Thanks to the Kinsale Hotel & Spa and all its staff, for the amazing day we had. From start to finish it was a breeze and we both were so relaxed and felt at ease. Nerves were a thing of the past on the day because each and everyone made us feel like it was just another normal day. Karolina pulled out all the stops and made our day the most special we will remember. We didn’t want our day to end it was a day that was almost too good to be true but that was all down to the staff and the organisation and planning they put in for our day. We will forever be grateful for what they have done for us. We won’t be strangers and we’ve now become regulars and stayed a few times since the wedding. The hotel is amazing and we would recommend Kinsale Hotel and Spa to anyone for their special day or for any celebration for that matter. Thank you again to all.

Absolutely fantastic experience working with Karolina and all of the Hotel Kinsale team from start to finish. Everything was very clearly laid out from the initial meeting which made for a seamless wedding planning experience. Nothing was ever too much hassle for Karolina and the team and we always left the hotel feeling very confident that we made the correct choice to have our wedding here. On the day itself we couldn't speak highly enough of the food and service. We have been hearing about how nice the food was since. I couldn't speak highly enough of the warmth, professionalism and genuine nature of all the staff at Hotel Kinsale. So glad we chose this venue and have no hesitations in recommending it to others.

We had a great day. Everyone loved the venue and the food. The staff couldn’t have been more helpful. We were looked after by John, Ronan and all their crew. The lads were brilliant to deal with and we had a great laugh with them throughout the day. The scenery from the deck where we had the ceremony is amazing. I’d recommend the hotel to any couple that are looking for a wedding venue. We also got our photos taken on site and they turned out great. The waterfall out the front is a great backdrop and at the back of the hotel looking out over Oysterhaven bay… you couldn’t ask for better. Brilliant experience all round.

Kinsale Hotel & Spa were a dream to plan our wedding with. We always felt so excited and at ease after speaking to Karolina. She went over and above for us and nothing was ever too big. We cannot recommend Kinsale Hotel and Spa enough! From the wonderful attentive staff to the amazing food and beautiful views, it’s is the perfect place to get married. We had many guests travel over from the UK and they said it was the best venue they had been to. The staff always went above and beyond for us and our guests and nothing was too big of an ask. They all made us feel so comfortable, to the point it just feels like they are family now! We will most definitely be going back for our 1 year anniversary! We had an absolutely fantastic wedding at Kinsale Hotel and Spa. From the weeks leading up to the wedding, to the day itself, the staff could not do more for us to make our special day perfect. We had our wedding reception at the Kinsale Hotel and Spa on October 14, 2023, and we couldn't rate it highly enough. It is such an amazing hotel to get married in! The views from the balcony are breathtaking and made our special day absolutely perfect. The staff at the hotel really make you feel special and go above and beyond to ensure you have everything you need on the day. John, in particular, was so attentive and made sure we had food and drinks flowing the morning of the wedding and throughout our stay. The meal was beyond perfection—the best wedding meal I’ve ever had. Karolina, the wedding coordinator, and Sarah, the accommodation manager, are the most organised people I’ve ever come across. Truly top-class food! We had our ceremony outdoors, and the sun was shining in full force—such a beautiful setting for an outdoor ceremony. The entire weekend was a complete success from start to finish, and this was largely thanks to the incredible team at the hotel, who each played a role in making our wedding a truly magical experience. The staff were fantastic—so helpful and accommodating. Fortunately, we live not too far from Kinsale Hotel & Spa, and we will be back to visit many times in the future. The staff at Kinsale Hotel and Spa, especially Karolina, took extra care to make sure to look after us for our wedding. They helped with any requests we had and really made us feel special! The hotel grounds were a beautiful backdrop for our wedding ceremony and wedding photos and the hotel facilities were excellent. The food served on the day of the wedding was exceptional as could be seen from all of the compliments received from our guests! We were absolutely delighted with the service.

Ye made the images in our heads come to life. All the staff ensured we and our guests were cared for well. We have been married for a month now, and people are still raving about the hotel.
