My husband and I had our civil wedding ceremony & meal at The Inn at Dromoland on March 16th. To say it surpassed our expectations is an understatement. From our wedding coordinator Pauline, who couldn't do enough for us, to Nico, the hotel manager, and all his staff, absolutely everything went off without a hitch. The professionalism & attention to detail absolutely floored us. The food and service are second to none. The decor & atmosphere are top-class. Had our wedding and ceremony at The Inn at Dromoland on 12/7/24. Pauline and the rest of the staff were fantastic and are a credit to the hotel. Everything flowed smoothly, and any requests we had were met immediately. The food was top quality, and all our guests were very impressed with it. The decor in the hotel was just as we imagined it and even better. Riona, the wedding decorator, was fantastic to deal with and went above and beyond for our requests. Honestly, there was nothing negative about our experience. The packages available are amazing value for money, especially with the high-quality food served. The grounds at the rear of the hotel are perfect for your photos; with the Castle and lake in the background, it’s an amazing view. We would like to thank Pauline and the rest of the staff for making our wedding day so special.

Our wedding at the Inn at Dromoland was everything we dreamed it would be! From our first time sitting down with Pauline to discuss options to checking out after our wedding, everything went so smoothly. The hotel could not do enough for us, and all staff were so welcoming to all guests. Our coordinator, Pauline, was a wealth of knowledge and guided us through the process of planning our wedding to perfection. We brought some of our own equipment and additions, which the hotel was happy to facilitate, and even helped set up an elaborate DIY table plan. We will absolutely be visiting the hotel throughout the years and decades ahead and are so thankful for everything that went into making our wedding day so successful. We would highly recommend The Inn At Dromoland!

From the minute we met Pauline on our 1st day at the Inn at Dromoland, we knew we were in safe hands. Pauline put us at ease from the very beginning, and we never felt an ounce of stress throughout the wedding planning or on our Wedding Day. We have both said that we enjoyed our wedding from start to finish and a lot of that is down to Pauline and her team. The food and service, from the reception to the meal to the very much-needed sandwiches and bites at the end of the night, were fantastic. So many of our guests have commented on the food throughout the day. Also, a good few of our guests have since told us that they felt so well looked after by the waiting staff on the day, which was brilliant to hear. The run of the day was so smooth. We didn't have to worry about one thing; it was all taken care of, and anything we asked Pauline to have for us on the day was exactly as we had discussed. Two of the moments that stand out for us that we are so glad Pauline had advised us on were - arriving at the hotel nice and early to enjoy the reception drinks with our guests and entering the function room by ourselves; it gave us a lovely moment to chat and take a breather before we continued the celebrations. The hotel looked amazing on our wedding day and we were made feel so special, the Inn at Dromoland really gave us a day that we will never forget.

I had a surprise birthday party for my now-husband at the Inn at Dromoland just before COVID-19. It went really well, so it was my first choice for our wedding. We were not disappointed. Pauline took care of everything on the day yet didn't intrude or cause a fuss. The food was excellent—in fact, all our guests commented on it—even the presentation of the meal to a 2-year-old was excellent. The steak was perfect, and all the guests who chose this dish were not disappointed. To cap it all, the staff was friendly and courteous—one of the guests even left a message at the front desk the following day about how good the staff were. It was a beautiful day overall, and I highly recommend this venue.

Once we looked at The Inn at Dromoland and met with Pauline, we booked it. We go to the restaurant frequently and know the food is great, but we picked the menu stuff for all the right reasons! The food was perfect! Any enquiries we had were answered, and even a list of vendors, etc., was passed on at request! Our wedding day was perfect! We were greeted so warmly by Pauline and all the staff. The food was amazing, and the service was First-Class! Many of my guests travelled from Tyrone and stayed for a few days. They couldn’t compliment the hotel enough from the moment they arrived until they checked out! I would highly recommend The Inn at Dromoland Laura & Johnnie.

