From the moment we met with the outstanding Deirdre Crowe and her superior staff, we knew our day was going to be exceptional. The care and attention to detail was more than we could have hoped for, with Deirdre always responding promptly and meeting with us regularly before our big day .Everything on the day ran smoothly and efficiently as we were in the hands of Deirdre and her amazing team, so we totally enjoyed every moment of our day. Our guests were so complimentary of the Christmas theme throughout the hotel and grounds, the outstanding food all day and night and also to the wider hotel staff who were so attentive. We had such an amazing day and people often joke to us can we do it again and we so would. Thanks Deirdre & all the staff at The Anner for making our day truly amazing.

Excellent Wedding Venue. We had our wedding in The Anner on the 21st November, 2025. Where do we even start, from the first day we met Deirdre to the minute we left, she was absolutely amazing to deal with and went above and beyond for us on our special day. Every single member of staff in The Anner were so lovely and couldn't do more for us. It was the dreamy winter wedding we had imagined all along. We would recommend The Anner to anyone looking to find the most special venue for their wedding day. So many special touches, the food was unbelievable, all our guests were looked after so well. Deirdre, thank you so much again for making our dream day a reality. I wish we could do it all over again.

The most amazing venue. The staff are just truly unique in how they gave us such a joyous day. Deirdre is absolutely fantastic at what she does. To say she delievers is an understatement. We genuinely had no complaints and our guest's felt the same. The venue the staff the food the accommodation was top class. One of the best decisions we made was having the Anner Hotel as our venue. All I can say is Wow ,Wow,Wow. Stunning perfection in every aspect. Id love to do it again and may renew our vows there just to get the experience that was so fantastically delivered to us

Deidre Crowe was our Wedding Planner she made our experience from start to finish easy and an enjoyable experience. We were in England and although in another country there were no problems encountered and that was due to Deidre’s vast experience. The venue was beautifully decorated for the ceremony and then re-decorated for the sit down meal and then again for the evening party. We had the best day ever and will never forget our amazing day.

A beautiful wedding venue. We had our wedding at the Anner Hotel last month, and we couldn’t have been happier with how our day turned out. First of all, we would like to thank Deirdre, the wedding coordinator, who was absolutely amazing, and from the moment we met her, we felt so comfortable and knew this was where we wanted to get married. Every time we’d call down with questions, she was more than accommodating. And the rest of the staff, too, were just so nice and very helpful and always made us feel welcome. The food was absolutely amazing from start to finish. Our little boy, who has autism, is a very picky eater, and nothing was ever a problem; they were so accommodating for his needs, too. We can’t recommend the Anner highly enough. They are absolutely amazing at what they do. Thank you so much guys for making our wedding so special.

We shared a joyous occasion along with family and friends while celebrating our wedding reception at The Anner Hotel, last year. The hotel was the perfect location for us and offered us everything we wanted: beautiful grounds perfect for photo opportunities, stylish decor, plenty of comfortable bedrooms with a fabulous bridal suite, along with professional staff. A special thank you to Deirdre Crowe, the hotel's Wedding Manager. Deirdre is exceptional in her role. She had everything covered for us, down to things we hadn't even thought of. Even helping us pull off a last-minute prank, during dinner service, on one of our guests, which went down so well and will be fondly remembered. We would like to credit the reception team with a 'hat tip' to Paul, who looked after our guests so well over the few days. And the team who greeted us with drinks and nibbles upon arrival, cheers! No one was left wanting. We mingled excitedly among family & friends while enjoying the delicate music from the harpist the hotel offers. A shout-out to Thomas and his team for their excellent dining service in the beautifully decorated O'Malley Ballroom. There was an abundance of delicious food served with precision. The lamb shank was a big favourite and still a talking point! I'm writing this today as we celebrate our 1st Anniversary with warm and happy memories. I'd do it all again in a heartbeat, not sure the hubby would LOL, but I genuinely, yes, I'd do it again. Best Party Ever!!!

Amazing. Myself and my husband recently had our wedding at The Anner. We were helped every step of the way by Deirdre, their wedding coordinator. I cannot recommend this hotel enough! Everything was amazing from the minute we viewed the venue up until our check out the day after the wedding. The food was out of this world. All of our guests thoroughly enjoyed it! The staff were so helpful and beyond brilliant at their job! And the hotel is like home with how welcoming it is! We held our wedding ceremony and afters at The Anner and there wasn't a single thing we could fault. From the minute we met Deirdre Crowe on the day of a Wedding Showcase until the time she left on the night of our wedding she couldn't do enough. She was so helpful, friendly and easy to deal with. All the guests were happy with the food and the hotel was very accommodating to any dietary requirements. All the staff were so helpful and welcoming. It was an absolute pleasure to have our day here, we can't thank them enough.

If you are getting married look no further than The Anner Hotel. The hotel has it all with beautiful gardens and amazing food which is reliably delicious every time. We just had our wedding there in May 2024 and the whole event was just flawless. In addition to all this, you get the expertise of Deirdre, the dedicated in-house wedding coordinator, who has a wealth of knowledge on all things weddings, hotels and more. Deirdre put any concerns we had to rest promptly and was happy to accommodate any additional requests we had. We can't recommend The Anner Hotel highly enough. We made the right choice and we are thrilled we did.

When we booked our wedding back in December 2017, The Anner Hotel was very important in our decision. We were not disappointed. From the day of booking our wedding, the management and staff were so helpful and accommodating to any request we had, no request was any trouble. When the date of the wedding got closer, and it came to finalising arrangements, I can only say two words. Deirdre Crowe. From the first meeting for our menu tasting, to the subsequent meetings before the wedding itself, Deirdre was the most amazing, helpful, creative person I have ever encountered. Her attention to detail and knowledge is astounding. It was such a pleasure to deal with Deirdre, I missed our chats once the wedding was over! The Anner provided us with a 5 star service the whole weekend of our wedding, everyone is still talking about it! All of our guests were blown away by the food and the service, and anyone who was resident in the hotel thoroughly enjoyed their stay.
