Hi Frances, It has now been a week since our big day which we celebrated at the beautiful Pendley Manor. I wanted to send an email to you which I hope you are able to pass on to all the team and staff members at Pendley Manor. Both Sachin and I want to thank you for everything you all did to make our stay perfect and to make our wedding day as beautiful as we imagined. From the reception staff, bar team to Pedro who helped coordinate the day, we couldn't have asked for anything more. Although it may not have been the wedding we originally planned, we want to thank you all for working with us to make it perfect.. We loved every moment. Our wedding was a lovely day, church, our priest and photographer were lovely and our venue at Pendley Manor was just perfect. We had afternoon tea served in the conservatory, it was wonderful and our guests thought so too, it was so different to having a formal meal. The sandwiches and pastries were just perfect, the fillings were all favourites and the fruit tartlettes were much appreciated, eclaires a dainty size, scones were just right, compliments and thanks to the chef and kitchen staff, for all their hard work, these small pastries were so effective. A very relaxing occasion for myself and my husband, Jeffrey and our guests, who all agreed that it was one of if not the best wedding they had ever attended, thanks also to Keith our toastmaster who did a superb job, kept it all together and everyone in order! A wonderful day all round, the weather also behaved it's self!

Me and my husband held our wedding at Pendley Manor Hotel on the 29th Sep 2017. The vendor is so great at the reasonable price level. From the wedding manager, to the restaurant manager to most importantly our toastmaster, the arrangement is absolutely awosome so that received all the best feedback and comments from our guests. Around 20% of our guests are travelling from China all the way down to Pendley Manor, they all had beautiful memory of our wedding. From the ceremony to the drink reception to the wedding breakfast and evening party, the hotel and toastmaster helped us a lot to ensure all guests are being taken care and the whole process went smoothly. Of course the lovely site of the hotel, 100% suit for a sweet wedding with a resonable price and easy to get their. Overall, very satisfied.

Myself and Chris got married at Pendley Manor on 2nd September 2017. The lead up to the day was all taken care of by Jannica, she was on hand throughout to answer any questions we had whilst we were doing all of the planning. We had regular catch up meetings to ensure everything would run smoothly. The day itself was perfect, all staff at the venue are friendly and helpful. Everything ran on time, the food was lovely and our guests as well as ourselves were very impressed. Everyone had a lovely day. The grounds were the perfect setting for our photos and the rooms we hired out were all set up in advance, meaning we could relax and enjoy the day. Brian the toastmaster was brilliant, we didn't have to worry about a thing. We will remember the day forever and already plan to visit Pendley Manor many more times in the future as we know we will be well looked after and have a lovely time.

Pendley Manor what a venue a beautiful house with amazing features. The grounds are beautiful with very majestic large trees there are peacocks which roam the grounds and a beautiful rose garden. All the function rooms have there own unique features most with fabulous chandeliers. The staff are amazing, so helpful and sincerely want to please you. They made our day very special and intend to go back every year. There are wedding packages or bespoke they will make your day as individual as you are. The food was great and service was good. What more could you want.

We had our wedding here on the 13th May. I would like to say how well organised the staff were on the day. They were constantly checking everything was okay and were very reassuring. Rob (the manager running it) and Jannica (the wedding planner) ensured everything ran smoothly. All the companies Pendley recommended as well were very good. The only slightly disappointing thing was the confusion over the rooms. As part of our package, any guests staying got a reduced price on the rooms. Some guests were charged full price despite Jannica checking that they wouldn't be, one couple nearly didn't have a room because Pendley hadn't booked them in when the reservation was made and, to add insult to injury, they were put in a superior suite so Pendley tried to charge them even more for their room. Just be careful if you have guests staying! With regards to the ceremony, the room was laid out exactly how I wanted it. Also if you are looking to use their sound system it is very high quality! Their staff are very experienced with the technology as well so I didn't worry about them getting it wrong. If you get Patrick he is very reassuring. The wedding breakfast food was lovely. Pendley were nice and changed our vegetarian option. What they initially had was nothing more than pasta with cheese. I feel they could have gone for a more exciting option in the first place though. They do a very nice goat's cheese tart. The room we had as the bridal suite was a tad outdated but was nice and big. Breakfast the next day was good as well. They had building work going on at the time which they did tell us about. They were entirely open about it the whole time but I'm afraid it did spoil my perfect wedding vision slightly.