Pauline was very helpful- a diligent, efficient and knowledgeable planner- very down to earth too which was so refreshing. The Inn at Dromoland is an Exceptional venue; the food was beyond amazing- every table complimented the food and service. All hotel staff were superbly professional. If I had to get married again in the morning, I would change nothing. It was the best day of our lives!

Many of our wedding cards have the message ' May the years ahead be filled with love and joy', and we were so lucky that the journey started the day we celebrated our wedding at The Inn at Dromoland on 31st January 2023. It was the most fantastic day/night we could ever have imagined!! From our first meeting at the hotel to the lead-up to our day, the Wedding Coordinator, Pauline and her team couldn't do enough for us. Their attention to detail and support shown to us were exemplary. Everything was outstanding, from the arrival reception to the food, the setup, and the ambience in the Ballyhannon Suite. It is still being discussed weeks later amongst family and friends who celebrated with us on our special day. Pauline and her team at The Inn at Dromoland ensured that our day reflected the vision we shared with them from Day. What a wonderful experience we had for our wedding day in 2023. We waited a long time for our day and the Inn at Dromoland was everything we had dreamt of for our day. From the preparations to the wedding day, the staff were amazing only a call away and could not do enough for us. The hotel is just wonderful and have everything you need and the food was outstanding. We knew we made the best choice of hotel for the perfect wedding day from location to scenery and everything else in between. We have only wonderful memories. Our special day at The Inn at Dromoland couldn’t have went any better, we got the best possible service from all the staff management and our wedding co ordination was amazing. It wasn’t an easy task, we had a multi-cultural wedding and all of our requests were listened to and executed in the way we wanted them to be, really relaxing day we didn’t have to worry about anything. Pauline and the team at The Inn at Dromoland were amazing. Nothing was too much for them. Pauline made the whole planning experience so easy especially as I was doing all of the work planning the event from the UK where myself and my husband live. On the day itself, everything was perfect. My guests have been raving about how wonderful it all was. The decorations organised by Ri through the hotel brought together our vision and added a really special touch to the day. The service at dinner was exceptional and the food itself was perfect. I would recommend that anyone thinking of getting married at The Inn at Dromoland to do it as you will not be disappointed.

Pauline and her team were amazing to deal with from start to finish and it is why we chose the Inn at Dromoland for our wedding venue as everyone was so friendly and made us feel very special. Organising a wedding from a different country wasn’t as hard as we had regular contact with Pauline and also the wedding room decorator Riona who went above and beyond for us, thinking of things I hadn’t! Our food tasting was personalised which made it feel really special and the food was amazing! The hotel had everything we needed to have our ceremony in the venue also. The staff were professional and efficient and again, so lovely! The grounds are beautiful and we didn’t even need to venture outside of them to get our wedding pictures. Overall it was the most relaxing and fun day as they did such a great job with everything and made the organising easy even from a different country! Cannot recommend enough!

We decided to get married in the Inn as it is a well renowned wedding establishment. It is local to us so convenient for my family and friends nearby. Also with Kevin being from Donegal, we had over 70 guests coming for 3+ nights from afar so excellent location for them not to have any more travelling after arrival. From the minute we met with Pauline, we knew we had made the correct decision. No request or question was too big or too small to ask for. Right up to the final hour, Pauline could not have accommodated us any better. Kevin's mum & sister & family were allowed to use the powder room- usually for a bride, however, I got ready at home. On the wedding evening, Megan stepped in and was also of great assistance to us- even making tiktoks! The room was absolutely beautiful, decorated so perfectly, the exact vision I had, so thank you to Riona for helping me create my dream. All our guests have raved about the food and still are! The dinner was just perfection- highly recommend the seafood platter to start- divine. Hats off the the chef. The food & drinks at the reception were plentiful. There were lots of staff on so nobody had a hold up in waiting or at the bar. Gavin, the main man behind the bar was absolutely fantastic and ensured Kev & I never queued for a drink and any of the older crowd sitting were waited on at the their table all night long- a very nice touch. When it came to home time, I know that the bar staff & front of house made sure all of our guests got home between taxis being ordered and staff dropping them home themselves. I cannot compliment the staff enough -as we have spoken to our family and friends this past week they cannot speak any more highly of the Inn and all their staff. Also the Bridal Suite is just beautiful- I would only love to get to stay there again and actually enjoy it for longer next time.

