We cannot recommend the Bank House highly enough. They made our dream come true. Not only was the venue stunning, but the staff was unparalleled; from the initial inquiry to the post-wedding, their thoughtful and accommodating approach made the entire experience seamless. On our wedding day, the food, bar, and service exceeded our expectations, leaving a lasting impression. The accommodation was impeccable, with the spa and hotel amenities adding an extra layer of luxury for our guests. We have since revisited for our 6-month anniversary, finding the same delightful charm that made our wedding day exceptional. The Bank House continues to impress, making it an easy and enduring recommendation.

The Bank House team completely made our wedding day. Everybody was so kind, helpful and couldn’t do enough for us and our guests. The food was outstanding. The guests said they were blown away with how delicious the food was. We wouldn’t have changed a thing ! It’s was absolutely delicious! From the beginning of me sending emails, and being unorganised and forgetful, you kept calm and responded and help me in so many ways… we will be forever grateful for everything. Nothing was too much for any of the staff, they were all so welcoming. The venue is clean with lots of parking and beautiful golf course. The air conditioning saved us on the hottest day. Words don’t feel enough to express how grateful we are for everything.

We had the most amazing wedding day at the Bank House Hotel. Roz and Sarah were amazing, they responded quickly with any queries and made it stress free! Rooms were amazing and everyone commented what a stunning location and venue it was. Waiters and waitresses were also fab and very efficient. The food was amazing and overnight rooms were clean, spacious and very comfortable. We had the bridal suite and received some little treats, everything was so thought through. We had the experience to go on the golf buggy for some fab photos on the golf course. I wish we could do the whole day again, worth every penny and more.

Deano and I would like to say a massive thank you to you and your team at the Bank House for all your help and support to make our wedding day so magical & unforgettable. We loved every minute of it and everyone said it was the best wedding that they have ever been to. You were all so welcoming and organised, the day ran so smoothly with all the entertainment we had booked in, you are all amazing. Our special day at the Bank House was everything we could have hoped for! Roz, Charlotte, Sarah and the team were all amazing, helpful and kind, nothing was too much trouble. The food was delicious, canapés and 3 courses to die for! Hats off to the chefs! From start to finish of planning to the final day, Roz was so helpful and kind and allowed us to have the wedding day of our dreams. I would like to thank all the wonderful team for making our wedding day very special. They ensured the day ran smoothly with no worries. The catering was first class and our guests enjoyed all the food, venue and the hospitality provided by all the staff. The Bank House Hotel was an amazing place to hold our wedding reception. The planning stage of the wedding was excellent, Roz was very attentive and nothing was too much trouble, she also came up with some great suggestions. On the day everything was perfect, exactly as we had planned and the suggestion of photographs being taken by the lake was amazing! The service from all the staff was first class and the food was delicious. We would definitely recommend The Bank House Hotel to anyone.

We held our wedding breakfast and evening reception at the bank house on the 31st of July 2021. The day was amazing from start to finish. We had the Elgar suite, which is a great room with plenty of space. The venue has beautiful gardens that are ideal for those special wedding pictures. Roz was absolutely amazing in helping us plan along the way and was always quick to reply if we had any questions. The night before the wedding, I stayed in the spa suite with my bridal party and the rooms were spotless. The hotel is kept lovely. Everything was just perfect, beautiful setting, lovely comfortable rooms and 1st class customer service , honouring every special request - faultless Special thank you to Roz for coordinating our day and also David for looking after us on the day. Ceremony room is gorgeous and bridal suites are incredible, very personal. Outstanding food served by lovely friendly staff. What can I say other than my wedding day was THE most perfect day ever.....I know everyone says that but honestly!! Obviously my new wife was the highlight but our day would not have been what it was without the dedication of the staff at the Venue. Roz and her team were amazing in the lead up to the day with the most amazing organisation skills. We weren't rushed or pushed into any decisions and just listed our requests/requirements and hey presto they were delivered, even the weird/quirky ones. On the big day Adam took care of us and applied zero pressure but somehow kept the whole day running smoothly! Enormous thanks to Dan and his team in the kitchen, (the Lamb was to die for!!) the food for the entire day and evening was absolutely spot on! The Hotel and Spa staff were incredibly accommodating of all our guests and made everyone feel welcome no request was too much. (Sorry the kids were rowdy in the pool!) Perfect memories made possible by wonderful people who became truly invested in ensuring the best day was organised. Aside from the day itself we have been lucky enough to go back for a few visits to the spa and the restaurant and were stunned that everyone remembered us and small details of our special day, such service and dedication is hard to come by. My wife and I are forever indebted to the Bank House and it's staff for throwing us the best celebration of our marriage. The Bank House - Thank you! We got married at this beautiful venue and it was the perfect place to spend our entire wedding day. Every single member of staff was fantastic, from setting up the garden room beautifully, to the waiting staff and bar staff who were so friendly, doing all they could to make our day amazing! Roz and Abi, our wedding planners, were brilliant, nothing was to much trouble and everyone in the whole hotel made us feel extremely relaxed and very well looked after. The bridal suite was an absolute pleasure to say in, with beautiful views, and the spa was such a lovely place to relax after the big day, truly memorable.

From the bottom of our hearts we would like to thank you for being a part of our special day. It was the most perfect and beautiful day of our lives, and it wouldn't have been the same with out your help! Everything about our day was flawless and this was due to your professionalism. We held our wedding at the Bank House Hotel on 11th May 2019 & had an absolutely wonderful day, we couldn’t thank the staff enough for everything that they did, nothing was to much, they made it very stress free. The ceremony was exactly how we wanted it & the wedding breakfast was wonderful, absolutely no complaints whatsoever, we even had a golf buggy to take photos around the golf course & pools. The spa made us very welcome to serving Prosecco while we relaxed the night before. We stayed in the ‘Penthouse’ which was absolutely out of this world and I (the bride) got ready in there too. Amazing venue, truly wonderful staff. Going back for our anniversary this year 2020
