We have such happy memories of our wedding day and are so grateful to the Kinsale Hotel & Spa for looking after us so well. Every time we visited the venue before the wedding we felt so relaxed and the team were so helpful, which made things a lot easier leading up the big day. From the coffee and pastries, fruit, and prosecco that John brought up to the house (which was stunning and made the bridal party and me feel so relaxed) to the decor of the ceremony room, the drinks reception, and the seamless transition for the evening, everything was beautifully done. Truly top-class food! We had our ceremony outdoors, and the sun was shining in full force—such a beautiful setting for an outdoor ceremony. The entire weekend was a complete success from start to finish, and this was largely thanks to the incredible team at the hotel, who each played a role in making our wedding a truly magical experience. The staff were fantastic—so helpful and accommodating. Fortunately, we live not too far from Kinsale Hotel & Spa, and we will be back to visit many times in the future. The staff at Kinsale Hotel and Spa, especially Karolina, took extra care to make sure to look after us for our wedding. They helped with any requests we had and really made us feel special! Karolina executed every detail and wish we had and was the nicest person to deal with. The general manager, Ronan, ensured we had everything we needed and went above and beyond to please us. John, the duty manager, was such a lovely, kind man who took extra good care of us and our toddler. He ensured our son was always happy, just as much as we were. The chef was phenomenal, the food was mouth-watering, and there was so much of it that everyone had lovely full bellies after the meal. People we talk to now are still raving over the hotel and the wedding. It was honestly an amazing experience, and we couldn’t have done it without such a wonderful team at the Kinsale Hotel and Spa. I highly recommend Kinsale Hotel and Spa for a wedding Venue, we got married on 21/10/23, and what a fantastic day it was. The hotel has stunning views. The function room/foyer looked beautiful. The staff on hand that day especially Roman, Mary and Peter went above and beyond to make sure the day was perfect. A number of guests said how wonderful the hotel was and the location was stunning. Our wedding day was just perfect. We have our civil ceremony followed by reception here and it was just the ideal venue for us. The stunning views and grounds were ideal for our photos after our ceremony so it meant we had plenty time to spend with our guests as we didn't have to go anywhere for our photographs. The long tree lined driveway and extensive grounds made it feel like we had the whole place to ourselves for the day. Everything went perfect on the day with all the help from the wedding team especially Natasha and Ronan. We had so many compliments from our guests on the service and food at our reception, and nobody was kept waiting for a drink all day!! :-)

Our wedding day was made magical with the help of Natasha & her team at Kinsale Hotel & Spa. Very helpful from the time of viewing the hotel, to booking & planning of our special day. We had our wedding ceremony in the ballroom overlooking the stunning views of the water. Our family members travelled from local to other counties to celebrate with us. Even though the hotel was fully booked the night before & of the wedding, the accommodation team didn't let anyone disappointed, they truly did work some magic. All the staff went above & beyond to help make our day special, ensuring that we had our nibbles & bubbles when returning from our photos.
