Our wedding day was made magical with the help of Natasha & her team at Kinsale Hotel & Spa. Very helpful from the time of viewing the hotel, to booking & planning of our special day. We had our wedding ceremony in the ballroom overlooking the stunning views of the water. Our family members travelled from local to other counties to celebrate with us. Even though the hotel was fully booked the night before & of the wedding, the accommodation team didn't let anyone disappointed, they truly did work some magic. All the staff went above & beyond to help make our day special, ensuring that we had our nibbles & bubbles when returning from our photos. Very impressed that they took care of those that needed a little extra assistance & for those that had dietary requirements to ensure that they were served. Thank you to Natasha, Paul & team. We got married in 2021, and from our first interaction with the hotel we were very impressed with their attention to detail and willingness to help. We had originally booked our wedding for September 2020, and even the process of postponing our wedding by a year was seamless with the help of their wedding coordinator Alison. On the day of our wedding everything was flawless, and many of our guests commented on how nice the hotel was and how friendly the staff were. This hotel will always hold a special place in our hearts, and we recently returned to celebrate our first wedding anniversary.

What can I say only that everyone should have their wedding at the Kinsale Hotel, it is out of this world! The views alone are amazing! The staff are so friendly and helpful, the food is amazing and Natasha is just amazing to work with. They will make your day extra special by really listening to what you want and going that extra mile to really put a smile on your face. It is definitely the best place to have a wedding, I know guests who attended our wedding would agree as they are still talking about how perfect it was. Thanks to the staff at the Kinsale Hotel we also had the best day ever and we will never forget the effort they went to in order to make our day so special.

Ian and I were so thrilled with our experience at Kinsale Hotel and Spa. Everything that could have been done to make our day special was done and the staff were amazing. Paul, in particular, was superb and even left us a bottle of prosecco for us as he wasn't there to say bye to us on our departure. The food was fantastic and the rooms were all beautiful for our guests. I dropped off lots of decorations for the ballroom and reception room and all were laid out so beautifully. Natasha did everything she could in the lead-up to the wedding to help us and was a huge help in the weeks before the wedding. No request was too much for her. The ballroom is such a beautiful setting and Natasha located candelabras for us which we loved as centrepieces. We would highly recommend Kinsale Hotel and Spa.

The Kinsale Team were an absolute pleasure to deal with in the lead up to our wedding and on the day itself absolutely blew us away with their kindness and attentiveness. Our family members travelled from other counties to celebrate with us and all were in awe of the hotel setting in the middle of a forest with a stunning view of the water. Months later, we are still receiving compliments on how incredible the food was and how lovely the staff were in accommodating any requests. From bringing our drinks down to us while we had photos taken on the hotel grounds, to making sure my veil made it safely to the bridal suite before the dinner, there was no ask too big or small - the team were just amazing! We highly recommend Kinsale Hotel & Spa to any future wedding couples.

We celebrated our Wedding day here at Kinsale Hotel and Spa. I cannot praise the wedding team enough for the fantastic day they put on for us from the sensational food, to the decor, to their amazing attention to detail. They were exceptional to stay in contact with and no issue was too big or too small for them to handle. The hotels front of house was a pleasure to deal with in relation to organising rooms. My husband and I got engaged in the hotel 2 years previous to our wedding day so it is a very very special venue for us and we look forward to going back again every year.

Natasha and all the staff at Kinsale Hotel and Spa were absolutely amazing from start to finish! Natasha was so nice to deal with and answered any queries/emails we had for her. The day of our wedding went so smoothly, and all the staff were absolutely amazing and so friendly and efficient! All our guests had such a brilliant day and are still talking about our wedding day. The food for our wedding day meal was absolutely delicious and the breakfast the next morning was top class. We honestly couldn't have gotten a better hotel to have our wedding. We cannot thank Natasha and all the staff enough!