Let me start by saying the Best Decision we every made was booking The Inn at Dromoland for our wedding day, even though we were on a tight budget with 100 guests, we wanted for nothing, no stone was left unturned on our big day. From our very 1st meeting with Pauline Cassidy, we knew we were in good hands., The menu tasting day was spectacular, with full dishes provided to sample. Myself and the bridesmaids stayed in the hotel the night before where all our whims were catered for. The Makeup Room alongside the Bridal Suite for hair and makeup is perfect and in the perfect location. On our wedding day itself, we wanted for nothing, we had our ceremony there too, and the room was done out to the last ,it was so magical, beautiful, (words can't actually described how I felt when I walked in and saw the room). The reception, food was fabulous, service was top class, even when the bridal party were missing from top table, the management went and advised them they were now serving starter, or main course etc etc.. The waiters continuously went around to all the tables asking our guests if everything was alright or if they needed more of anything. The feedback from all of our guests was that the Food & Services was superb. Another point I would like to share, when all the guests were seated for the meal, we (the bridal party ) had our own special time for about 20mins to just sit and relax on our own in the lounge area and catch up on the days events., this was particular to us a very special moment, (free drinks for us at this stage). The staff packed up our belongings for us and carefully had everything ready for when they were collected, the care and attention to detail that is given from the staff and management is 2nd to none. If I was doing it again, I would definitely be going back to the Inn at Dromoland. I can't thank them enough for all they have done for us on our special day.

Faultless from start to finish. Pauline could not be more helpful. Ideal location, brilliant places to take pictures. No request was of any issue. Extremely relaxed and organised on the day, just what you need as everything happens so quickly. Rooms were brilliant and everyone was raving about the quality of food and how hot it was with no delays. Exceeded our expectations so delighted we chose the Inn of Dromoland and a special thanks to Pauline and all her team.

Had a fantastic day at The Inn at Dromoland. The whole day was planned to perfection, the staff were so friendly and the setting by Ríona was gorgeous! Pauline and all of the staff were so inviting and our little touches were added ease. The food was fantastic and the guests are still raving about the occasion. The bride's parents have even made Shannigan's their new lunch spot. All the facilities were in excellent condition and the location was so pituresque rain or shine. Míle buíochas!

John and I were both blown away by the attentiveness, care and support shown to us by everyone at The Inn at Dromoland. We can't honestly say enough to articulate how amazing and thoughtful all of the staff were at The Inn at Dromoland. They honestly could not do enough for us and our guests. Since the day we first walked in to make an enquiry Pauline and the team have always been on hand to answer any questions we had. The Inn at Dromoland is a stunning hotel with refurblished bedrooms and a powder room to allow the bridal party to get ready at ease the morning of the wedding. The function room is very spacious with lots of natural light and looks out onto a lovely garden. The food at our wedding was exceptional. From when guests arrived at the reception after the church ceremony to the mid night nibbles, all of our guests commented on how much they enjoyed the food. Fergal and Patrick were so attentive in the foods' quality and presentation on the day and the service for food and drink was excellent. No request was too big or too small and everything was executed brilliantly. We would sincerely like to thank every single person at the Inn from the team at reception, servers, bar staff, restaurant staff and housekeeping for all you did for us to make our wedding day so special. If we could give this hotel 10 stars we would!

The Inn at Dromoland was our perfect wedding venue. Pauline was very helpful in the lead up to our wedding day. The facilities are incredible from the powder room to the sun room to the function room, all your needs are catered for from start to finish. All our guests highly complimented the food served. The late night Tayto sandwiches went down a real treat! Thanks to the all amazing staff for making our day so special.

