full focus on our day, rather than the logistics of it. The whole team at Carberry Tower are friendly, welcoming and truly lovely people. Nothing is too much trouble for them and and every single one of our guests expressed what a wonderful, perfect time they had – some even said it was better than their own weddings! The venue was spotless, the gardens and grounds beautiful, the service was outstanding and the food was incredible. If you are considering Carberry Tower, don’t consider it any further, just book with them and you’ll have the most incredible, magical, wonderful day, that will exceed all your expectations. I could not fault Carberry Tower as a venue. Not being local to the area, so many of our guests commented on how superb it was! Food, grounds and service was perfect. Kirsty co-ordinated our wedding and was a saint replying to my emails and phone calls leading up to our big day. We would recommend this venue to anyone and cannot wait to visit again in future!

You made us feel at such ease from the first time we met with you, and I trusted you completely to make the day as amazing as it was. I have had endless comments on the standard of the food, the service and the staff, saying how wonderful everything was from start to finish, and how you really all went above and beyond to make it happen. A few specific shout-outs: Lyn at the front desk - honestly that woman was here there and everywhere and could not do enough. It's so nice to have a friendly, helpful face at the front desk and she could not have been more pleasant and helpful. She has always made our visits to you guys great and she really deserves a medal for her hard work. Chantelle who was at reception the day we arrived, the day before the wedding. She was great as well, she couldn't do enough to help and made everything a lot less stressful! Milena, who was helping with everything the day before, the day of the wedding and cleaning up the day after. She was great. Again couldn't do enough to help. The food was honestly out of this world. I wasn't expecting the Chefs to be able to make it as perfect as they did at the menu tasting, but I actually think it was even better on the day. The bedrooms and all the rooms in the venue were always immaculate as were the grounds, so shout out to the housekeeping staff and the gardeners. I could go on and on, but I just can't express how you all made the day what it was, which was truly just perfect. We can't wait to come back up to visit soon!

Carberry and the entire staff there were simply EXCELLENT! One of the reasons we picked this location (outside of its obvious beauty and history) was because of Kirsty, our wedding coordinator. We were planning a wedding virtually from the US and she made everything so easy- from customized virtual walkthroughs, very available for any questions to giving us a ton of help and recommendations on vendors and ideas on where to purchase specific party favors. She was super detailed and accommodating with all of our requests! And the day of, Carberry didn’t disappoint- the food was fantastic, our guests were all able to stay together in one location which was priceless and everything went smoothly. Kirsty and the team handled all the details and I didn’t worry about a thing! Day of, I realized my wedding dress got wrinkled traveling from the states and her staff went out and bought a steamer for me!! I can’t imagine picking a better venue or a better group of people- we felt so lucky to be able to get married at Carberry and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great boutique experience!

Right from the beginning everyone at Carberry Tower was very helpful. As we began our search for a wedding venue during covid it was a little difficult however the team at Carberry were great, sending us a video and talking us through it at home. Once restrictions were lifted and we were able to look around in person we absolutely fell in love with the venue. Isabella was our contact and she was brilliant! Every question and query we had was dealt with. When we had our taster meal for picking our food choices, the service was excellent and it felt really special as we had it privately upstairs. The run up to the day again every question we had Isabella was there to help and our meetings were great, definitely helped calm my stress levels! On the day everything was perfect, from when David arrived first thing on the wedding day to the following morning at breakfast, everything was impeccable. We had so many compliments from our guests on the food and the service. The food was absolutely delicious! We were taken care of the whole day by everyone at Carberry Tower! So to Isabella, Peter and the rest of the team at Carberry, thank you so much for such a perfect day!

We had our amazing wedding day 2 weeks ago at Carberry Tower. It is the perfect place to have a wedding and I cannot fault one thing. Kirsty (our wedding coordinator) helped guide us through the planning process. She made sure we had everything organised for the big day and nothing was too much trouble. She ensured everything went smooth on the day. We stayed the night before our wedding and breakfast was provided for the ladies in the music room bright and early. Lyn could not have done enough for us that morning ensuring I was aware suppliers had arrived and were guided to where they should be. The lift had unfortunately broken and was awaiting parts and she went above and beyond making sure guests who were staying and needed assistance were placed in a room closer to the ground floor. The whole team tried their best to ensure people who arrived early could get into their rooms. The day itself was perfect and went according to timings. We had a large amount of dietary requirements for our wedding and the teams managed to cater to all of them. There were so many compliments about the food from guests. Our wedding breakfast was well presented and delicious. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff. The evening buffet was delicious and hot. We also had many compliments about the bar manager Peter who was very friendly and helpful in the bar all night. Every member of the team at Carberry Tower were professional and made our day perfect from start to finish.