There isnt enough space to write all words I want to write. On 22nd April 2017 we celebrated becoming Mr and Mrs at Pendley ! From the first ever meeting starting to plan our day to the day itself everything was perfect. It was quite a large wedding with many of us staying on the Friday night. The staff went out of their way to put on a buffet for us in our own private room so we could all be together. On the actual day staff were up and dress early making sure everyone was okay. We were able to have breakfast in the room getting ready and staff even called the room phone throughout the morning asking if we needed anything (obviously the answer was justt more bubbly please). I cannot fault one single thing and we just loved every minute of the day. The food was delish. The next morning we all had breakfast together and many people who had flights across the world were able to stay all day and enjoy the pool and plenty more drink in the bar. I cannot wait to come back and visit very soon and cannot thank Pendley enough for their hospitality.

From the get go of booking our wedding with Pendley manor on the 20th August everything ran perfectly as soon as we had a look around at one of there wedding fayres and stayed the night we knew it was perfect for us. Pendley manor is set in some gorgous grounds and just as gorgous inside so we knew if we would have bad weather we could have just as good pictures taken inside. The wedding planners was great I had a couple in the time running upto my wedding but they all did a great job of putting my mind at rest, organising everything and answering the endless of questions I had. The night before I stayed at the hotel I was giving a lovely big room, which meant the morning of the wedding I could have my bridal party all getting ready with me in one room. On arrival back from the church the staff was great awaiting us with red carpet and champayne, very picture perfect. the staff then dealt with our guests while we had our photos taken in the grounds and inside. We had our wedding breakfast in the oak room which looked perfect and everything was decorated how we wanted it to be. The meal was lovely and drinks kept flowing, the staff was great cant thank them enough as the helped made our day perfect. They took care of everything even putting my things into our bridal suite and starting our wedding breakfast later due to an accident on the a41 holding up some of our guests. The whole day ran perfectly and we both had an amazing day thanks to the team at Pendley manor couldn't of asked for a better day and would happily do it all again.

From the moment we chose Pendley until the time we left there the morning after our wedding, we didn't doubt our venue choice for a second. The venue is absolutely stunning with gorgeous grounds, lovely to use if you are lucky like we were and have good weather! All of the staff at Pendley couldn't have done more to make our day a dream come true. They were so friendly and supportive and ensured that we didn't have a single worry on the day. They took care of everything. In the months leading up to the wedding the events team were all extremely helpful and efficient making the planning a lot less stressful! We really can't recommend this beautiful venue highly enough. All of the guests commented on how beautiful it was and how all the staff that they encountered could not have been more welcoming or helpful. If you are struggling to choose between Pendley and another venue, choose Pendley and you will have the perfect day!

Pendley manor is such a beautiful venue, we got married on Saturday 22nd Oct 2016 and had the best day of our lives. The Oak room and staircase were our favourite bits! Walking down the staircase made me feel like a proper princess for the day. Staff were incredible nothing was too much and they made sure we both had the best day ever. If your unsure whether or not to go ahead with pendley I'd say go spend a night there and have dinner it's a wonderful place and will always hold a special place in our hearts!

Pendley Manor is the place to hold your wedding. The care and attention that the staff gave us on the day was amazing. Nothing was too much trouble. Everything ran so smoothly. The food was lovely, hot and on time. Everyone commented on it. The staff know what they are doing and just work in the back ground whilst you enjoy your day. Thanks you so much for looking after us Pendley Manor, you made it a very special day.

What can I say! This place is beyond perfect. From the day we visited the venue to after our ceremony the staff at Pendley Manor have been spectacular. They take so much care in ensuring you are happy and no task is to big. Even though we went with the dry hire option our wedding coordinator still went out of her way to make sure all that she could do was done. Our wedding wouldn't have been as perfect without this venue. The venue itself is wonderful and so rich in history (particularly more so as I am a huge Shakespeare fan). I cannot wait to see all our pictures as I know the will turn out perfect with such a wonderful back drop. Thank you so much to Pendley Manor for providing us with such a special, memorable day! Can't wait to visit again and relive it all!

Our wedding took place in July and we couldn’t have chosen a better place for our reception than Pendley Manor. We had our wedding ceremony at St Peter and St Paul Tring, the local church, and then our reception at Pendley. Most of our guests also stayed at the hotel, which was nice as we had almost everyone in the same place. We knew the venue quite well beforehand as we live locally, regularly attend the Shakespeare Festival and had always thought that it was a wonderful place. When we started planning our wedding we were very positively surprised at how flexible and accommodating Pendley Manor was as we didn’t fancy the standard wedding packages – although I’m sure they are nice, too. We had a drinks reception (with Pimms), afternoon tea and a hot & cold evening buffet (with a starter served at the table) and our guests enjoyed every part of it. We also had live jazz music, which was great and fitted in perfectly with the venue. Many of our guests stayed the whole weekend and loved the charm of the old country house and appreciated the swimming pool. Since our numbers were relatively small (55 guests), we were able to have the tea and dinner in the beautiful Oak Room, which is part of the original house. We weren’t too keen on the more modern ball room, but if you have a larger party then this would be more suitable and can be decorated very beautifully. Pendley has quite a choice of rooms available to suit almost every size of function. Charlotte and Patrick did a fantastic job in the organising and running of the day and nothing was too much trouble. If you are looking for the perfect wedding, this is the place!