The journey to our day began with an enquiry email sent to the fantastic wedding co-ordinator, Pauline. On Pauline’s advice, we visited the hotel the morning of a wedding so we could get a feel for what our day might be like, should we decide to choose The Inn at Dromoland. The welcome, friendliness and professionalism of Pauline and the staff in the hotel was felt from the outset and once we found out our date was available, we booked it then and there. The contact we had with the hotel was excellent and any emails sent to Pauline were always replied to promptly. In the build up to the day, we visited the hotel on a number of occasions and every member of staff we met was exceptional. We were so well looked after by Pauline and the staff, felt so comfortable and listened to and we had no worries or concerns going into the day. We couldn’t have asked more of the hotel. It was just perfect. The staff were so attentive and professional, attending to the needs of all guests making sure everything ran smoothly. The options we had to choose from for our food tasting made finalising the menu a difficult task because everything was so good. All of our guests remarked on the beautiful hotel and grounds, the fantastic staff, the delicious food and the facilities that were available to the guests who had travelled and booked in. Ríona of Rí Weddings and Events did an amazing job with décor, exactly what we wanted- just perfect. Ríona was a pleasure to deal with and was such a reassuring voice during what was a very busy time. Overall, we could not have imagined having our day anywhere else. The hotel itself, the staff and the food were all exceptional. We made incredible memories at The Inn at Dromoland and would tell other couples they need look no further. We cannot thank Pauline, her team and the hotel staff for hosting such a special day and for making everything feel so easy. It was a pleasure to work with you to achieve our wedding day goals. Thank you so much, had the best day ever couldn't have gone better. Pauline was great, was on the ball getting everything sorted. There was no waiting around and the food was just fab. We went with a buffet and our guests had a choice of 3 main courses and a dessert and they all loved that they could choose what they wanted and truth be told some of them had some of everything. There also was a salad bar with a great selection of salads. Two of our guests were vegetarians and they said their meal was fabulous too. All staff were very attentive and couldn't be more helpful especially to the elderly guests who they served. We would recommend The Inn at Dromoland for your special day in a heart beat. We had a few gatecrashers from the bar but the staff were on the ball and sorted everything. The bridal suit was fabulous too and all our guests that stayed said their rooms were lovely too. Couldn't fault the breakfast either. Overall, it was a fabulous day and everyone really enjoyed themselves. Would love to do it all again and wouldn't change a thing .

From our first meeting with Pauline we knew that The Inn at Dromoland was our perfect wedding venue. Pauline was extremely helpful in the run up and on our wedding day and made sure that our day was relaxing and stress free. The facilities are incredible with a fabulous reception area, sun room and stunningly beautiful ballroom which was stunningly decorated. We loved how the band area was separate from the dance floor and how the smoking area is just off the ballroom, it helped to keep our group together for the night. We couldn’t recommend the food more from the canapés to the late night Tayto sandwiches and we had so many compliments on both the quality and the quantity on the day. The bridal suite is also amazing! We are so glad that we chose The Inn at Dromoland for our day and we couldn’t recommend the venue and the staff more.

Myself and my husband waited what felt a lifetime to finally have our dream wedding over Covid. Having it postponed was so disappointing, our day finally came and it was everything we dreamt of, magical from start to finish. Pauline and the staff at The Inn at Dromoland were incredible, so accommodating to our needs and our guests and no was never mentioned. Pauline always tried to meet our needs to make our day so special. Myself and my family first went to stay in The Inn at Dromoland 5 years ago. We fell in love with the hotel and all it catered for especially for kids and we knew we found our venue for our big day. The atmosphere was electric and the staff are mostly young, energetic and great with the kids. We could not recommend The Inn at Dromoland enough for their hospitality and friendly faces but also for giving us our dream wedding.
