From our very first meeting with Pauline, the wedding coordinator, we knew we were in the best hands. She was absolutely incredible — warm, professional, organised, and genuinely invested in making our day everything we dreamed of and more. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and her attention to detail gave us such peace of mind throughout the entire planning process. All of the staff at the Inn were outstanding. Every single person we dealt with was friendly, attentive, and so professional. On the day itself, everything ran seamlessly. The team worked so hard behind the scenes to ensure both we and our guests felt completely looked after, and it truly showed. The function room was simply amazing — beautifully set up, elegant, and the perfect atmosphere for our celebration. It looked stunning and created such a warm, joyful setting for our special day. And the food… unbelievable. Course after course was beautifully presented and absolutely delicious. Our guests are still talking about it! The quality, flavour, and service were exceptional and far exceeded our expectations. We honestly could not have chosen a better venue for our wedding reception. We got married at the Inn at Dromoland on 25th October 2025. We are so happy that we chose this venue as we were looked after so well from beginning to end. Michael was absolutely fantastic at ensuring that our wedding day was perfect - there was nothing that was too big of an ask. The newly renovated Ballyhannon Suite is beautiful, as well as the amazing Bridal Suite. All of our guests were very impressed by the food that was served and the very professional and friendly staff. Everyone felt very well looked after throughout the whole weekend. We are very grateful to all that looked after us on the day and throughout the weekend. It is a weekend that we will never forget!

We had our wedding at this hotel last August, and everything went perfectly from start to finish. The staff were amazing, and there were no delays with anything. The co-ordinator, Pauline, was amazing and so patient at all times. I would definitely recommend this hotel for your wedding. It has beautiful surroundings for photographs. We had our wedding at The Inn at Dromoland last March, and it was absolutely perfect. From the first day we met with Pauline in the Galway Bay at a wedding fair to the wedding day, she was so helpful and looked after our every need. The hotel was everything we had been looking for. All our guests were raving about the staff, food, and decor. The bridal suite is one of the nicest I've seen. The hotel staff could not have done more for us and we are so glad we chose The Inn at Dromoland to get married. We had the ceremony and afters all under the one roof. Myself and the bridal party stayed the night before, also and I would also highly recommend this, as there was no big rush and panic the morning of the wedding. We really got to relax and soak it all in. This hotel comes highly recommended from myself and my husband.

We felt very taken care of by the staff at the Inn at Dromoland, in particular by our coordinator Pauline, Megan and the bar and restaurant staff. Pauline was very professional and accommodating throughout as our main point of contact. Rooms were available on the day for early check-in and staff were on hand to cater for any last-minute asks. The room was decorated very well by Ríona, the decorator recommended by the venue and the set-up for all our wedding vendors was great. The food was exceptional and was a big draw for us when booking the venue and didn't disappoint. The Bridal Suite was spacious, quiet and in very good condition with the service we received on the day top-notch. We would definitely recommend the Inn to those looking to do a wedding but also just looking for a short stay in the West of Ireland.

The Inn at Dromoland was simply outstanding! We booked our wedding with Claire during Covid, and she provided us with so much detail and help throughout the booking process. Pauline then took over and made us feel truly special—like we were royalty! Every request we made was met, including room allocations, dietary requirements, music, and favours. We had so many options to choose from in terms of food for the drinks reception and meal, and everything was delicious. The venue was fabulous. Rí Events went above and beyond with the décor, adding to the magic of the venue. Pauline was excellent at keeping us in the loop and always responded promptly to any questions we had. She was on standby the entire day, and again the following morning, making sure everything was perfect. The Inn at Dromoland really was the most amazing venue, and we couldn't recommend it enough.

From our first meeting with Pauline, we knew that The Inn at Dromoland was the perfect wedding venue for us. We were blown away by the attentiveness, care, and support shown to us by everyone there. The facilities are incredible, with a fabulous reception area, sunroom, and a stunningly beautiful ballroom, which was exquisitely decorated. The food at our wedding was exceptional. From the moment guests arrived at the reception after the church ceremony to the midnight nibbles, all of our guests commented on how much they enjoyed the food. The bridal suite is also amazing! We are so glad we chose The Inn at Dromoland for our day, and we couldn’t recommend the venue and staff more highly.

Everything at the Inn at Dromoland was perfect. From the first day we met with Pauline, anything we needed, changes we made, extras we added - nothing was ever a problem. We had our arrival reception outside in the garden which our guests loved on a warm day, and the food throughout the day was exceptional and this was commented on numerous times. We had gone through the order of the day with Pauline in detail and on the day, although we hadn't met Megan before, everything went seamlessly. It was very clear that even the minor details of our day were communicated. We cannot thank Pauline and Megan enough for creating and executing the most special day for us and we would fully recommend the Inn at Dromoland to any couple wishing to have the perfect wedding day.

We had a fantastic day in the Inn at Dromoland. Any specific requests were handled immediately and with great care. The staff at the hotel were particularly helpful throughout the whole process and on the day, the wedding coordinators were extremely helpful. The food was very excellent and I would recommend the location to anyone who may have kids at their wedding as there are so many child-friendly facilities to entertain children. The location is also fantastic in that we were minutes from Ennis and the gateway into the rest of the county. We couldn't speak highly enough of the experience and would recommend the Inn at Dromoland to any couples that want the best possible day!