Well what can I say, best day of my life and Pendley were instrumental in making this happen. They were incredibly flexible (allowing all sorts of changes to the package to make it fit for us), always on hand for advice and did everything we needed to make the day work. Both Patrick and Hugo managed the day and evening beautifully, their preferred suppliers (Cherrie (Florist) and Brian (Toastmaster)) were amazing and of course who can forget Charlotte our wedding planner who was on hand throughout the whole process to make the day exactly what we wanted. It truly is a stunning venue with amazing possibilities for pictures, confetti is also allowed which was a big bonus for us. I definitely recommend you to check this venue out, it will always hold a special place in mine and my husband's hearts and it really is the best place in Hertfordshire to get married.

We had a really great day and everyone commented on what a great venue it was, despite the worst of the British Summer! We were really impressed with the staff and service and especially the attention to detail, they bent over backwards to help us in the run-up to the event organising a keg of real ale from a local brewery etc etc. They also did a stunning job preparing the rooms for the big day and ensuring everything ran smoothly even when there were small blips like an issue with one of the cakes that was outside their control! It's a beautful old building and we got some great photos on the grand staircase and all the guests seemed to take great pleasure having their photos taken with the roaming peacocks! Overall I would definitely recommend the venue to other people getting married, the staff are eveything you need on a day like this and take a lot of the stress away!

Our wedding planner Charlotte organised our very special day 19th June along with Patrick and there team from our arrival the day before we were looked after like royalty , and our wedding ceremony and reception ran smoothly with such wonderful organisation with all our special requests on catering supported .service of extras supplied by us we couldn't of chosen a better venue .the weather was lovely so we were all able to use the beautifully kept grounds for our photographs we also had a great deal of support with organisation of flowers and hairdresser used off the list supplied To sum up A wonderful venue and a great Team of staff from reception to kitchen and ground workers to support our lovely day

Our wedding at Pendley Manor was absolutely perfect! The staff set up the Oak room, Peacock Lounge and the Harcourt Ballroom perfectly and they looked amazing! The food served was delicious all all the Guests commented on how nice it was! Many of the guests stayed for both the night before and the night of the wedding, the pool was a big hit with the younger guests!! Everything was planned and arranged brilliantly by the wedding co-ordinators and I was so pleased that the day went by perfectly to plan! I highly recommend Pendley Manor to any Brides planning their wedding!! Thank you for a perfect day we will remember forever!

We were married at Pendley Manor Hotel on 2nd May 2015 and are able to say that we had the most amazing day that exceeded our expectations. The staff, both in the run up and on the day, were professional, friendly, reassuring and efficient. We had our ceremony, drinks reception, wedding breakfast and evening reception in the hotel. The whole day ran like clockwork from beginning to end without a single hitch. Our guests commented on the quality of the food, the service and the beautiful environment inside and out, which all contributed to a perfect day. We were treated like celebrities from the moment we arrived at the hotel, the day before the wedding, and both the day time and evening co-ordinators came to find us and run through the details of our plans to ensure that they understood exactly what we wanted. The hotel clearly has high standards of professional behaviour and this was evident in the strong leadership and co-ordination of all the teams who contributed to the day. Our special thanks go to Jade, Patrick, Hugo, Danny and David who all went the extra mile. We would also like to mention the staff at reception, particularly Claire who did everything possible to meet the needs of us and our guests. We used the recommended providers for our flowers and DJ for the reception disco. and received the same high level of service from them. We chose the Sapphire Package and felt this was extremely good value for money. We have no hesitation in recommending this venue to everybody, but especially to those planning a same-sex marriage or a Civil Partnership as we felt all the staff were perfectly comfortable with us and our guests.

From our first visit to Pendley Manor, my husband and I knew that it was the venue to hold our wedding. After being shown around the beautiful gardens, The Oak Room, the ballroom and of course the staircase (where we had many great pictures taken on the day) we fell in love with place and we knew it would be perfect. The staff were always very helpful and Charlotte was always available to see us if we needed her to and thanks to her and the rest of the staff, the wedding went smoothly and everyone had a rememberable day. If there is anything you need, they will strive to see that you get it! The food was delicious (I recommend the hog roast) and all the staff were amazing at ensuring everything went smoothly. We used the DJ, mayhem productions as recommended by Pendley and they too ensured everyone was entertained in the evening. If we could do it all again, we would do it at Pendley Manor. If you do decide to have your wedding here I would book fast as we couldn't have the ballroom as it was booked already however saying that, the Simon Suite, where the evening was held was still excellent and everyone had a great time
