Thanks for your email, and again, thank you for all of your help with planning our wedding day. It was amazing seeing it all come together, absolutely perfect in every way! The guests had the best time, which is all I wanted. I had many of them approaching me to say the food was amazing, and the service from the staff at the bar was really efficient. Nobody had to wait for a drink; it was so good! They also mentioned how beautiful the ceremony was, which I couldn’t agree more with. The Garden Party Suite was another highlight for me and my bridesmaids. We had the best time on Friday night in there, and it was amazing to use for getting ready on the day of the wedding. So much space for us all. The make-up artists also commented on how amazing the space was in that room, and it really helped them set up all their things. We would also like to mention that Colin was an amazing DJ. We had such a great party! Again, just want to say thank you to George! He really looked after us.

Thank you so much, the whole weekend could not have been better. The main point for us that made it so special was the staff, they were so kind and attentive, kept checking in to ask if we were okay and seemed genuinely so excited for us. I didn’t catch the girl's name, but she even fluffed my dress for me just as I was about to walk down the aisle (unprompted), which was so kind and thoughtful, and I’m so appreciative. The venue was stunning and I can’t say thank you enough for everyone’s efforts and warm welcome to all my family and friends. Thank you again for everything

Firstly, what a day! It was everything myself and Patrick wanted and more, however, we know this would not have been possible without the amazing team. We are hoping you can pass on some very important thank yous. A thank you to yourself, you have gone above and beyond at every request we have had and the changes you helped us feel so at ease throughout the whole process. Without your hard work and thought, the day would not have run the way it did. A massive thank you to the chef and kitchen staff, the food at both day and night was absolutely fantastic. All guests have commented on how good the food was! Our next thank you is to George, the toastmaster, who, from start to finish, presented himself as the most lovely and helpful gentleman. He made the day run so so smoothly and easily, and he is an absolute credit to you. I want to say also a massive thank you to the reception, waiting on and bar team, all were absolutely brilliant, however, there were 3 members of staff who went above and beyond for our day. I want to apologise now as I can't remember a couple of their names, but I'm sure as I speak about them, you will know who I am referring to. Firstly, the gentleman on the reception team worked the overnight on Thursday, and was there the very early hours of the Friday morning. This gentleman, throughout the whole of our stay, has been nothing but fun and supportive to me and Patrick. His sense of humour was really able to help put any nerves at ease. He is an absolute credit to Hollin House. Next, Leo worked the whole weekend from when we checked in on Thursday to when we checked out on Sunday. He has been absolutely incredible, no request was too big or small, and he was just a pleasure to have with us for the weekend. You and the team are an absolute credit and pleasure to be around. I know our day would not have been the same without every single one of you. I'm hoping you are able to pass these thank yous on behalf of myself and Patrick.
