We have just had our wedding at Eastwood Hall and if I could of given ten stars I would do. The venue was superb, great location, beautiful surroundings, quiet and easy to find that made it very comfortable for everyone attending. The facilities were fantastic with plenty of close parking, easy access for mobility, and plenty of space for large groups so it never felt overcrowded. The food was exceptionally good, not only for the wedding but in the restaurant as well. What really touched us and many of our guests however were the unbelievably friendly and helpful staff. A special mention is needed for Beth as our coordinator of the day with Caitlin assisting, as they were just superb. Their professionalism and organisation were outstanding meaning the day went so smoothly, yet if we needed anything they were right with us to help. There were so many small touches they thought of so nothing became a problem, from finding accessories to sorting bouncy castles in bad weather. They were both so friendly too adding such calm to what could be a very intense event. It is very rare to find a business were the service is so high yet at Eastwood Hall we were just impressed at every step as were our guests. Our day was planned by Diandra who really sold it to us thanks to her clear knowledge and understanding, then the reception were so warm and welcoming, as we're all the team serving, and assisting, and we even had a chap just come and help decorate late the night before. Nothing seemed too much bother for anyone yet always with smiles on their faces. Then before the big moment, everyone lined up smartly and made us feel we were in Downton Abbey! They spoke and looked after the kids, and so many of them kept coming up to us throughout the day and chatting with us like old friends. We really can't recommend Eastwood Hall enough. Thank you Beth, Caitlin, Diandra and all of the team for one of the best day we've ever had!

We just wanted to thank yourself and the team for all you have done for us to make our day so special. We had a wonderful time and enjoyed every moment. Thanks to you we have such special memories and will cherish them forever. The day itself went perfect with minor issues and any problems that occurred were dealt with quickly by the team. My new husband and I have recently had our Wedding here and we couldn't have asked for more. It was a beautiful day from staying in the Minton Suite the night before with my bridesmaids and mum, to the ceremony, wedding reception and evening reception. Special thanks to Diandra, our assigned wedding coordinator who was always available via email or phone call to answer queries. We told her our Scottish wedding vision and she helped us create it. Very well mannered, professional and efficient. Nothing was too much. We'd also like to thank the whole team and Danny (our Master of ceremonies) on Sat (05/10) for all their hard work. Nothing was too much and they were there the whole time helping the day run smoothly and to a time schedule. Eastwood Hall is such a beautiful venue with gorgeous grounds to have a wedding. We really enjoyed our day, our guests were all blown away by the grounds, the cleanliness of the facilities, the room, the food was excellent, so compliments to the chef and their team. Thank you so much everyone for such a beautiful, memorable day.

We had the best day and it was exactly what we dreamed of! We couldn’t have asked for more. Thank you so much for everything you did leading up to our special day. We loved having you a part of our planning journey and felt so supported through it all, nothing we could ask for was too much and we really felt that you went above and beyond for us. You understood that it was the most important day of our lives and you made it all happen. It ran so smoothly and we enjoyed every minute. Both our families have been commenting on the kindness of the staff and the facilities and it sounds like they’ll all be back to stay in the future. Amy was so helpful on the day with timings and was so reassuring that I was made late by a photographer. Amy handled it all so well and even changed the timeline of the day to ensure Mark and I got the photos we wanted without feeling rushed. We’re so thankful she did and that extra time made a huge difference to the day. We are very much enjoying the time relaxing and making the most of not being at work. From the moment we walked into Eastwood Hall to discuss our wedding with Diandra we knew we’d picked the right wedding venue. Diandra was an absolute gem from start to finish, communicating every step of our wedding journey along the way. Ensuring everything we asked for was put in place. Even down wanting our dogs to be at the wedding. A big thank you has to go Beth, who was our Master of Ceremonies for the day from meeting with her on the night prior she literally couldn’t do enough for you. Beth ensured everything ran smoothly on the day of our wedding & we did hit a big hiccup on the morning of the wedding but she took it all in her stride. Beth & her team did Eastwood Hall proud on the day. The wedding breakfast service was perfect. Compliments have to go to the chef, the wedding breakfast & evening buffet food was amazing & delicious & having to deal with fussy eaters they were catered for with no fuss. Our wedding day really was the most incredible, memorable & emotional day. A huge reason was down to every member of staff at Eastwood Hall. Thank you to all that were involved in our special day. From our first meeting with Diandra, to booking and right up to the day of our wedding all the staff at Eastwood Hall have been amazing. They cannot do enough for you and ensure everything runs smoothly on the day of your wedding (massive shout out to Diandra & Danny) The food for our wedding breakfast and evening buffet was beautiful and our guests commented on how nice it was!! It was so easy to book and communicate, Diandra always emailed back promptly to answer any questions I had and it was reassuring that she clearly knew what she was doing and made us feel at ease. Diandra and the team at Eastwood Hall were so friendly and helpful right from when we first started looking for venues. Amy, Danny, and Diandra all coordinated the day beautifully, helping us with food choices, options for the dancefloor, and the table plan, and ensuring the guests had a brilliant time. Everyone commented on how great the food was, how beautiful the grounds of the hall were, and how helpful the team was in organizing everyone and making the day run so smoothly.

My husband and I got married at Eastwood Hall in July 2021 in the last section of the restrictions before they were lifted and Eastwood Hall could not have been better in making sure our day went as beautifully as possible considering the limitations. We booked Eastwood Hall many years ago and unfortunately had to rearrange from 2020 to 2021. During this time Jess (the best wedding coordinator in the world) and co kept us in the loop with all changes and requirements, even when we had to make new changes to the guest list 2 weeks before the wedding. The rooms are amazing, the grounds stunning and the food delicious, we’ve had so many comments to say the same from our guests. Nothing was too much for Jess and the team right from us setting up the day before, to having a girly prep night before and ensuring we had breakfast in the room on the wedding morning, the little things make such a difference, especially after such a year of stress! We loved Eastwood Hall from the moment we first saw it and the decor changes have made it even more appealing as a wedding venue. Thank you, Jess and the team at Eastwood Hall, we are beyond grateful!

We chose to have our wedding at Eastwood Hall and it was the best choice we made. Diandra was our wedding planner and from start to finish she looked after us throughout. We can’t thank Diandra enough for everything she did for us, she is so lovely, friendly, helpful, and has great attention to detail to make sure we had everything we wanted on the day. Thank you, Diandra, we would highly recommend Diandra and Eastwood Hall to anyone and everyone. On the day of the wedding Amy our master of ceremonies looked after us and was on hand for anything and was always checking we were ok and told us when and where to be at the right time so that took the stress off us and kept us calm, so thank you. Also, all the staff throughout the day from the people serving our food to the bar staff were so lovely and helpful, always on hand. Eastwood Hall has amazing garden grounds so great for taking photos and for family and friends to relax. Some guests even took a swim in the pool before the wedding and stayed the night before and another guest brought his dog with him as the hotel is dog-friendly. On our wedding day, it even snowed and the grounds looked beautiful. Every guest that stayed, loved the hotel and said we had chosen a beautiful hotel to have our whole wedding at. They also said the rooms were comfortable and very well decorated after the renovations. We stayed in the wedding suite which was amazing as it had a kitchen, living room, bathroom, and 2 bedrooms which was great as we had so much stuff we had to bring for the wedding. The breakfast in the morning was so tasty and we had so many choices to choose from and at a great price.