The build-up to our wedding day, and the day itself, was made seamless by Pauline and her team at the Inn at Dromoland. They were all fantastic. Nothing was too much trouble, and Pauline offered us brilliant guidance and communication every step of the way. We were invited for a complimentary wedding day menu tasting trial, where the different dishes we chose were served to us, as they would be on our wedding day. This was brilliant, as it gave us a clear insight into what people would be getting. It also made the choices very difficult, as all the food was first class! Our waiter on this day was excellent too, as he gave us advice on the most popular dishes, and what the majority of people like and don't like. The food and service on the day were exceptional (all our guests remarked on this) and the attention to detail was second to none. The day could not have gone better, and we were delighted that we chose the venue for our big day. We chose the Eternity package, and could not have been happier with the volume of food and drink that was available to our guests for the Arrivals Reception. It's great to have the option of having this in the hotel reception, or in the garden next to the Ballyhannon Suite. The Ballyhannon suite looked brilliant on the day of our wedding, thanks to Pauline, her team, and thanks to Ri Weddings and Events who provided the table décor. The flow of the room is excellent, and there are so many options with table plans and layouts. The room is huge so it really works very well. Also, the bridal suite is top-rate. The Inn at Dromoland is a fantastic setting for a wedding, and the photo opportunities within the grounds of the golf course, and the adjoining castle are second to none. Also, it's such a convenient venue to get to, as just off the motorway, which makes a big difference to a lot of people. I could not recommend The Inn at Dromoland more! 10 out of 10 for us!

We had our wedding ceremony and reception at The Inn at Dromoland. It is such a fantastic location, right off the motorway. The reception room was fully renovated at the start of 2024 and looked lovely, and very bright with a great stage for the band and DJ just off the dance floor. All our guests loved the food from start to finish, and we had a huge range of options to choose from. There are incredible grounds and gardens for wonderful scenic photos while still being close to the hotel. Pauline our wedding coordinator was very helpful from our first contact with her. She was always very contactable throughout our planning stages and right up to the actual day of our wedding. The whole day ran smoothly and we thoroughly enjoyed every second of it. We couldn't have chosen a nicer venue for our special day.

Our experience of getting married at The Inn at Dromoland could not have gone any better. From start to finish their whole team went above and beyond for us. Pauline our wedding coordinator is a dream to work with. She is an expert at what she does and made everything so much easier for us. Fergal and his team of chefs produced an incredible meal for us and our guests. People were full of compliments for the delicious food served throughout the day - the arrival reception, the dinner itself and of course the evening buffet. We also dealt with Nico the General Manager and his management team on the day. No request was too big and they ensured that everything ran perfectly from the moment our guests arrived at the Inn. We also have to compliment the venue itself in more detail. They recently refurbished their banqueting suite and it's incredible. The natural light from the large windows opening out onto their lovely garden is a highlight and so different to many other dark hotel function rooms that we have seen over the years. Talking about that garden - here is where we had our arrival reception. The sun shone, the drinks were flowing and live music outdoors - it was all just brilliant. Everything about this hotel is top class and you will not be disappointed if you choose it as your wedding venue. My husband and I had our civil wedding ceremony & meal at The Inn at Dromoland on March 16th. To say it surpassed our expectations is an understatement. From our wedding coordinator Pauline, who couldn't do enough for us, to Nico, the hotel manager, and all his staff, absolutely everything went off without a hitch. Had our wedding and ceremony at The Inn at Dromoland on 12/7/24. Pauline and the rest of the staff were fantastic and are a credit to the hotel. Everything flowed smoothly, and any requests we had were met immediately. The food was top quality, and all our guests were very impressed with it. The decor in the hotel was just as we imagined it and even better. Riona, the wedding decorator, was fantastic to deal with and went above and beyond for our requests. Honestly, there was nothing negative about our experience. The packages available are amazing value for money, especially with the high-quality food served. The grounds at the rear of the hotel are perfect for your photos; with the Castle and lake in the background, it’s an amazing view. We would like to thank Pauline and the rest of the staff for making our wedding day so special.

Our wedding at the Inn at Dromoland was everything we dreamed it would be! From our first time sitting down with Pauline to discuss options to checking out after our wedding, everything went so smoothly. The hotel could not do enough for us, and all staff were so welcoming to all guests. Our coordinator, Pauline, was a wealth of knowledge and guided us through the process of planning our wedding to perfection. We brought some of our own equipment and additions, which the hotel was happy to facilitate, and even helped set up an elaborate DIY table plan. We will absolutely be visiting the hotel throughout the years and decades ahead and are so thankful for everything that went into making our wedding day so successful. From the minute we met Pauline on our 1st day at the Inn at Dromoland, we knew we were in safe hands. Pauline put us at ease from the very beginning, and we never felt an ounce of stress throughout the wedding planning or on our Wedding Day. We have both said that we enjoyed our wedding from start to finish and a lot of that is down to Pauline and her team. The food and service, from the reception to the meal to the very much-needed sandwiches and bites at the end of the night, were fantastic. So many of our guests have commented on the food throughout the day. Also, a good few of our guests have since told us that they felt so well looked after by the waiting staff on the day, which was brilliant to hear. The run of the day was so smooth. We didn't have to worry about one thing; it was all taken care of, and anything we asked Pauline to have for us on the day was exactly as we had discussed. Two of the moments that stand out for us that we are so glad Pauline had advised us on were - arriving at the hotel nice and early to enjoy the reception drinks with our guests and entering the function room by ourselves; it gave us a lovely moment to chat and take a breather before we continued the celebrations. The hotel looked amazing on our wedding day and we were made feel so special, the Inn at Dromoland really gave us a day that we will never forget.