Where to start! We celebrated our wedding reception at the Kinsale Hotel and Spa on the 28th of October 2022. From the moment our planning began, nothing was too much of an ask. From Natasha, our wedding coordinator, to the waiting/bar staff on the night and EVERY staff member in between, everyone was so obliging in every aspect. The venue itself , the food, the rooms and staff were nothing short of wonderful. We had such a wonderful day, we didn't have to say a word as everything ran seamlessly - you can be rest assured that you're in great hands if you choose to have your wedding here! My husband and I got married in the Kinsale Hotel and Spa on Sunday the 5th of June 2022. From our very first viewing we fell in love with the hotel. The location and views are absolutely stunning and all the staff were so welcoming. We looked forward to every chance we got to return to the hotel before the big day! The day itself was absolutely amazing and all the hard work the whole team put in was obvious with how smoothly everything went. We couldn't thank Natasha, Sandra, Paul and the entire team enough for making our day so special for us.

We got married recently in the Kinsale Hotel and Spa. From the first meeting at the hotel, we knew this was the place for us. From the spectacular views to the helpful staff and beautiful hotel rooms, we were delighted with every aspect of our experience. Natasha, Ronan and her team competently planned and managed the whole day and ensured all ran smoothly. Our ceremony was outside on the terrace due to the fine weather, and despite the windy conditions, everything went smoothly. We used a combination of the modern lodges and rooms during our stay, the kids and parents were delighted with the pool and playground. The function room and restaurant with the stunning sea views impressed everyone. Josh oversaw excellent service in the bar and John and Paul ensured great food and service always. Ronan was always on hand to chat to guests and provide anything we needed. We are looking forward to returning on many occasions in the future. We were so happy to have chosen Kinsale Hotel and Spa as our wedding venue. The hotel and grounds are simply amazing. The location is so beautiful, peaceful and private; the grounds and surrounding scenery is truly amazing especially so for taking great wedding photos. The hotel itself is pristine throughout. The decor is modern and very homely, every section of the hotel feels welcoming and extremely comfortable. The function room and balcony are absolutely breathtaking. The leisure facilities are also amazing; kept spotless, very inviting; the pool is especially enjoyable and relaxing. With such a wonderful set-up it must be said that it is the owner, management and staff that bring the hotel and the experience to a whole other level, brimming with an exceptionally attentive, efficient, wholesome and fun manner and approach. Their welcome, warmth and attention to detail is outstanding. We felt valued from the very beginning and very quickly realised how well we were going to be looked after in every way from the initial booking stages to the big day and beyond. We wanted to do things a little bit different from the norm. We requested having platters of a selection of meats, cheeses and breads as our stater followed by the hotel's 'Deluxe Barbeque'. Months later our family and guests are still talking about the amazing choices, the wonderful experience of something different. The food was absolutely amazing, cooked and served to perfection, so tasty!!! An absolute treat, even beyond our expectations. We also requested having Bacon Buty's and Tayto sandwiches later on in the evening; this also went down an amazing hit!! We, along with close family members stayed in the hotel the night before the wedding and for a few days afterwards. We were treated like royalty throughout. No request was too great, each and every staff member went above and beyond to make our special day truly wonderful and memorable. Thank you all, our now friends at the hotel.

We had our reception here on the 9th of September 2022, we always wanted our wedding in Kinsale, when we found this venue I knew immediately we had to get married here. We picked the hotel for the stunning grounds and views, but we could never have imagined how amazing the staff and hotel would be both in the lead up and on the day. From start to finish the hotel was faultless, Natasha kept in touch regularly beforehand and put our minds at ease with any queries we had. Ronan treated us like old friends as did the rest of the staff. We felt like we got the best of both worlds, a professional touch but yet a friendly and warm, welcoming atmosphere. The food on the day was impeccable, my mum wants to go back to the hotel and get the same dinner again! The bar staff were incredible on the day, they were all so efficient and again, nothing was too much for them. People always say "something will go wrong on your wedding day" I can honestly say, nothing went wrong for us, and that's 100% down to the professionalism of the staff. I have never been anywhere where the staff seemed so genuinely happy doing their jobs, it was lovely to have everyone smiling all day.
